I went to get window screens repaired. Someone called and said we would have to make news screens, as it would be cheaper. They made them incorrectly and would not fit, literally falling right out of the window. After bringing them back, I spoke with three different people regarding a refund, because we went to have them made someplace else. Each time, “someone” else had to call me back because no one could not authorize a refund or a credit. Finally over a month later, the “manager” tells us that they won’t be able to refund us or give any credit to the store. I am so upset and I will take this as far as I need to go. I spent almost $150.00 on three window screens!!!! NEVER TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!
Went in looking for a product they dont carry. Workers went above & beyond to find product for me. Super helpful & friendly. I will definitely shop here more often!
Great place I usually go to the one downtown during work and today I went to the one in Harrison and ran into a couple people that I know from the downtown store knowledgeable friendly staff
After searching Lowes and home depot in vain for a wick for a kerosene heater only to find they were already setting up for spring. Lmbo its early January. I found everything I needed and more at woods Hardware. The employees wereYoung but very professional. This will be my 1st stop from now on

2020-11-05Great service filling my propane tanks and way cheaper than exchanging tanks. People there are very helpful and we need to support our local businesses. Also they dont run to the back as you come in like they do at Home Depot.

2020-06-21CJ and John Hollis are outstanding at this store. Both have gone well out of their ways to assist my wife and I during our visits to this mom and pop feel hardware store in Harrison. Woos Hardware experience is so much nicer than the big box stores where youre lucky to find an employee willing to go out of their way to assist you. Their typical response is its not my department but I think its in aisle (insert #)

2017-09-07The new store layout if awesome you can tell they have placed more product in that store. And the customer service is beyond comparison to Home Depot, and Tractor Supply. I most definitely will shop there again and I will recommend everyone to go there.

2018-01-13Stopped in to get parts to hook up a gas stove. Alex help me get the parts I needed. And asked me if there was anything else I needed he cut some keys for me for vehicle I just bought and make sure they fit before I left very helpful I would recommend them to anybody will definitely stop back in

2018-12-28I have been shopping at the store for the last 3 years. I now refuse to patronize them at all. I had my 20 lb propane tanks filled there and just the other day when getting them filled they only gave me 3.2 gallons per container. Propane weighs 4.2 lb per gallon so I barely got over 12 lb when I paid for 20. The man went as far as calling me a liar no I should say he called me a f****** liar! I walked back into the store to talk to the gentleman so that he could prove to him that I was right. When I asked the man for an apology for calling me a liar he physically pushed me out the door. I used to love this hardware store but now I will not patronize them ever again.
