Mr .Rapp is a terrific attorney. He cares about his clients and fights for their interests. He handled a case for my wife and I in February 2021. It was a tough f1 case. It ended up as misdemeanor 1 with probation. Only an experienced and dedicated attorney could have made that happen. Mr. Rapp listens to his clients and also ask the tough questions. I got into some legal troubles years ago and was turned on to Bill and his law firm. I can and will say he made me feel very comfortable and he listened to what I had to say and kept me in detail with all I needed to know with my legal case. From a person who had never been in any trouble before in their life, I will say if needed a lawyer again, Bill and his team are the ones I would pick hands down.
