Ordered traditional wings and boneless wings last night and they were both overcooked and so dry also tasted like they was cooked in old grease and had been sitting all day. The traditional wings are so small there like little ole pigeon wings and the boneless wings are like popcorn chicken!! This location has definitely went downhill over the past year. I guess the owner doesnt care about quality of food. Definitely will not be back!!!!!
We go to wingzone a lot and I’ve never had a bad order. Once they forgot my wings in a large order and was very helpful in replacing them the next day. I can’t do anything but commend them for being so friendly and working hard to make their customers happy
The times that I have ordered from Wing Zone time after time they have met expectations! Easy ordering, quick service, and thank you guys for exceptional customer service with good food.
I admit I like extra sauce on my wings so when I reheat then they aren’t dry. I don’t need the employee “sauce shaming” and telling me how he doesn’t understand people like me. He kept going on and on about my order till I felt uncomfortable.
Food tasted nice but their staff is extremely discourteous and unfriendly. We ordered a take-away which was given to us in 20 minutes. After reaching home, we realized half of our order was missing so we requested them to deliver the remaining stuff as our house is a 15-minute from the place. They blatantly refused and asked us to come to the restaurant if at all we wanted the rest of our order. We had to drive back 15 minutes again to pick the food up, the staff did not even apologize for their mistake and acted rude.
Used to be really good but we just got the worst wings ever. They were black and grey. They were very leathery and clearly old. Going downhill so they no longer care about quality. Just going to rally’s from now on. For half the price we can get much better wings. They may not have all the flavors this place does but I can’t buy from them anymore if they are willing to put out wings like they did tonight.
First time ever eating here. We got our food delivered. Food was awesome and hot! Also arrived quicker than they said they’re be here. All the wings and fries tasted great. Definitely won me over and will be back again.
Great place to order wings and a variety of appetizers. When you order for delivery they take an imprint of your credit card (it says this on the website) so make sure you have your card ready. Never had a bad experience with wing zone.
First time ever ordering from this establishment. Ordered 6 wings. Wings are cold inside. Try to call but no answer. It was hard to order online. Doesnt really show full menu.
Wings are my favorite food and I try to find the best wing place in the surrounding area and this is the best place I have been for wings in Ohio so far. I have eaten here more than a dozen times and I am consistently satisfied with my order. They always have enough sauce on the wings, they arent expensive, I like them unbreaded and crunchy and they check all those boxes. There is usually a broken wing every other order, which feels like I was robbed of a wing but overall when I want wings, this place comes first then the wing zone in Miamisburg comes second then Frickers/roosters comes a distant 3rd, (They default to breaded and aren’t crispy) the BWW 4th (but they have been better recently). I usually get the sweet samurai, or lemon pepper and the wedge fries which I dip in the abundance of sauce provide. Hope this helps
I order from here fairly often, I only pick one flavor (BB) and 95% of the time is is cooked fine, rarely it is over cooked but not by much if so, again I eat here often so that is bound to happen. However when they do mess up, they ALWAYS fix the issue and never question you like you like other places with bad employees do. These types of places are always hiring and having high turnover so I expect things to go wrong, but their 100% customer satisfaction type of attitude keeps me coming back, of course the free stuff they mail you every so often out of the blue is nice too, i got 6 very nice cups and a few other items, but it is mainly their effort to right their wrongs, that keeps me around.Edited 8/12/17 They are still a DECENT (not good) place to eat but their wing quality has gone down a lot. They say they switched providers but clearly they downgraded, yet raised prices by 20%-30%. Havent ordered from them in awhile as it just isnt worth it anymore. Sad to see them bottom out.
I placed a phone order, the delivery time was very long. I asked if I could just come pick my order up and the gentleman started trying to bully me into taking the delivery. He told me I was unreasonable for not wanting to wait an Hour at 9:30 PM on a Tuesday.He kept asking me over and over what my pre tip was going to be.. I ended up canceling my order because he refused to make it a carry out. He started yelling at me and slammed down the phone.Thanks Wing Zone. I appreciate that.
My brother and I started ordering here about 6-7 months ago and the food was good, pricey but good. Then about 2 moths ago the quality of the food and service went down drastically. Chicken tenders were over cooked and tasted like they were cooked in old oil, my chicken sandwich was so over cooked it was difficult to chew, the fries were soggy, and the burger tasted like it was made with off meat.
The worst oldest driest wings I have ever ordered .. terrible experience with this location. I ordered late night last night June 30th at 11:29.. those wings must have sat around all day..not to mention flavorless. Buyers beware.
We preordered online a day ahead. Food was on time and hot. It was a pretty big order. Exactly as we ordered it and everything was there. Delicious. Thank you for the great service.
My wings were not well done like I asked, I choked on one because the fat was so long it got stuck in my throat! The chicken wings were very black in the inside. I couldn’t finish the wings so I threw them away and waisted my money!
Last time we ordered wings they were cold and soggy I had to call and complain. Then today they got my order wrong gave me the wrong wings. I dont feel like calling, so heres the bad reveiw INSTEAD of me getting my correct food
Some of the best wings Ive ever had. Their hot sauce is juicy and delicious. Their burgers are huge and rich-flavored. Plus, you can ask them to put any wing sauce on the burger (I recommend garlic parm). Ive never eaten there, but delivery is fast. On the phone, they sound like theyre always busy and just want to get it over with, but I like that; makes the ordering process go by fast, without heaving every special and promotional offer they have.
I have ordered from them three separate times and all three have been bad. This last one they did not evenen get the order right, burgers were under cooked fries were soggy and customer service was awful tried to get it corrected and they did nothing had to try to order my wings(missing from my order) again from the website and website told me they were out if wings,called and they put me in hold 4 times and nothing was done . Over all poor quality
Absolutely great wings ... love the bone in wings with spicy bar-b-q flavor myself but the family tends to order boneless with a slew of other flavors and everyone seems to like theirs as much as I like mine. Dont ever change the way youre doing the wings guys ... thumbs up all the way. Now, that said; I really like my celery and blue cheese on the side and its getting a bit frustrating that it is forgotten nearly half the time. I do love my wings so this might easily have been 5 stars if not for the little slip before getting out the door for the delivery.
They have great chicken tenders. Not certain why they charged me .40¢ for the sauce, though. I like their Tokyo Dragon, which used to be on the menu, but no longer is. They will make it for you, its just teriyaki and some type of hot sauce. Because its off menu they charge you 40 cents? Kind of disappointed in the burnt toast, also.
Good wings both traditional and boneless.Excellent sauce selection. They are all good.Be careful ordering a burger though. Those are usually over-cooked into hockey pucks.
Wings all burnt and dried out the last 5 times I ordered them. Today they gave me the wrong sauce witch made it to where I could not eat it. And when I get the salad half of it is water.if I could give negative Stars I would
Very courteous. Prompt service. Order was exactly as placed. Nice size wings, and their flavors are outstanding. We ordered celery which was nice, and crisp. Good experience all around.
Hands down the best boneless honey bbq wings I have tried other places never liked them I couldn’t even eat them but I gave wingzone a try and man I’m glad I did thank you all they was 🔥
I ordered from there yesterday for the very first time. When I called and asked when my order should be there they said it should be about five minutes well almost FORTY minutes later my order arrived. I was tempted to tell him I would not accept it but my family and I was so hungry we kept it. It was not as warm as it should be but it was not freezing cold. I was supposed to get four sauces with my order but I only recieved one. I made two orders in one my first and my last! >:(
First time trying WingZone! The best wings I’ve tried in a while. The sauces are amazing and the wings are juicy. I’m definitely going to order from here again. The service is fantastic! The employees are so kind. This is what I like! Once you try Wingzone. Your going to enjoy it! Good job WingZone! I would make it 10 stars if I can!
Wings were overcooked, hard and dry. Got lemon pepper wings, the seasoning was poorly done. The only thing that could have my order perfect was a refund.
Their Cajian Sauce is one of my favorites. Still frozen Nuggets however. But the sauce does just enough to offset it👍
Every time I order from here the food is so delicious and just everything I would want in my wings and burgers. They have some of the best burgers and wraps I have ever tasted. Def worth ordering from here.
I love this place and i know it was late but still kinda upset right now. i ordered 16 wings and i open the top box of wings flavored sweet samurai and there’s absolutely NO SAUCE at all?? the second box is perfectly fine but i’m just confused as to why one box is completely dry lmao. idk just weird and kinda made me upset. Im giving it one star because I found a giant hair in my burger when I was eating it, I have never been so disgusted with a meal than from the last one I had here. I have had it before and it was okay, it;s never warm if you have it delivered and I live barely over a quarter mile from this place. The management has still done nothing over 3 days after I have reported my terrible experience.
I have had the chicken wings which are pretty good.Be mindful of the crowd and your surroundings.I have been here with my family,food is very good.Staff is very understanding and they also maintain the cleanliness of the area effieciently.
The service was fast but when I got the wings I was absolutely disguisted they were undercooked and chewy (like the kind you get for 2$ at the grocery) and the sauce tasted artificial. I had to throw them away both my friend and I couldnt even eat them they were so bad. But the fries were alright.
The delivery service can be quite slow. We had food missing from our order and it took over an hour for them to bring it after we called twice. Other than that, the food is still good otherwise.
Customers Beware! Ordered wings from here consistently for last 5 years. My wife ordered same plain tenders as she did last evening and every other time. First order came with sauce covered on them. My wife called in and spoke to manager who told her they would bring our new order but asked her to tip driver and he was going to charge the cook for the wrong order. This in itself put a bad taste in our mouths. Driver came and was polite. We tipped him, although he insisted we not. My wife opened new tenders and they were seasoned and not plain as we requested. This was not how they were repared last night or anytime before. I immediately called the store and told them of the issue. The driver returned to pick up the wrong order. He insisted they were prepared this way all the time. I tried to explain we just ordered them last night and they did not have seasoning on them. He continued to argue with me and told me this how they are done every time. I went and got a plain boneless wing to show him the difference in color. He then stated those are boneless wings and not tenders. I apparently know the difference but was only trying to show him what we were expecting. He was on phone with his manager and told me we didn’t explain to him corectly. I thought I was very clear. Plain is plain. Growing frustrated by his dismissive attitude, i told him to just forget it and took the tenders back and threw them in the trash. As a business owner myself, I was very disappointed in the professionalism of this establishment. Understanding customers are sometimes difficult, but when your wrong own it and make it right at whatever cost. Although we have enjoyed their wings Over the years it’s very clear their management has changed. We will not be ordering from Wing Zone from airway In the near future. Suggestion is to take care of your customer base and except the fact we all make mistakes. We never asked for a refund nor was one offered. Very disappointed in this establishment. Hopefully you take this and build from it. We want nothing in return!
Wings were not so great, not horrendous though. But everything was hot, well packed and the fries were good. Personally did not enjoy the Rajin Cajun sauce but the garlic buffalo was not bad.

I have been a frequent customer over this past year. Always over tipping the delivery man even when they forget the celery or the soda I requested and payed for. 5 months ago they said they dont deliver to my area after Dark. Now today they tell me they wont deliver AT ALL. What ever happened to valued customers coming first?? Screw you!
I dont like the fact that you have to spend a certain amount, just to get a delivery. They dont have melted cheese for your wedges or anything, and when I ask about adding it to the menu, the guy said Not to many people ask for it! Wow!!!! Need better customer service I tell you
Been eating there 3to5 times a week for the last 3 weeks been getting crunch wings drenched but today got them dry with sauce on the side I always tell them I want them drenched and had no problem when I called back was told they dont do drenched on crunch wings dont like being treated that way you did wrong 😡

Used to love this place but Im no longer ordering here. Too many issues lately. Finally did me in on my last order when I placed the order and get a 45 minute delivery time... after 26 minutes I get the email saying delivery on the way so i wait and wait... I call to see whats going on and Im places on hold for about 4 minutes so I hang up and wait a few before I call back, figured they were busy, so when I call again he puts me straight to hold, no hello or anything... I then call back so I can just cancel my order but yet again, put straight to hold. I black out my entire house hoping the delivery drivers takes the hint and head to bed... 48 minutes after it was out for delivery, with my food and drinks just riding around long enough to be ordered from Cincinnati, the driver arrived, I hear him knocking from my room twice, then a 3rd round of knocking is much louder as the guy opened my front door and is beating on my main door, 12:18 am mind you yelling wingzone... by the time I get to my door he is at it for the fourth time so I swing my door open tell him he needs to stop beating on my door like that and that i was no longer interested in hour old food, he seems to square up and i have to place my foot outside my door for him to take the hint to leave after he argues with me for a few minutes, finally leaves and swearing the whole time. This place has went down hill with help lately and inam absolutely disgusted by it. I will gladly take my business elsewhere!!!!.

Usually amazing. Its great food. But now the last 3 times weve ordered from them they have forgot most of our food, weve been missing food then random boxes of food from another order will be in there. Weve called muiltple times and they would put us in hold.. Its just annoying at this point. Then when we call and ask for our food it takes them 30-40 minutes to get here. We live 5 mins away..
The owner has his high school sons working there. They are very immature, fight and argue in front of customers, and they wear whatever they please because their dad owns the restaurant even though there is a uniform. They need to hire some actual employees who actually care...
Great food, but tonight is the third order in a row where they messed up and didnt bring us everything. Whether it be wings or a side. Last time it was a 2 liter and it took them 40 minutes to bring it by from 5 minutes down the road. Check your food before the driver leaves and hope that they brought everything.
Wingzone is my favorite place for wings I have ordered multiple times and its in my top 3 places to eat the burgers are very good as well the widow maker is not for faint of heart they even come with vegetables if u make it a basket

Their wings are the best in the area, and they never skimp on sauce!Tonight I had an issue with my order being delivered really late and by the time I got the food, it was cold. BUT not to worry, they made up for it! They promptly remade and delivered my order without charge.As a customer, this is the kind of service you want. Thanks Wing Zone!

2022-03-01Ive been ordering from them since another better-known wing restaurant became increasingly incompetent. Since then Ive not looked back. Wing Zone has always delivered, both literally and in its quality. The fact that theyre even open late is an added bonus. Ive tried almost everything on their menu and its all been excellent! Theyve certainly got a longtime customer with me.

2022-05-16Ordered the 16 PC boneless pack which is $20 so not really a cheap meal but is filling for 2 people or to have leftovers for later. Quality of the food wasnt good. My boneless wings were swimming in sauce and had an unpleasant aftertaste. Like the sauce was old and had kind of a metallic aftertaste. The potato wedges had been sitting for a while to where they had a weird chewy and unpleasant outer layer. They didnt provide us with any celery or carrots like other locations Ive enjoyed. Not any utensils or ketchup for that matter was provided so we had nothing to eat with. This visit to this location was a a big flop and wont be going back. I rather wait to go to Lexington KY when passing through and visit their location which has much better management and good quality food.

2022-08-06Order wings, tenders, & fries last night. The food smelled normal but half an hour after eating I was assaulted by the worst stomach pains I have ever experienced. I was bowled over in pain for hours until my body finally regurgitated its entire contents. Either the frying oil they were using, or the chicken they are cooking with are to blame. I have never experienced such pain and discomfort from a meal in my life. This is the next morning and my stomach is still tied in knots. My husband is sick as well. We will never order from here again, its just not worth it.

2021-09-03So I ordered from here yesterday and the tame wings I got were soapy.... called it in, they apologized and sent us replacements asap which was very nice! ....But they were still soapy. Dunno if like the bowl they tossed them in had a been properly cleaned of soap or what, but it was a few of us who all tasted and confirmed it tasted soapy/bad. The other flavored wings we got was perfectly fine though!

2021-06-29Ordered a 50 original party pack with wedges carrots and celery and the dressing and man o man, the food was incredible, it tasted fresh, it was crispy just like how I asked. The service is on top. I was missing an item and a young man remade it for me and made sure my item(s) are correct. All my friends and families are in love wingzone! Recommend this to anyone who loves delicious wings! Thanks wingzone!

2021-06-28First I’ll say that my family would sometimes order food from here a couple times a month. Loved their wings. Well now I will take my business elsewhere…. Order their deal for 20 wings, wedges and dessert plus I ordered a side salad….ordered drums for 10 of the 20… didn’t get that right ordered and paid for extra sauce on side …didn’t get that right and they forgot my salad…. Called the store right away and was told they were closed and the person on phone said he was janitor…. Well that wasn’t correct because I have went and picked up wings and he was the one that checked me out, I recognized the voice…. He told me that I would have to call back and speak to the manager. So I was ripped off for the cost of my salad and side of sauce. Like I said I will never order from this restaurant again. Thank you wing zone you are saving this family of 5 a lot of money. Was also hung up on when tried to speak to the store owner/managers son that answered this call and lied about being a janitor. Really if he was janitor he should have never answered the phone and should never be rude and hang up on customers. He lost you money….
