Ordered wings & corn. They forgot a 10 pice of corn & replaced it with mild wings. Wings/thighs were dry. Thigh bites were small & they gave a lot of batter pieces? The corn was majorly overcooked.
This place is just dirty, 4-5 people working in back kitchen standing around, all the tables are all dirty floors not swept, grease on kitchen windows playing on cell phones, in cooking area, I do not recommend this place of Business, the Health Department should come check this place out.....all around disgusting place.
Waiting for 40 minutes for just fries and corn we didnt even get wings. Theres 6workers who work soo slowly it feels like pulling teeth. Theres more customers waiting than food actually coming out and they probably waited longer than us. The only girl that had any hustle was the girl with pink hair. As someone who worked fast food I can tell how frustrating it is to have coworkers who are slow and dont care so I feel her pain. She has an amazing work ethic and u guys should look into giving her a raise or paid vacay.

Omggggg.... They need to have 1 in Pittsburgh... We were visiting family in Ohio and HAD TO TRY... SOOOOOOO WORTH IT. We were first greeted by Bryant who was super friendly n nice. The wait wasnt long at all. All the employees worked so well together to give us customers the BEST experience... As for the chicken, 1 word FANTASTIC... It was flavorful, hot, juicy and sooooo damn delicious... Might have to hit them up again before we leave Ohio. Very well done from the training of employees down to the AMAZING FOOD... THANKS GUYS...
Ordered boneless wings and voodoo fries. The fries were so spicy and caked in Cajun seasoning they were basically inedible. The wings were sitting in a pool of sauce and it looked like they just dumped the sauce on the wings and didn’t toss it. Not that good at all and sloppy. Won’t be back
First time at any wingstop, and asked Mike (owner) what he recommends. He suggested I get the voodoo fries, and corn for sides. He asked me if I like spice, and I said yes, so he suggested the Atomic, mango habanero and hickory bbq wings. All of the flavors were amazing, and the chicken was fresh cooked. I loved the corn season they used, it was so good!
First time ordering from any location. Got boneless wings (cajun 🤤🤤🤤🔥, garlic parm 🤤😐, and Hawaiian 🤤🤤😐.) And a tea for myself and my hubs. Ive rated with relevant emojis. The garlic is mostly parm, and is a bit over the top with oil, not much garlic. Not bad though. Hawaiian is listed as heat but there is none. Its also like a cross between dull orange chicken and tangy barbecue. Not bad though. The cajun is amazing but beware if youre sodium scarce!!! Food was estimated 15-20 min, I went in at 15 min and the food had been finished already, so they were very prompt as well!

Placed a pretty big online order and everything was ready to go and they even helped carry it out to my truck. First class
I ordered through Wing Stop’s website and was assigned a Door Dash driver. Door Dash driver stole the food and never delivered it. Called wingstop and they offered to credit me, refund, or make the food over with no hassle. Appreciate the service. Been eating here since it first opened and I’ve loved it ever since.
I’m not sure if they got new ownership or what but the food has been AMAZING! As the young kids say it’s “BUSSIN!”. Great job to the workers and staff... 5/5 every time I order food from here.

I’m not even trying to be over dramatic but these are the best wings I’ve ever had in my life. They have the best sauces and my favorite is the spicy Korean, it was the best I’ve ever had. Not to mention the customer service is amazing. I ordered my wings over the phone and I came in a little earlier than they told me and they gave me a free drink for the wait. Amazing and highly recommend!
The food was freshly cooked. I did not care for the sauces. There were no individual ketchup or salt packets the plastic cutlery was not wrapped just sitting in a plastic bin. The pop dispenser was newer but did not look clean. I did enjoy the Louisiana rub for the chicken and the fries were good.
Pizza joints and bars have much better wings mine seemed like they were overcooked they were very tough I probly only eat 2 &1/2 wings I will have a very happy barn cat when I get home. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the garlic parm was a salty peppery dry rub and my fries tasted like my wings you could tell they shared the same oil. The staff seemed to have played on their phones a lot but they seemed nice and friendly.
My first time at this particular WingStop. Dakota and her entire team were great! I got food for my children. My daughters boneless wings were too hot for her. I called and spoke to the manager and she replaced the 6 wings with no problem. Dakota is extremely professional and very customer service friendly. Dakota is the Greatest Of All Time!! She is real and very genuine. Dakota is truly an asset to WingStop!! You go Girl!!! We love you Dakota!!!
Best wings in town hands down! Dynamite! They also have the best fries. Sweet and salty. Then to top it off the best homemade ranch dip. Wow! You will not be disappointed!
My family and I have been going here for 2 years, and this experience is by far the worst! The boneless chicken wings were mostly fat! I wish I could put a picture of how almost 15 out of 20 were slimy on the inside, soggy outside, gristle, barf! Whos working tonight. never again!
I tried last night for the first time and was surprised how good they were. Ordering wings from places is always iffy. I hate taking a chance sometimes to spend money and they are under cooked or just plain gross, but wingstop was on point. Crispy and flavorful. I was feeding my son and husband and i got the crewpack with 30 wings and fries. I didnt know if it was going to be enough the way that they eat but we all eat until full and still has left overs
Very very poor customer service the manger there Dakota cursed me and made me wait longer calling me names you never know what or who you are serving and to treat ppl the way they did makes the store look bad. I will say the young man was saw the situation and was very polite.
Came here the other day with my fiancé to try it for the first time. The food was super good, the workers were pleasant and friendly. The food took a while to come out but that is to be expected when it’s all made to order (and I will never complain about a wait for fresh food!!). The pricing wasn’t bad, definitely less than quaker steak. Overall it was a good experience!
The way that everything is thrown together in the bag is very lazy. People inside lack common sense, why are you giving me 3 sides of ranch with large fries but only one side of cheese? Ratio is disproportionate and the workers inside could be a lot more courteous considering this establishment is new in this area. The chicken is pretty sub-par, expect a lot of fatty bites.Overall:Food-Ingredients are far from premium as well as the quality of the food overall,and if you think otherwise you probably are used to eating low quality food.Workers and service- very lackluster. Won’t recommend this place.
I called them for a delivery on their website not knowing that they contract door dash to deliver your food. I put the order in at about 6: 30 and they said that it would be about 40 minutes. After an hour i called and they said that they had not picked up the order yet and that it had been sitting for 20 minutes. They told me that if i came in that they would make my order again. I drove there to find out that the owner would not make it again and that the delivery driver just left with the order that had been sitting there for over an hour now. The order arrived at my house at 7:50 and was cold. I called the complaint line and they said someone would get back to me. A week later i called back with the same results. I have called 4 times now and get the same answer each time with no resolution. I spent over $50.00 on food i would not let my family eat with not a care from the company to resolve the poor service and lack of compassion for their customers. I will never go back and am urging others not to give them business either. The location is on Leavett road in amherst ohio. Next to the Sprint store. Please spread this to everyone you know. I work hard for my money and going there is throwing it into the trash.
Ordered takeout here a few times and every time was perfect. Ordered and paid online, drove up to the store and it was ready waiting. No mistakes, either. Food is great and the online ordering site is intuitive and works well.
New restaurant and supposed to be a good chain so gave it a try. 1st and last time here. A 35 minute wait for 4/10 count trial orders because they were only using 1 of 8 fryers. Out of teriyaki sauce. Wings are small and dried out. Given all that, it is way overpriced for the whole experience. Go to Quaker Steak, Ziggys or BW3 youll be happier.Soooooo disappointed after hearing how great this place was supposed to be.
Contaminated food. Order wings Thursday night 8/1/19. Woke up Friday morning with the worst stomach pain in my life. Was forced to miss work the following day and I am still feeling the symptoms of food poisoning. After some research I have heard rumors of safety concern. Employees not wearing gloves and handling raw and cooked chicken. If that’s the case hands should be washed under HOT water for at least 1 minutes whiles using hand soap. I will never order from here again.
This establishment is amazing! The staff is friendly and attentive, the store has a dining area which is pretty sweet and i get to watch my food being made to order! Will def be back soon and will be bringing others with me

Ordered the 10 wings combo. They gave me the wrong wings and I when I called to let them know the cashier girl or whoever answered the phone was really rude and just handed the phone to her manager I guess. Nobody couldnt find my order even though I just left from up there. The manager did give me credit for the 10 wings that I can order anytime but i was so discussed with their service I dont even want the damn wings
Took over a half hour to get my food . They shorted me food I asked for the food they told me how did they know I didnt eat it already. Yeah in the 2 minutes I walked to my table and back . Several other people were getting mad about how long the food was taking . They also gave the food out in the wrong order . People who came after me and the table next to us got there food first . Skip this place .
We orderd boneless wings and got wings with bones and rotten veggies we called them and they said we can take care of the veggies but they would not take care of the chicken so I just spent 60 bucks for my family not to eat

I come here frequently. Sometimes they get my order wrong or its under/over cooked but today I found what looks like a foil wrapper in my ranch and it grossed me out that I didnt want to finish my food and will probably not go back. I took a picture but cant figure out how to attach it here

Ordered 15 garlic parm and 5 mango habanero. The garlic parm was dripping in oil and very fatty chicken. On the upside the mango habanero was pretty good. I recommend Baileys in Elyria over that place honestly
Great customer service but this place is over rated. I would rather go to a local bar and grill and get wings there. Fresh cut fries like Cedar Point would be nice.

Wings were very small and over cooked. Never will I GO there again. Needless to say the fries were extremely salty.

My husband goes to eat once or twice every day. Sometimes he has complained about burned potatoes, other times about very salty potatoes. They do not try to correct the situation. Since Gregorio has not worked, every day is a disaster, mostly at night. Gladys, Sales, Administration, Marketing and Personnel Manager.

2022-03-01Ordered online and received an estimated time to be ready at 16-21 minutes. Showed up at the storefront in 20 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes for my food to be ready. Got home and was missing a blue cheese. The blue cheese we did get had a thick film on top. You can see in the photos. About half the fries we got were super thick and undercooked as you can see in the photos.

2022-03-06Plain wings are flavorless. Unless you add your own flavor. A few to choose from. These wings are pigeon type of wings. Little meat on them. Theyre not breaded. Too pricey for it. And fries is like eating sweet potato. Parmesan dry rub way too salty. Wont order again. I prefer chicken from gas stations. Even good fried chicken wings from chinese.

2022-04-08It was ok. We got the thigh bites and fries. The thigh bites had good flavor but super greasy. Like they didnt shake them off at all. I air fried them the next day and they were great. The fries were kinda old. The guy taking the order was very rude. Just unpleasant to me and everyone else that came in after me. Wont come back for a while till they restaff.

2022-07-07Wings are decent if they actually fulfill your DoorDash order. Only received half of the food I paid for. Called the store and was immediately placed on hold never to have my call answered. We will never order from there again. Pay the extra money and order from BW3 or Quaker Steak and Lube.

2022-02-02These wings are awesome! We had a little wait when we went to pick up the wings but it was well worth it. I heard the boss in the back thanking all the employees for their hard work and to keep up the good job! They were super busy and those workers were killing it! And ohhh those frys!!!

2021-11-05Amazing hard working workers. Great food. Im not a fan of boneless wings, but theirs are to die for. Had the Korean spicy q and atomic. Both tasted amazing and the atomic sauce was so perfectly hot that I was crying. I finished my strawberry dr pepper way too fast 🤣 10/10 will definitely be returning. Like tomorrow.
