I had 3 mower blades sharpened. Zettler has many services available besides just retail. Every one. I dealt with were courteous and professional l can only wish Reynoldsburg had a local hardware store. These folks do a great job. Try em. You will like them.

I know I post a lot of 5-stars; but I only hit 4 or 5 star establishment. Back to Zetter. While prices are a little higher than the orange, green, or blue big box stores; they have what I need and in quantities I need.. Staff is great and Bucky is always friendly. Last trip was the screws I required plus a can of new tennis balls for the match after the honey-do.
Cleanest zettler Ive ever been to. Usually very rough inside those places.

I love this store. Im always stopping in for parts for odd things around the house. 99% of the time they have what I need at very good pricing. Paint, tools, cleaning supplies, outdoor items from games to mowers to lawn chairs. Settlers will have it.

The staff here is what makes it worth the visit. The younger employees are willing to help when you need it. If they do not know the answer for you, then they radio a more senior, knowledgeable employee for the answer! (Lets be nice, we all had to crawl before we learned how to walk!) At any rate, the staff is what sets this place apart form other hardware stores!!!

Great store and employees are always helpful and full of knowledge for whatever I may be working on.
It was nice and clean and the employees very friendly. However the prices where higher than just about anywhere else. So, if I live close by it would be a great place to go if I just needed to grab something for a project and not go running around town but if you price shop then this isnt the best fit. Oh, they do have rentals so thats also a perk if youre in the market. My husband was pretty impressed with the items available but I dont know if their rental prices are high or not.

I love Zettler Hardware! It gives you the small moms and pops feel, but they have EVERYTHING so I dont have to go to the big box hardware stores! Everyone is very friendly.

Have the best selection of unique keys for those odd locks that lowes and home depo dont carry. I have gotten keys made for doors, forklifts, padlocks, cart mules, ect

I try to shop at smaller local places whenever possible and this was closer than my favorite little Ace. Plenty of parking and easy to find right by Kohls. Ive been here several times and have zero complaints. Always find what I come for.

This is a nice neighborhood hardware. They are not a large box store but I can find everything I need for garden and simple household repairs including paint. It is never crowded and the staff is friendly.
Location is great but 90 percent of the time I go there its hard to find help. Theres more than enough workers there they just pass you by and dont ask if you need help. Any other hardware store they greet you and ask you as soon as you walk in the door. So I dont find this place friendly at all.

I was looking for a special drill bit. Employees made every effort to assist me and even went on line to find the item. Another employee was reparing a cistomers window screen. I enjoy going to a store where employees know their products and make every effort to assist customers.
I went to get a copy of house keys since the first set copied at walmart did not work. I looked around and found a few items that i had been looking for awhile. Prices were reasonable and quality perfect. The new keys worked so well i will go here now on. High ll y recommend to anyone looking for something you cannot find anywhere else.

This is a great hardware store! ended up coming in trying to find a screw for a machine part at work after being turned away at Lowes and Home Depot, the associate Jeff was able to find it in under a minute and for a great cost thank you so much!!!!!!!

Friendly, always so helpful & accommodating. The past few times I have gone to Home Depot & Lowes, they didnt have what I was looking for. One time a Home Depot employee told me to try Zettlers! I was suprised but he was right. Zettlers always has what I need!

“This store in Pickerington is Awesome! My wife and I was looking for a grill and umbrella for our patio, and Joey was just the person to help us. He was able to explain to us about a new grill called “the new Green Egg”, and the different ways of cooking on it. And all the recipes available. Then, next was the umbrella. This was just what we were looking for. An umbrella that swivels, adjust up or down, and tilt. This store accommodated us from start to finish. If you’re in the neighborhood, stop by.”

No other stores sold the bi fold door hardware that I needed but this store, Zettlers, had it. The store is clean and the people that work there are very friendly and more than willing to help you if you need assistance.
Took back $1.79 item. Did not have receipt. Two other items I did have receipts. Was denied refund of unopened item. I also find they have a lot of gardening stuff but at the very high end of pricing.
Bought a bag of grass seed that had fertilizer and topsoil enhancer in it. It was expensive though but it seems very good product and bought it because have been having problems in part of my yard that using just grass seed isnt enough as the dirt is not good in my neighborhood.
In a world of warehouse type stores, Zettler has that home town personal attention and willingness to help anyone find the solution to their project. Its always a satisfying change!
Have a little bit of everything but unfortunately very overpriced compared to big box Lowes & Home Depot. Saves me a trip most of times, but big projects need a big box store.
Chill staff, good prices. They have a lot of hardware in stock so you dont have to drive all the way to Lowes for that one pipe fitting or bolt you need.
Ok store but limited on several home repair items. One thing for sure, you can tell by their prices they are a 2 step distribution retailer.

Ever since Sears hardware closed, we have needed a hardware in town. Zettlers is as close to a small town full service hardware as you can get. It starts with friendly employees and a wide selection of materials and tools. Zettlers lives up to their name. While I was in for a few diy projects, a gentleman came in to get his mower blades sharpened and within 5 minutes they were done. Skip a box store and come to Zettlers instead!
Needed certain screws in metric. Zeigler had them when other places fid not. Great place to find what you need!!

Went to pick up a gallon of deck stain. Waited 15 minutes for help. Help came an older gentleman with a goatee and a young man. Had extreme difficulty in the mixing and trying to figure what was what. Young gentleman got frustrated at the older employee and disappeared. Old gentleman got the paint mixed, put in the shaker wrong and paint can busted open. Guy was dumb founded and I suggested put whats left in a blank can and I will be good. He did, went to put it the shaker and told me the can will not work in the shaker and I will just have to take to home and stir it and said all I was doing is making his life complicated. I just walked out. What the heck, where did coustomer/ satisfaction go to. No more paints from this place.

2022-04-25I try to support local businesses including Zettler. I appreciate the staff’s recent support helping me load over 100 bags of mulch. They get 5*! On one of my earlier loads one of the workers (may be manager or owner) made a comment that maybe I should come back when it was not raining. Maybe he was just having a bad day. I still shop here and appreciate those employees that value the business providing a great customer experience.

2022-03-27We come here a lot since moving to pickerington, the staff is always so helpful and friendly. Especially today, I came by myself to get some sand for a boxing bag stand, Steve went above and beyond in Customer service, Picked up the bags and didn’t let me carry a thing, even brought it out to my car and put it in the trunk for me.

2022-02-27They were very helpful. I thought my smoke detector was broken. I keep it outdoors in the garage. He told me they dont work below 40 degrees. He is right! I also thought I needed canned air to clean my Mr buddy heater. It would not stay lit. He said to leave the propane on for 5 minutes and then start it. It worked! Although I did not buy anything it is worth it to buy products at Zettler. Even if they cost a little more. Ultimately it is a value cause they only sell you what you need! I will be back!

2021-12-28There was plenty of places to park on the day I went there. The store had only a few customers, which was probably good because I only saw three people working there. I had gone there for one specific item. Having never been there before, I asked one of the employees where that item was, and was told exactly where it was. While I was there I saw something else that I needed, and decided to buy it as well. There was no wait to check out. It was easy in and easy out. I prefer places like Zettlers over the big box stores because I can easily find someone to help me and spend only a fraction of the time there than would have at a big box store.

2021-04-06They have all the steps in order to keep you safe in their facility. The employees are very helpful and the store is clean and in order. I had some keys made that did not fit, took them back and got a refund with no problems. When there I had new batteries put in my car remotes, And they work beautifully. I highly recommend this store, you will find what youre looking for, and as I said an employee is always right there to help you.
