I was new to vaping and stopped by with a few questions. Joni and Bob were knowledgeable and answered all my questions . Very friendly and low pressure buying experience. Prices were also on par with internet deals without the wait for shipping .Would highly recommend to anyone looking for vape related products in the Youngstown area.
I absolutely love this shop!! The people who work there are so friendly and helpful. I go there for all my vape needs. I have been to many vape stores and can NOT same the same about them.
Never again I spent 22$ they sold me the wrong stuff I made it clear wat I want and got home my fault for not lookin but I didnt feel the need since it was the owner that sold it to me and it was some kind of flavor so Im done wont go back

Spent over $60, they forgot to change the juice to 6nic and didnt even give me the juice in the bag. I came in next day asking for the juice and they tried to say I didnt buy it. Wont ever go here again.
Friendly owners, nice variety of juices and products in the store at reasonable prices and if you want something they will order it for you.
Constantly out of the coils I need. If you know people buy a lot of a certain coil...THEN ORDER MORE! Ill find somewhere else to go. Plenty of others around.

2017-05-16They have a wide selection of flavors but didnt have the coil or batterys that my alien box mod came with. The lady that I always talk to in there is always nice but I never really buy anything because its a bit expensive there. I prefer other locations in boardman.

2018-05-28I called the store and was greeted very unfriendly. They were not helpful at all. It apparently is family owned because the guy handed the phone to his wife whom seemed annoyed that I called just to ask if they had a certain kind of juice. Very unprofessional and rude. Never going to buy from here. Learn some customer service.

2021-05-17The lady sold me 2 broken vapes when I went to go in to tell her that they were broke and she automatically told me to leave the store and that was it then got an attitude when i said your going to nothing after i paid for these she said no get out ! This place is selling broken non working vapes along with prices 2 times what other stores charge i would not recommend anyone go to this store

2015-11-21Worst experience today 11-21-2015. Young tall heavy set salesman. I have learned to always test disposable clearomizers before I paid for them here. I have bought three here in the past that were no good. Two other sales people test them here with me, not this one. Told me good or bad I have to keep it. Never again, you lost me and many more customers because of this one sales person.

2015-04-04I stopped at the Austintown location earlier this week and the Boardman location today. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions.I got a great new mod, juice and tank and all the help to set it up so I could try it out before I even left. I am as happy as a kid on Christmas morning and I definitely know I wont be going back to cigarettes.I will recommend this place to anyone interested in vaping, or quitting smoking.

2015-10-23Lady worked there was more than rude and did nothing but give dirty looks. Had my phone out and she accused my of taking pictures of her stuff. Too expensive. No selection. Never again. Customer service was terrible!

2018-07-23Great place to get all of your questions answered. The counter guy (Jim?) was very helpful and patient going thru questions and showing products while I tried to figure out the right product for my concerns to continue to not smoke.

2018-02-03Second time Ive come here and no one was there. Sign on door said be back in 30 min. I waited over 30 min and nothing. Terrible way to run a business. They just lost a customer. Will be buying for online now.
