This has been an awful experience. I’ve had the same ring replaced 3x, just got the new one yesterday and there’s chunks missing out of the band which is originally why I took it back in the first place. I’m returning and going somewhere else. The staff at the Dublin store has not been helpful whatsoever. We will not be going back.

Evon and Cory were outstanding. I never write reviews but they deserve every shout out possible. I had to bring my 9 month old with me and they accommodated my needs very well. It made shopping for my wifes 10 years anniversary gift effortless. They were phenomenal. Evon, from the time I called in to the time I checked out was just awesome. Fantastic customer service and knew what I was looking for just by me describing my wifes taste in jewelry. I can not thank you enough. I am blown away. This is why I choose Zales.

I recently took an afternoon off work to go in the store to get some help with making an online order, I just needed some guidance so I knew I was getting what I wanted. This is a big purchase for me and I want to be sure I’m doing it right. After getting there, I waited for a while, no big deal. After talking with them, we decided to wait until her manager came back from a conference before we decided on anything, or placed the order but she knew exactly what I was talking about, I even had a picture of a similar item. I was told her manager would be back the next day and she would call me after they were able to talk through what I wanted. I never heard anything the following day, so I gave it another day and called them. I spoke with a guy, he was able to give me a little more information but I had a few questions he was unable to answer because he is new, so he said he would have someone call me back. A few days went by and I never heard anything. I have been super anxious to place my order but again I am hopeful for some guidance. I have called twice since and still have not received a phone call back. I’m not sure what their job is but I can assure you, you will not get good customer service by choosing this store. I plan to take my business somewhere else.

Wife went to re purpose diamonds the ones we left them with were not the the ones used for her new ring. Sent several email to corporate and got zero response. I would not trust Zales ever. They control the goods and can do what they want. You have zero say in what they do with your jewels. My wife has be bringing this up for years. I told her upfront I thought it was a bad idea.

My fiance bought me a ring from this store. They never told him if he got it engraved he could not return it, even after he made the comment that he hopes I like it. Read the fine print! I like the ring thats not the problem. The problem is the ring went on sale for almost 700 dollars less and we were still in our 60 day window to return or do a price adjustment. The sales lady Sam says the computer wont allow her to give the price adjustment after we told her customer service said we could and to go to the store we bought it from. She said we couldnt return and purchase it again to get the discount either because of the engravement. She also went onto say they are privately owned and dont have to price match zales online prices (the same sale they were having in their store). Not true! After speaking to customer service again confirming what they initially told me they called the store themselves and then had to call the district manager to get it taken care of. We had 4 hours wrapped into this. A hour and a half drive to the store. Then as were driving back home we get a call from the store saying come get your money. After all this she has the nerve to suggest we lied on her then asked if we were still interested in buying the wedding band to my ring and his wedding band. No! Very unprofessional! Not a trust worthy store. Buy online. Customer service said if you wouldve bought online I could just refund you the price difference over the phone now!

I have recently had a bad experience with the Zales in Tuttle mall. When purchasing a new engagement ring wich was priced online for $3,999.00 list price was $4,449.00. I was told that Zales would price match for 60 days if the ring went on sale for an even lower price. Approximately 45 days later the Ring went on sale for 25% off. The new sale price was $3336.75. So I returned to the store where they refused to honor the new sale. After a call to customer service the district manager told the store to honor the discount. About a week later they had a 30% off sale bringing the price down to $3114.30. So I called the store and spoke with the assistant manager Sam. Who said they would honor the additional savings. So later that evening I went back to the store. Another assistant manager asked how she could help me. I explained to her that the ring I purchased have been further discounted again and I would like them to honor it. She didnt seem to want to do it. So I told her I called in already and Sam the other assistant told me it would be honored. Sam was standing a few feet away and could here me. Sam then LIED and said that she had not spoken to me. I was positive that I spoke to her because she has a very recognizable accent. Ultimately the other manager did honor the sale. But to have an employee lie like that and to have them make the whole process so difficult to say the least was very upsetting.

Extremely disappointed in this Zales. I ordered an engagement ring which I was told would be in by a specific date, the ring did not come in. I called and spoke to someone who told me that the ring could take up to 4 weeks to come in and apologized I was misinformed. I had to buy a different engagement to use for the proposal as it was already all set up. I was highly upset but tried to just suck it up and focus on getting a new ring immediately. After waiting for multiple weeks I never heard about my original ring coming in. I gave it additional time and called back the end of week 5, I was told they would have to contact the vendor to see where it was and they’d call me back. They did call back in approximately 5 minutes, where they advised the ring was actually in the store and able to be picked up! What?!? I was never even notified that the ring came in. Had I not called, would I ever have known. I now have 2 engagement rings, the 2nd ring (I took my business else where and had the ring in my hand that day) and the original one (it was special ordered so advised I couldn’t cancel it). We are in need of our wedding bands but can’t trust that I could depend on this store again without adding additional stress to a wedding.

Sam will say anything to get a sale and will chase you around the store hounding you for business. Its embarrassing to watch. Rhonda is decent but hates working for Zales, doesnt like Sam and says some racist things about her but cant fire her because Sam would raise hell with HR. She needs to go. The environment there is toxic. The company is very cheap and does not value its employees...and if they dont value their employees you can be sure they wont value you. You could do better elsewhere.

Their customer service was good enough but I would stay away if looking for jewelery repair. Not only was the cost notably higher than the quote, but the stone I paid to set came back with a visable scratch that spans the surface. I’m very disappointed. Lesson learned.
