Hello foodies today Im with my beautiful mother today at this place we had two charbroiled Chicken breast which means Im open flames and you get that with four strips of bacon for $2 extra and its still under $10 tomatoes are free on the sandwich with onion pickle and lettuce outstanding place very tasty and Carly is awesome manager a worker. The onion that was just a little thick or not though that is awesome nice fresh taste nice boy definitely will be back here again PS for all my little foodie group they have Mi mealsnder $10 under
Food was terrible , no idea how you stay in business with food that taste like this , if I was homeless I wouldn’t eat out of your dumpster, burger looked a dried out precooked patty that was put together by a 2 yr old , fries are soggier then a diaper , wings are barely cooked and mush with hardly any real flavor … someone should take away your kitchen , not a single person in the house came close to finishing half of their food please do not contact me about fixing the order or replacing it because I want nothing to do with this place , anyone that gives this place more then 1 star should see a doctor bc something is wrong with you
I ordered a dozen dry rub cajun wings to go at a price of $17.99 they were over cooked, dry as they possibly could of been, only seasoned on one side, and the smallest wings Ive ever been served at a place with wings in their name.

I did the wings, you can make them as hot and spicy as your heart desires. Mondays, kids eat for free when purchasing a meal. It’s been quiet both times I’ve gone, so the service has been great. Plenty of room for large parties and sporting events. I bet Sunday’s here are packed during football season.
Bought 6 wings. Was expecting the wings to be fresh and hot but, they tasted like they were from the warming oven and the sauce was painted on and not baked on.
Second visit here. Tues night wing special is ok. $.65. Im not sure these wings would be a good deal at full price. I ordered dry wings and a sauce on the side and they charged me for the sauce. Most places wont do that. They do get points for having very crispy wings. Had a pizza my first visit that I didnt care for. If youre going to go have a drink and watch a game its a pretty good place.

Restrooms looked like they havent been cleaned in quite some time. Food was fine. Staff was friendly, but it took a while to get our food. Also, waitress was newer and a bit forgetful. She was very pleasant though. Lower than 5 stars, mainly for the needed cleaning.
3rd time I have ordered my favorite Honey Mustard wings for a Browns game. Just horrible, no sauce at all! My husband even asked for extra sauce!

This place has really gone down hill. My order was wrong, they didnt give a second dish to put bones in, the staff is nice but just not they greatest and the owner is constantly drinking and doesnt do anything to benefit his business or employees. Its sad to see what was once a great wing establishment, being run into the ground. I would like to say it was only this one time but every experience is like this anymore.
Ordered by phone, 3 orders of ribs. She checked to make sure they had enough... they did. Picked up at the bar - it was ready when they said it would be. Staff wearing masks late May. Paid at pickup. Food was really good - came with cole slaw (ok) and choice of potato (kettle chips were excellent) but the ribs were the star of the show. Tender, lots of meat on a half slab, sauce just right. Great meals!
Our waitress was new and she was the best, she was right on time every time she came to the table!! Give her a raise. And the food was good too.
Went to Wingz tonight for wings and pizza. After a few minutes the server came and took our drink order. Brought the drinks and said she would be back in a few minutes. Well 30 min later and server never came back to table. She was at the table next to us at least 3 times. Tried to get her attention. But she just kept walking away. Very disappointing and will never waste our time again.
Great service, the owner Tracy is a very passionate and positive person. She did amazing on my friends blue cheese burger.I really admire a owner who takes the initiative and puts love and care into her business.

Great place to watch football with all the expected dishes! We hadnt been here in a while but their Monster menu is amazing. We only had the Monster Pretzel, but really makes me scared/excited to try the Monster Burger and Monster Dog. Wings run a little cool per the flavors, so dont be afraid to go with Extra or Super Hot if you really want them spicy.Sunday special Bloody Marys are awesome!
Atmosphere is relatively dark and pretty calm most days. Food is alright and arrives in a timely manner most of the time. I forgot my mask and the manager came over and approached me and was straight up rude.
Why the hell was the turkey on the club sandwich grilled ? That was a turn off .

Kudos to Wingz. Had a family gathering of around 25 to watch the Browns/Colts game.We had the party room to ourselves. The food was spot on, especially the pulled pork. Our server,Dana, was FANTASTIC. She was always taking care of one us especially the 8 children that were there. On a scale of 1-10..Ill give Dana a 12. Thanx also to Tracy & Chris. They always go out of their way to make things right.
The food was less then desirable even the looks of it! In fact pretty much the only thing we liked that we ordered was the wings!!! Everything else pretty much went back with the waitress...Barb was very friendly and very attentive no complaints about her! How ever the ...Mini Taccos....pretzel...and turkey club and last but not least the chili fries...yikes! We will not be back!
Wingz used to be a great place for a cheap drink and good food. The food remains good and drinks are still cheap. The atmosphere there has changed to make it not welcoming. During our last visit the owner and some of the staff were visibly overwhelmed by the amount of customers. Unfortunately that lead to several times where the owner was rude to his employees and customers. Two waitresses were also rude to customers. Something as simple as turning on the Cavs playoff game was too much for them to handle because of the amount of stuff going on. It was very busy but attitudes could have been better about things.If you are looking for good wings and the BEST blue cheese you will ever have this is the place to order from, just get it to go.
Wings were delicious, smothered chicken was also delicious. String fries were close to fair frys, very good, coleslaw is better at KFC. Nice hostess and waitress. They close at 10PM, had hopes on seeing the last inning of Cleveland Indians game, but they were closing.

Unbelievable service. Food... the name says it all about their Wingz, theyre meaty, tender and tasty. I always recommend this place. If youre looking to get away from phone service too, place to be as well. Just one of my favorite places to go for food, beer, and fun
Have ate here twice now. Awesome wings and service. The blue cheese is amazing, and one of the servers told me they make it in house. And they dont skimp on the wing sauce either! You can order them extra wet, but I dont see any need to. The servers were real nice and talkative both times.
The food has never been great, but it has only been getting worse. My friend complained about cold food directly and politely to the owner (it was cold and not the first time weve gotten poor quality) who basically blamed us and all the other customers in the back room for being more trouble than its worth. Sorry that he considers serving warm, fresh food to his paying customers to be a bother, but rest assured, he will not have to worry about serving us anymore. I will not offer him business advice, but only an incompetent owner/manager blames his customers for poor quality and/or service. No one enjoys going to a restaurant and having to complain about their food, especially when they are simple menu items like burgers and fries. This place would be a goldmine if the food was any good, but the empty seats will tell you everything that you need to know. The waitress is nice though, and should do well when a new owner eventually takes over...probably sooner than later.

Was charge $2.19 for 5 pieces of celery and blue cheese. I was a regular, had not been in for a few weeks. Not likely coming back any time soon.
My husband I went to watch Sunday football and enjoy some good food. The place had a nice crowd but was in no way filled or crazy booked etc and yet it to about 40 minutes to get our appetizers....which was mostly food that appeared to be pre frozen. And it took probably about another 40 minutes to get our meal. Now in our situation we didnt care, we were enjoying the slower calm pace while watching the games but this most certainly would not be recommended if you arent prepared to wait. Our main dishes were pretty tasty and cost wise it wasnt bad. Plus our server was incredibly sweet and amazing so no knocks to her. It was ok overall and Im sure we will go back but arent tripping over our feet rushing for a second visit.
I had the pierogis they were very dry, my date had the ribs that were on sale on Saturday. She states they were good just like pulled pork very tender. Service was okay. They werent busy for a Saturday afternoon. And service was slow
Absolutely horrible. Took 45 minutes just to get a glass of water. Dishes were dirty. The server tried telling us a picture of beer was $45. Theyre out of pizza dough. Very short-staffed. Chicken wings were not even cooked all the way when they come out about an hour later.

Probably the worst dining experience in a very long time! The service was SLOW and the cook was SLOWER! We waited 45 minutes for wings and chicken tenders. The kids cheeseburger was so burnt it wasnt edible. But I couldnt send it back to be remade because the server took 20 minutes to come back around. The tenders were over cooked, the fries were cold. The topper is the place was empty... We were in there almost 2 hours. We missed our movie because the food took so long! I always give a place a second chance... This was the second chance and it was worse then the first time. We will never be back!
Place was weird. Food was not good at all. My chicken tenders were pounded out. The breading was soggy and kept falling off. My fries were cold. Place is a sports bar with sports playing everywhere but then was playing music that sounded like it came off some feminists playlist....every song was like Melissa Etheridge or Tori Amos. Will not be back
Regularly make an appearance about twice a week on average. Staff are awesome, customer service is fantastic, their food is delicious, and its a local place I can always relax at after work thats close to where I live. They have a couple pool tables, dart boards, and a few other arcade games. The one I played one night had a Kindle Fire and I won that after a few tries. If Google gave out a sixth star on the rating scale, I would give it to them. Guys, keep it up. :)
It was OK. The service was good. No complaints there. What I didnt care for was the blue cheese sauce on the black and blue burger. I believe that blue cheese crumbles would have been much better.

My fiancé and I came here for lunch yesterday afternoon and the food was great and our server did was amazing! We will be back!
Waited 20 minutes and no one came to our table at all. Not to take our tables drink order or even to tell us who our server was. Multiple servers came into our area to check on the other table but never stopped at ours. Was really disappointed since I heard a lot of good things about the food. The service seemed like they didn’t care whether we were taken care of or not so we ended up having to leave.
Got there after browns game,service always good,but today got put into corner and no one showed for 10 minutes, didnt even acknowledge us as we put on our coats and walked past them out the door,fortunately can get wings and burgers anywhere.
My friend ordered a double and the drink was weak, so he asked the waiter not to charge him for it. And for the rest of the night my friend had the waiter bring him a double shot on the side with tonic water and mixed his own drinks. It was all good until the end of the night the owner then comes up to us and basically started an argument with us about it. The guy was way out of line. After spending over $500 eating and drinking, there was 8 of us, the guy, owner, told us to never come back.
Wings and drinks are pretty good, but if you sit down ask for Ashley. We dont dine in unless shes our server. Shes the best server they have and shes always friendly and outgoing. She balances her tables like a pro and pays close attention to your order. Ive even seen her help the people she works with. Honestly, if she ever quits well probably follow her.
Service was good, but I was rather disappointed in the food. We ordered wings (you would think that would be their specialty) ...and every order (4) were very crunchy (over cooked). The meal was kind of on the expensive side, so I paid a lot of $$ for food that wasnt very good! Probably wont be going back anytime soon.
Nice selection of food with reasonable prices. Serving staff is friendly and attentive. I just want to mention though that if youre a customer that has difficulty walking the restrooms are very far away from the front of the restaurant, especially the mens room, which is all the way in the back. My elderly father had a problem with that.

Cluck Bucket breaded wings a must. They have regular also if you like decent sauces to chose from. Skins good not brave enough to put chilli on them but fun place to go if you like wings.

SMOKY....the enclosed smoking area is right off the dining room. Every time a patron comes back in from a smoke break, they bring a cloud of smoke with them. Food was mediocre at best. The waitress was polite.
First time being there, wings were absolutely delicious. They had games to play, pool, air hockey and darts and others, service was decent took awhile to get food, but the waitress we had was pretty cool
I grew up in Brunswick and while I was there visiting a friend he suggested we go to lunch here. When I walked in this huge place was empty at lunchtime. But since the local movie theater is in the same shopping plaza Im guessing that they are busier for dinner and from the looks of their promotional place mats this place promotes alcohol more than their food. Im sure its a lot of fun on the weekends with the drinking crowd. Unfortunately, this is not an excuse to serve really bad overpriced food. Maybe their drunk patrons dont notice the low quality when they just want to shovel something in their mouth to sober up but I certainly did.Since I wanted something healthy for lunch I decided to order the charbroiled chicken salad. From the description this sounded delicious. A flame grilled chicken breast served on top a fresh garden salad. It also offered it buffalo style (they charge $.60 just to throw a little hot sauce on the chicken to make it buffalo style which is ridiculous!!!) and I like hot stuff so that sounded great. When I asked if they had a light Italian or low cal dressing the waitress said no. What kind of a restaurant doesnt have a low cal dressing theses days? And no vinegar and oil does not count. Anyway, this brought the total price to 10.08 so at this price Im expecting a large salad with FRESH mixed greens and a nicely grilled chicken breast (grill marks visible) tossed in some buffalo sauce and maybe some blue cheese crumbles. NOPE not even close. I got a small-ish plastic bowl that contained a salad I could have made at home for less than half the price. It was nothing but a pre-made bagged iceberg salad mix with a few black olives croutons and a light sprinkling of, you guessed it, packaged shredded cheese. The worst part of the salad was the pale non flame grilled chicken breast that was soggy with buffalo sauce. No grill marks (and no flavor) whatsoever on a flame grilled chicken breast. The people I was with were equally dissatisfied with what they ordered and stated that they would not be returning. Unless youre drunk and dont care about the quality of your food or how much youre paying I would stay clear of this place.
This place charged me $3.00 just for one each of blue cheese and ranch! And theyvdidnt tell me that until I got my bill.Also, I waited too long to be seated while staff just walked by me.It took forever to actually get my mediocre food.The waitress was apathetic.Avoid at all cost.

I love this place my parents dont for some reason. I would reccomend the garlic parm boneless wings half or whole pound and warning a full order of chili cheese fries are a ton (Hell they amazing though) It is usually not that full so it is pretty quiet (How I like) I had my first date with my gf here and it was very nice and it had great service. Id give a 10 star if there was an option
I have eaten their 5 different times. I always order my steak med/rare. Every time i order it there it comes out well done. This time I ordered it with the owner sitting right next to me. There were 15 people in the bar/restaurant at the time. It TOOK them 45 mins to cook my food, which was a steak med (this time because I thought I would get It closer to how I wanted it) and some fries. Well again my steak came out well done. After 2 bites, I brought it up too the owner. He got offensive about how my food was cooked and claimed that my steak cooked well through because I let it sit there for 5 mins. Then walked away from me because he didnt want to here how a steak ordered medium can cook its self well done by sitting for 5 mins. Worst place I have ever been, and this doesnt even get me on there bartenders that are rude and expect at 10 dollar tip if they serve you a drink.... dont ever go there l!!!!! I have and given them to many times to correct themselves and the end result is always the same. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!
Went there for work christmas party... service was absolutely terrible. Ive never had worse service and the food took forever and there was barely anybody there on top of that the food wasnt even good or cooked all the way. I could of dealt with the food but my server was so bad it took me 20 minutes everytime i ordered a drink.... never coming back

Best wingz in town! There are so many TVs that any table is a good spot to catch a game, with a great atmosphere to bring a group of friends. The owners and staff are very cordial with great service.
Dingy and dirty... The food was absolutely horrible..if you wanted something from the waitress you had to get up from your table and go get her!! Worst experience ever!! If you want good wings go to BW3s or winking lizards..
The quality of food is next to microwaveable. Even though theyre not expensive at all, there prices are still ridiculous high for how the food taste. the service wasnt bad but that doesnt make up for the lousiness of the food. I would not recommend at all to anyone.

2022-05-28Stopped in after a movie next door. They got busy! They hustled! Service was great! Food was great! We ordered wings, they were so good, garlic Parmesan sauce on wings was awesome! Absolutely loved the spinach and artichoke dip with pita! 💕 We had a great date night, glad we stopped in! 🤗

2021-08-12First time at this restaurant met a friend for lunch although it was quiet the food was good the service was good the waitress showed us around to the back room that can be rented nice big facility a variety of areas for you to sit in that are away from other people. And they have a large draft beer selection.

2022-02-01Went there tonight to go out with my husband. The hostess said “I’m following you” as in you can seat yourself. So we sat up in a booth above the bar. Hostess said I’ll be back for your drinks we have coke products. We waited for 20 minutes. Not one employee came by to ask us if we were being waited on or anything. I understand if the place is busy but it was not. This isn’t the first time with bad service here.

2022-05-08This place had horrible service. I tried to go here before a movie i was seeing cause of how convenient it was to hickory ridge. First of all our waitress came to our table one time to take orders and didn’t even bring us our food. Next you know after getting our receipt she explains that their wifi was down so i could only pay with cash. After waiting 20 minutes i went up to pay she said it was still down and then i tried to compromise and go to atm she said that the atm was down to. I almost missed the movie and she literally took my id number to come back and pay so she didnt hold me hostage. Then i come back she puts on a fake face just for a tip. Never COMING BACK AGAIN!!!!

2022-03-29The Ultimate Philly was amazing but the service was definitely lacking. With the place being empty I would have thought u would see the server more. No napkins, no refills.

2021-12-31Depending on the day, mixed drinks are watered down. The pool tables are usually open, but the felt is old and there may not be any chalk. Food is ok. Seems like a decent place for family meals and games.
