My Wife and I went there for lunch.Amanda was our server it took forever to get a menu and drinks.We ordered chili and onion rings right away and this was 20 minutes in. Amanda spent 20 minutes talking to the regulars the onion rings were cold and the bowl of chili was half full I said its half full she said that is the way it came. We waited forever for our hot Italian sub that was cold. I never got a refill on my drinks she spent all her time talking to people while our food sat and got cold. She wasnt busy just got our food when she was done talking. Terrible service cold food
Hadnt eaten here in years...its very good! Excellent wings, delicious pizza and very friendly, accommodating staff, extensive menu...what more could you want!

We decided to have my daughters Bridal shower at Zeppes Tavern on 3-1-20. . It was the perfect venue.. Great food, great staff, & great service. All the guests were impressed & full of compliments

Just wanted to say thank you, I am a truck driver and dont get to many great meals out here. From the wonderful lady taking my order to the fast delivery ... it arrived hot!! They also bent over backwards to add things to my pasta that wasnt in there already.. the food was scrumptious... I had penne pasta with brocolli ,onions , mushrooms and chicken with a Garlic butter sauce..yummy if i come back over i will surely order again...keep up the good work!! :)
Pizza was DELICIOUS, employees were polite and service was okay; they looked a little rough and unkempt (kept me from giving them five stars). However, I didnt notice any unsanitary that warranted my attention.
Well I ordered a Zeppes Italian Sub ...It was DELICIOUS!!! But the guy who took my order was COUGHING REALLY bad....without a mask. He proceeded to open my box but I told him NO STOP!!! The manager asked him if she came up front would he go home.. he said no he wanted to stay and help them clean. He should have left. She should have made him leave!!! I wanted to go back Thursday but Im giving him time to get rid of the Cough...Covet is real....

I love it here! Great food, atmosphere, and servers. Fast, prompt service. And attention to extras in an order. I only deducted a star in that, for the last month and a half, the womens restroom has been out of order. Just cant see an establishment of this caliber not having a plumber on hand to rectify whatever the issue is.

Im giving Zeppes a Bravo! I just ordered it and its on the way😋. I am a truck driver parked nearby@ Giant Eagle/American Seaway Food and got here just before 10pm(when Zeppes closes). The security guard gave me a menu but wasnt sure I had enough time to order. Called anyway and they said its too late for delivery. Didnt take long for the great customer service to show and I am happy I called. You could have easily said no since it was past 10 but you didnt and took my order anyway. So what can a hungry man do while waiting for his food except thank you for a great first impression. Any other drivers reading this, I do suggest you try them if you are nearby! (Good thing I didnt mention I was from Chicago⚾️⚾️⚾️🏆😉)
Its really weird how a place can have good-to-above-average food and GREAT Pizza but not good service!?!?!? Their pizza is excellent. The service in their restaurant (Miles Rd.) is TERRIBLE however. Its why theres nobody IN there ever. Somebodys asleep at the wheel here. When employees stand around and talk all the time customers arent happy. And when customers arent happy they dont return. I come here for great pizza. Otherwise, its really not a good place to frequent.
This establishment is a nice place to come too. Sometimes I have trouble getting a hold of staff because they are either in the back cooking, cleaning or stocking ( I presume I see heads moving and hear voices), for the most part the place is very clean and the aroma of the food cooking makes my stomach growl and my mouth water. This store should invest in a doorbell that notifys them that someone has entered the store that way no one is waiting for a long time.
Ordering to go on the website is broken. Their telephone system just end calls.. had to call several times and ask the gentlemen not to put me on hold as their auto service just ends the call. Ordered shrimp scampi pasta and potato skins. Sadly, the skins had no scallions on them. Scallions are what ties the skins together. That was Unfortunate. And again another problem, The lid to my shrimp scampi had come off inside the plastic bag and spilled everywhere inside the plastic bag. It was delivered to me this way when I collected the delivery as I watch the woman holding the plastic bag at the tied knot you can see that the order was not centered in the plastic bag and everything was at a 45° angle. What a shame. Dry pasta due to that. Not to mention a mess.Not that I’m lazy but, when I order delivery I kind of expect my food to be delivered directly to my door just as it would be with GrubHub, door dash, Uber eats this was not the case I had to leave my room come downstairs to collect my food. The whole point of a delivery services so that I don’t have to leave the comfort of my room otherwise I will just go pick it up myself. 3 strikes you’re out in my book. All of this on my first ever order with you Establishment. As they say first impressions are everything and everything that could’ve possibly gone wrong with this meal did. A 35$ Disaster
The Zeppes location in Twinsburg has better food quality and taste than this location. Otherwise staff and restaurant are clean, professional, courteous and provides correct orders. Fast service! Prices are reasonable.
Horrible experience with food and delivery. Tipped the driver 20% ($4.70) for this lazy, incompetent driver to leave pizza in lobby. Never said a word. I only found out when I called the store 1hr 30mins after ordering. They lied when I called. Food was ice cold. Never order from this place.

I by accident ordered from this location instead of the one around the corner from me. According to my dad when he walked in, the lady at the desk was nice & stayed him a happy fathers day. The food was really good.
My third time ordering at this location (including Super Bowl Sunday) and our order was made correct and on time each time. Great customer service, they wear masks, and the food was tasty! We will return.
My friend told me the pizza was excellent. I must have gone on the wrong day. The pizza was overcooked. I couldnt even bite the crust. Please check your order before you leave the counter.
Ordered Pizza, Wings, and a salad around 7pm for delivery. I got an approximate delivery time of 50-70 minutes so I figured it would be here by 8:10 - 8:15. So 8:45 roles around and still no delivery. I called and asked for the status of my delivery and was told the my order just came out and they were waiting for a driver so it would be another 30 minutes on top of it being already 30 minutes late. What I didn’t understand was if my order was going to be that late why not call and let us know this. So I asked if I could just pick it up and was told yes so I went and pick my order up. I live at the most 7 minutes away. Got there and the pizza and wings were cold which was another thing I didn’t understand since I was told less than 15 minutes ago that it just came out. This had me to believe that my order was done way before my approximate time and had just been sitting there. When I made a comment about the food being cold I was told “ sign the top copy and the bottom copy is yours”. Being that it had been 2 hours since I ordered it and my child was waiting to eat I just took my order and went home. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I understand thing are a little different because of what going on in the world but that is no excuse to neglect good customer service especially when someone is trying to patronize your business and spend what little money they do have with you.
My family stopped here on Saturday. The food was A-mazing! And the staff was so nice. Our teenager insisted on sitting in the car, the waitress even brought his food to the car.
The best food around. Not only do the have good pizza, they also have the best burgers around. Better yet check out their menu you wont be disappointed.
My husband and I dine in often and earn points to use for our free pizza. Happy hour appetizers are fantastic (meatballs/chicken quesadillas) are fire. Ordered delivery today and was absolutely satisfied. Thanks for providing what we pay for. 👍

Pretty impressive. Pizza and the associated offerings are some of the best comfort foods in the world. I paid for college by working at several pizza joints, so I know good quality when I see it. Amazing sauce, quality dough, excellent ingredients, and made with care. This driver brought it to my work, was pleasant, and checked my order to make sure it was right. Will order again soon!
Over rated and over priced. Never again. And if you could see whos making the food and thier clothes....sweating ...I should have turned around immediately. run. The dine in side is friendly and ok but its the same people cooking.

They’re busy to the point they don’t care anymore I had to wait 50 minutes for a pizza after someone forgot to confirm my order online. They make your food with less care.
Let me start by saying I haven’t seen delivery this bad since the plans to the death star. The cheese of the pizza tasted like it was from A long time ago in a country far far away. My only positive remark would be since I got it delivered in space nobody can hear you scream. The crust of the pizza was as hard as an infinity stone. Pepperoni tasted Like rocket raccoon from guardians of the galaxy had been chopped up into small pieces and marinated in The blood of Groot. Lastly the chicken wings I ordered smelled like what Yoda’s Swamp probably smelled like. I would rather watch Batman dancing from the 80s over and over before ordering this Unnatural pizza again.Worst Pizza ever...
I went there for a bridal shower. And I was pleasantly surprised it looked very elegant. And the food was just excellent. The employees were very observant to all the customers picking up plates getting things as needed. They were definitely on top of their game

Last week, we ordered Zeppe’s in Bedford Hts. for the first time and had it delivered. It was fresh, hot, and incredible! We ordered again two days later, and again, it hit the spot. Just ordered tonight and went to pick it up. They truly go out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied. I only leave reviews when companies go above and beyond. Zeppe’s did tonight, and we have found our new favorite spot. Thanks for 3 great experiences!
First time trying Zeppes tonight after work. Just wanted to try something new and see if I could find a place to just relax and unwind. The woman that served me was amazing. Soft calm voice and very professional. Wish I got her name, I tried but didnt ask. I believe her name starts with a J. Shell be easy to find next time as she was tall and pretty. The pizza was very good and the kind bartender was attentive and wasnt shocked or appalled when I asked for coffee after having a few beers. Played some poker and played some music before heading home. If youre looking for a nice atmosphere to unwind in after work, I recommend Zeppes.
Hit or miss. Some days they’re great and delivery is on time. Some days the food tastes old and delivery goes way beyond the initial estimated time... and I’m literally less than a mile away. Customer service is usually pretty good though.
Nice lighting and atmosphere. Great pizza! I got the zig zag crust but the thin crust looked better! Not your typical Zeppes though. It had a rock and roll and sports bar vibe. Very cool!
I live around the corner from this place. I do not have a car so i placed a order for delivery. Delivery took over hour and a half .Thats fine vecabec they did let me know that. But whanitbwas finally delivered it was cold. I waited almost 2 hours for a cold pizza and I live around the corner. I will never order from this place again. Thanks for the poor quality of food. I should not have to microwave a freshly delivered pizza. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star. But the delivery woman was very pleasant.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Ordered online tonight and it showed a delivery time of 40-60 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later I called and they said its on its way. 15 minutes later the driver pulls in. I pay and he leaves. The food is COLD not warm - COLD!. I called the store and they tell me theyll remake it and send it out! Like I have another hour and 35 minutes to wait for food again! The person on the phone says - oh well have a nice night!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Go anywhere else but here!!!

Terrible customer service. The manager is rude and argued with me over getting a certain dressing for the spinach salad. Said they do not have olive oil when it is listed on their website for the caprese salad. I have ordered this salad and dressing several times before, but today I was told I wasnt allowed. I would have even paid extra for this but that wasnt an option.

This place used to be good, but not so much recently. It is on the downhill trend. Huge change in bartenders and servers. And now they dropped Buzztime trivia after having it for a year with no warning and no consideration to customers who were playing the trivia game on a regular basis, like me. No reason for me to hurry back there.Thank you for your response. In actuality, Buzztime trivia does not require a tv screen to play it. All of the questions appear on the tablets. The tv screen only enhances/helps to promote the experience. So in reality, you could keep Buzztime and still add Keno. Having Buzztime made your bar/tavern somewhat unique in the area, as no other nearby bar has it. I have been visiting/eating lunch at least 2 days a week since you got Buzztime, and was bringing 5 to 6 others to play Buzztime on alternate Friday evenings for 2.5 hours. But I guess our business doesnt mean anything, since Buzztime was unceremoniously dropped. Did you really try to do anything to promote Buzztime? Bars with Keno are a dime a dozen. Called in to place a delivery and the guy had no manners. Told me 5 times that it would be 2 hours to deliver pizza, which is fine they’re busy. But he repeated it throughout the phone call as if he wanted me to cancel the order. I should’ve. Poor service won’t get you far in the field you’re in. And now it’s been almost 2 hours and pizza still hasn’t arrived. Never again
Great great PIZZA! Service is always wonderful and they have terrific folks on staff. Prices are very competitive and they always have the pizzas made very quickly for you. I typically pick up from this location when I’m passing through; however their delivery service is very good as well.

Always a good time and the food is great! If your a fish lover, you must try their Perch Dinner... simply delicious! Also, their chicken tenders are sooooo good! Oh yeah, their Pizza and Calzones are second to none!

I visited zeppes tavern yesterday 2/15/20 with my husband for drinks pizza and chicken we were having a good time I had just got my hair done we had good news and was feeling blessed. I went to the ladies room and while I was in the rest room the sink just fell to the floor and water was everywhere my clothes and my hair was soaked with water water was everywhere I ran out and yelled for help the staff members came and cut off the main water that was shooting out like a fountain..I was real shaken up and very upset the manager came out says I will buy you guys a drink and I need you to sign this paper that you were not hurt he was very unsympathetic towards and put the paper in front of me and dissapeared in the back and I asked the barmaid to ask him to come back and talk to me because I felt his reponse was totally unacceptable, he said he was too busy on the pizza line yo talk to me or my husband and if I wanted to I can call the police but they wont do nothing no way and the place was not busy with customers only three other people with there food,but when the police got there he immediately became unbusy and all of a sudden was able to talk ,the police were very professional and told me to take pictures of the sink and gave me the cooperate number which the manager refused to provide for me a mr Mike but he insisted I sign the paper and leave my info I requested his bosses info which he refused to giveI I was asking for a little accommodation on our bill but he was rude and refused things got a little loud over the disrespect that i felt and they had the nerve to tell us to leave and never come back .i never felt so disrespected like that in a very long time so my husband paid the bill and we left in the cold with my hair soaking wet and my clothes wet Im lucky i did not get sick cause it was like 12 degrees out side..
EDIT as 11-4-18 Their beer selection is HORRID. Whoever buys their beer is not a beer drinker. IPAs need to be solid. The best they can offer is Columbus IPA in bottle. Some genius over there decided to remove Fat Head Headhunter from the tap.Deal breaker for me and probably most real beer lovers.Emily best bartender, good is great considering prices changed. Happy hour is best kept secret. TACO TUESDAYS!!

I tried posting this on your Facebook reviews but for some reason it wouldn’t let me, how suspicious.How is this “Restaurant” even in business anymore. Without fail, literally everytime I come here or order from here there is a problem. But let’s start with the website. It’s like some 16 year old threw together some code for his brothers friend and made it “Zeppes Online”. Real restaurants do not work this way, they have a real PoS, not this rendition of a 1994 version.Secondly, the customer service at this location and basically any location around Cleveland is terrible. From top (managers) to bottom (employee), it’s get the order, get the card number, hang up BYE! No follow up on what I just placed, just hang up. My lunch is at 2:30 I know y’all ain’t busy enough to be hanging up like that.Third, is the constant miss communication between a delivery and what I assume they call carside or pick up by the customer. I hit delivery into the website and than nothing happens for an hour, I call, and the person on the phone tells me “oh it came into our system as a pickup”. See above issue about having a real quality PoS system.Zero stars, burn in Hell, I’m sure this brand with all these other negative reviews has only but a little time until it’s closed up and bankrupt.
I order delivery every time Im at Olympic Steel. Never a disappointment , always delicious. Best Italian Wedding Soup on the road. The Clevelander is always perfection.Call you next time Im in!!!
Pizza is pretty good usually but do not order a BLT sub. Had about 3 grams of what seemed to be bacon bits on it. Probably my own fault for not just sticking with what I know. If you want a sub, go to Dibellas.

Zeppes has changed over the years in Bedford. They are located on Miles Road. They used to deliver on Miles. Now they dont deliver to any houses on Miles. They said because they had a bad experience by the housing complex down the street. They were probably robbed or something. But dont they realize that they can get robbed right at the store? Why must everyone else suffer because someone else messed up? Well Ive made sure that no business that I am associated will order from them. Rascal house has better deals anyway.

Only 4 stars for me because took over an hr for delivery being less than a mile away.... Cajun fries were good but a little cold... i ordered the BBQ burger and wow What a great burger mouth watering... and i ordered boneless wings with garlic Parmesan sauce also and I have to say man it was spicy I didnt think garlic Parmesan sauce would be spicy but very good kind of taste like they mixed hot sauce in with the parmesan garlic sauce but if you like spicy foods and it is...very mouth-watering.. I cant wait to order from here again the next time i come to CSI interior supply and try other items...

The cook was awful he served raw potatoes and cold hard shrimp and it was only 3 people in the restaurant i had 2 just get up and leave!!!

I enjoy this place so much. You can sit by the fireplace, watch the games, have a few cocktails and delicious food. All of the waitresses that have waited on us have been very pleasant

Got an itianano chicken sandwidch on 8 13 18 it was part of a large ordr for a business metting my sandwich and 2 others were well over done my chicken was nearly all black and one pattie was black i have photosMy manager has zeppes on speed dail but muself was never a fanBut if in rome do as the romans do but after mondays horrible lunch which i never got to eat thst day took one bite and could barely chew itI had posted this on monday 8 13 18 but it looks to have been removed and never got a response from zeppes in bedford the corp headquartersI dont think a business should be able to get away with such service and i will tell anyone who will listen about my sandwichIt may have been a bit different if a response was given from zeppes but as i said my monday post has seemed to been removed

I’m not sure what the problem is at this location. I go to the Mentor location all the time and they blow this location out of the water. Everything here is rushed, I have been put on hold for literally 20-25 minutes before. Never going back, the staff and ownership (if they have any??) at this location obviously do not care about the customer!!!!

Pizza was good, had a nice wait for pickup but I got refunded for the 20 min extra wait.

2022-03-27Had my daughters birthday dinner here (age4). Everything was pretty smooth and it was a nice heated, enclosed outdoor patio that had good noise separation for our party that included many small children. Employees were nice. A bit busy considering I had an advance reservation, but we had a good time, and the food was both delicious and reasonably priced.

2022-03-12We got take out, as we usually do. The service was quick, order prepared and packaged promptly and correctly. We always order too much and the food is good and there is a wide variety to choose from. The pizza is good and as you would expect it to be, but the one thing I really want to highlight is the garlic bread with cheese. If you like garlic and cheese, you will love it. It is the best and no other place makes it as good.

2020-07-10We ordered delivery last night from a nearby shipping/receiving food facility while unloading (Truck Drivers). Not sure about timing, but starved, we ordered delivery anyway. Sure enough after unloading -- we were not allowed to stay on that property. So I called Zeppes and the VERY nice lady said No problem. Just drive down Richmond and park your truck across the street from us at Circle K, and honk your horn. Our door is open. Ill hear you, and our guy will run it right over to you.I just want to say thanks SO much for accommodating us like this. It is such a challenge to get descent food while driving a truck. The options are already limited, but even more so during a pandemic.This means a lot that you were so polite and helpful! And the pizza was delicious! We ordered the Thursday thin crust pizza special...I couldve used a little more sauce on it, but we are sauce lovers😁

2020-02-12I must have gotten there right when they opened. I was the only customer so I had my pick of seats. The food was delicious and the service was great but it took really long for my food to come out.The large pizzas are super large and filled with toppings. They were so big that they took up my whole front passenger seat!

2022-06-30Placed order for meat pizza, zepperoni rolls and a chef salad. 12.99 for a chef salad and no meat on salad. Oh, forgot to mention, I used the rippoff artists known as DoorDash, So was charged 12.99 for a garden salad. Watch this place!!Yes, we did receive response, so changed rating. And yes if you order direct from restaurant you pay 10.99 for the chef salad. DoorDash adds a buck or two to every menu item. BEWARE, not restaurants fault.
