Nelson has always been there when needed lawn care service. In addition, Nelson has done a fine job with fall cleanup for my neighbors property also. We use Zutali Lawn Care in the future.
Scheduled an appointment for an estimate, no one showed up. I called, a very distracted guy answered, I asked if he was still coming, he said, can we reschedule?? Seriously? No courtesy call? Just let me hang?? Not a company I’d want to rely on!
Mr. Zutali is a young professional who is a honest, polite engaging man. Working hard at establishing his business, his work work is thorough and well thought out.
Scheduled an appointment on 2 separate occasions for lawn services to be performed and they never showed up nor did they call. Would not recommend due to in professionalism.
If you are looking for a professional lawn care service then Zutali Lawn Care is your answer. Very knowledgeable and courtesy. Driven to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
I continue to be especially privileged to have this company, provide their compassionately, consist care to our home. When you see the growth, maturity and drive of a young person in their pursuit, how can you not be in support of them? 🙂

2022-06-02Called and talked to Nelson. He gave me an estimate for mowing my lawn, and I told him yes, I wanted to have him do it. He said he needed to get his schedule ready and then e-mail with what day he would be mowing my lawn. That was back in April, I even reached out again, to see if I missed an e-mail or what. No return phone calls, no e-mails, no show. I am very disappointed with this situation.

2021-04-26I was extremely impressed with Nelson, he was quick to respond and schedule service. He showed up early for the job, he stayed all day and came back to work another 2 hours himself to make sure it was everything we had discussed. I whole heartedly recommend him to anyone. I read the good reviews and the bad reviews. I can only say the guy who showed up at my house, worked hard and did the job the right way.

2020-11-24I used this service this year. When I met with them to discuss the job I liked them, but after the summer I will not be recommending them to anyone. Mowing was not good, I asked for my flower beds to weeded and all they did was weed wack them and leave the mess. I have asked to have my leaves cleaned for the past few months and nothing. I call and leave a message and hear nothing. I finally hear from them and they say they will be here to do the leaves the next day. I am still waiting a week and half later with no return to my phone calls. Time to move on!

2019-04-04Zutali Lawn Care has been providing landscaping services at our residence for several years, having done everything from weed-pulling to foliage and bush trimming, creation of a rock garden, and mulching. The owner, Nelson, is courteous, hardworking, and enthusiastic about landscaping. We would never hesitate to recommend his company!

2018-10-30Zutali Lawn Care went over and beyond in my opinion! I had let me lawn go as I traveled for the past couple weeks. It was long and I dont even think my lawn mower would have been able to cut the grass. My lawn looked perfect after their mowing service. Needless to say, I have now hired them to mow my lawn even when I am in town!

2020-06-04I am very dissatisfied with the work done with weeding and mulch 2 weeks ago. It was expensive and now I have grass and weeds coming up from mulch which indicates the weeds were not pulled. I also have mushrooms and a miriad of bugs in the mulch around my cherry tree. I have repeatedly called and left messages but no response. I dont mind paying a fair price for work if it is done correctly but this was not. I will have to remove the rotten mulch myself. I have been pulling roots of the weeds coming through and also discovered the pine needles and stickks were not cleaned before the much was thrown down. It is a mess. If I could post pictures I would. This person is not trying to resolve a problem.
