I just went in to just pick up a package from UPS which said my package was there. It’s a pickup location for amazon. The man behind the counter couldn’t find my package and I asked him what I should do since amazon said it was there. He started yelling at me, calling me a liar, and making racist remarks. I was really confused by the whole thing.

When I went last Friday they said it was open I sat there till 930 and nobody never came to the door. Im giving it a 5 because of the fact I have been there a lot of times things happen so maybe they were just running late.
A ups sub station. Wasnt home and ups left note. Picked it up at willis beauty supply. Sherman Willis is a heck of a wonderful man. Has a clean store too.

I found what I was looking for at the beauty supply side though its a smaller store. Its black owned and had a dope book store and library in it
Over priced. No wonder the shelves are always stocked. I hate to give business to others but this is one black owned business I dont patronize.

2022-04-04The guy in the beauty side of the store is really cool. He’s sassy in a fun, at ease kinda way. If you need barber chairs or beauty products, do business here. Also, super convenient for any UPS shipping.

2022-03-30Let me tell you to not waste your time even thinking about coming here. I literally regretted it from the moment Id gone in.Tl;dr: Weird old guy will awkwardly monitor your browsing very blatantly, wack selection, way over priced, small, disorganized and all around unwelcoming.Im a pregnant light skinned mixed girl, not shady looking. I walk in and bro keeping shop is some smaller statured regular African American gentleman, so Im confused why he acts as he does. He immediately appears and asks if I needed help. I said, nah, Ive found what I was looking for.He makes sure to awkwardly monitor me while Im looking to select a brush.Cool bro, watch me. Whatever. Like i understand the area but ffs, dont be so awk!Made my brush selection and regret really sets in when I hear ~$15 for a medium handled wave comb and the 2nd to smallest size of the Pro Style Clear Ice gel.Swallow my pride cus my anxiety is at a 8/10 and i need to disappear from this abysmal excuse for a beauty supply store before I imploded unto myself.

2022-01-06Good luck if you have to pickup a package from the UPS access point. Ask for a box from the back and youd think the you were asking the gentleman working to lay down his life for you.

2021-03-27This is a pick-up hub for undelivered UPS packages. This is a black-owned beau supply store. The owner, Willis, was very nice and helpful. This location is close to home so it is a convenient shopping spot for my male grooming needs.

2018-04-30My UPS package was delivered to this UPS drop point since I wasnt home to receive it. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed talking with him about the history of the area. I was surpised by the book section, and the excellent, unusual selection of books!
