Zoup in other cities:
The place was so clean and respectful of COVID-19 recommendations. The soups are so delicious and the grain bowl was filling. I am was so happily surprised the bread was warm. The staff is super nice and keep the restrooms clean! A great place to eat if you’re cold and recently had wisdom teeth taken out.
Super Tasty! The staff is beyond friendly and the food was brought to our table (which they did not have to) they go above and beyond every time my wife and I eat there! The night crew helped me choose the best gluten free soup option and they are patient and professional. I usually dont type reviews, but when the staff and enjoinment is so well done they sure deserve it.
They were short on help& had only one person in the front but he was really trying very hard to do a good job. I’m only giving 2 stars however, because one of our soups, the Lobster Bisque was “way off the mark” in taste. My wife has ordered this menu staple for years. We had carry out. When we got home she said at first glance it didn’t look right, she couldn’t see any pieces of sea food in it and when she took a spoonful the flavor was not good. She ended up throwing it out.I hope that someone from Zoup sees review.
We wanted something different so I had bought my nephew some gift cards from here but had never had a meal. There were three in our party, two ordered the try two with soup and sandwiches, I ordered the Tortilla soup bowl but was given the potpie by mistake. They fixed the problem and I decided to keep the original because I dislike throwing food out. Please visit if you love soup, there are many choices, very clean and the staff very helpful an friendly. We will definitely be going backThanks for the great comfort food.
The selections of soup constantly change, but you will never have a hard time finding one you like. Its nice that they let you sample them all so that you can decide which one is the best. The sandwiches are tasty and pair well with the soup. The bread is crust, soft, and fresh. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. Its not exactly cheap, but its quality.
I had Zoup cater our lunch at work. Although it wasnt a huge job (13 people) they did an amazing job. Any special order was done correct. The soup was still hot when it was delivered. The presentation was wonderful. Try this instead of the overrated Panera. Thanks to Jamie, the owner for a successful lunch today.
I dont know what happened. Let me first start out by saying the service here was always great. I used to go here all the time and enjoyed the Hearty Potato Chicken with dill, Dragonfire noodle bowl, Dill Pickle Chowder, Peppersteak, White bean turkey sausage among others but at least for the last year the have had the same soups over and over. I did stop in a few months back and was told the soups should be changing soon but still same soups. I am also not sure why they decided to remove the sourdough bread option about 2 years ago. This seems to be corporate wide as I have checked other stores also. I have contacted their corporate customer support with no response. I dont want to see them go out of business like the one in Willoughby did.
I have been to zoup before and the experience was enjoyable at the counter where you can sample whatever they have. That experience does not translate to Door Dash. I ordered the ladled lobster for 10.95. It was like eating Velveeta shells and cheese with less flavor. I barely tasted a hint of lobster. No bread was offered. Never again would I waste money on zoup for delivery and absolutely not the dish I ordered.
Disappointed. Ordered via DoorDash and received a very small grilled cheese sandwich for the pesto 3 cheese sandwich I ordered.. unless they changed the sandwich yet again, it was not like the sandwich I usually get, it was just regular white bread, instead of the thicker French bread. I’ve been a customer for years and they are constantly changing the menu, which is frustrating when I order something and get something very different, or when I want to order something they no longer have. It’s a shame because I used to love it.
Their soup is very good, the few different sandwiches Ive tried not so good. They are pricey for soup. PLEASE make a Texas style chilli without beans for crying out loud! Why does every chilli you make have to be loaded with not just one kind of beans but multiple kinds of the beans? Almost forgot I love the fact I can sample. Most times Ive already decided what I want but often find another offering that brings me back again even if what I was thinking of isnt on the menu that particular day.
This was hands down one of my favorite Zoups locations but as of today I think I will never patronize this or any other Zoup until I can get some kind of response from either on this site or corporate. I visited your location today at approximately 250 pm 2/2 2020 ,when I walked up to the counter to order my food there was no greeting,no how can I help you ,there was absolutely no conversation until I started one.I ordered two Whole Turkey and Bacon sandwiches and asked how much were the cookies, the young lady responded very nasty and I quoteThe Price Is Right There In Front Of You It caught me off guard but i said nothing and just said i would take them,I asked about the price because i have problems with my eyes and i cant see small print, which she couldnt have known but if she had any customer skills a question is not a bad thing,so I waited on my sandwiches and when I finally got them I thanked the young man and he looked at me as if I had personally done something to him but Im use to it because this guy always have an attitude like this,as a matter of fact everytime I visit this location ,maybe Im just not his cup of tea but anyway I get home and bite into my sandwitch and it taste about as good as his attitude.....No bacon...No Mayo and just plain nasty,so was it a coincidence ...maybe..is it personal..could be....is it that Im not the type of person he likes..dont know, but I tell you what I think a paying customer deserve better.I will be talking to someone in corporate tommorow about this location.
I got here 20 min before opening and was going to go somewhere else but they ran and unlocked the door to let me in early. They didnt have to do that, but it was really cool of them. If their food wasnt awesome enough, the fact they were kind enough to let me in early for my business deserves 5 stars in itself.

2022-09-14Not sure how this place is rated at 4+ stars, unless its for their soups and sandwiches. The salad that I got (Chicken Bacon Cobb) was meager and bland for the price ($12.) It was served in a small bowl (I went up to the counter to confirm that I had the right size), with a sprinkle of the main ingredients. A full sized salad ended up being a glorified snack, and Im not a large or ravenous person.I like to sample different deli style places in my travels and this is the first time Ive felt compelled to write a negative review.

2022-08-27I was gonna rate it a four but honestly couldnt think of any negatives. I had a sandwich and chicken noodle soup, part of the try 2 option. Both were excellent, well priced with top tier service.Ive never heard of zoup and wouldnt have gone if Paneras wasnt closed. But I will definitely be back and on the lookout for this place if they start to migrate south.

2022-03-30Ehh. The staff was kind and welcoming. They asked if we had ever been to their location, which we hadnt, and introduced the menu and sampling options. We ordered our sandwiches, sat at a table and unfortunately thats where the pleasant experience ended. My sandwich was a little more than two pieces of turkey on a toasted baguette and my wifes sandwich was essentially minced cucumber swimming in a pool of hummus and what I believe was tzatziki. Not the best experience unfortunately.

2016-11-13Always forget about this location. Its hidden in the Plaza. Smaller store and not very busy. Floors were sticky and carpet had spots of spilled stuff. Not the cleanest. The bread bowls were good and potato soup was yummy.

2021-09-27Great food and great service. Nick is always so friendly and patient when taking an order. He takes time to let you sample the soup and look at the menu options. He goes above and beyond with customer service! Great job Nick! The Mediterranean Chickpea grain bowl with the tzatzki sauce is delicious!
