Been coming here monthly since buying my bike in 2019. Excellent selection of clothing and very friendly staff. Today I came in with my kid to buy her a Tshirt. As we entered the service doors a man was throwing helmets out of their office area, visibly angry. Not only did it frighten my daughter walking in but also ruined my experience and the environment wasn’t how i remembered.
5 star Harley-Davidson dealership. I have been to many across the country and Youngstown Harley stands out .Amazing staff , Awesome selection of bikes and clothing just a great place buy from .I was visiting and overheard a customer broke down on his bike and called in for help in service , the owner of the store and the managers worked on immediately going to pick this guy and his bike on the side of the road .Who does that especially these days ?I am very impressed and will continue to recommend this place to my family and friends .If I could give 10 stars I would !
Very friendly people just moved to the area looking at the Harley Davidson Nightster they will have one in by the end of may or sooner but the people were very friendly the place has a restaurant in it . Great location and no pressure on sale just wanting to make sure that the experience of shopping at there dealership is no pressure want you to make sure what you are looking for is really what you want many models on hand a very good selection of used bikes will be back many times I am sure .
Normally i like to leave good reviews...this wont be oneAways had great service when it was biketown. Now that its youngstown harley doesnt seem to doing the job. Took a bike in for servicing... charged for light and labor and never changed light....how do you charge an hourly rate when you never touched it. Also destroyed our brand new saddle bags.. refuse to do anything about that. Will not give a refund for labor unless we drive the 1.5 hours back. It was okay to get card info over the phone to pay for it...but cant do it for a refund. It wasnt like it was a 200 dollar job...paid well over 2100...and really no solution. We Wont be back.
We moved to Youngstown in 2021 and I hadn’t needed much from a dealer until today. I had to get a new rear tire for my ‘16 FLTRU desperately. At about 2:30p, I called Youngstown H-D and Ron in service answered. He had the tire in stock and said he could get it put on the same day. Once I arrived, Ron checked out my bike and noticed that my rear brake pads were just as bad as my current rear tire! Admittedly, I hadn’t checked either in a while. He brought me over and showed me exactly what the pads looked like. In less than two hours, my RG had a new rear tire and pads installed, and I was on my way. Absolute awesome service: I am grateful for the way I was treated, for the service done properly and so promptly, and for the greetings from the entire team as I browsed the showroom floor. Also would like to mention a shoutout to Bruce in parts, who rang me up and provided an equally pleasant experience. YH-D is now my new home for all things H-D, and the Biker Brewhouse is just the cherry on top!!
I actually give the service department -5 starsI i have bought 3 motorcycles from this shop the last 10 years I called because I bought aftermarket rims and tires Im having an issue with the control of the front of the bike. I asked them to balance the tire and they tell me they will not do it because i did not purchase my tire and wheel there they have lost a customers

I recently purchased my very first Harley at the Youngstown HD. It was probably one of the best experiences I have had while making a vehicle purchase. From Customer Service (Brooklyn), to sales (Dale and Alex), to finance (Frank) and then Service (Fergi). I am very impressed with the professionalism while still making me feel like part of the family. Will definitely make all my future purchased with this dealership. I love my 2022 Nightster RH975.

My wife and I are from Florida and needed a rear tire for her bike. Joe Stevens answered my phone call and was very helpful. We had to wait for them to complete the service event and while we were there, we met an incredible staff and had a great experience. Joe is top notch as are Cheryl and Tommy. I feel this HD dealership gets it and know how to take care of their customers. I recommend this dealership with 5 stars!
Have not had bad experience at all. They have there own brew house. Good staff. Good atmosphere. Do nice things around holidays with kids and I took motorcycle classes to get my motorcycle license endorsement and passed(never even started a bike with a motor before) Good instructors to learn from
Clean social distancing awareness . Very clean friendly. So many different things to choose from at great prices. May I mention the micro brewery.. the blueberry is great peach and watermelon brews very refreshing. Probably the 1st Harley shop where everyone seemed very helpful and honest. You can tell great pride is taken when it comes to integrity.Thanks to the 2 men running the place Doug and Brian very honest and helpful. !

They purchased my Harley XR 1200 at a very fair price. Also, the BEER at their INSIDE restaurant just ROCKS! RUN... dont walk to this Harley Store - ITS GREAT!
Worked with Tom Orlando after messaging me on Facebook about my bike. I originally thought it was a scam but I gave him a call and not even an hour later he had someone come pick the bike up for me. 20 minutes after it being there he called me back and offered me my asking price no question asked. Definitely will be buying my next bike with this store!
Nice Harley shop, they was out of a lot of shirts and a little pricey, but then again its a Harley dealership. Plenty of new and used bikes to look at. I didnt mean to be so critical of Youngstown Harley, its a really nice dealership and I have enjoyed it every time I have been there.
Purchased 2 new Street Glides in the past month for my wife and myself. Decided to have the stage iv kit installed on mine. Picked it up last night. What a difference, this machine is a rocket. Best of all its still covered under the factory warantee. The horsepower and torque increase is worth every penny. If you want a new machine spend the extra $$$ for this kit and just smile when you crack the throttle.This is the 6th and 7th bike I have purchased here since 2007. Always a good place to deal with. Thanks guys!
Not a great experience... was never even offered to test ride the bike before buying it. The seat i told would break in on it is still rock hard 1k miles later and im not very pleased about it. Might return to give them another chance but wont be recommending them to anyone anytime soon
Decent place however the manager, Tommy O, can’t seem to remember what he tells people. He told us one thing, and days he wrote down another. Which whatever, but the difference was substantial and we’d have not wasted our time after working all night to drive the hour up here.Yes, they’re a dealership and looking to make money, I know that. But when the difference is 2-4K and then claiming you wrote it down and saying you didn’t tell us something, kind of silly.If you talk to him, just don’t do it over the phone. Get it all in text so he can’t change it up on you.Also, make sure your tires are less than five years old if you’re looking to sell. If they are 5 years or older he has to change them and idk about other bikes but for my sportster he quoted $700. (Also for anyone interested in tires, there’s nothing special about the Harley ones. Just a fancy stamp that says HD and they charge more like everything else. So you can put other tires on. But I digress)TL;DR: anything you do with this dealership get in writing from them prior to going. And if you sell a bike, don’t have tires over 5 years old, else they have to change them.
I bought a bike from salesman Dale. He was very professional. Took time to explain everything with me. The whole staff @ Bike Town are very friendly and helpful. They have the best prices on new & used Harleys. I would highly recommend shopping here if your looking to buy a bike. Thank you again to Dale and the staff @ Bike Town for making my new bike purchase well worth my time and money. I will definately buy from yinz again.
2009 Ultra Classic -Bought New from bike town… recently took in for service for throttle by-wire issue causing the bike to go into limp mode/limited Performance. The bike was in two separate times but the problem persisted. The check engine light was on b4 even leaving the lot the 2nd time. So I Decided to cut my losses and looked for the problem myself. I discovered some damage wires behind the faring for the twist grip sensor that ultimately ended up solving/repairing this problem after their two failed attempts. I decided to go back with parts in hand to my service guy to see if he could help me out by making things right, he seemed to do his best but in the end I was told they ran diagnostics on the bike and did what they could and that’s that- sorry… my next bike will be from somewhere else.
Terrible!! Was passing through town en route to NY from Chicago to pick up some souvenirs for the family.... rude workers, not friendly. Were more interested in their own conversations than allowing me to spend my money at their establishment. When going back to NY I will keep going for other HD store options.
Awsome dealership, great staff, clean, attentive. I have to give Jordan a shoutout for recommending places for us to go, being were from New York, on our way to Chicago. We stayed in Youngstown for the night and had to stop at this dealership and check it out. It also had a brewery which was awsome. Just a great place to check out if youre in the area 🤘😎🤘🇺🇲
My cousin Tim bought a amplifier and speakers that they installed. After a year of bringing back to them they told him he should buy a new amplifier because that one is old. When it never worked correctly since the day they installed it. They have no idea what they are doing.
Traded in a 2016 Ultra Limited for a 2021 Triglide. This dealership worked with me and I felt I was given a great deal. Salesdude Dale and Finance Frank were a pleasure to work with and even HIM! (Dale & Frank will know what I am talking about) I, Can not express enough how well I the customer was treated.
Bike Town made my very first purchase of a Harley a very memorable and extremely pleasant experience. It was unlike any sales experience I have ever had. It was first class the whole way. Dale has to be the best salesman I have ever met. He is very mellow and a very likeable guy. He knew it was my first bike and instead of recommending a style or taking me to the bike they want to get rid of, he showed me a few and asked what do you want or like. He wanted to make sure I got what I wanted and not what he was told to try and sell that day. Everyone in there was extremely friendly and helpful. When making big purchases, it seems like you have to wait forever on the finance manager to sign your papers. Not at Bike Town. It seemed like it was only five minutes between the handshake that sealed the deal to me sitting in the finance office signing papers. Im extremely grateful and thankful for all their help. I was a little intimidated because I waited till I was 39 to buy a Harley but that all went away within five minutes of being there. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I would also highly recommend buying from Dale. He is the most down to earth guy Ive ever met You cant go wrong at Bike Town.
I have to let everyone know who is considering taking the BIKETOWN university training course it is amazing instructor Coach Steve and instructor Coach Brad are top notch one of a kind Instructors with lots of patience and a ton of knowledge and extreme consideration for all of us total beginners... The class is ran very professional supplied with cold drinks and snacks throughout the day I personally have a defect from brain tumor surgery and totally deaf in one ear and they worked very well with me (thank you) and made sure that I was able to keep up with everything I learned so much from their course and them guys .. it is an NOT a pushing tactic to make people buy stuff but after driving their supplied awesome training Harley Davidson bikes I sure do I have an itch to buy a bike from there thank you very much BIKETOWN Harley Davison and Brad and Steve
Just got my first bike! I was excited to dress it up with lots of assecories; seat, mirrors, windshield, bags, etc. I couldnt get waited on in the service department! When Im ready to spend my time and money, I think a simple acknowledgement of well be right with you goes a long way. Not even to acknowledge a potential customer when two service people are helping the sole other person who is there, leads me to believe that customer service training could be lacking. Guess I will take my money to a place where I can get taken care of and feel like I am worthy!
Horrible experience. Dont expect to use their website for accurate information. Traveled out of our way for an item listed on their website only to be told they wouldnt honor the advertised price because the link takes you to the corporate site. The manager proceeded to give us an attitude and didnt seem to care much about losing a customer. She was too busy chatting with a friend while her kid ran through the store. She basically treated us like we were clueless. Wont be going there ever again. Very disappointed and website is very deceiving. I ended up ordering the item online and when I did it asked me to provide the the dealer to receive recognition of purchase. I sure didnt use the Youngstown location!
Years ago, I had a bad experience here. I continued to stop in occasionally and George always took care of me in a prompt, professional manner. Yesterday, however, James blew the roof off with outstanding customer service!!! I needed a part and he told me that he had that part on display which he could offer at a discount. Mind you, he didnt have to tell me that fact and could have sold it to me at full retail, etc. Moreover, he took my CC info and let me walk out of the store so I could see if it would work properly!?!? Nobody gives this kind of service in the 21st century! Cannot say enough good things about how I was treated!😊 Highly recommended.
Pretty disappointed in the service I dropped my bike off on Friday for appointment on Saturday at 1230 was told it will be done before they closed at 5 it was never finished and service is closed on Sunday and now closed Monday and Tuesday so I can’t even get it back until Wednesday I will take both of my bikes elsewhere for now on
Biketown always goes above and beyond for us. We were in for service and they gave us a demo bike since we have a poker run on Sunday. The demo did not have a sissy bar on it and we called and they opened a brand new box and attached that for me so I can ride this weekend. They are truly the best and I highly recommend this dealership. The whole dealership is very friendly and accommodating.
I went here for the riding school and highly recommend it to any rider that hasnt taken it or doesnt have their endorsement yet. Instructors were absolutely top notch! Biketown also has a great selections of bikes, apparel and accessories. Ive not used their service dept, however I do hear from others not to go here for service, but go instead to Sharon.
Been in here a few times for a motorcycle class. staff was always super friendly even when I wasnt buying. the micro brewery is cool from what I hear and its a decent place to hang out if you like Harley culture I guess. showroom has some pretty bikes but theres also a pre-owned area for non Harley stuff as well.if youre considering getting a bike, they have a three day course over the weekend to get you your license. highly recommend the class.
This dealership is everything that a motorcycle hangout should be. It’s got awesome bikes, great employees, a service shop that’s clean and well kept, and a place to grab a beer!They have their own micro brewery and I’d be damned if it isn’t good! That’s coming from a guy that has sampled craft beers all over the country. Great tastes and a wonderful crowd, no high school drama here.Swing by any time, but during an event would probably be the best time to go for the first time. I really like how they keep the bikes set up.
I just bought a Street Glide Special from Bike Town. Easiest thing ever. I found a 2014 I liked online and inquired about the price. My salesman, Dale, came back with a price then I came back with an offer which was agreed upon. Next I applied online for financing and was instantly approved. A couple days later, I went for a test ride and decided I wanted the bike. The paperwork took about as long as it takes to sit in Bike Towns new brew pub and enjoy a fine craft beer. I couldnt be happier. Bike Town has a great selection of new and used bikes along with an A+ low pressure buying experience. One of my work buddies is bike shopping, I gave him Dales card and told him to head out to Youngstown and hed find what hes looking for. If youre shopping for a new ride, I highly recommend these guys.

My salesman Cody did a great job. He showed me several bikes and went over each with me. Frank help me negotiate a great price. (I had been shopping for over a month). I went to their Veterans Day luncheon. Was supposed to be a catered. What a disappointment. From the time i walked inside I was greeted with a burning stench of a ungodly smell. Seems they were brewing beer. I couldnt even stay long. People with asthma like i do would never be able to stay long. word of advice.... Ventilation. Ill never be back. An hour ride for nothing, and from what i seen by the comments, the food sucked too.
Id visited Biketown before but didnt buy an HD at that time. But my experience was good and I kept in touch. When the time came to upgrade 4 yrs later, I went back. These folks treat you with respect and friendship, like bikers do. I walked away the proud owner of a Beautiful HD and also with the feeling that we had made new friends. I recommend you check it out. Even if you arent in the market for a new bike right now, its a Beautiful dealership and a fine representation of what Harley Davidson is all about.
We just bought our Ultra Classic Limited here and they were very awesome to work with. We loved our experience. They took the time to work with us and show us all the features. When we went back a few days later with a very minor problem our salesman stopped what he was doing to help us resolve it!!! We have been going in there for 3 years now and everytime some on always asks us if we need help! The only thing is dont expect much help on QS&Ls bike night. They are very busy, if you want quality one on one go on a different night.
Great bike selections, awesome merchandise and a friendly staff...drawbacks were high prices, and under-cutting in product trade ins...If there is a place to get a great ride from...typically Bike Town has good pricing, but be cautious on what is offered as trade in value if you look to trade in one.
My hubby went to their Veterans Day luncheon today. Was supposed to be a catered lunch from the upstairs restaurant, from noon to whenever it was gone. He got there a little after noon, and all they had was mac and cheese. Some coffee and soda. Seamed like there were all kinds of sales reps just waiting to try to sell you something. Just didnt seem like it was for the vets at all. This was the first one of their get together he was to. He was very disappointed. He just bought his bike there this summer.
I would give them a zero if I could. My husbands experience is: Service department should be called re-service as they never seem to get anything right the first time. Three times in the off season I have had my bike serviced, only to have to take it in again because it was not repaired correctly or another issue mysteriously appeared that they would service at my cost because it couldnt possibly have anything to do with their work. If you want it done right, and done right the first time, take your bike somewhere else. I never had a problem with Adventure HD, I only took it to Biketown because of the distance. From now on Ill go to Adventure HD.
Stopped in to get some cleaning supplies. I wear Hi-Vis jacket and helmet. I was asked if I was there for the rookie class. It seems they think that only rookies and idiots wear safety gear while riding. HORRIBLE attitude considering they teach the BRS and test for the state of Ohio.Pretty sure I wont be trading my bike in here for my next one.
This is the worst Harley Davidson dealership. We have always had crappy service from service department. And today I call about a warranty issue with a jacket, and am told they cant do anything about it. But another Harley shop where I didnt buy the jacket at either, gladly took the battery and will be sending me a new one..will never shop here again! Place is a joke
Was passing through Austintown today with the wife we had to make a pit stop so I thought to stroll through. I met bryan very nice guy he showed me around the dealership answered all my questions and did not pressure me to buy a bike. I have been to different shops even after telling them I was just there for info the tried to sell me a bike I told them I didnt like. So bike town when I deside to buy a bike youll be my first stop.
Walked into part ask for a part, gave the year three times and the girl still gave me the wrong part, an hour drive to get up there just to have to go back and return it. No star for the service the first time, two stars for the fast no hassle easy return. After telling friends at work about this everyone said to say away from them, go to Warren instead! Lessen learned.
Came in for some parts,,,nobody at counter so I asked a lady if any body was working in parts ...she said a guy but I have him working in the back and her on the phone..after waiting 20 minutes and she was still on the phone I left and bought my parts from warren harley....I left bike town as I couldnt get help and didnt need a tee shirt
We were about to come there to look at a bike I wanted that they had in stock, but then the Trump supporters pictures just turned us off. We have had some bad problems with Trump supporters in the last year and frankly we dont want to risk another.Now I want to be clear I heard good things about this place, but I dont want to go somewhere to do business and have someone verbally asalt my wife again. And thats how all these pro-trump photos read. Its like saying your kinds not welcome here.Its a sad state of our country these days. When I was a kid it was better. People didnt go to the wife of a war hero and tell she needs to leave the country and call her racist slurs because the presidents staff are all hate filled people spreading lies.My wife is a doctor, and child of a WW2 war hero, but because shes brown almost every time we go out someone in a Trump shirt verbally attacks her. Telling her shes the problem with America right now.And here I am. I was in the first strikes after 911, I worked with spec ops, Ive been shot, stabbed and all kinds of fun. My children were killed by entitled worthless punks as I protected all of your families. All I have is this awesome woman who saw past my broken shell and soul to save me. And here I am unable to do anything to protect her from this un-american behavior. It kills me.But what I can do is avoid it where I can.
Very bad customer service. Everyone there acts like you are bothering them. I been there a couple of times for things. Usually ignored. Dont even ask someone at the parts counter a question heaven forbid they have actually speak. Not very impressed at all with the place.
My Brother in law from Missouri rode in and both of his flood lights went out. We where near Akron rubber city Harley so We called to see if they could squeeze it in..Hold for 26 minutes then called back an waz promised a call ba k by service.. No call back..I called Brian here as he has always taken great care of me an my bikes.. his parts an service staff are AWESOME.. he got us in Saturday and an hour later back on the road.. THX TO BIKETOWN..

I sold my bike at a fair price that worked for both of us. Great job. After my experience today Ill definitely go back to Youngstown Harley-Davidson when Im ready for a new bike. 2022-03-18The new bar area is soooo much better and gives you all the options a bar proper has to offer. Plenty of TV viewing , an open billard and dart area, and some awesome old school pinball! The all the time food option is great and 16 or so options on tap make for a awesome number of entertainment options. Oh wait did I mention they have bikes and gear to peruse at your leisure...but lets talk beer...they have some very flavorful and interesting takes on the standards. A hot blonde Habenaro??? Really where do you get that....right damn here, thats where. Great service and products make for a great experience.

She is very informative about the bikes and she takes her time answering any questions that you have. If for some reason she does not know the answer she will go out of her way to get the answer you need. Thank you again Courtney for our 2019 Street Glide. We love it!!
