The people are nice. But not very friendly for outside people no public restrooms. You have to go in the front of the building with no sidewalk to get their cross a ditch grass area and then the parking lot. Once you get your loan info you got to drive around the back and once again there still no public restrooms or anything for drivers to satisfy.

Was trying to pick up from 1695 Watkins Rd as instructed by importer. GPS sent me down a residential street, obviously wrong. Drove back to their other location, a mile down the road, that was clearly marked with signage. Went into gatehouse and asked lady how to get to their location at 1695. She gave me directions back in the direction Id been, stating take first left at bottom of hill. I asked her to clarify if that left was a driveway or a street. She responded with listen to the instructions, blah blah, take first left at bottom of hill, blah blah. Rude enough, but ok, Ill go take another look. Followed directions, first left was a driveway. Turned out to be the correct driveway. Pull up to 1695, walk to door to find a sign stating this location permanently closed, new location 6 miles way.Really? She could be bothered telling me that when I asked for directions? Very pissed. Total, arrogant, disregard for their customers.Strongly suggest you direct your shipments through a company that employs intelligent people, not arrogant turds who take pleasure in screwing with their customers.
