Ive was a member for 3 years. In the last year the Stow and Twinsburgh locations have gone so far downhill. In Twisburgh you usually get half to 3/4 of the wash you pay for and good luck if you heading to Stow after 630 pm. They are usually closed. Ive been trying to close my membership since January. Emails dont work, that cancellation feature on the website doesnt work, phone calls dont work, even going in the office in person does not work. Ive been in both offices in stow and Twinsburgh and they say its canceled... My bank statements says thats a lie. I had to tell my bank that its a fraudulent charge and they had to issue me a new card so Zoom cant charge me anymore. To many car washes popping up to treat customers this bad.
Very upset that I bought a package and you have made it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel! You can NOT do it online as the receipt says and the number on the receipt to the store is NIS, the number listed online just rings and rings and when you ask the employee while you are in line they tell you have must go inside! Will NEVER buy another car package!
Went through the car wash today. First set of brushes hit my driver side mirror and flipped it up (with a thud sound). Second set up brushes hit my mirror again (with a thud sound) and flipped it back down. The paint is now scratched on my mirror. Filed an incident report. Employee (manager is out of town) called and said damage is inconsistent with the damage from their car wash and they will not pay to fix the scratch. Also, it didnt even get the bugs off my mirror because it flipped it.Filed a complaint with the BBB. Will NEVER wash a car here again.
Very aggressive machines, so much to the point where it literally ripped the antenna off of the top of my car. Went because there was a man holding a sign that said free wash, and I left now needing to replace parts that cost 4x the wash. I literally cringed when the brushes slapped my car, if you value your clear coat don’t come here. I would sooner dip my balls in a bucket of soapy water and drag them across my car before I ever came back to this car wash.
Staff was extremely unprofessional. Waited about 10 minutes before having anyone help me. When I asked if there was a manager there, a woman came from the back and seemed extremely annoyed that I was asking her to do her job. Parking lot was filthy. Trash everywhere. I don’t think any of the equipment inside of the carwash is ever cleaned or looked over, as I now have a scratch down the side of my car that wasn’t there before. When I asked the manager what I should do about the scratch, her response was “our cameras don’t show the scratch happening, so we’re not responsible for it.” Unbelievable. Couldn’t even apologize to me. Used the “free vacuums” and my car smelt like dead lady bugs for a week. If you care about your car at all, or good customer service, or expect a manager to care and treat you with respect when you have a problem…. DON’T GO HERE. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
VERY unprofessional. 4 year customer I pulled in to the Pass lane, the gate did not open, After 7.3 minutes I rolled my window down as Eric was attending all the cars in the lanes to my left. Coming up to me SCREAMING that I hollered for him disrespectfully then giving me a lecture about how to treat employees he goes inside after telling me he is the manager and gets another gentleman who is able to get the gate to operate. A month previously I had a manager named Sarah tell me they no longer give out air freshener and towelettes after giving the truck in front of me a bag full.. This location has been going down within the last 2 years, I have contacted Stow city council
The best carwash Ive ever used. A low monthly subscription allows unlimited washes and use of the multiple vacuum stations located on the side of the building. I pay less for a month than for one wash at the place I used to frequent. And its fast and really gets my F-150 clean from top to bottom. I would recommend them most highly!!
Went here today for a car wash and chose it because of the good reviews. Its a pretty nice place and the employee handling the payment station was really nice and efficient. Its not as good as Zappys (drying left water droplets on my windshield that dried into some tiny spots), but overall my car was my clean and Im satisfied. The prices are also a little hefty compared to Zappys, and for a $10 wash I expected just a bit more, so thats why Im giving them four stars. I definitely recommend them though!
I absolutely love this car wash, so much that I drive 20 minutes away to use it, love the vacuums. I had my mirrors flip the first time but since then I flip them in and havent had a problem since. Does a great job cleaning the car, dries it pretty good only needs a quick wipe so you dont have water spots. I only wish we had a Zoom closer to my house, but well worth the drive
Really poor quality wash for Ultimate and costing $18. I was suspicious when every single car says Super when you go through. Not sure if that is accurate but it is concerning. I go through and when I pull out of wash tunneldirt remained on my car. The workers said they do not guarantee a wash and no rewashes are ever offered. I was told not to comeback if I didnt like the wash. I will follow that advice. Poor wash, questionable service, and even worse customer service.
Go at your own risk! The wash continues to get worse and worse. I was a loyal monthly customer. Unfortunately, the last time I went there it left 4 two inch scratches and one 9 inch scratch on the driver side. All the way down to the metal. I immediately filled out their accident report only to hear them later tell me they were inconsistent to anything that could have happened. The scratches were not there before the wash, but were there immediately after. So you tell me how they got there?
I have a monthly membership for three cars. Never had a problem. Take my car there almost every day. Rod might be one of the best employees I’ve ever dealt with at any business. I make sure I always fold my drivers side mirror in and he makes sure that the passenger side is folded in as well. They have bug cleaner available that works and the vacuums are always top notch. Had to switch one of the cars on my monthly plan and it took about 5 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with this place!!!
Great price for the unlimited wash program. Seems to be decently taken care of as far as the brush quality. I havent noticed any paint quality issues. Does leave the back of the Renegade wet even after going through the auto towel dry. Have to request the towel and air freshener sometimes.
I had a pass for my car at this car wash. When I got a new car the pass should have transferred to my new car. Instead they continued billing me for both vehicles. When I caught the mistake I called to explain. They admitted the mistake should not have happened but said they would only refund me for 1 charge. They pulled 8 total charges for over $250 dollars. They admitted this was their staffs error for not explaining and completing the process properly . They would not reimburse me. Absolute theft and horrible business practice. Disgusting.
Have used this car wash three times when it isnt packed with cars out to the street. Employees are always great, and the first two times I was happy with the wash. Used it today: credit card machine didnt work, no air drying at the end, and the car looked almost as salt covered coming out as going in. Would have looked better leaving it out in the rain. No excuse for non-functioning equipment for the price charged and the revenue this location is pulling in.
Went through the car wash this past weekend in my 1995 Miata. The brushes completely broke the metal antenna on the back of my car.They got back to me and said that they wouldnt cover any damages since they have signs posted saying that damage to vehicles 10 years and older isnt covered.I dont recommend going here, especially if your car is 10+ years old.
I love having a car wash that is not old and moldy. The FREE vacuums are awesome. I always park where I can use one on each side of my truck. I hate trying to pull.the vacuum through the car. Another great aspect is the tubes are long enough on the vacuum to reach my trunk. Lastly the attendance are always very pleasant and helpful.
We finally have a car wash in the area that actually cleans your car. The next best option was a car wash at a gas station down the road that didn’t actually get your car to clean again.It’s fast to go through, and the I was most surprised by how clean it gets the wheels and tires.The monthly passes are anywhere from $18-$46 a month, unlimited.Great option!
DO NOT GO !!!I had an unlimited pass for the month of December. I thought the car wash was doing a pretty good job. Never took a detailed look at my truck until I pulled it in my garage after several washes....i then noticed an overwhelming amount of scratches down both sides of my truck. All one direction mostly in clear coat. I made a complaint and talked to the manager. They told me no way could their car wash scratch any vehicle. basically told me to go pound salt. They dont seem to care....very unhappy....definitely dont recommend.
I visited here for the first time today. I dont think I will return either for these reasons:1) Their car wash is over priced. $14 for a decent wash, I think I can find a better deal elsewhere.2) The wait to get your car washed is between 15-20 min usually. I am better off driving across town to a cheaper car wash with no wait.3) I have concerns that they collect your personal information. I noticed on their screen when I pulled into the car wash that they had my name (from my cc) and they had taken a picture of my car and license plate (in the picture you and your passengers can be seen). The fact that the passengers can be seen is a little uncomfortable. I feel like this might be used for some sort of junk mail marketing later.4) If you plan on driving back to Kent after getting a car wash dont even bother. You cant turn left out of their parking lot so you are forced to drive back into Stow and turn around somewhere.
This was my first time at zoom express. Everything seemed fine. The car was clean and the vacuums worked great. The air freshener is not a very pleasant smell lol. I guess i was spoiled from GOGO. Thier air freshener are awesome and the car wash had more brushes. Anyway i will be back, this is still the best car wash I could find in Tallmadge or Stow.
Great car wash, nice vacuums, the staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. The most impressive thing wasn’t the car wash it’s self but I had a financial struggle being a college student and they refunded me my 28 dollars for the month even the I was a couple days late I’m cancelling my membership. Great people will be back in the spring!
Car washes have a dubious level of respect among people who are really serious about cars and must wash them by hand. I am not that person.I really enjoy this car wash because its simply cool and fun. They have totally unnecessary light shows inside that add nothing to the washing part. I just feel like Im having a lot more fun than I do at other car washes, and thats simple enough of a pleasure for me to recommend here.
Took my car through this wash twice and it is now fully scratched from bumper to bumper. To think your doing a good thing for a new vehicle and keep it clean and salt free through the winter months to now having to deal with scratches through the clear coat down to the raw metal is a shame. Tried to contact so called customer service was a joke. No upper management input, no service, basically was told im screwed. Never again. Dont let this happen to your vehicle!
I love the cleanliness, vacuums, and people that work here. The car wash tends to misses the front and rear of my 14 Hyundai Elantra and flips mirrors backwards on my 08 Town and Country. Kinda annoying when I have to wipe down missed parts of car after paying $14 for a wash.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! It WILL get scratched, there are a countless number of reviews/complaints about this place damaging vehicles and not taking responsibility. My vehicle was scratched and the employee on duty acknowledged that surveillance was reviewed and confirmed that the damage occurred during the wash. The owner/management are unprofessional, rude and will only “communicate” through poorly trained staff. If your vehicle has been damaged report them to BBB, FTC & Atty General. They need to be held accountable!
The worst car wash ever. They are over priced for the quality of wash that you get. I took my vehicle through the wash and bought the monthly plan. I left with soap residue and rust looking spots all over my vehicle. I immediately returned to get a refund and the guy gave me a refund claiming that they havent had any complaints. My boyfriend took his truck in this afternoon and discovered scratches the length of his vehicle from the wash. We will not be returning. I refuse to pay someone to damage my vehicles.
The quality of this carwash is actually amazing. But unfortunately, I will never renew my membership again. I had automatic renewal every month for unlimited washed. It was worth it if you went at least 5 times. Paid for itself. I called to cancel once the weather because a little too cold. The first month, a team member said they canceled my membership. But I still got charged the next month. I called again to cancel and get a refund. This time I have been charged 2x but finally canceled. When asked to talk to someone about 2 MONTHS OF REFUNDS TOTALLING OVER $80, which they can actually see the last time I went so all was legit, I got the complete run around. I had to call several places just to get ahold of a Sarah i think. Because shes the only one that can authorize the refunds. Its been months and I still havent been refunded. So in all, DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD ON FILE WITH THEM. MANAGEMENT IS UNORGANZIED AND IN THE END, YOU WILL MOST LIKELY LOSE MONEY.PS. ZOOM, feel free to contact me for my refund. It’s unusual that I’m this impressed from something so common as a car wash. Free vacuuming...and around 10+ bays to do so. Next, 1/2 off your first month subscription. Interacted with 4 people and everyone was crazy friendly; it was really welcoming. No contracts. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Canceling give you prorated money back. Free air freshener and single use towel with every wash. Ok, that’s the nuts and bolts. Onto the fun stuff...My kids LOVED THIS CAR WASH. Neon blue lights in the “Zoom Falls” soap at the beginning, then blue, purple, yellow, green soaps on different sides of the car. They had so much fun...and so did I. :) How did it wash? I’ve tried tons of car wash stations all over northeast Ohio, and wasted so much money doing so. This was the best car wash I have ever seen. Literally nothing was left on the car and it SHINED! When it’s above 32 you can get the auto towel dry which is exactly like someone toweled the entire car.I signed up for the Super wash, $38 a month...but first month is half off so I paid $19....and I have unlimited washes with the best car wash I’ve ever experienced until early March. Should get me through the nasty winter really well and then I will likely scale back the plan to basic.All the nay-sayers on here, well you know, most people like to post online when they are negative and grumpy. I can’t explain their experiences but ours was excellent.
Update: 4 Stars to 1 StarWent here yesterday (9/20/19) after work to get a car wash. Upon pulling in I wait outside like I have the other times for an attendent and no one showed up. I saw a girl inside on her phone looking at me but would not come outside. I had a $3 off wash coupon and the machine still charged me $14 even when I scanned the bar code in the email I just received. Most likely will not return. I wasnt even able to get a free air freshener.Always washes my car 98% of the way. I have a lift gate with a spoiler and it always misses there, but so does every other carwash I’ve been too. Would be nice if the owners would consider a rewards program where after so many washes you get a free one.

I’ve washed numerous cars at this car wash and spent $1,000s at this specific location and they are going to let a loyal customer leave very upset!I work in Stow so I normally come there on my lunch break. This specific time I washed my truck here it ripped off and broke my wiper blade. I filled out an incident report and was told my “blades” purchased at autozone would be refunded to bring them back the receipt. I did just as they asked and the manager and associate refused their end of making things right. They claimed that they only broke one blade so they are only replacing one blade and that they don’t care if they match or not. This is a brand new $60,000 truck that had new Ford wiper blades on before the car wash damaged it.The situation was handled very unprofessionally and left me very upset and i canceled my membership that I had transferred car to car for years as a result.Even asked if they could give me a month free for the inconvenience as a compromise and they refused.BE CAUTIOUS that if something happens to your car they will not hold up their end of the bargain you will be lucky to get them to cover it.THIS IS ALSO A TOUCH car wash and will damage your paint over time!Take your business elsewhere where the businesses are ran and owned by hardworking people not some investment franchise that could care less about their customers!
I usually never give reviews and I did not want to get out of my car and complain. Yet, I feel I need to say something always working in customer service. I was being motioned in by two girls to approach the car wash. One was so sweet and the other was nasty to me. I was uncomfortable with how close the one girl wanted me to get to this other car before I was going in the car wash. So I stopped a foot from the car. And she rolled her eyes and stormed off. It is just annoying because I was in a good mood and I always treat people nicely and she was so mean and I heard her say something under her breathe because my window was down. I would never act like that to someone. It just has made my day go down from here. It happened on Sunday March 8th around 10:40am. She had reddish brown hair in a pony.
I have visited this wash many times in the past but will not be returning after my visit on 2/3/19. This car wash pulled off my splash guard and broke my rear bumper in the process. I have tried contacting ownership and have not received any response. Stopped by for an affordable car wash, left having to pay hundreds of dollars to restore my vehicle to the condition it was in before this car wash damaged it.
The car wash pulled part of our brand new Suburbans bumper off. The owner said that it must be the fault of the manufacturer. This vehicle was in perfect condition until their machine ripped it off. The owner will not help with it. I am a manager of a car lot with a body shop, so I wouldnt drive around with a messed up bumper.
Dont waste your time at this place its honestly the worst car wash I have ever been to. Its very expensive, I paid extra for an undercarriage wash and am certain that the car wash doesnt even provide it. The back hatch on my Jeep was not fully washed. On top of that the dryers are so violent that they ripped the weather stripping off the windshield. I confronted the manager about it and asked for a refund. He said they have a 10 year policy that states that if the car is more than 10 years old and it gets damaged in the car wash they are not liable for it. I asked where this policy was posted for customers to see and he said it was not posted at all. I asked if it was written somewhere that I could see it, and he said they do not have the policy written down its just their policy. Its very misleading and the manager did not want to take any responsibility for the action, instead he just acted as if I was stupid and wanted me to go away. This is not how you treat your customers, I will not be going back ever again. Go somewhere else, youll get more for your money.
The staff was incredibly rude to my boyfriend. We were trying to vacuum out my car, and realized one of the vacuums wasnt working due to the hose being popped off.We figured one of us mightve bumped it and tried to put it back on. We decided to leave it, not making the situation worse but one of the employees saw us, sauntered on over, and demanded to know what happened.We explained, and were met with Well dont touch the hose next time! Is it still not working? Then use a different vacuum. MOVE. It was incredibly disrespectful and unnecessary.On top of it, while going through the wash we heard a scraping noise and my car lurched. Later realized the car wash scratched up my passenger side doors. Awesome.I dont think Ill be coming back.
I’ve been here twice. Long lines both times. Very poorly designed “flow” through the Car Wash. 2 Entry Lines that merge into a Single Line after you Pay. Who has time for Free Vacuuming after you’ve waited over 30 minutes to get a Car Wash??Just changed this from 2-star to 1-star. Their Computer System went down, and they directed about 20 cars waiting in Line to turn around and leave—and no compensation was offered for the 15 minutes I just waited in line. How about a Free wash to make it right?? Why should I bother coming back?? I won’t. Computer systems go down-but the response here was not acceptable. No effort whatsoever to show that Zoom Express values their Customers who were just inconvenienced.Never has a business been so poorly named either-nothing about this place is “Zoom” or “Express!” Finally, as for the Wash itself-the one time I made it through the Wash, it was just OK-and it’s definitely over-priced. Very poor experience two times in a row. I will find someplace else to wash my Car.
Bought an ultimate package fast pass. Came back for a wash a week later and was told I can no longer use the carwash unless I take off the roof basket each time I come through. This was not explained when I signed up. I was denied future service. Dont go here. Called their main number to talk to someone and the representative didnt really care. I cancelled my plan with them after 7 days and was given a pro-rated refund. Not happy.
This car wash just opened. Nice looking building and everyone was wearing the same jackets etc. I think the area really needed something like this. The line was pretty long being that its new, but wow it was fast and only took a few minutes. From what I can tell after getting home, the car looks pretty darn good.
BIG MISTAKE GOING HERE!!!!!!!!Car wash was average at best. Was told the auto towel dry would be as good as a person doing it and it want even functioning!!Then, when I inquired about the fact I paid the extra $4 and didnt get it. I was responded to with attitude and that they had to turn it off because it would smear the car.Not a good car wash, that doesnt function as advertised, & poor customer service! I SUGGEST STAYING AWAY!!!!!!!!!!i KNOW I WILL NOT RETURN!!!!! I WILL GO BACK TO THE ULTIMATE WASH IN HUDSON. Shouldnt have deviated to begin with!
The common theme in the majority of the reviews is CAR SCRATCHES. Add me to this unfortunate list, and I too will be another not to return. BEST $18 SCRATCH JOB in Stow. I asked the young lady there if their brushes are inspected DAILY. She said yes. Obvious LIES. BEWARE.
I would describe the place as a “car wet” instead of a “car wash”. Bought the ultimate “wash” and I could’ve received the same results if I just sprayed the car with a hose. Front of the car still had dirt/bugs on it, front & back windshields were far from clean, and the vacuums couldnt suck up sand. Waste of money. Go to the self-serve Ultimate Wash on Fishcreek Rd or their 3 other touch-free car washes in Streetsboro.
There is a pretty long line just to get my car washed, I think I would’ve rather gone somewhere else. I folded in my side mirrors as per requested which is kind of a pain in the butt, when I got back out of the car to fold my mirrors back out, I noticed my back windshield wiper had been pulled off the window. Not sure if I would go back to get my car washed here.
DO NOT USE THEIR AIR FRESHENERS!! They will damage your vehicle if they touch anything, I now have giant patches that are 100% permanent in the materials from this making contact with the dashboard. Car wash was ok but I AM TRYING TO HELP YOU PLEASE DO THROW IT AWAY IF THEY GIVE YOU ONE
Expensive and inaccurate advertising. The free vacuums are great but the washes are expensive. I paid for the wash that included an undercarriage wash but there was no undercarriage wash. Not good with all the salt here eating through our cars. If you aren’t going to actually have an undercarriage wash, don’t advertise it.
My wife took our brand new 2019 truck through the car wash. When she got home there were scratches all over the right side of the truck of course being with our 2 kids she didnt know she would have to check her truck right before leaving. Of course their policy is ridiculous. When I called they basically told me to pound salt. Will never go there again. Canceling our membership as well as our other family members.
DO NOT GO HERE. First of all their prices are insane. Secondly their staff is BEYOND RUDE. They just opened. They constantly block the entrance to the Eddys diner next door. And refuse to direct traffic. The owner, probably the worst person there, started screaming at Eddys diner staff after they politely asked if they could direct traffic so that their customers could access their diner. They refused to. Multiple customers at this diner have been calling the city since the owner and the employees at this car wash have no common decency. I tried to go to Eddys today and the entrance was of course blocked. There was no way to access their parking lot. I called them and asked if theres anything they can do to make it so the diners entrance is accessible. The guy goes No! This is OUR property!. I dont know why anyone would ever go here with the extremely rude staff and terrible prices.
We live across the street and the traffic is so bad now. Cars are honking and we cant pull out left off our street. I really wish the company would have thought about traffic and the neighborhood across the street. I would love to go to the car wash too but its hard to get in and Im sorry my friends family and neighbors do not want to use it until something is done about the traffic. Even though people are supposed to turn right only. They dont. There needs to be a light. Please.
Honestly EVERY other time I’ve been to this wash I loved every bit of it from the cheerful helpful people to the wash job. Other than making my wheels peel a little more and more this wash was ok. It’s this one last time it left me appalled to the point of not returning, thought I could get a wash (first one in 2weeks May I add and I’m monthly unlimited) I’ve been a solid customer for nearly 4 months maybe more. Having terrible luck just thought maybe this could remedy my life sense of well being. Raul ‘the manager’ comes out to tell me no basically not letting me get the last point in, interjecting me with. “No sorry it’s car registration only” Ok dude, so I use my monthly mayyyybe 7 times a month, I don’t play the system, always paid and referred AT LEAST 30+ people to this stow location. To tell me after not being able to use my car or my wash for 2 weeks as it’s at the Lexus dealership and has been waiting on parts if I want it covered I have to wait, so borrow my girlfriends car and just wanted to end my week of borrowing her car with a wash for her. The Smart*#s grin on this individuals face literally made me uncomfortably agrivated and willing to write this on every possible review outlet. I’m immensely disgusted at the lack of professionalism this so called manager had. To you Raul, thanks for that. Should be ashamed of yourself man. And if it’s truly Zoom that doesn’t allow the possibility, then just as equally to you this aggravation should be issued. Lost me as a widely referred customer.
I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Service is great. I have never had to wait more than 5 min for the wash and have no trouble getting in or out I do take the back exit though onto fish creek rd. Free vacuumes and an air freshener and towel with each visit I think it’s great 😁😁
If I could give this place zero stars I would. It may be ok for smaller cars but if you have an SUV buyer beware .This place has ripped off windshield wipers of friends and scratched all of our cars really bad. The part that is especially terrible is how they treat you when you point it out. I am currently taking legal action and based off the reviews this will likely turn into a class action. Speak up if you have experienced the same.
Go somewhere else to get your car washed or do it yourself. Never seems to get bugs off my windshield or front clip. I was so close to the car in front of me and behind me I was nervous I would be run over or hit the person ahead of me coming off the machine. Just an all round disappointment.
The monthly subscription is a good deal if you have to wash your car a lot like me (I am a Lyft driver) but this car wash is NOT TOUCHLESS, and eventually it may scratch your paint like it did mine (perhaps due to some debris caught in the brushes. When it does, the management will not help you. Even though they inspect the vehicle before each wash and noted no scratch prior to the wash they don’t care. Use at your own risk. If you have a problem good luck. The minor scratch on my vehicle would have cost them next to nothing to repair by simply paying to have it buffed out. But they could care less. So unfortunately my review (which would have been great if they had taken care of this minor problem) gets added to the other poor reviews by people who’s cars have been damaged by this wash and who have been blown off by the management who seem to not understand customer service or the cost of bad service in today’s online world where word spreads of bad behavior.
Was there today towel wash down...had person helping pay for wash in the machine and person never said it was down.....after wash informed them that towel dry did not work and I paid for it....they said too bad there was a sign....however the person who took our credit card said nothing... Still said too bad....not the way to treat customers.....my guess is the owners are from New York or east coast somewhere with their attitude.
Went to Stow location, was called a piece of sh*t by someone who identified himself as a supervisor 2:00pm (he was working the front pay station), all because I had a bike rack on my car, and was told for the first time that i wasnt able to have one, when i questioned this, the supervisor proceeded to be more and more aggressive to me, then told me he was clocking out for the day if i wanted to fight about it

2022-03-16Nice place even when busy, the cars get through pretty quick. The staff keeps the place tidy. The staff is always friendly. Wife got a new car and don’t want it rusting out so I pay for the monthly subscription. Wife loves always having a clean car and I don’t have time to wash it as much as she gets it washed.

2022-05-15This is no longer a Zoom Express Car Wash, even though all of the signage still says so. This recently changed hands, so no more monthly $5 coupons, no more $2 off Tuesdays, and prices went way up. The top of the line car was used to be $18, now its $25. What a rip-off. Good thing a lot of car wash competition has opened in the area.

2022-06-05The last 2 months or more the car wash has not been working properly - one side of the car the brush does not work, the clothed drying brushes do not even work or touch the car for drying. I pay for the premium package and have nothing but issues as I am not able to call the Stow location. Would not recommend till they fix there equipment.

2022-04-25Rude employees won’t even let you ask a question be for they start giving you the what for. The were bought out and changed their packages without letting anyone know. The last couple of washes they have been adding tire shine. Don’t want tire shine. Because I don’t want to have to keep wiping it off my white vehicle. Now I’m supposed to verbally communicate this to the attendant every time. No thanks. Plenty of other options.

2022-01-12Got my car washed at 4:50 and promptly went to vacuum my car out and the they where not on. I asked a employee if they where working. He said “we about to close” You can come back tomorrow” I told him I do not have time tomorrow and that’s why I’m here today and not tomorrow. I will not be a paying patron of the zoom express wash tomorrow Today I am a patron, and he told me to “ get out of here with that hostility” I’m never returning. This location has been going down hill.

2022-03-27Signed up for the 3rd highest monthly service with the undercarriage over a year ago since I have a black car and want to keep it looking nice. Decided I have had enough and canceled last week because they do not do the undercarriage anymore (even though it’s advertised), the last few visits the dryer has not even lowered down to my car and the last time they were missing an entire brush on the drivers side. I will be going somewhere else for my monthly membership because of the quality of the washes and how much I’m paying monthly. Also it’s spring and it’s time to retire the pumpkin spice air freshener until September.

2022-06-17Towel dryer in car wash has been broken for over 2 weeks. Why am I paying for it when it doesn’t work. Employee said he didn’t know when they’d fix it, if at all. Vacuums are almost always clogged and not working. This business has steadily declined since opening. My days are numbered here.

2022-02-20Broke the wiper arm off my vehicle. No answer to my emails asking for them to cover the repair. Not open during stated business hours. I have also had logistical issues with them with my membership. In a world where car washes are popping up on every corner, I recommend going elsewhere.

2022-04-27Side view mirror was ripped off car 4 months ago at this car wash. I completed a report after it happened and was told to get 2 estimates for repairs and they would pay for the cheaper estimate. In the mean time, until fixed they informed me to tape the mirror on my car. I have been in contact with them weekly and its always a new excuse as to what the hold up is on getting fixed. Currently I am waiting for the DM to contact me, whom Im not allowed to have their contact info because they are to busy. This is horribly ran and I am very disgruntled at their lack of customer care. Do not go to this car wash.

2022-03-14Under new management since manager Sarah left. It’s gone downhill. I’ve been a customer since they opened knew the workers by name brought them goodies monthly they were so friendly and professional. Now I’m considering canceling unprofessional unfriendly letting the outside go, not updating and stocking supplies still using pumpkin spice air fresheners from last year! C’mon! Not a happy customer!
