Seems to have everything I need every time I go there
I had a broken part on an old Mighty Mac mulcher. Mackissin recommended Wright Brothers Power as their service support in central Ohio. Wright Brothers gave me consistently good advice through the diagnosis and repair options process, and had my machine up and running in less than 24 hours after the new part arrived. The price was reasonable. Each of the four employees I interacted with demonstrated outstanding customer service. Worth the trip from Columbus.
Had a Husqvarna self propelled push mower that needed service.They did a great job with repairs.It took awhile to get the repairs done but I understand the delay do the nature of the repair needed and the wait on parts.
If I could give them no stars I would.If you need to go an purchase something from them it is not a bad place to shop. However......DO NOT and I mean DO NOT take anything there to be serviced if you didnt purchase the equipment from the store!!!!!We dropped off a push mower and two weed whackers in mid April. It is now the end of July and we still do not have the weed whackers back!!!! We were told that if the equipment was not purchased from their store, they will service what is purchased there before your equipment. When we dropped them off we were around 20th in line. I just called 4 months later and we are now 23rd in line to have our equipment fixed!!!!I guess being paying customers means nothing to this place and they will NEVER get our business again!!!!!
I like and respect these people so much. I live in Columbus and went to their business in Newark to buy a zero turn mower. I love it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mower or any yard tools you need.
Very nice young man waited on us answered all our questions. The old man was on phone 99% of time then someone came in with mower blades n he decide to chat with him so we waited till the nice young man with a smile to help us
Actually NO stars is appropriate. I brought my riding mower in for repair in January and by April it was not even looked at yet! I had called in March at least twice and they kept stalling. So in April I went in to the store, they had not looked at it yet. I asked when they will be getting to it and the pretty much gave me the same answer as 2 weeks before Oh, in a week or so . So I asked them Do You Think It is Reasonable to keep a mower for 4 months on into mowing season and not even have looked at it yet and they went NUTS and started YELLING at me to GET OUT OF THE STORE!!! I could not believe how UNREASONABLE they were! So, I said. Im not leaving, you have my mower tied up. So I got my mower and left. They Are Completely UNETHICAL store owners.
Very knowledgeable & friendly. Owner spent over a half an hour teaching me about chainsaw features and care when I asked. Lots of experience. Family-owned and very professional.

Ordered a replacement tire for my lawn tractor. I go to pick it up and it must have been laying under 500 lbs of other parts because it was deformed- smashed and even bent in a 45 degree angle. Looking at it I know Im going to have trouble getting the bead to seal so I ask the guy at the counter if they mount them- He says yes for $15. I tell him I have the rim in my truck and Ill pay it because I need to get my mower back out and mowing my grass thats way too long. The guy doesnt want to do it clearly because its 4:45 and they are closing in15 minutes so he gives me some lame excuse like oh - cant do it today as we need to hang on to it for awhile to make sure there are no leaks. Come back tomorrow. I work in Columbus and left work early just to make it by five. No way I can do that again. Clearly they screwed up the tire and Im told to come back tomorrow??Wright brothers should extend hours to accommodate working people or teach their employees customer service!
Got my chainsaw back from being serviced very quickly and runs like a new one. Very pleased and service was excellent. These guys are great!
The young man who assisted me was very knowledgeable and courteous. The old guy on the phone with a personal call for several minutes not assisting customers. Used offensive cuss words on phone that could be heard by all customers.

2022-08-03They were straight with me about labor and part issues. We kept good contact though phone. Once they were actually able to work on it, it took no time at all to get the job done and what they said it would cost is what it actually cost. Thats very important to me. If you didnt buy it from them, youre not in the priority list but they were upfront about that as well. I would say they are a very honest group of people.

2021-10-18I have bought a few Husqvarna chain saws from them, a weed eater and a leaf blower. They are an awesome group. Always friendly to myself and my 4 year old son that loves to ask questions and sit on lawnmowers. They stand behind their warranties with repairs performed in house by their technicians and a quick turn around. The sales man that has always helped me Kyle is a phone call away with solid advice on what would best work for me on my farm. I cant wait to get the new 592xp when it comes out later this year.

2021-08-03Went to Wrights to get a new mower belt for my deere rider. I didnt take belt because it got shredded when it broke, but i had the belt part number and was told = we wont sell you parts for deere mowers because we are not authorized. I asked can I just get a belt that fits? Nope we wont do it! Went to l&m, showed number and women pulls it right off the wall!! So dont bring deere lawn equipment to Wrights for parts or service.

2019-11-24These guys care and do excellent work. They sell and repair Echo products (and maybe huskavarna), sharpen chains, etc. Rebuilt my old chainsaw and it starts right up. Process is good for repairs: if they diagnose and can fix it for under $85, they do it. If they diagnose and estimate more than 85 then you can choose. If you decide not to fix it, then you only pay $37. Very fair. Plus they dont up charge for no reason. Mine was finished for just $65 for rebuild carburetor and many other smaller things. They could have just totalled it up to the limit which was 85, but they didnt. Runs like new.
