I have bought a couple cars since turned 16 and hands down one of the most friendly respectful dealerships I’ve been to and had the pleasure of dealing with I just wanna say thank you to Danny and Mike for the excellent service and for getting me under what I wanted my payment to be very appreciative thanks guys
I actually decided I wanted this car at another ford dealership and had a pretty bad experience there. So I came here to actually purchase my vehicle. Kip did such a great job. If I need a new car in the future Id definitely go back to him. Theyre going to install a sunroof for me and are loaning me a car for the 1-2 days itll take to do so. He went above and beyond to make sure I really wanted this cat before I bought it.
Im specifically told not to mention cometitors pricing. Well I will. The amount of money charged for parts is abosolutely horrendous! I was in a time crunch and this was the only facility with an opening to fix my intake manifold. It was atrocious. Like literal robbery. There are certified mechanics that have the same training and can fix the same stuff for not half but 1/3 to 1/4 the price. Dealership service departments should be avoided BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY! Im telling you if you have the time, go to a certified mechanic and save HUNDREDS of dollars. They should be ashamed of themselves. Only go if you have a vehicle still in warranty and its covered service for free. Otherwise, pretend this place doesnt exsist. I will be posting this same review on all websites I can such as yelp and google.Oh not to mention that this problem has occured with THOUSANDS of vehicles with the same model and year. I called the warranty number to place a complaint that they should replace this part since its statistically not an anomally. They said theyd have a manager contact me about it. Guess what 2 weeks later and no contact from Ford. Surprised? I certainly am not. I guess Ill be a dodge man next truck purchase.
Unfortunately my rear tire came off my car on 75. Had it towed to Woody Sanders. Decided to scrap my car and they helped me with it. Had some nice vehicles there. Would have preferred to purchase one from them but of course it was the weekend. I had no place to go in Cincinnati for the next several days. But they were understanding of my problem and helped me out. Especially Ryan in service. Had it not been the weekend I would have purchased a vehicle here. Seem like some nice folks willing to help you out. If your looking for a vehicle dont pass up a visit to Woody Sanders.
I wish no stars was an option. I sent my car to them to fix an airbag recall after getting numerous letters. Instead of fixing the recall they gave me my vehicle back with the airbag light on, my horn not working, and none of the buttons on my steering wheel working. When I told them about the issue their response was they didnt do that and they could fix it but they would have to charge me because my air bag clock spring went out. Now if I bring in my car with no airbag issues and my horn working just fine and you want to fix a recall why is my car worse off then it was before I brought it. How do you fix an airbag recall that I never even had a problem with but now I need to pay for part that is causing my airbag light to come on and my horn not to work. This is a scam and the workers were so unapologetic and simply rude. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and the BBB

The service techs do a good job because my car always comes out running better. however the front office can do better communicating with their clients Prior to fixing issues. If you’re going to do a service that is different than what the client expected, it’s courteous to inform the client prior to conducting that service on the vehicle(I.e., a tune up being done even though you went in for warranty work)
I came in for a quote on some front end work and they quoted but didn’t have the parts so I rescheduled for the following week to have the work done.When I came in for my 2nd appointment I waited for 1.5 hours only to have them come in and tell me they hadn’t fixed my car but instead had just done another evaluation. The estimate this time was $150 more for the exact same repairs that were quoted the previous week. The gentleman went back to the office and 30 minutes later came back to tell me that this new quote was the correct quote but they hadn’t even ordered the part that I needed (the reason I rescheduled the previous week). They said the part would be there in about an hour. At this point I had been there for over 2 hours for a scheduled repair and they hadn’t even started the work. So I asked for my keys and left.Either they are completely disorganized or they just thought to get a few extra bucks out of me.Either way I will never be returning.
I brought my explorer here for an oil change, tire rotation, (general service), some body work as well and a front windshield replacement . All the service was great, staff was excellent, and the body shop did a great job and was very communicative. I was extremely pleased with everything - after having left I noticed an issue with the windshield. I called them, and after a few communications, they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and perfect. It has been some of the best service Ive ever received. I highly recommend, this is a place you can trust. Extremely honest staff and dealership.
They have an amazing repair department. I came into Cincinnati to visit family and found out my AC was broken (first time I had to turn it on since last summer). They got me in that week and were quick in diagnosing the problem. When they didnt have the part they needed, a service member drove to another dealership to pick to ensure my car was fixed and ready to pick up the same day I dropped it off.
These people are out to get you. Do not use their service department. They diagnosed my dads car without even asking for consent and charged him $400 to even look at it. Nothing was even wrong with it. They were trying to tell him his compressor to the air conditioner is bad. Two other mechanics told him his air conditioner compressor was fine. I have helped my dad make several attempts to contact them and they leave me no further ado but call them out for frivolous repairs. DO NOT GO TO THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!
I have been there twice. Very professional staff that went out of their way to help me get reimbursed for my outside warranty. They dont usually deal with warrantys provided by outside sources so this was a huge help. Thanks again Cory, My Ford Edge has been riding smooth ever since!
I have never ranked an auto dealership above 2, but, at Woody Sanders they deserve a 5 star. I bought my wife a focus in 2010, and like now excellent service. I could write about how well I was treated at time of purchase, great, I also will give the same ranking to their service dept. Excellent dealer all around.
Overall we had a decent experience. Took two weeks once recall part was in and the car was dropped off for the repair to be made. Also upon picking up the car we noticed there was a scratch on the instrument cluster, most likely from where they had to remove the whole dash to replace the airbag.
Great service department! Steve and Greg did a great job of finding the problem with my Fusion and getting it taken care of right away. I always feel welcome and my that car is in good hands. I have never had a problem with work from any of the Mechanics. I drive about 40 minutes just for an oil change from them.
Ive taken my car to Woody Sander since I bought it. The team at Woody Sander is helpful & trustworthy. I bring my car in for the smallest of fixes and have incredible confidence that they are looking out for my best interests - so much so that I give them the freedom to deal with any issues the car is having. I believe that my cars longevity is because of Woody Sander. Recommend to anyone & everyone.
Very happy to have such a great dealer that is easy to access right off the highway near downtown Cincinnati. Roger Crawford my salesman was knowledgeable and patient when it comes to understanding my needs. He was able to find the car, with the right color, features and price to make it work for me. Sheri Sotheby arranged financing quickly and made the process of completing the paperwork fast and painless compared to other dealers. I had a question about the entertainment system that a service manager handled for me in under 5 minutes on my first return visit. No charge of course.
Terrible customer service in the repair shop. Literally have no clue what they are doing. For example, car wouldnt start. Boosted it and brought it in. A week later they said it was fixed. Got home, next day, wouldnt start. Brought it back. 4 days later they said it was ready. Went to pick it up, wouldnt start in their own parking lot. Week later apparently it just needed a battery. Many experiences like this. As soon as our warranty was up, we switched to someplace that has a clue.
I recently went to the Parts store to pick up a hose from my overflow compartment to the radiator. They were the only Ford service dept in Cincy that had this part since mine had busted and leaked out all of the coolant. The service guy named Nick was fabulous. He spoke with my brother who is a mechanic and discussed re-installing the new hose. Nick was very friendly and helpful. I will get any other parts I need from Woody-Sander Ford.
Absolutely hands down the best car dealership with the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! In the middle of a road trip our truck had some issues so we stopped in here and they got us in and fixed in almost no time!! The service here is beyond words!! They kept our 6 yr old very occupied while waiting and no words can express how much that means to us! The service department was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I went in just to have a replacement light and I thought I’d at least ask about the hatch because it wasn’t opening. They said they would look at it and they gave me the price and ended up fixing it ! I ❤️ Woody Sander Ford!!!!!
Short version: Great Service, will be coming back and will always recommend.This was my first time bringing my car (2014 Ford Focus) to Woody Sanders and found everyone to be very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. there was a wait time as they were a little behind on their maintenance schedules, but I was able to drop my car off right before vacation and it was ready to be picked up by the time I got back ~7 days later. My model has chronic transmission issues and has already had the clutch replaced twice in under 34K miles, the first replacement being done by Kings Ford (do not recommend them at all) at 23K miles, the second this trip to Woody Sander. The service center at Sanders fixed the issue and was able to clearly explain to me in laymens terms what was wrong with my vehicle, details about the extension on the manufacturers warranty, as well as tips for adjusting my driving after the computer system was updated and reset. Another thing to note at this dealership is that everyone was very respectful. I am a young female and have had experiences at other local dealerships where I was spoken down to, ignored, and left feeling very disrespected and dissatisfied with the service. At Woody Sanders, I was met with impeccable service, felt respected as a customer and most of all had confidence that my car was repaired properly. I will be going to Woody Sanders for all of my future maintenance needs and they will be the first dealership I think of when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle.
Very disappointed with my service, or I should say lack-of, today. Scheduled an appointment for my car about two weeks ago and told them I would be dropping it off for a recall. The last time I had my car serviced here, also for a recall, the nice man working with me asked if I would need a car to take while mine was being worked on. I guess this time the man working with me did not ask and therefore when I dropped it off today there was no car for me to take in exchange. When I expressed my frustration about this with the two men working at the service desk today, they decided to argue with me about it and one decided to chuckle to himself about my situation. I now know to MAKE SURE to ASK MYSELF for a car when dropping mine off for service.All I ask is please train your service providers to ask whether or not your customers would need a car in exchange when theirs in being worked on, it’s just good customer service.Mainly giving this rating for today’s terrible service, I’ve never before been treated so poorly. Hoping my experience here in the future changes.

2022-04-22Ive only visited this dealership once, for a diagnostic on my Ford Focus. The service was good. My service rep. was knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions that I had. The service rep. acknowledged that I had a service contract that covered one of the faults found on the car without me having to argue the validity of my service contract. The turn-around on the car was 1 business day and the price was fair and reasonable.I would recommend this service shop to others, and I will likely return for future maintenance requirements.

2022-04-26I wanted to use Woody Sander Fords collision center since my purchase experience was so positive. I was going out of town and they worked me in so it would be completed upon return. In addition an extra repair was completed for a very fair price. Bob and Cree are excellent.

2022-06-17Cannot even schedule an appointment for warranty work because there is only a single!! truck technician? (poor guy/girl...) They are booked for 2-3 months and would not even put the work on a list? Leave it here for a few months and we do the work when we get to it????? SERIOUSLY?????How utterly incompetent is the management if they arent even capable of staffing their organization to do the work they signed up for?Updated the rating as I understand the problem with finding Diesel technicians. At least they answered the phone when I called.

2021-06-25Traveling from South Texas, called and scheduled an Oil Change for my 6.7 Powerstroke F250. Good initial communications. I waited for about 2 hours and asked if there was a problem. Service writer said another 15 minutes and explained they do an extensive multi point inspection that no one mentioned and I didnt ask for. 30 minutes later my truck was ready. I was greeted with multiple greasy hand prints all over my white paint and some on my inside driver door, also appeared to have someones chew/dip all over my steering column? The brand new oil filter was covered in oil and grease and oil running down one side? Completely unacceptable and no attention to the small details. Very disappointing. The service writer tried to make things better, not really apologetic and not what I expected from any Ford Dealership. Left me concerned for the 1100 mile trip back to Texas. Wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone, especiallyfor travelers. My truck is not a brand new truck but it is well cared for. Feel like the Tech didnt care how the work was performed.

2018-06-07I had taken my 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis in to the service department to have the blend door actuator replaced in order to have proper air conditioning. I also asked since the dashboard would be removed for the repair that the instrument panel lights would be replaced.After retrieving my vehicle I noticed several issues with the re-installation of the dashboard and that all of the lights were still not working on the instrument panel. The dashboard was remounted incorrectly and the gear shift indicator is out of alignment and the dashboard is clearly crooked with some of the pieces broken off and mounting screws left in the ashtray.The other significant issue is that the cover to the passenger airbag is barely hanging on.I paid over $1,000.00 U.S. to have this repair completed.By the way the air does work great.......this however seems to be the only thing that was done correctly.I appeared this morning when the service department opened and was told that I would have to wait until next Thursday May 31, 2018 to bring the car back so that I could be provided another vehicle while the previous expensive repair is corrected.The rating and evaluation on this review will be upgraded should the situation be resolved. See photos below.06/07/2018As noted I would update this review when the follow-up procedure was complete.I returned the car on May 31, 2018 as requested to the Service Dept.As promised, a courtesy car was made available to me and I picked up the car today and all corrections were made. So now the rating has been elevated to 5 stars instead of one.Well done to the Service Department at Woody Sander Ford and a shout out to Stephen for his Great Customer Service.

2019-02-27This is the second car that I have bought from Woody Sander Ford!! I always have the best experience. The staff is amazing! The Black Mazda was my first car from Woody which I loved !!! I traded it for The Ford Escape SUV!! Love love love everything about it!!

2021-12-29I am very satisfied with our new Ford Escape. Great mileage - its a hybrid. Plenty of power for passing and accelerating on entrance ramps. Very stylish too - its a titanium model.
