2022-06-07More then a hr for paperwork ridiculous. Not just me other drivers waiting on their paperwork aswell. Btw its been hr and 5 min i still havent gotten my paperwork. Usually they take this long to load you but today its opposite they loaded me in 2 hr and hr+ for paperwork

2021-09-01Arrived for a pickup,Was greeted in a professional friendly manner and immediately upon arrival by the guard.Was given instruction on where to go for shipping.I was also greeted with professional friendly people at receiving.Loading started immediately upon docking.They do not have red/green lights at dock.Please be careful not to pull out until they personally release you from dock. A loader will inform you in person.5☆ here.I would love to come back.

2021-11-193 stars is generous...loaded in a timely manner however took them 45 minutes to get my bills. Totally unacceptable!!! One bright spot the security guard at the gate is a super nice lady.

2017-05-01This place is probably the absolute best place to pick up a load. Extremely professional, they wait for you in the dock when you back in and start loading you right away. Absolutely no bullshit whatsoever. The guy in shipping is courteous. As I pulled into their gate security guard came outside told me exactly what to do. I wish all places would be like this, but itll never happen.

2021-02-06Easy place to load! Quick in and out! The security guard was a pleasure to talk to and all the employees were very pleasant to deal with!! The young gentleman that loaded the tires on my step-deck was very professional and did a fabulous job!!

2020-08-11Had an 8 am appointment, arrived at 6:15 am, checked in, shipping assigned door. Ive been at dock for over 6 1/2 hours and counting. Impossible to make next day 6 am appointment time to receiver.
