Good restaurant options along with a giant eagle, target and movie theater to make this place a well rounded stop
Unable to seat as they had a 1hour and 30 minute wait time.. I was looking forward to bringing my family in and it was a big disappointment but you may want to call before you go to find out the wait time
One goes here because a specific store or business was on ones agenda . This is not a place to hang out and browse. Parking is plentiful and entry and exit easy. Not like some mall parking lots that are mazes. It would be nice to see a few more businesses.
First time there loved it the kiosk is fast check in the seats are heaven a little pricey but was worth the experience even won at the games

Ordered take out, the online ordering process is a little wonky but overall, everything was excellent after all was said and done.

Chicken sandwich was spoiled i want to call health department on them. All 4 sandwiches meet was spoiled and very slimy
Ive been going to this Plaza for years. It has a good mixture of stores that are useful. It also has a multiplex cinema. There are few restaurants right there in the parking lot as well. In addition there is also a grocery store and thats just one of the available places to get things within this Plaza. Its well worth stopping in if you need something or want some entertainment.

Its a great place for everything you need. From shoes to groceries this shopping center is for everyone. Prices may very and the staff my be to busy to help but, if you know what your looking for youll find what you need. If youre looking for a convenient, centrally located shopping center, a one stop shopping area then check this place out!
I love shopping at my local Giant Eagle here in this Commons area.
Regal theater. Not crowded. Saw the movie DOGS. Good movie
Bjs, giant eagle, starbucks, burgers and gas. Police and fire across the street.
My visit was pleasant..the staff was kind...the coffee was great...the place was clean.What more can I say? I visit often ☕

Used to be cool when the ticket counters were open. Now you have to purchase tickets and food in the same place. Super long wait. Even if you order online if you want food you have to wait in line with ticket buyers too. Its also not the cleanest. The garbage cans are usually full with stuff falling out of it onto the floor. This kind of ruined my big screen experience I will be keeping my streaming services to view new movies at home
There are many parts to Willoughby Commons. Giant Eagle,Target and Regal Cinema is one area. East on Euclid Ave Is Dollar General and across the street are Willoughby Commons Condominiums.
We bought the unlimited movie pass, get off to see movies.

Cool plaza with a Target, Giant Eagle, BJs Wholesale, and movie theater among other things. There are a few restaurants and a Starbucks too. Has almost everything you may need in one plaza down the street from a lot of people.
Went to office max was helped after being able to research the correct printer all in ones. The best was hp laser it beat the canon and brother after physically testing all three tops.
There are a variety of shopping centers in this location making it easy and essential to get a lot of things done similar to performing a one stop shop. Excellent freeways to navigate through for quick access to off ramps that conveniently take you directly to these locations. Smart shoppers look no further for just about everything including grocery stores and in the vicinity.

I love the movies is popcorn was fresh. surprisingly its wasbonly me in the theater. I think I picked the less popular movie. I have the unlimited plan. Which I love.
Little out on my way, and a busy shoping center. But it is the closest place to 190 proof alcohol. Dont drink 190 even mixed. It will eat you alive. Great for cleaning camera lenses. It will take paint off, and varnish ruin furniture. Or drive your car with it. And yes Ohio you get 190 but you do have to fill out a form.

Always a quick trip. I love the online ordering & curbside pick up for Party City. I like the online ordering & in-store pick up for Taget also. BJs is my go to for their Tyson chicken nuggets for my little guy. A quick trip over to Giant Eagle is always good if you dont things by the bulk. Especially if its on sale.
I enjoy nearly every store in this strip mall. Everything is well maintained and fresh. The only thing Ive never been crazy about is the parking lot and the driveways around the lot. Lots of little stop signs, which is fine, but drivers arent paying attention and drive right by them.
Great stadium seating the concessions have plenty of hot food and they serve wine and beer I suggest getting there early if you want food though it does take a while to wait in line then the food takes just the same I got the chicken sandwich which is really good sized with more fries than I care to eat. If you go to the movies twice a month its worth it to join regal club for 18 bucks a month it is a 12 month commitment but well worth it.
Just not the same as past years....The area is gone to hell....The Dollar tree is ok, the new Marcs is good, but dont the have good closeout products like the Euclid Lakeshore, & Wickliffe stores
Great! Even though my company gave me a 5am pu order @ 10:30 and I had to drive about 2 hrs away to get it. I got there by 9am when live unload was 6am. They accommodated (when company called right before I got there to inform them BJS, that I would be there by 9, unprofessional at its finest), they got me in, unloaded and on my way.

Very convenient, everything you want in one area(movies, groceries,coffee,pets,nails, Target and more!!)If you are looking for something to do and for your to do list& groceries,come here.I took my little kiddo to Frozen2@ Regal cinema and then hit the Giant Eagle for groceries. Every one was so considerate,friendly,and all smiles♥️😁
Overall nice experience. Concession stand needs more help. Movie started 6:55pm and I was in line from 7:pm to 7:28 for popcorn. But a nice manager did stop and help me with rewards points. Very attentive.😄😄.
Visited Game Stop & Party Center. Both had just what my niece & nephew were looking for. Fun shopping.
Decent shopping place people drive very reckless
I like this because has many food options shopping and can go watch a movie. Lots of options. Or kill time before a movie haha. I was disappointed day I went because I had went to red Robin and service was terrible and spent 2 hours there waiting for food and kids didnt even end up eating it.
Smaller theaters than I expected, but worth it. Comfy power recline seats, lean theater and bathrooms. Normal selection of movie food with the added bonus of also serving alcohol for the adults.
Went to CVS at Target to pick up prescriptions always good and friendly service. Then went to Giant Eagle to pick up a few things cashier was friendly thanked us for putting the pop in the cart so that she could scan without moving
Did not go into every store just into BJ Wholesale. Clean place. Have to watch some of the pricing. Not all of their bulk pricing is cheaper than store prices. They need to do a better job of keeping their shelves stocked.
This plaza contains a great selection of stores and restaurants. Stores to shop include Target, OfficeMax, Famous Footwear, Giant Eagle. BJ Wholesale, and a nail salon. Theres a movie theater as well, and a Starbucks, Red Robin, and Buffalo Wild Wings.
Went to see a movie st Regal Cinema, my favorite movie location, they have the best popcorn ever, and I know popcorn. But the movie that I saw was a dud and the 3D glasses didnt help much, and for two tickets $25, I was so disappointed, afterwards I went to a manager and tried to get my money back, that manager looked at me like I was crazy, and ofcourse no money back.
Well me and my family really enjoy going to this place it stays clean you got good security its lighted up at night even the stores that we went in it seem like everyone felt at home shopping target is one of the stores we also like alot so to everyone at plaza and customers and new customers please go to this plaza to have a enjoyable time and everyone keep up good work thanks so much
Nice family friendly shopping and eateries clustered for convenience. I utilize Giant Eagle, BJs, Target, and Red Robin the most. This is an excellent excursion for family. It is not really geared towards a younger crowd. Luckily it is a stones throw from Downtown Willoughby which is a great place to eat, drink, and be merry.

Ideal location for anything you need. Target is there, Giant Eagle for groceries, Office supply store, Movie Theater, Red Robin etc. Parking is plentiful and its close to I-90 and SR 2. The area itself is usually quite busy though, traffic wise. Lake West hospital nearby too.
Little bit of everything in the middle of everything. Groceries - ✓ Restaurants - ✓ Movie theater with recling seats - ✓✓ Add a few more general shops, bank and specialty stores and this is a one stop shopping center. Just off the highway it is about ten-fifteen minutes from several towns.
Target run for a wide variety of items, complete success and no waiting at self checkout.
I go here to Terrys Shoes. It always seems a little hectic here. But I deal with Ashley, and she is always friendly and takes the time to help you.
Ran into the Giant Eagle for some groceries. Plenty of parking. Nice selection of stores. Easy access to the streets with traffic lights onto Euclid Ave. Always seems to be maintained well.
Seating is excellent. Lines were not long and the experience overall was great.

Giant Eagle pharmacy is terrible
This shopping center has a few major retailers, like, Target, Giant Eagle, BJs, petsMart.Very clean. Very safe.Unlike Walmart. If you value your dollar and your health pass Eastlake Walmart up and go to Target.
PetSmart. Kayla is my dog, Hollys groomer, and she is so good with her! She always says How Sweet Holly is... and she is, but I think being sweet with Kayla, says a lot about Kayla too! She takes my sweet Pomeranian from a long haired, winter, grown out, scruffily little girl, to a beautiful little lioness haircut, for the spring and summer. Kayla gives her the full spa treatment cutting and grinding her nails, cleaning her ears, brushing her teeth and of course shampoo and a wonderful smelling oatmeal conditioner. Ive been going here for several years now and will continue to.
Its a decent place. The manager robert is awesome and the front end girl Alyssa M is awesome as well!!! Lots of great ppl like Reanna, Anthony P., Patrick P., Alyssa C, Jeanne, Sheila, Sue, Brianna, Dennis, Brady, Tyler, Angelo, Stephanie, Diane, and alot more people.
Well kept up and nice shop assortment. Food court is very nice. Plenty of parking.
Love this one stop shopping place! I can get my bulk items from BJs, go one step over and get the rest of my groceries at Giant Eagle, then stop at the party store for my plastic ware and anything else I need from target a ss never have to leave the parking lot!

I think Willoughby Commons is where Target and Petsmart are which is where I went yesterday. I love this plaza and I am happy to have it here in our city.
A variety of stores, went to Bjs and found they now have a gas station which is great considering I use to drive 20 miles to get to a Bjs gas station now I have one 15 minutes away.
I could do all my shopping in one area. They have grocery stores, petsmart (which an animal clinic is in here too), party center, target, Huntington bank, game stop...heck I can even get my haircut at best cuts or see a movie at regal, then eat dinner at red robin or buffalo wild wings. They have so much to do in 1 area of Willoughby. Im lucky to live few miles away.
We just went into the BJs for a couple of things An hour later were checking out with more than a couple of things and spending more than we thought... things just kept jumping into our cart.
One of the few malls that is still hangin in there! Very few empty store fronts. Showing some innovation with its new Bar/Arcade/Bowling Alley. Good job filling up those empty big box stores!
Got my nails did at nail laquer. This shopping plaza is always clean and easy to follow and maneuver through. Not too congested with people and it has has good locals to shops at.
Nice theater. Im not sure if all of the theaters have the new reclining seats, but they definitely add to an enjoyable experience.
Went for a memory dine in Big Boy (very good but the shake machine is quite loud and they arent too fast) but noticed there were some fun places nearby like a Microcenter and Games Workshop(if your into war-gaming)...
Always enjoy this theater until they got the pick your seats feature I would prefer to be able to sit where I want but this theater is always very clean and the people who work there are always kind.

Nice little strip shopping center with a wide variety of stores to choose from. Will use it a lot since we live nearby 4 Quick shopping and without the traffic and parking problems you encounter when going to the mall.
Shopped at BJs. Very good club based store. Good selections of products in variety of areas. All products are reasonablely priced. If you have a problem with an item, BJs has a very consumer oriented return policy.
This Plaza has alot of useful businesses in this location. Target, nails, shoes, giant Eagle, Bjs Huntington Bank, Petsmart to only mention a few.
There are several stores in this plaza including Target, Office Max & Giant Eagle. Throw in a nail salon, a pet supply store & a BJs wholesale & you could quite literally find everything you need in this one plaza. Conveniently located on Euclid Ave with several restaurants in the outlots, theres also a Regal movie theater, once again everything you would need for a family fun outing or even a casual date night!

This is your classic shopping area. There are plenty of stores to choose and shop from. There isnt much more to say about a place like this, but consider it if you are in this area and need a place to find what you are looking for.
Workers dont ask if you need help. Target was not the cleanest or most organized. Expensive!
Good size strip shopping center with a few good restaurants and a few other miscellaneous stores typical of this type of shopping center. Huge grocery store, Petsmart, Target AND a movie theater. What more could you want ?

Every now and then we go to the movies... This is definitely a really nice theatre ... However the people working the concession have one speed and its not fast by any means...

Are you kidding? They have most of the stores I need in just one place, banks,groceries, clothes,restaurants....but still you need a retail store dedicated to decor like hobby lobby, homegoods, Tuesday morning, michaels or Joan fabrics.
Burgers are not what they used to be, survice was horrible. 45 min to get a glass of water😡
There are not many stores that I shop here as they are all overpriced, but it is a good shopping area! On one side of the center is shopping, the other side is food. Target is what normally brings me there, or the occasional trip to Zoup or BW3s

This is a pretty nice theater, my family goes here often. My only qualm would be the refreshment stand prices, they are ridiculous.

Line to get in was waay to slow on a Sunday afternoon..they had 1 worker for over 20 minutes & there a long line.. other than that, great place to enjoy your movie.

Pricey, but huge selection of GMO food, even higher priced organic and healthy food. They have a great booze selection though.

I needed to get some shoes for the boys ...hit up famous footwear ....then like man last stop grocery store and looked up and there was giant eagle.....life is perfect...

BJs wholesale is great. Most of the time they have what I need. Cashier s are usually nice, and friendly.

Lots of great shops surrounded by tons of different places to eat. The only drawback is, is that is on a major road so traffic can be heavy.

This is pretty much the go to spot for almost all your needs. Whether it be for business, dining out, grocery shopping, clothes, or even the movies, and the list goes on.
Oddly listed as a shopping mall, its more of a classic shopping center. Great selection of stores. Pretty close to one stop shopping and entertainment.

2022-02-21I went to the drive-through bank at Huntington. It was almost closing time on a Friday; the teller was great. She didnt just rush through my transaction. Very friendly and upbeat. I got to snap a few pics of the amazing sunset while I waited.

2022-04-19Took my 82 yr old neighbor to get groceries at BJs. Great experience. She got everything she needed. They also have curbside help to load your packages into your vehicle. He was very courteous.
