Love to go here just to see all the things they have. Not a good place to take kids. The isles are very close together and a lot of breakables.
I cant say enough good things about Cost Plus World Market.Every single experience there has been pleasant. Everything from the awesome selection of interesting items to the ridiculously courteous and conscientious staff is perfect.Today, I had some issues with an offer. In short, there was miscommunication on how the offer worked. The cashier showed empathy and got the manager who made it right. Its amazing that a big brick and mortar place like this still cares about little customers like me.Keep up the good work! You guys are doing it right.

Nice choices/options for decor and some furniture. I give three stars because they dont have near the selection as At Home nor do their prices compare to At Home.
Its a nice selection of foods you cant easily find in the USA, great teas, unusual coffees. Great Lowe cost selection of cooking accessories. Lots of tables, rugs, gifts and usually even clothes. They do displays based on feature countries. When I was there this trip they had a China based display for Chinese New year. The staff is usually ok, helpful when you track them down.
The front cashier was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable this evening. I was looking for kinder eggs for children. She directed me right to them and she knew specifics about them. I have always had great experiences at World Market and would definitely go back again after this evening’s visit!
You cant tell from the outside but World Market has a really diverse stock of international goods and beverages. Also cookware, decor, cards,smaller gift items for kids. Also a friendly helpful staff. I was looking for ladyfingers to make tiramisu and they had them in stock.
I wonder if World Market could just sponsor me and outfit my whole house... It sure would save me a few bucks. Very solid selection/prices on beer/wine, we bought an AMAZING kitchen table here last year for way below sticker price.If you want to buy their bigger ticket items, its best to wait on the seasonal sales to knock some of those bigger prices down. (we saved $350 on an $850 purchase by combining coupons/sale prices!)
Ideal for a full sensory experience beyond the norm. Quality goods curated by some really great folks. You will find everything from textiles to chocolate😍 Nice place to pick up a gift or something special.
So easy to spend hours in here. I absolutely love finding different scarves that you cant find anywhere. Their beer, wine and food selection is among the best Ive seen, because they have the international foods.
I love to browse through some of their stuff. They have new items once in a while. It is a good store.

I love the store. I always find something that my parents would have had (food-wise) from Holland. I buy the double salt licorice. their coffee is very good.
People who worked at the store were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise.

They need to hire people who knows how to go about their store space. I came in looking for a piece of furniture I saw online and the guy who offered to help didnt seem to know where he was going. I ended up looking for it myself and while about to pay for it, I was again asked to go to another counter for debit cards. They said it was a company policy. Im 65 for Gods sake!
Love World Market, always find wonderful items, also great clearance on summer patio items.

While its a little disorganized and can be pricey, the customer service is stupendous! I always find something here, from trinkets to rugs and even patio furniture. Worth visiting even if you arent looking for anything in particular!

Their food selection seem a bit smaller than it used to, and it can be pricey, but it has selections you cant find elsewhere. The other day I had a craving for Marmite. Not exactly a common grocery item. Not only did they have it, but they had Marmite roasted cashews.
A place where you can just lose yourself and buy too much of things you have never tried from around the world! One of my favorite places when I feel adventurous plus everything is very unique---a one of a kind store :)
While this place has a huge array of different products including furniture, I only go for the food. Best foreign food sections in the area and worth it to go just to try something new.

Service was terrible. We actually had to call the store, while we were standing in it, for someone to help us. It was cluttered and the only way to get what we wanted was through a staff member, since it was in the back.

2021-02-20I would like to thank World Market.Despite taking into consideration the safety guidelines as far as masks and social distancing goes, they also officially put in their signs that people with breathing problems are among people who should not wear masks on their signs for every customer to see.Its very refreshing that they are not excluding anyone from being able to shop in their stores, even in the middle of a pandemic!!!

2021-07-31If you ever feel like buying something thats cool or unusual this should be your first stop. They have such a large selection of everything from candy to dining room sets that if you cant find something while youre there then youre just not looking. The best part is their international food section... Its hard to beat

2021-08-21Years and years more I’ve come to world market and intend to continue that trend. Whether for a charcuterie board pairings, great wines, bath and body, eccentric or eclectic gifts, gorgeous bits of furniture or kitchen lovelies. This place is a zen sort of shopping experience for me. I truly hope it never goes out of business!

2021-03-24I love this place! I walk here constantly, only place I can find actually good licorice! Helps that the staff is always super friendly. The fact Im recognized when I walk in is kinda nice :), though hard to miss a fat long haired dude LOL

2020-12-18Inwas so excited to do some Christmas shopping today and then when it came to checkout the cashier was very unpleasant. Through glass I was still asked to adjust my mask, which I had on and should never be asked if had proper customer service training. Then because of the glass she drops my bag of purchased items on the floor and looks at me. Doesnt bother to help me or say sorry. Please corporate train your employees with better customer service!

2021-02-15The store is fine as far as the merchandise, just like world market always is,but its really aggravating when you walk in there at 6:48 p.m. on a Saturday, and an employee informs you that they close at 7:00 p.m......I say this to all retailers that have reduced your hours because of covid shut down and not switched them back...... You are part of the reason why business is off. Sorry
