The total experience of this company is truly refreshing. Great service from the notifications of when pick up would be made to delivery and set up of the item I ordered. The 2 gentlemen that delivered and set up my washer were very professional. They made sure the washer was level and working before they left. I appreciate great service from this company. ALSO, my washer was delivered 10 days earlier than expected. Very happy!
If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased an exercise bike and XPO was the delivery service and the delivery was scheduled for 2 weeks out. I sat at home reading a book all day waiting for delivery and nobody showed up, nobody called, nothing. I called XPO and was told my delivery was headed back to the warehouse because I wasn’t home which was a lie. I have now contacted XPO three times and told each time that it is “escalated” and I will receive a call and email from management the next day. And I have still received nothing from them. The shipment is still showing “awaiting processing” so that it can be rescheduled for delivery. Sad that everytime I call the customer service can’t offer help or resolution for their error. Hard to see how a company like this stays in business. I refuse to wait another two weeks for shipping and at this point may have to cancel my order. I will be checking all big item purchased in the future and stay far far away from anything who uses XPO.Update: 12/13/21 I finally received my shipment. Was able to email and get ahold of the resolution team and Carlos was an amazing help in making sure my delivery was prompt and went smoothly. Thank you.
I ordered a recliner from livingspaces.com. and signed up for the text messaging updates. Right after checkout, I began received updates on the status shipping form XPO. Once the chair was in there possession I received a phone call and text with my delivery date and 4 hr window. 30 minutes prior, I received a phone call from the deliver person of their arrival time. During the delivery the 2 gentlemen were personable and did a nice job placing the box where I wanted. The recliner arrived in perfect condition. Good and well informed experience all the way around.
For a company with Logisitics in its name, theyre terrible at Logistics. Told me my mattress and bed frame would be delivered Thursday, never showed. I call and they said it was a mistake and I had to schedule for Saturday, after I had already removed all my old bedding. Saturday comes, nothing. No phone calls or anything. I check my tracking and a delivery wasnt even attempted, they just said my address was bad, but it was entered correctly, and it isnt even a difficult address. A phone call wouldve solved everything. Customer service hung up on me, the warehouse never answered. No idea where any of my stuff is. No one has called to set up a new date or even call to tell me why it wasnt delivered on Saturday. All in all, just terrible.
They delivered my peloton bike plus they called to notify me before they were arriving both delivery men were pleasant and they set up my bike and made sure it was turned on and showed me how to adjust all the knobs before they left. I was so glad with the service because I had heard some nightmare stories of bikes being delivered and left and not even set up.
Horrible!!! HORRIBLE!!!! COMPANY ITS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK WAITING FOR THEM TO DELIVERY MY MERCHANDISE AND THEY KEEP PUSHING IT BACK. I HAVE LOST DAYS OF WORK BECAUSE OF THIS. I WOULD NEVER!! The first delivery was scheduled for Saturday 9/25. The drivers just didnt bother to show up. No call, no text, no knock on the door...just an email an 2 hours later that we werent home. Of course the hub was closed at 4 when it was supposed to be open until 5p.If you can, make sure you schedule deliveries Mon-friday
Delivered my appliances yesterday Sept. 2, but did not have the correct cords and hoses in install. I was told that someone would contact me to schedule a service call today to install my items. Ive called multiple times and am now being told they dont know when the can finish their job. UPDATE: I have sent the email as requested and still have yet to hear anything. UPDATE 2. They still did not bring the items needed 5 days later.
They pushed back my delivery to September 1st and I dealt with that. I took the day off of work to be here for my delivery(Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave and dishwasher). Now the morning of, I get an email that it is now delivering tomorrow and they dont know a time. I cant take another day off of work, so XPO screwed me. I called them back on the number that they called me from and it says to call back during business hours of 6am-10pm. I am calling at 6:45am. So they arent even showing up for work to answer the phone. Stay away from this mess.
The actual delivery team was fantastic. The service up to the point was horrible. I had to change the delivery date and so I switched it from the 3rd to the 17th. I got notification that it was switched but then I got notification that it was moved to the 10th. I had to call in and talk to someone, which was a chore, and finally they said dont worry we have you for the 17th. I kept on getting notified that it was going to be on the tenth so I eventually just changed my schedule around to make sure I was going to be home on the tenth just in case. I was told I would get a call or text letting me know what my delivery window was. I never got a call or a text so I assumed it was going to be the 17th like they said. I checked my personal email at 11:50am the next day and they had sent me an email that morning at 9am that they would be there between 12 and 4pm. So I had to race home from work to make sure I could receive it. The delivery team themselves were respectful and knowledgeable and did text me to let me know they were 40 mins out. They did a get job at my house and were in an out very fast. So those two stars all go to them.. If it was just on the team it would be a 5 but up to that point it was zero.
XPO delivered this fridge days after the original delivery date. This cost me about $200 a day as I had no fridge and had to order 3 meals a day for my family. When I contacted them upon receiving the delay email they did not care, put me on hold, and then hung up on me after 30 min. They did not call back even though they did take my number for use in the event of a disconnect.
This company delivered and installed a refrigerator. The two men were very polite and friendly. They removed my old refrigerator from my kitchen and relocated it to my garage per my request. They completed the installation in a short period of time and explained functions of my new refrigerator. They did an awesome job and were very professional.
George and Terrence did an amazing job delivering and setting up our new King Size bed! They called when they were about 10 minutes away, which gave me time to clear out the area for them. They removed our existing items without any issues and assembled the new bed quickly showed us how to take it apart if we ever need to move. There was damage to the box spring slats, but it was not caused by them, I was there as they opened all of the boxes and they proceeded to take pictures and document the damage upon opening. So professional! GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!!!
They were great. They called ahead to let me know they were on route, then had trouble unhooking the old dryer, but with persistence they removed it and installed the new dryer. The only problem I had was not with the delivery guys, it was with the customer service number that wouldn’t connect me with a live person
Update #2: we are now being told that xpo never had our packages in the first place. How? Anyone? Im not even mad. Im honestly just impressed theyre still in business.UPDATE. As instructed by the reply to this review, I wrote an email to the company 4 days ago and havent gotten any response. I was also promised a phone call to reschedule delivery within 24 hours. That was almost a week ago. This companys customer service continues to amaze. Dumbfounded how a screw up like this even happens in the first place. Its literally their only job to deliver things to the correct address at the correct time. 👏 bravo.This has been a really frustrating and disappointing experience. I received several voicemails from XPO confirming a delivery between 3-6pm today, and the driver showed up a 8am. Called once, didnt leave a voicemail, didnt ring the doorbell, and left. I have been talking in circles with customer service representatives and no one will help me.
Took forever to finally get our mattress. Attempted deliveries when we weren’t home, and when we finally did get our delivery, they just dumped the old mattress in the stairwell instead of taking it away and disposing of it. Will NEVER use these people again. Not to mention they are almost impossible to get ahold of them. The delivery side of the company outsourced their calls to a call center.
This is our second appliance delivery through XPO and both deliveries have been above and beyond the normal. With both our deliveries they we able to deliver ahead of schedule! Which was greatly appreciated because we needed our new washing machine since ours broke. Both times they hauled away our old appliance and they installed the new machine and verified that it worked before they left. I appreciate that I receive a call before the delivery confirming the deliver and then I am sent an email where I can track the delivery progress AND then I receive a call the day of deliver when the drivers are 30 minutes out. They couldn’t be easier to work with.
David and his co-worker arrived promptly. They were courteous and worked quickly to install our new washer and dryer. David gave us some instructions on the units and did a sample demo. They cleaned up and were professional the whole time at our home. We are very pleased.
Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication.We ordered a fridge from Samsung that was scheduled for delivery on 6/26. I received a call on 6/26 that the order was updated for 6/27. I was given a delivery window for 4pm to 8pm. I signed up for text notifications. I was informed I would receive a text 30 minutes before arrival.Around 2:45 on Saturday I received a voicemail stating the driver was in my driveway and I was not home so they would be taking the order back to the warehouse and I would have to reschedule.Frustrated, I called the reschedule number and was given the run around. I was sent to the manager and then sent to their escalation team. I was told that I would receive a call within the next 24 hours. This was 6/27 at 4 pm.On 6/29 I called in and waited on hold for 1 hour without ever getting to speak to a human.At about 15 minutes on hold, my wife called in from her phone and was connected with a representative immediately. She was given the same run around and told no one could get a hold of the warehouse.We were finally given the direct number to the warehouse and left a voicemail on a system that offered a call back within 1 hour. That never happened.Ive never been so disappointed or felt so disrespected by a company.
We bought a Samsung refrigerator at Costco. About two weeks ago, the first one was damaged and wasnt delivered (without us being notified; had to call and ask). This time, the delivery truck showed up over 3 hours earlier than the delivery window. The delivery driver suggested that he couldnt install the fridge (which we paid for) and that we needed additional parts (which we also paid for). He said XPO wouldnt allow him to do it. He then asked me dont you got a husband to do it?My husband passed away less than 2 months ago. He then asked if I had kids to do it. Eventually we said that we would take the damaged one because it was a minor dent. He said you dont want this one, could be damaged inside. We got the text that the delivery would arrive in 30 minutes after the truck was already leaving the house. We looked in the back of the truck and boxes were laying everywhere without being secured. No wonder it was damaged. We then got a text saying the refrigerator was successfully delivered after we refused the delivery.I called Costco and spoke to a representative to let them know what happened. This experience was THE worst Ive ever had with a delivery, and maybe with customer service in general. Absolutely unbelievable.
Scheduled a delivery 5 weeks in advance. They confirmed twice it would arrive on time the week before it was to be delivered (with a 12 hour delivery window). On the day of the delivery, after waiting 9 hours, they called me to reschedule for another day because they didn’t have the item, said I was required to be there to sign for the item, and couldn’t tell me a time they would arrive. I have a job I cant just take random entire days off work. To top it off, their service rep hung up on me. Terrible company, highly recommend avoiding. I have no idea why Amazon uses them.
On time and very nice guys also took extra care when unloading my new washer and put it where I needed it to be... Light years Ahead of AGS logistics lol told them lunch was on me and gave them a few bucks I can only hope my next big purchase gets shipped by these guys and company 5 stars all day
Let me start off with scheduling, that was a subpar experience. Was promised one day and then they called to try and setup for another day. That did not happen. Then I got a 11-3 window which I was pleased with. 2 hours later the window was changed to 2-6. I unfortunately had to rearrange my schedule after making arrangements for 11-3. Called to try and get it changed back and was told it’s not possible. So I went with the flow. Day of delivery I got a call around 4 that Ramon and Nate were 45 minutes away. They arrived at aprox 4:24. Both men were very friendly and courteous. Had old stove taken out and new one put in pretty quick. Even got some good pointers. Nate and Ramon made up for the disappointing scheduling service.
Ordered a refrigerator from Costco, was scheduled for delivery by their carrier XPO. Worst experience I ever had.Nice young men but out of their depth. First, they tried to remove my existing refrigerator. They could not figure how to get it out of the house. Then, they could not figure out how to get the new one in. They just shuffled refrigerators around.They unhooked the water line to the existing refrigerator and when they put it back in placethey left the water line unhooked and unchecked. That was on June 27th. The next day, woke up to water in my kitchen running down to my basement. I had to pay $425.00 for a Sunday emergency plumbing call. As of today, July 6th, I do not have the refrigerator I paid for on June 5th. And no one is taking responsibility for the damage to my home or the money I paid to the plumber. Costco claims it is XPO’s responsibility. And XPO has not scheduled delivery for the refrigerator that was originally to be delivered around June 12th.I have spoken to XPO’s team many times. They are just a call center in the Philippines. And all this was on top of the many phone calls to get an appointment that only finally resulted in them showing up with no notice just “it is schedule from 8am to 8pm.” And showed without mask or gloves. They did not have any!!! I had to provide mask and gloves for them.I like Costco’s store but dealing with Costco.com has been a horrific experience.
I ordered a TV through Amazon, who outsourced delivery to XPO. Delivery was scheduled for 3-6 PM, which I chose specifically so I would be home for delivery. Instead, I got a notification through Amazon that XPO attempted to deliver my TV at 9 AM for some reason, with one missed call around that time and no message or anything other info whatsoever while I was at work. Trying to get a hold of anyone at XPO in Cleveland has been impossible, with neither of the two corporate representatives or Amazon agent receiving any response. I was told that someone from the Cleveland office would contact me by phone, but have yet to hear anything. The last suggestion that I was told was that the delivery may need to be rescheduled, but again neither their own corporate agents or Amazon are able to get in touch with anyone to do so. As a healthcare worker during these times, it is very difficult to make time in my work schedule to accommodate an in-person delivery and I’m beyond frustrated by the lack of professionalism that XPO Cleveland has shown.
I ordered a Samsung range from Costco and was told it would be to me on June 30th. I received a text from XPO saying it would be here on the 27th. On the 27th I received another text stating that my delivery will be to me on the 30th again. Although I scheduled my day to be here on the 27th, I was not upset at the update. On the 30th I received a text stating that my order had been delivered; however, I nothing was actually delivered. I called Costco and they pointed the finger at XPO and spoke with them while I was on hold. I was informed that XPO would call me that day to discuss. I didnt get a call so I followed up with XPO. XPO stated that an email was sent to their local warehouse. I asked to speak to this warehouse or to someone who could handle things expeditiously. I was informed that this was the only way to get it done. Today is July 3rd and I still have not received a call from XPO, nor do I have the item that I paid for. I will be contacting the BBB to also explain my frustrations. To those who work directly with XPO please know if you experience a problem there is no one who will help you. The lady I spoke to literally told me good luck as we were getting off the phone.

2022-04-15Update: The delivery workers were great, they came in and got the job done efficiently.If I could negative stars I would. The company lacks basic communication skills. I was given a delivery window the day prior to delivery and then an text message about the delivery the day of - but that is where the communication initiated by the company ended. After waiting the entire delivery window (4-hours) for some kind of update we started to call the main customer service line. I called 4 times over the next 4-hours. Received the same scripted response and answers (we were the next stop, we’ll email the local hub to have them contact you) and no resolution was provided to the issue of a lack of delivery or update. The next morning I received a text update saying “We’re your delivery partner. Once your product arrives, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.”We wasted an entire afternoon and evening awaiting the delivery of our order or some kind of update. Now we are wondering when the item will be delivered, and what kind of hoops and mishaps there will be when a new delivery date and window is given. What was an excitement for the product to arrive, has turned into dreading and frustration over the unknown caused by XPO Logistics.

2022-04-12I ordered a heavy piece of furniture from Amazon and XPO was the delivery company. I was please with their services. They provided regular updates almost a week in advance, which was great! The drivers even called when they were approx 30 mins away, which I appreciated. My delivery window was 12pm - 3pm and they arrived at 2pm. The reason why I took off one star is because the drivers did not have shoe covers (it was rainy and the driver had mud on his shoes), which should be standard practice. When I offered them some to wear, one guy seemed fine with it and the other seemed a bit annoyed but put them on anyway. Additionally, the “annoyed guy” wanted to just drop the furniture inside my doorway and the other guy corrected him and they put it in the designated space. Overall, it was a great experience and I was pleased!

2022-07-15I would give zero stars if it were an option. While the actual delivery crew was great, scheduling was a cluster from the get go. Delivery confirmations were followed by changes without notice and a complete lack of accountability or customer service from multiple avenues of contact. If you ever purchase anything from a company that employs XPO as the third party delivery service, rethink your purchase!

2022-05-05XPO Logistics delivered my Peloton bike on February 23, this after multiple cancellations. In the process the delivery truck went off my driveway twice and took down a cable line. The damage was substantial. Neither one of the two delivery men said a word to us. It was only after they left and we drove down the driveway did we notice the black cable laying across our driveway and the damage to the lawn.For 2.5 months now I have been going back and forth with XPO, trying to settle my claim. The company refuses to respond to my inquiries, stating someone from the claims department is reviewing... XPO also refuses to give me a local phone number to address my claim. Instead its customer service department gives me a Syracuse, NY number while the call center is located in the Philippines. XPO, stop wasting my time and settle the claim. Ive done everything asked on my end, including having to spend my time getting quotes for repairs to the damage your drivers did.

2022-05-09Great experience. The delivery was quick and easy, great friendly people who made sure things were correct before leaving. I needed a second delivery, and they helped make sure I talked to the right people to get things scheduled. Great team!

2022-08-06Terrible experience for me. I was having a washer & dryer set delivered. The team did not want to deliver into my basement. It took a call to their supervisor to get that done. Then they refused to take away the scheduled haul away of my old washer & dryer, left trash in my basement and refused to install the drain hose. It took another 4 attempts for them to send a team that finally got the job done and removed my old washer & dryer. It was quite the nightmare & such a waste of my time.

2022-04-19My Peloton was supposed to be delivered on Monday, April 4. I was given a 3-hour time frame and I was supposed to get a call 30 minutes before arrival. I never received a call until the deliver drivers were at my door and it was about 45 minutes earlier than my 3-hour time frame. I had already rearranged my entire teaching schedule to be home within the 3-hour time frame. So, when I received a call at 11:16 am (they weren’t supposed to arrive until 12:30-3:30) that the drivers were at my front door and would only wait 15 minutes, I was in the middle of teaching and I was unable to get home and/or even ask a family member to go to my house to let them in. I reached out to the company through email in which the person responding just said sorry and would let the manager know. I was never contacted again in regards to this mistake. I had reschedule my appointment for a day I would not be teaching which was Monday, April 18th. I received in an email on April 16th that they rescheduled my delivery for Thursday, April 21 without my permission. April 16th I contact Peloton multiple times and XPO multiple times including speaking to a supervisor in regards to this matter and each person said they would be sending an email out to local hub to figure out what was happening. The supervisor and Peloton said they would contact me back that day (April 16) and of course no one did. Today, April 19th, I received another email saying my delivery will now be arriving on Monday, April 25 and of course I had already scheduled someone to be at my house on Thursday, April 21. I contacted Peloton and XPO in regards to this matter and why this is happening again with my delivery. Peloton and XPO said they would reach out to the local hub and get back to me within 24-48 hours. This is the same thing they told me over the weekend and no one contacted me in regards to those delivery issues. I won’t hold my breath since they have not contacted me one time while dealing with all of these delivery issues which began at the beginning of April. I am very disappointed in this company and their concern for their customers. This is should not happen. It is very unfair. This company doesn’t even deserve one star for their rating. I would give zero stars if that was an option. If you don’t have to use this company, please do not. If you do, good luck because I’m paying on a bike I may never see due to this company.

2022-07-27I would advise manufacturers to stop using this completely incompetent company to ship anything to customers.Almost a week late and still waiting...XPO was supposed to deliver my new mattress about 6 days ago. I wasted 2 days worth of time waiting for my scheduled delivery. XPO has cancelled on me both times because they cant find my mattress in their warehouse. Delivery just scheduled for the 3rd time. Will it show up? I doubt it.The only customer service is outsourced so you cant talk to anyone on site. So you cant talk to anyone that actually knows anything. The people on site never call the customer service people back to relay information. The automated system keeps texting and scheduling delivery times whether they have a physical item to deliver. The customer is always left in the dark.
