Completely awful. The wings were soggy and tasted like grease. I ordered mild and honey mustard and could barely taste the flavor because the grease took over. They forgot the ranch for my wings and the marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks. Service was slow and the bartender handling my order had no sense of urgency. She had me pay and my food sat behind the bar for another 5 minutes because she forgot to give it to me. Super over priced for gross food. Awful service all around. I will never go back.
In Springfield Township? REALLY GOOD!!! When we R in that area, we always stop in.Bartenders are much more sociol and attentive to customers. Food has always been good. We were there 7-18-19 at about 12:30 pm.Stopped in 5/19/22 had lunch specials, coupla beers. Everything was great!! 1 woman working front of house!! She did a marvelous job!!!
Absolutely AWFUL experience. My husband, son, daughter and I stopped in for dinner tonight. We walked in at at 7pm, we’re never greeted.. had to ask someone if it was seat yourself or what.. (after several severs walked by us without saying a word). We finally sat down and it took another 10 minutes before anyone came over to us.. places a drink order, server forgot my drink.. I reminded him.. he forgot again.. I asked another server to get me a drink.. finally got it after another 10 min.. we placed the food order, took over 45 min for our food to come up. Once we received the food.. my boneless wings were COLD! Server never came back to check on us. Asked for the bill.. server never brought it.. my husband had to get up and go ask again for the bill and a box Again. STILL NEVER BROUGHT IT!!! The server brought other tables their bill but not ours.. then when they finally brought the bill, it was WRONG! Husband corrected him and it took another 15 minutes for him to bring the corrected copy. I completely understand restaurants are Hurting for employees like every other business right now but this experience is completely unacceptable. We will not return.
Look...the food is great but the service is shotty. If you are told 20 mins for pickup then expect to add 25 more minutes of standing around to that. Then make sure you check your bag bc they obviously dont. Sauce cups spilled in bottom. If you decide to sit in then expect 1 waitress running around trying to serve everyone. Lights out, wobbly tables lol. If it wasnt for the food being excellent then I wouldnt go.
I worked here when i was around the age of 16. I just ate here with my daughter and i forgot how much i missed the food/wings here! Great service great food i felt super welcomed and this place has one of the best owners ive ever had the pleasure of working for! If you want wings and you are an Akron or Canton this is the place to go!
I honestly see alot of trash reciews for this place and I have never had a bad experience with the food or service. I go most weeks for the boneless wings deals and spend less than ten bucks for a tall beer and ten wings. They do deals every day of the week one of my favorite local bars.
My wife and a couple of our friends went to WW trying to enjoy ourselves. Well today didnt happen. The young lady that was our waitress took our drink order and couldnt get our friends drinks right. Then when the food finally came the wings were soooo crunchy that they hurt my teeth and they were ice cold. I also ordered a quesidilla the cheese was congealed and cold as well. Then my wife ordered another drink and the lady was so wrapped up in her conversation with the bar tender that she literally held her drink in her hands for like 15 min. Will never go back
If you like wings with no flavor this is the place. Ordered medium Buffalo and medium garlic Parmesan wings, the buffalo tasted like oil and the garlic parm tasted like oil with Parmesan cheese. There was zero spice to the wings. Save your money and go to somewhere else. Also ordered onion petals and they didn’t send the dipping sauce. Wish I would of read the reviews before ordering but you just assume a WING place would have decent wings!
Wings and fried veggies were cooked perfect but the sauces didnt hit the mark for us. The service staff took forever to get our order and the wait for the food was too long for as few customers that there were. I think they should pay more attention to the paying customers then flirting with the kitchen staff. Not a professional environment
I ordered online before I left work so I wouldnt have to wait. Got to the restaurant and they said they didnt have my order. I showed it to them on my phone and they finally found it on their system. After waiting at the bar for 1 1/2 hours I finally got my food. They did give me extra wings for my wait but they neglected to put extra cheese and sour cream on my quesadilla. Food was only mediocre.
I was just there with my best friend , and we told the waitress we were sitting on the patio, and waited out the for over 10 min and never got greeted. I was hoping to get service because i really do enjoy the wings here. The ashtrays on the patio were full and not emptied , the chairs were soaked. Also some employees were sitting on the patio and did not tell anyone inside there was guests outside waiting to be served. After the time of waiting , we decided fo walk to Iron Grill and had wondderful service and food .
If you show up here at lunchtime when there’s less than a handful of people in there eating and your party is three people or more, be ready for your food to not come to you for 40 to 50 minutes. Once you finally get your cold food no one comes around to see if you need drinks until they decide to come to give you your check. The wait staff always seems to congregate around the register with better things to do than to check on their patrons. You would think with only a few tables with customers in them the wait staff would be on top of their game. I will and with saying the food has always been great, though many times it arrives cold, but the wait staff really needs some re-training.
We have only gone to the Norton location and thought wed try this location after taking the grand kids bowling.....this was the worst service ever!! People were waiting >45 minutes for appetizers and drinks. We had been there 33 minutes and didnt even get our mozzarella sticks. Walked up to our server (who hadnt checked on us for drinks in at least 25 min, paid for 2 beers, water and dr pepper) and left!
I called in an order and when I went to pick it up there were 3 employees walk past me while I was at the counter to pick up food. I waited over 5 minutes before 1 of them finally told me to go to the bar to pick up. I was missing the ranch I ordered. I called to get a credit and it was like pulling teeth. Ridiculous!!!! Poor customer service.
We had a long wait for our food when we visited recently. We had a party of 10 which may have contributed to that however it took almost 1 hr for our food. The food was great once we got it. It is a fun environment with a major sports theme. A great place to eat and watch the game. We have gone there several times and We will go again prices are reasonable.
Ol girl blue (Lily) did a fan-freaking-tastic job! She brought an amazing, positive energy to our dining experience. Because of her we will certainly be coming back! The food was great, hot and delicious and our drinks were always kept full. We had a blast! Great job everyone.
The restaurant was slow when we got in. The waitress had us, and maybe one other table. We ordered two appetizers and she only brought out one. She didnt come back over to our table before our food came out to ask if it was one app or two. When she brought out our food we asked her and she said she only put in one did we want two? It took awhile for the beers we ordered to come out. It took a long time for us to get our bill and another long wait for us to get our change back. When I asked for a box she forgot it and I had to go up and get it cause our waitress was chatting with another waitress at the cash register. This was almost a $100 bill with only 4 other tables. We will probably not be back. With the menu changes and recent experiences. They got rid of everything that was a favorite on the menu. Traditional wings are no longer included on wing night. Just boneless.
The food is pretty good for a chain style wing joint. The sauces are about average as far as what you would expect. The staff is very friendly and our drinks never get empty. Pretty good atmosphere as well. All in all its a solid place for wings and beer. Id rather go here than bw3 just based on value for the money. I will say the wings are large and meaty and come out crispy even when sauced, which is a definite bonus. Will definitely be back!
DONT GO HERE! We are locals, been going here for years. The last few times have been absolutely horrible. The server was very very rude and had absolutely no sense of urgency. She complained about the girl running food to our table, putting the blame of bad service on her. Which was so unprofessional. Especially due to the fact that the food runner was the ONLY person to check on us after sitting for almost an hour with no food or refills. We were there for almost 3 hours total and our server checked on us ONE time after taking our order. Took her 30 minutes to run our card. We will never be back. $85 in food for 5 people was a complete waist considering the food wasn’t even that good on top of all the bad service. 2 hours for a refill doesn’t even deserve one star on this review. This place has really gone down hill!! Don’t waist your money!!
Used to be great. They now got rid of the Cajun chicken wrap. Now its some sandwich with completely different ingredients and then costs 50 cents more to get the sandwich as a wrap. Getting the same wrap I used to love is now $12 after adding cheese and bacon and the wrap. Will be back once the old menu is back.
They still have great wings but the quality of food has gone down a bit. Usually you get served right away and food comes at a reasonable time. The place is always dead, so I usually dont visit very often. They also have a completely new menu. A lot of old classics they still serve.
Used to be amazing. The general manager changed the menu and took tons of food off. They told us they would make our sandwiches like they used to then didnt give us any lettuce or cheese. Or any of the other ingredients in them but one. We got it to go, walked back in and told them and the manager working obviously didnt care. Got our money back at least. But good luck losing all your customers. We used to come every week. We wont be back.
The best thing about this place is it is a great spot to go if you want to spend an hour or two socializing with friends, watch a game, or even meet for business. There is a nice ambiance of background noise, but its low enough to easily carry on a conversation. Staff were the right level of attentive, and wont try to hurry you out the door. The food is good and the beer/cider is cold.
We had a party of about 12 (trickled in, not all at once) on an otherwise dead night and we got the slowest service on the planet. Anything you wanted you had to go find the waitress and ask her two or three times. If you order a beer, drink bottles; their tap beer smells like pond water. The waitress did remove my funky beer from my bill so I cant complain too much about that though.
Very poor experience. Was told to sit at a dirty booth until someone could come clean it. The bartender/manager refused to honor the advertised beer special. Wings were thickly breaded and either way too much sauce or barely covered and only the top layer was luke warm with the bottom wings refrigerator cold. We also caught our waitress licking her fingers of food when she brought us our checks. Just a poor experience from cook, server, and management.
The food wasnt very good which was surprising since most wong warehouses I have been to usually have good food! The table was wobbly and I asked to move seats due to it being extremely unstable and the server tried to push it up against the wall and try and quote on quote fix it! After finding out about the table the table has yet to be fixed as if they dont care theres equipment thats broken! Overall a bad experience twice now and wont be back to this location!
We booked the party room at the Wing Warehouse in Akron for my parents 50th wedding anniversary last night. We wanted something centrally located and casual for all their friends and family to come celebrate with them. From start to finish their staff surpassed all my expectations! Krista helped me with my initial reservations, answered my hundreds of questions, planning the menu and helping me set up. Sarah and Melinda were our servers during the party and they were phenomenal! They did an awesome job preparing the food and drinks and letting us know if anything was getting low or needed to be replenished and they did an excellent job with serving drinks from the bar and keeping tabs for the guests. They were super friendly and accommodating and they made the party hassle free for us so we could actually enjoy it ourselves. I cant say enough great things about our experience. I am already trying to think of a reason to have another party there!
The wings are not tossed in the sauce of choice. Instead it is just poured on top. Your best bet is to get a to-go box, put the wings in it and shake it. Ive tried several sauces and rubs and dont find them all that tasteful. So after a few visits of trying to consistently sauce my wings, I decided to mix things up and get a burger and fry that was on special. There was nothing special about it. The bun was dry and the fresh cut fries were limp.
Called a while ago to ask if I could get the 40c wings for carryout and the lady on the phone goes, Uh no, thats dine-in only. Pretty asinine if you ask me. I should be able to get that same discount whether I dine-in or if I carryout. It sure as hell doesnt stop anyone with a brain from just coming there, ordering it at the bar, then just putting it in a to-go box. Its the greedy server and hostess that want tips for doing nothing. I dont want your alcohol nor your service. I just want your food. Fix it, Wing Warehouse.
Went there tonight around 6pm and mind you they werent busy at all. Sat at a table for over 15 minutes, 2 waitresses walked passed us twice and the one even said Hi to one of the people that I was with and the bartender even saw us she looked at us multiple times but she was to busy talking to other people. The table we were at was gross it was sticky and obviously not cleaned. we sat there and no one came to our table so we walked out and enjoyed our dinner and drinks at Iron grill
Had a great lunch at wing warehouse in Akron.Got the spicy garlic chicken wings, & my friend got the Callie gold. The wings were cooked crunchy which is my preference, and the sauce was on point! It’s also a sports bar with a ton of different beers on tap; so be careful at lunchtime!😁
Service was slow even though there was less then 20 people in the place .our wings was cold when they arrived floating their own little sauce Jacuzzi Most places will explain that there will be up charges for special requests ...they surprise you with that on your bill. Honestly we felt we where interrupting the server on her date.......the bill was the only thing that was brought out in a timely manner. I will never return
Service was slow, my food was just ok. I asked for a refill and never got one. And this wasnt during a busy time,, there was 2 or 3 other tables in the building. I could also tell that one of my items the fried shrimp basket with Mojave ranch sat under their heat lamps for a while, because the sauce was already drying up and separating from the shrimp. It was just one of the worst experiences I have ever had being out.
To start, I want to say the wings here are actually really good. I love their sauces and their loaded fries go well together. Why I will probably never return:We have been to this location a few times. Never have we received a level of service that stood out. Nothing horribly bad, just nothing that made me feel good when leaving. That is until this last visit. When we arrived the location wasnt overly busy, but seemed to take a little bit of time for someone to greet us with a drink order and apps. To start we ordered 2 drinks from the bar, waters, and Chili Nachos with the chili on the side.It took quite a while for the waitress to revisit us, when the Nachos were delivered they brought out a plate of chips, a bowl of lettuce, and a bowl of shredded cheese, and zero chili. Everything was supposed to be put together and melted, just chili on the side. We pointed out the mistake and also pointed out we do not have any drinks either.Someone from behind the scenes brought us a bowl of chili. We picked at the Nachos while waiting for something to drink, alcohol, water, whatever. It wasnt until we were about finished with the appetizer that our waters were delivered. For the main meal I ordered their Dusted wings and the wife ordered some version of a chicken salad minus the chicken (shes a vegetarian, hence chili one the side, and im a boy, salads are all the same to me) When our food finally came out, I received some garlic version of the wings and her salad had chicken mixed into the salad. So for a recap, our appetizer was incorrect, both of our meals were wrong, and the drinks we ordered still never showed up. So, we ask for a manager. The waitress says the manager is busy but will take 10% off our order. Not overly please with anything that has happen we accept it.We finish our meals and are ready to go and the waitress brings us our check and drinks we ordered way back with our appetizer. A little late since we are on our way out the door. When pulling out money to pay for the order I notice a little over a dollar and a half was taking off our bill, so I thought thats weird, did some quick math and realized we were only compensated 10% for the wifes salad. The whole order was wrong, but at this point we just want to go.From start to finish we were constantly displeased with the service, preparation of food, and attention to detail that was given. I am fully aware this could have just been a bad night, maybe a new cook. I think this place has a neat setup, but this experience was bad enough to turn us away from any future ventures.
Ill go to this place any weekend but let me tell you... you simply get what you pay for. Always takes a long time for the wings to come out. Some of the sauces are just gawd awful and sometimes they dont even bring out the right beer I asked for but Ill be back for the cheap boneless teriyaki wings. Plus they have a lot of TVs for sports. Cool atmosphere too!
Me and my family come in here regularly and we always enjoy our time when Sarah serves us. She is always so nice and talkative she takes her time to make sure we are ordering things we will enjoy. Most of the girls are nice also we just prefer Sarah. Last week we where in we had a group of us plus our kids and Im pretty sure Sarah was the only server at the time maybe it was shift change but I was taken back when I seen how her manager spoke to her. It was so rude and disrespectful. Not only was the poor girl running around the place trying to make sure everyone was taken care of she was getting yelled at across the restaurant about beer. I have seen it a few times while being there management isnt the best , the same day I seen the manager yell at another girl in her face in front of the whole restaurant. I know I can always get amazing service from the servers and the food is most of the time great but seeing the way these girls are treated is pretty sad. Over all great place , Ill continue to eat here as long as Sarah is there management could use a lot of help other then that best place in town.
We always get 20 boneless wings, spicy garlic parm, and theyre always great. The fries and appetizers are good.Service isnt the greatest - I think part of it is because it is seat yourself, but even after that the servers dont tend to check in on the table even when slow. We waited maybe 20 min for the waitor to take our order.
I had a waitress and she was extremely rude and the woman I was with asked her for something and as she turned around she rolled her eyes, and also the woman I was with asked her if her meal was right and so the waitress went to go Check and you could hear her complaing about the woman I was with. And the service is really slow. And when the woman I was with said something the waitress completely interrupted her mid sentence, if I could I would give them a -5star
I have been a fan of Wing Warehouse for years. I would recommend them to anyone, UNTIL TODAY. Let me paint a picture for you. 6:30 pm, Super Bowl Sunday. I take the wife for night out while kids are at a party. We sit for 20 minutes and no server even walks by. I waved, made eye contact, nothing. We decide to leave with two other couples from our section that had been there less than us. The restaurant was NOT FULL; about a dozen people at the bar and 4 of the high tops were occupied. There were 3 waitresses, one bartender and 2 in the kitchen. We walked to the bar to flag down a waitress to let her know 3 tables were walking. Had to yell Miss 6 times just to get her attention. Then she gives my
I ate there today. Party of 8. The waitress took our order then only gave the kitchen the order for 4 of us. After an hour and a half and a change of waitress, four of us got our food. Assuming that the rest of the order was coming we didn’t say anything. 15 minutes later one of us ordered a meal to go. 10 minutes later it was brought out. We then asked where the rest of our order was. At that time they informed us that she never placed the order. Our original waitress just sat at the bar talking to friends. The remaining 4 of us had to reorder and wait for our food. No apologies. No explanation. Nothing. I will never eat at this place again.
The new menu is TERRIBLE! Bring back the old Cajun chicken wrap and triple play chips! We used to eat here multiple times a week, but wont be returning again as every item we liked has been removed in the new menu. Such a shame, this place used to be great but now the food sucks.
Been going here for years. Recently (havent been there in 6 months - had a rather unpleasant visit then and took a hiatus), stopped for lunch - Saturday. Place is a ghost town these days. Dozen wings, Jalepeno ranch and a pop... Wings were slow to come out - and they were decent -BUT $17.57 - REALLY? I know of four of five other places with better wings - for less money. A dozen with a pop - eighteen dollars - impressive. Probably try again in 6 months - sure they will (again) have a new menu. If you go - try the Waterloo sandwich and skip the wings.
Honestly I was disappointed. I ordered the grilled chicken broccoli. The chicken was overcooked and the broccoli was dry. Comparing that to the Medina Wing Warehouse. The Medina restaurant was much better. So much that I was surprised at how good the food was. But I was disappointed by my visit to the one thats on 224
Food was good but place is nasty! Server and bartender chewing on food while working, dirty tables and floor. Not busy, and had no silverware available. Server flung her hair over the food. And, the server kept talking trash to us about the bartender. No class. Wont be back.
Just ordered a Gummy Bear and a Swedish Fish fish bowl and not only did they not have any fish bowl glasses but they didnt have the candy that goes in them and the bartender didnt even know how to make them so she justify made them off of what the menu said!! This was a Saturday night! And she didnt tell us she didnt have the candies until the drink was made!!! And then we were made to feel like it was our fault and we were being difficult because we wanted what we paid for! We asked for the manager and found out the horrible bartender was the manager!!!! I have been to this place countless times but after this experience I will NEVER give this place another dime of my money and I will tell everyone I know and everyone I meet that this place doesnt care about its customers and cant even make the drinks that are on THEIR MENU!!!
First time theyre the wings were off the chart great but I cannot get the taste and the flavor and the size of the Murphy Burger out of my head it is 50 miles away from my house and I am going back up there again and its less than a week to get another one.. the staff there is amazing the girls were super nice, and the manager is awesome
Wings were luke warm and cold in the center. The so called breading was hard like the silverware. My daughter wanted BBQ wings and she got breaded wings with a BBQ dipping cup. Fries were microwaved from the trash of the last fair that came through town. Not worth the money. They should pay us to eat that slop.
BARTENDER STOLE FROM ME... we got some beers with out dinner which was good dont get me wrong but we paid and went to play some darts when we got two more beers from the bar, when we paid for the dinner our beers were 4.75 when we got them from the bar I gave her a 20 and only got 8 back, my first ever review because it was annoying
Thieves and liars. Shame on you! They dont pay their bands (bad checks) and they (including Amanda) lied to me. They also arent returning calls to lawyers and their other location closed abruptly without paying the bands and whoever else. I have a family and that is who you are truly robbing! Absolutely terrible and shameful :(
I went here just to have some chicken wings and I did they were very good they were fresh my server was kind courteous and very fast and getting our food to us so if youre looking for some chicken wings what does Sports Bar atmosphere this is definitely a place to go sit back watch the sports on TV enjoy some chicken wings and maybe an alcohol beverage or two I just haha
My daughter & myself was served a cup of moldy ranch. I then asked the server (Ciara) to replace the cup I was told then it was made that way and it wasnt mold. However you can clearly see the mold on top of the ranch. It was disgusting and I was appalled that such service and morals was coming out of that place.

2022-01-16Kitchen had went downhill years ago but has since really stepped up their game. They have a new menu and their food is delicious. Wings have been perfect every time I have ordered them. The sauces are exactly as described. Great food & drink specials throughout the week. Family environment and a great place to watch sporting events. TVs are huge and sound is good. There have been times orders were not perfect BUT they were corrected promptly and handled professionally. Karaoke is back on Saturdays thru March 7-11 so I’d suggest coming to check it out too!

2022-01-16Would rate less than 1 but I cant. Poorly run at best and such a disappointment went for my sons birthday 16!!!! Hes kind of a big deal I know. Anyhow wanted wings called ahead (when they opened no we didnt call an hour before showing up) for a go ahead brought 14 out of the 17 we reserved for and NO ONE WAS FED. Total mess everyone upset poor server left to fend for herself just a mess. If you accept a reservation please be ready for the service of a large table. Down to the soda had no CO2 it was bad. After telling us the inedible food that was served cold and sparsely (no we did/could not eat it) and not even the kids meals coming out every wing ordered was wrong or did not show.... She wanted it to be paid in full. After the manager finally did get from behind the bar (7 patrons at bar I am not being petty) we worked it out paid for all the drinks left not fed 2 hours of sitting and pretty much a mess of a birthday..... Headed to Johnny Js with the birthday boy and big props on the NA beer Johnny! Wrap it up NEVER AGAIN.

2021-03-22Not surprised. I don’t know what is with this location, but it makes a bad name for Wing Warehouse. I love the Stow location, but this one disappoints time and time again. Sunday night, ordered food To-Go. Whomever answers the phone clearly states instead of a normal greeting, proceeds to tell us everything they’re out of. Super friendly.... anyways so they’re out of traditional wings. 😳 so we order boneless and chicken tenders and garlic fries. We proceed to pick up our items after being told 45 minutes. We walked in, we were not greeted and we asked a waitress “where do we pick up To-Go orders?” She proceeded to say “over there” mind you she wasn’t looking at us or pointing anywhere. So helpful, not. We then found the bar with the To-Go order, paid and left. We got home to ice cold food. I can only assume it was done in like 15 minutes after our call but they felt like giving an absurd wait to be safe. I’ve never been impressed with this location, clearly they don’t care about business and the hired help is less than desirable. Last time I went here was in May of 2019 and I walked in and out due to accepting cash only. If you’re looking for long waits and cold food, this is the place for you.

2021-12-22I’m beyond disappointed! The management is rude! The manager is rude! I was told to leave a review since i didn’t like my food when i ordered 10 wings and they were soft when i asked for crispy wings. This Wing warehouse makes a bad name for all of the other locations. Nobody wants to go eat at a place where the Manager can’t even respect the costumers!

2022-01-16Can I make it a 0 star. Thats what I would really like to give. The server messed up our order many times. The food came out cold. The food came out wrong. The manager was barely any help. It took almost 2 hours just to get appetizers. The entire experience was just all around bad. I will only give that after a couple of us got upset The manager did comp quite a few meals. Though many did not come so it makes sense. I understand places are short staffed but McDonalds does a better job.

2022-02-17Absolutely the worst service I have ever had! 1 bartender, 2 waitresses. A total of 3 tables! took 1.5 hours to get our appetizers. we ordered food, never got it so we left. the two tables came in after us and they were served and eating well before we got our appetizers. the table behind us knew the waiters and they all kept going yo their table and hanging out. the var tender continously left the bar un manned to visit this table. no reason we should be there for almost 3 hours to wait for out wings.. absolutely Terrible! they need to re evaluate their operation or shut the doors!

2022-07-01I will literally never go to the Wings on 224 in Springfield again. Last time, slowest service ever. Just went tonight, waited for 5 min at a table, no acknowledgement. Moved to a high top to be more visible, still nothing. We left to go elsewhere. This is Friday dinner time and there was maybe 10 ppl in the whole place and this still happened. Just close now. Its obvious its gonna happen anyway.

2022-03-07Absolutely great wings. The service was slow but they are so under staffed. Those ladies ran their tails off just to keep up. Great food great people. I will be back very soon.

2022-06-23Honestly like 4/10. Understaffed like everywhere but i really only gave them 2 stars because i didn’t think the food was good. Waffle fries tasted like microwaved and wings were not sure how to describe but slimey. Okay for bar atmosphere but wouldn’t come for the food.

2022-04-23The food was good, the bartender was very helpful and knowledgeable also cool vibe in the restaurant. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 because I wish they had a pool table, but very enjoyable time today.
