Sales experience was great. But two days after taking my bike home I noticed a leak on the front fork seal. After scheduling a date for service, it took a week for it to be complete. On top of that, they changed my engine oil (even though they changed it at the time of purchase). I didnt ask for that work to be done but I had to pay for it anyways. I will take my bike somewhere else for future services.
I called in an app. Then ordered a back tire through them they said it would be there before the day the app was. Instead I had to wait a whole week to get the tire in. I would have bought the tire cheaper on Amazon and had it in time for the app. I feel after they already had my money they didnt care about me. Missed a week of sun nice riding days because of it. Ill never return next time Ill go to canton.
The salesman was very kind and helpful. However their website shows that they have inventory that they havent had for close to a year. Make sure you dont trust their inventory on their website if you plan to make a trip because it is far from correct even though it states that it is current inventory. Im sure theyre probably good to work with but I couldnt bring myself to trust them when purchasing a side by side if they keep the website that is purposely misleading to bring people there.
Horrible customer service. They will hang up on you when youre trying to get answers on returning an item. Even when it says specifically on the reciept that you have 30 days and its still brand new in the original package. I think screaming at customers is a very poor way to run a business🤷
Their website is misleading. We drove over an hour to their location because it showed 3x their actual inventory. Disappointment was arriving expecting a superstore and being greeted with a extremely small showroom. To make our trip more enjoyable we were dealing with a salesman young kid that acted as if he was bothered to answer our questions.
I had them change my tires and they didnt adjust the back break back to where it should have been. I hit the break going around a corner and didnt have any break at all. I almost hit a curb.and wrecked my bike I called them and they denied messing with the break and all they said was sorry. They are a terrible place to take your bile to. Would not recommend taking anything there. It could result in serious injury or death
I called the dealership and spoke with them about 2 bikes I have for sale. I was quoted a price from the lowest dollar amount to top they would give according to book value. Got there an they offered 2k under on my brand new bike. I drove an hour an half for a joke. Not happy. They never even took the time to look at the bikes.
Came in with a 2016 renegade xxc 1000 to trade for a 2015 outlander. Cleaned it the whole morning made sure it looked nice. The employee after a couple of minutes drove it through the mud and got it dirty. After that he said the plastics weren’t clean. They offered me $3,000 less than blue book. The quad I was trading had a leaking diff, loose wheel bearings, and bare wires.they said nothing was wrong and valued it higher than mine which is a whole different package and newer year.
These jokers have to sell everything cheap otherwise they couldnt stay in business! First they claimed to have everything I needed and didnt, ordered a part and it took longer than it was supposed to, and they dont even know anything about the accessories they are selling. I wanted a separate handlebar switch for the winch they sold me and they claimed the company didnt make one. Looked in the book for the winch and there it was! Last time I do business with this outfit I promise!
Techs had my brand new bike for 8 days, and kept saying my part was being shipped. They didnt keep me up to date what was going on. I finally asked for tracking info on the part and they said its back ordered. I finally called Yamaha Corporate office and complained, and 2 hours late my bike was magically done....
I have a 2013 Polaris ranger that I bought new from extreme. Called on a Saturday morning to have it worked on they said to bring it in and drop it off and the service department would get back to me on Monday. So I got it loaded and hauled over there and asked them where to unload it. The service guy said they didnt have room for it and to take it home bring it back Tuesday. So most of Saturday wasted.

2022-03-18Xtreme of Cambridge made purchasing our brand new four wheeler with a plow so easy and enjoyable. From start to finish they implemented the best customer service and satisfaction that I have ever seen. They were also very knowledgeable on what specific ATV we were in the market for and wow does it run great. As it was a birthday present for me from my husband they even went as far as adding a bow on pickup day. We also received T-shirts and we will wear them with pride. Very grateful we went with Xtreme of Cambridge, it is companies like this one that go above and beyond that we love to give our business too. They deserve 10 stars but unfortunately google only allows me to give them up to 5. Thank you again Xtreme of Cambridge, if we are ever in the market for another Four wheeler or side by side we will gladly give you our business again.

2022-06-06I had my front tire go flat on 70 East bound. H & K Towing called another tow company for advice on where might have the tube my baby needed. Mark in service was amazing in holding the tube & recommending a motel for the night. John was most accommodating in getting my Lola back on the road today so I could ride home the 140 miles North to take care of my animals. If I ever have issues with Lola in the Central Ohio area again, I will NOT hesitate to use Extreme again. What a wonderful group of people!

2022-05-07So far, great experience. We purchased a beautiful new, made in Lincoln, Nebraska, U.S.A. Kawasaki SxS machine from them & the shopping experience was fun. I was full of questions & Joe & the team answered them all & didnt treat me like an idiot or an inconvenience...as this was my first off-road vehicle purchase, late on a Sunday as my schedule would have it. I did also order a few parts & will be impressed to receive a phone call as they come in. Finally, I look forward to another excellent experience once the 25hr. service is due. Keep up the great work all around, we definitely appreciate it!!! As of now, I would direct anyone I spoke with on the subject- to Xtreme in Cambridge. Thank you!

2022-06-10Service Dept: Very fast turnaround and resolved an issue I had been dealing with for 3 years. Got home and immediately tested and was so pleased that while I rarely leave a review - I had to this time. Thank you very much John and your staff. Wont go anywhere else in the future.

2022-07-24I bought a Can-am maverick sport xxc from Xtreme in April and dealt with Brooks and Bill, they were both great starting from the first phone call. I couldnt get financing through their lenders because I changed my phone number recently (which is insane, still annoys me, Sheffield Financial can go to hell) so I just used my own bank, which caused some extra steps and time but Brooks and Bill were honestly awesome through the whole process. Super happy with the whole process with Xtreme. Fast forward a little bit, I have a warranty issue with the side by side, a mounting bolt managed to back itself out of my right rear brake caliper. It was uneventful, just started hearing a grinding noise while riding from the caliper getting pushed into the wheel and creating metal on metal contact. We luckily found a bolt that fit and pushed the caliper back in place and made it back without any issues. I called up Xtreme the next day when they opened, unsure about what to expect being a dealership afterall, and to my surprise they were extremely accommodating and on top of it, I dealt with John from service and he was great. They told me the calipers come mounted from the factory, i looked at the other mounting bolts and they all had markings for a locking agent like loctite. Who knows how it happened, but thats life, stuff happens and every once in a while it happens to you. I brought it in right away and they replaced everything involved, went over everything else on the vehicle, and did my post break in service for free, the rest was under warranty obviously, and they managed to do it all in 3 days. Stuff happens in life, all that matters is how it gets handled; John, Brooks and Bill did a tremendous job handling the situation and I would definitely recommend this place. Just got back from doing over 100 rugged miles at Hatfield McCoy Trails in WV and everything worked perfectly!

2021-10-03This dealership has set themselves way above the rest. Other dealers will claim they have a side by side vehicle on site, but the fact of the matter is they can’t get it to you until mid March of 2022. They said they could have it to me in just a few short weeks. They had it in their hands in five days and in mine in 7 days with free delivery. The parts department may seem busy but they treat each costumer as if that is their only customer. They make everything a priority, I order a snow plow, radio, mirrors and another accessories, and they all have them in store in weeks not months. I highly recommend these guys!!
