Whole Foods Market in other cities:
The quality of their produce and foods is consistently wonderful. As out-of-staters, we always check mask requirements - and were happy to see “masks required.” BUT in fact, only about half of their customers wear masks! Very uncomfortable for those of us who need to be super careful.
First experience ever with a whole foods. I am sold, every time I see a whole foods market Im going to make a point to chose it over any other options. Your selections were great, and your holistic options were amazing! Your staff was extraordinary and polite. Definitely have me sold on the whole experience!!
It is beautifully organized. The olive bar was fresh and affordable. Sushi is delicious. This is the place if you are looking for specialty items for recipe from veggies to fresh fish. The customer service was great. Everyone was eager to help me and grateful to answer questions. Thank you for a surprisingly pleasant experience. Also, variety of fresh and ready to cook items for vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters. Fresh breads.Seriously brilliantly organized.Pricing is fair.Olive bar is less than Kroger’s and better. The sushi here was is some of the best I have had.
* updated: I never received the call from the store manager which she promised she would call. Poor and dishonest management reflects bad employees. After reading other peoples’ comments regarding to the store manager and poor customer service, you get the idea why they can’t retain good people work there!!!Cashier and bagger were awful!! Very rude to customers!!! They picked on my kid and made fun of him!!! When you check out, you expected please and thank you from them, not two adult employees bullied a kid in front his mom!!! I complained it to the manager and asked her to call me back. I will update if she really does. Why did I pay extra to get insulted?! Go to dlm instead!!! Whole food is cheaper than dlm but you got what you paid for. Customer service at this whole food location is way worse than Walmart!!!
WF provides a consistent grocery shopping experience and quality of products that is typically higher than the other grocery chains and it is reflected in their pricing. The bigger question is what can they do to improve it further, I see Kroger continuing to drive improvement and experiment. What can Whole food do to create more value? I can share some thoughts if WF is interested.
Okay products. Some of the staff are nice others are horrible. The people that shop here are oblivious to their surrounds most of them time and block aisles or bump into people with their carts. On the other end of the spectrum theres a lot of predators that will be really creepy and wont back off even if you say youre not interested, this has happened 3 times this year in seperate occasions. The stock is never accurate online when placing orders and good luck getting any help from Amazon with that.
The food, the ambience, the employees, all top notch. It actually smells good inside the store. I dont mean it doesnt smell bad. I mean, I would buy a candle that smelled like this. The salad bar and hot bar selections are delicious, and the bakery treats are so good, too. The customer service is amazing. I dont care if they call it whole paycheck; This is a place where I WANT to spend my money! Anyway, if you have Amazon Prime, and focus on buying whats on sale, you can save a lot, and then the cost is really not that much more than one would spend at a normal grocery store for the same quality products. Still more, but so worth it.
Love this place!! We can get healthy things there that you cant get at the regular grocery store. But we were disappointed when they quit carrying their fresh chicken noodle soup on their bar. I know alot of people would go their 3 times a week to get that soup. Wish they would bring it back. We also get our two doggies rainbow carrots there.
I enjoy buying my fresh produce and the excellent meat and fish that is reasonably priced. I recently bought a pork loin roast that was delicious. I had looked at Kroger first and knew I didn’t want to buy the roast in a plastic bag that had probably been frozen to preserve it. The butchers are helpful and even remove the bones from the fish for you.I would buy more if the price of milk and many other products I need weren’t so expensive. Appreciate what Amazon has done to improve the food and service. Before Amazon there were so few customers in the store that I feared Whole Foods would close.
This place is like a super sized Fresh Thyme. I love the buffet bars-southwestern style breakfast and salads are my favorite- and the in house restaurants and comfortable seating solve the problem of going to the grocery store hungry by letting you fuel up and relax for a second.
Mixed feelings—Whole Foods is what it is. However, when a customer calls with an important food-quality/sustainability question, the people providing customer service ought to be more informed. They also might want to make more of an effort to come off as though they care. Not every WF employee is that way, but enough are, and I will take my grocery dollar elsewhere. The big deal here for me is the perception Whole Foods has for being more conscious somehow than other grocery chains. I don’t need a side of social justice with my farm-raised fish, thank you. It would be much more useful for the employees to educate themselves about their products, as it seems many of them are totally uninterested in the subject. Coming from the west coast that is a bit of a shock for me.
Ive never purchased food here, except for some items from the bakery, which were delicious. I always shop here for essential oils and heath products. They have a wide variety and excellent quality. Prices are a little high but its worth it when it comes to natural products for health and wellness.
Seafood is not fresh at all. Purchased 2lbs of Chilean sea bass. It was funky! Tossed in trash and some shrimp! Service people especially veggie and fruit department, a girl there with no name tag greeted and offered help to everyone but me. I walked next to her on purpose 3 times and I really needed help. Nothing! I lingered. She spoke to everyone but me and another lady. We are both people of color, so I guess that was the issue. Never going back.
I have been a huge advocate for Whole Foods Market for years. Quality, organic, and local groceries are very important to me and in that department, they’ve always delivered. On top of that, my experience at Whole Foods has always been excellent. My husband and I definitely make an experience out of our shopping trips and it is something that I really look forward to on a weekly basis. At the start of the pandemic, it was one of the main responsibilities that kept me sane. As everything began closing down, I was gripping onto my weekly shopping trip. Obviously, I am an advocate for safety. I am compliant with social distancing, masks, and even floor arrows. However, the customer service on a corporate and store to store level has gone from a 5 to a literal 0. The corporate COVID-19 policies have completely ruined the store. They can’t bag your groceries, they can’t help you put them in your vehicle if you order online, the Amazon in store shoppers are rude, and the overall vibe of the store is horribly off putting. You leave feeling sorry to exist. After spending thousands of dollars and arguing to the death about how Whole Foods is the superior store, I’ll be taking my business somewhere else. Thanks for bringing more division to this already divided time ✌🏻
Great selection of organic produce. It’s the only place I’ve found to get certain vitamins and supplements. The gluten-free options (i.e. tortilla shells, bread) are scattered and mixed in with similar options that contain gluten, so gotta be careful there. Clean store. Friendly staff. I wish there was a location up North. I’m looking at you Tipp City, Ohio!
Giving three stars bc Ive never been here, but I have a question. If answered thoroughly id be more than happy to change my review though! What items does this location sell in bulk? do you sell juices or oils as well as sugar flours and other spices in bulk? If so, would I be able to bring my own containers and tarr the weight for them, instead of purchasing in the plastic bags provided, and if so, which items would I be able to do that with(is taring stuff like orange juice allowed by the managing here?)
As I no longer live in the area its been a loooonnnng time since Ive visited this store location. Under the current Covid protocols I had to set aside certain anticipations. Namely, the food bar. Because it happened to be early morning I had thoughts of visiting the food bar and putting together a nice breakfast plate. But, sadly, upon entering the store I had to quickly remind myself... not today. Dang it! But, the rest of my visit to the store was quite pleasant. The shopping options were on point. And, the staff was awesome. I wanted to find some baked peanut butter cookies for my mother. Multiple people offered assistance searching for in-store baked cookies as I did not see any. When none were located on the floor or in the kitchen they offered to bake some. However, in looking in one last location on the floor... there they were. The simple idea that they were willing to actually bake the cookies while I was in the store... what can I say. Customer service extraordinaire!
I used to love Whole Foods. The past 2 years it has continually gone downhill. No ,bulk spices, let alone organic bulk spices. The organic selection has decreased and the garbage food has increased. So many local choices are gone and now they have made in China foods that arent even safe to consume. More than half the products I used to count on them for are gone. So discouraging.
Love this store. This store carries lots of organic foods. They also, carry a large selection of natural foods. They have great produce. They have a wonderful prepared food restaurant or cafeteria (not sure which they prefer). The prices do seem to be pricey (at least in my opinion). However, they carry their own store brand which is less expensive. The reason I gave this store five stars is because of their awesome employees! The employees treat you like a friend. No matter if you buy 1 item or 3 carts worth of items! I love doing business with a company that loves its customers!
This place used to be great but really has taken a turn for the worse. I used to be able to order delivery, chat over requests to my personal shopper and get fresh food. Now the personal shoppers are horrible. I ask for chipped deli meat and get thick sliced not even from today. I ask for unsliced bread like what’s pictured and get day or two old sliced dry bread. I ask for thin sliced cheese and get a brick instead. It’s like they are purposefully doing things to screw with my order. I can’t shop here or advise it, I’m just tired of rotten old food and terrible customer service.
Its a tad pricey but they have some fantastic foods. I love that I can get freshly made Orange juice on the spot. I also like their fresh baked bread. They make pre cut fruit containers that I adore. Ive never been to a store that mixes pineapple and coconut together. Thats another favorite of mine that no one else has. While youre there make sure you check out their pizza which is made in a fire oven. You can get practically anything on your pizza including artichokes! YUM!
This store was quite an EXPERIENCE! I loved not seeing all the major brands and having healthier options all around me as I shopped. The vegan pizza slice at the pizza counter was AWESOME! This my new grocery store! My kids appreciated the kid-friendly somethings-to-do as well.
I love being able to buy shiitake mushrooms, turmeric and ginger! Win, win, win.I also like the selection of organic produce. I have lived here, for a month. I havent taken time, to explore the entire store. With this virus, I make a list, grab and check out, as quick as possible. I look forward, to the day, I can stroll through and see everything available.
Great selection and plenty of fresh produce, meat, and seafood. They also have plenty of freshly prepared foods from salad to pizza to deli salads and a lot more. They also make a large selection of fresh bread and baked goods. On several occasions, we have encountered produce items that rang up at a different price than the sign was marked so I watch that carefully now. Theyre happy to make the adjustment but its annoying. Overall, we enjoy coming here and they have plenty of unique, high quality items that keep us coming back.
This place is clean and has a good selection of premium quality foods. Their salad bar/self-service area has a lot of really good selection of delicious foods. My biggest problem is that the food is very overpriced. There are other markets in the area with comparable or better pre-made foods at a better price. You are paying for the name with Whole Foods. Their 365 brand is great when you find items on sale. Because of price, this grocer will never be more than a quick stop for select items, not a full stop grocery store.
Lots of healthy options. Clean store. Also has a juice bar and several nice in store made options like bread and pizza. Unfortunately, it is fairly pricey. Also, they do carry regional items that are labelled as local. Fairly good selection. I still prefer local items and or better prices.
I love this place. I love the location as its surrounded by tons of restaurants, other shops (including Antique Village, Arrow Wine, Health Foods Unlimited, Target, etc.) and close to the highway. The store itself is very large with a ton of different types of items. Ive usually gone here to get body care products, chocolate (Lilys Chocolate) and ice cream (So Delicious brand). The prices are to be expected but the staff are generally always friendly (except like one girl a long time ago). The parking lot is large and Ive never had a problem finding a decent parking spot. And this place is usually packed on weekends. Also, Instacart delivers Whole Foods from here in the area, which I find really awesome as well.
Its a great store for those that want the organic, gluten-free, or other specialty items. It also has some great items on the hot foods bar, if you want to create a special meal without having to go to a restaurant, or you can even eat it there. However, it is a little pricy for everyday shopping.
Whole Foods has seemingly lost its edge since Amazon took it over. A number of items that I had bought on a regular basis disappeared from the shelves, & the prices for everything else have risen to an uncomfortable level. The fresh fruit & veg are anything but....fruit flies are commonly seen flitting around the grapes, etc. Restrooms not well maintained. Staff difficult to find, tho they are pleasant when one does manage to find a lane open or assistance finding an item. Really disappointed with this store that had been my main access for several years to vegetarian meals & ingredients.
Stopped in to grab some dinner and wander around. Really great salad bar, hot food, and desert selection. The setup/check-out for the salad bar/hot food area was a bit confusing but I managed. Delicious soup, fresh fruit was delicious and their raspberry lemonade was great. Wish there was a whole foods closer to me.
Loved it. I am organic foods zealot. Missed the lunch, which I am told is really great as we got there towards the tail-end of breakfast. Quite pricey but worth it for treats as everything in there is organic and if you know how bad American food is then organic is the way to go...
I work here, as an Amazon Prime shopper. I love the store and the Whole Foods employees are wonderful! Ted, Michelle, Heidi, Erin, Carey, Jeff, Andy, Evan, Paul, Eric, Shannon, Christine, Dana, Kyle, Quinn, Mary, Linda, Sarah, both Marcuses, all 3 Tylers, Monica, and all the rest, make my shifts fun and interesting. Everyone is helpful and super friendly. I truly love this place!
My boyfriend has to eat gluten free due to an allergy. Whole Foods has always had such an amazing selection of gluten free foods, so when we were looking for some gluten free onion rings, we decided to give them a call. They told us that they didnt have them, but that they would order them for us and would be here in two days! AWESOME customer service! Theyve earned our loyalty for life!
They use to sell excellent drumette wings. I was buying some every weekend. Now they just stop selling them. They had some excellent fried Cod but today I saw some was overcooked and burned.. I also use to purchase these delicious chicken pot pies. So everything I loved they stop selling it. Store is nice people are somewhat polite.
Although they do not have the greatest selection, they have an amazing meat department! The quality of meats is better than larger grocery chains and the butchers will go above and beyond. Every person who works there is extremly friendly and appear to love where they work.
I dont shop here on regular basis only when looking for a specialty item or two. Its a very nice, very clean grocery. The food on their hot and salad bars looks and are very good. Prices higher than typical grocery like Kroger but the food quality is better esp the fresh food items. Friendly customer service
A great place to find very specific food items. The staff is extremely nice and always ready to help you find something you need. They have an amazing beer and wine selection with great prices to go along with it. I always have a great shopping experience and go there as often as I can.
Freshest food around. I love the self serve islands. If they dont have what you want they will bring it out ASAP if you ask.It can be pricey but so is dining out so keep this in mind. When you dont feel like cooking or going to a restaurant this is an excellent alternative.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff at does Centerville Whole Foods is they are all so kind and helpful. Especially mr. Jeremy who assisted my mom and I was picking out our charcuterie board for our dinner party this evening. He was so kind and helpful with helping us pick out cheeses and meats that went well together. He also made sure we had a chance to taste the items that we’re going to go on that board and made sure we Liked them. And I can’t say enough about the young man who checked us out and I can’t say enough about the staff as a whole they are wonderful. They are all so cheery fun helpful and over all making the customer experience memorable so if anyo liked them. And I can’t say enough about the young man who checked us out and I can’t say enough about the staff as a whole they are wonderful. They are also cheery find helpful and overall making the customer experience memorable! This staff is extraordinary! And I will always be a loyal customer because of the values that they stand for and making me feel like family! The staff is 10 out of 10 so go check them out
I think Whole Foods is overrated. Pricing is to high, sale pricing is not removed consistently when sale is over so hassles at checkout. Bought a slice of pizza and it tasted burned, not that nice fire baked flavor. When I took the slice back to the guy who served me he was visibly angry and threw it hard into the trash. As another reviewer mentioned, no one seems to be able to answer grocery related questions properly, has to ask someone else. Staff always friendly though except the guy mentioned above.
My first time shopping here (the whole new year, healthier eating thing 😋). I will definitely add this stop to my shopping needs. I searched the website to find things suitable for a diabetic diet, and I found plenty of low glycemic products. Navigating through the store was effortless, and I found the things on my list easily enough. Since I did go after work, I picked up dinner from the hot foods station. The Keto Cabbage was delicious!
Deli?! All deli type food looked prepacked . What little I saw looked old! No one I talked to wanted to carry on a conversation. Store from outside looks awesome but inside is a different story. Beer selection stunk at bar! No smells in store stating that the food preped was fresh! No personalized feeling. Will never shop here again. Associates never approached me to see if I needed help.
Im generally a Whole Foods fan but this store was a huge disappointment. I live in South Florida and love to hit up the salad bar often. This store didnt have anything that I normally get. No egg salad, no chicken salad, no tuna salad or seafood salad or hardly any protein options. I usually get a certain kale salad, they didnt have it, not even any Spinach. I had the hardest time putting together a salad and I spent extra buying a side of chicken salad off the shelf. I wont be back to eat at this one again. I guess Im spoiled in Florida with the huge selection they have but its definitely not worth the money.
It smelled amazing inside!! Ive only been here once and am from Fort Wayne IN where we do not have a whole foods. The prices on produce were reasonable however just about everything else was very high priced. I wish I wouldve tried some of their fresh made foods at the deli area but just didnt have the time. I will admit that being vegan I am slightly offended to see so many meat and dairy options in a whole foods store. To me that is very contradicting...but I realize our society is a meat eating one. All in all I did have a good experience here. I left with two paper bags full of produce for around $50.
This Whole Foods is huge and new, Im from Chicago and I shop at Whole Foods regularly but this store is extra great. They have a bar & and coffee shop inside, they have fresh cookies and cute pastries, good organic produce, great wine & beer selection, they also have a machine that makes fresh orange juice. I wish the Whole Foods in Chicago were as nice & huge, will be visiting this Whole Foods again!
Dylan and Norah get 5 stars for listening to me and offering kind humane words after I was upset after interacting with Quinn, a supervisor, who gets zero stars and makes me never want to come back to whole foods again for his dismissive uncaring attitude. Not a good representative of the company, not a warm face to customers, not a patient listener. Since its store policy to NOT be able to exchange a 365 vitamin for a different type of 365 vitamin without a receipt (most people dont even keep receipts), Im unhappy with the store/company. So offer me a company feedback form, dont just walk away from me, interrupting me mid sentence. Whole foods, you need to be more like Trader Joes. Youre losing your soul and you just lost a customer for good. Ill get my vitamins from Trader Joes. But Dayton whole foods, give Dylan and Norah leadership positions, they have the caring personality you need to have in customer SERVICE.
I love Whole Foods but they really need to stay open until at least 10pm during the week. We constantly find ourselves wanting to head there around 8:30 ish and its never enough time. We may be in Dayton, Ohio but we do stay up past 9pm! The sun doesnt even set until 9 in the summer. ok Im done. thanks
Fresh foods vegetables meats there covid 19 protocol is better than any store open they always have mask and are constantly cleaning carts never getting complacent store is clean and if u have Amazon prime u get discounts like Krogers if u are a health nut or looking for good deals then go to whole foods they will surprise u
My favorites grocery store for what it offers. I drive across town to get my produce from Whole Foods. They have the best selection of organic fruits, especially during the winter. I miss having their area of seafood include the frozen seafood. The fishmongers can point you in the right direction, but cannot fully educate customers unless the customer find back and forth between frozen foods and the fish station. Also Ive noticed my fave fishmonger not working in fish. I dont know if this is an upward move for him, but it is a loss for us who enjoy learning and trying new fish or different mollusks. The other mongers are pleasant, but they do not go out of their way to work their customers. If you are in the area go into the Dayton Whole Foods and ask for Corey in the seafood department. Oh, and request some Olde Salt oysters. They are amazing.
I enjoy shopping at this store. Good selection of foods, raw materials bills items and a few hh goods that may be needed. I enjoy that they are earth friendly as well. You can recycle your eattery (should you choose th grab a bite there) Great cashiers and deli counter service(all behind staff counter I have enjoyed the service). So far no I have had pleasant experience here.
Very good deals on organic foods, good availabilty of plant based items, everything is non gmo, lots of healthy foods. Deli, salad abd hot bar items are pretty pricey. Meat dept claims humanely raised meats, whatever that means, but they are often sourcing from factory farms like everyone else. Overall, better experience than most stores for health and variety.
The grand opening was stunning...flashy, amazing displays, great food. We didnt buy any groceries that day though. We did come back a week or so later after the crowds subsided a bit. Im beyond shocked at the quality control issues we had with several of our perchases. The fresh shrimp made us sick, the green leaf lettuce was beyond bitter, the fresh sausages lacked flavor, and the fresh mozzarella was literally inedible despite the expiration date being at least a week away. Im still in shock honestly.
The best grocery store in Dayton! More organic and responsible options than any other. Consistently good produce, huge bulk food selection, and most helpful staff. Cant say enough! Also, pick up a monthly calendar of events- wine and food tastings, yoga, educational classes on coffee, etc.
This is one of my favorite places! I love eating healthy and having better quality food and this place has that. It has all those hard to get healthy gems you wont find at Kroger, Meijer or Walmart. They have a great desserts! I got a banana parfait here that was to die for! They also have a salad bar (salad materials, fruits and different macoroni/potato salad) and a hot food bar (with different cooked meats) for great food on the go. If I worked closer Id even come here for lunch!I love it!! For all the food concious people. Also Amazon owns them so you can get discounts with Prime and eventually will be able to have groceries delivered from here.
I was leaving after I didnt think they had a product I was looking for but one of the workers came after me when I was halfway down the block to show me around the store to help find what I needed! I was bewildered. A+ customer service seriously! I forgot to ask their name to tell their manager all they did for me. I hope your day is going well random Whole Foods worker! Stay awesome!
I Love, Love, Love this place! Where else can you get a slice of pulled pork & grilled asparagus pizza with a beer for under $5.00?Its HUGE and has a wide variety of healthy options to choose from. Some of my favorites are the store brand citrus sparkling mineral water, the made in store hot Italian chicken sausage, and the Wild Selections brand lightly smoked sardine fillets, just to name a few.I also enjoy meeting Friends there on Fridays for the wine tasting, and sometimes on Sunday for brunch. Because of this I hsve met even more people that are now in my cicle of Friends...BONUS! Of course I can do those things at other locations, but here I know at least half a dozen of the associates by name and they know mine. Which means Im guaranteed to catch some smiles whenever Im there. :-)I just find it to be a fun and comfortable experience whenever I am there. That keeps me coming back!
I like whole foods and all but their Friday night wine nights just ruined it for me i know whole foods cant control the people in the store but where they place the food samples that comes with the wine tasting is in frount of all of the grocerys mainly the fruits and vegetables and the baked goods which is normally what i go for. As long as you dont go on Friday though the store is freat.
Whole Foods in Centerville Ohio customer service is horrible. Now they have self serve pizza. I asked for the slices of pizzas to be warmed up and the guy refused to do it because they use heat lamps to keep food warm. Prices are horrendous. The eat area outside the store is always dirty. Dorothy Lane Market is a lot better than this expensive dump
Whole Foods Spent the time to ensure safety and quality of its products for my family. In return 100% of our grocery, hygiene, and cleaning supply purchases will be made at their stores. It doesnt feel like a store. It feels like a partnership between families and farmers. Whole Foods makes that possible. The fish department can tell me the exact boat that caught the fish I will purchase. Whole Foods refuses to buy species of fish that are over harvested. They are stewards of the sea. Whole foods actually goes to the farms not just to inspect the safety of the product, they see if the farmers are using too much water or too little. If the farm is sanitary, the list goes on. The result is safer products at my childrens table. The staff is the most experienced staff I have encountered in over forty years of shopping. Free Wifi, Free samples of fantastic products, and plenty of places to sit and plan that next meal. If all this was not enough, they will also cook for your food upon request at NO COST. Want to have some cooked salmon? Just ask. Then in spring they sell top soil, and other products for people to grow at home. All their waste goes in massive compost behind their stores. NO Trash dumping. NO WASTE. No more walking down aisles of poison chemicals looking for something to feed the family. Whole Foods did the research for safety and quality. I finally walked out of a grocery store knowing there is one company in Dayton that is looking out for its customers and not pure profit. Talk about cost? What would you pay not to see your loved ones dying of diseased caused by food additives you didnt even know about? Knowing that Whole Foods Market spent millions looking for the safest products for their shelves gives me the peace of mind, I am doing the best for my families safety by shopping at Whole Foods Market. Take my money and pass the GMO free veggies!
I dont understand why there is a full service bar inside of a Whole Foods Market. Alcohol consumption causes physical and emotional changes that can do great harm to your body. Shopping at Whole Foods Market is all about choosing healthful foods and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It makes no sense why there is a bar there. Seems extremely contradictory in promoting overall wellness. Im sure its a good money maker but its a very meager way to make sales from such an esteemed business. It needs to go.
I have officially been missing out! We are now only shopping for ALL foods at whole foods my kids need healthy nutritious food we can TRUST. Fresh meat Fresh Produce yassss😍😍😍🗣 I feel safe eating this ground beef it does Not have the horrible smell like Krogers and Wal-Mart meat 🤙🏽🤘🏽
Weve been here many times since its close by and convenient, but it is overpriced and over-rated. We have talked with management and have tried to give them second, third, fourth chances, but the quality of food and customer service is severely lacking here, not to mention the rotten food we have purchased and returned. We were very excited about this store opening so close to us, but will spend the extra time to drive to Trader Joes, Dorothy Lane Market and Krogers to purchase necessities and specialty items. We wish you luck WFs!
This is a beautiful new store but I dont think I will shop here. I will stick to my real local favorites. Just read in the paper that this brand new store had several violations on their health inspection. How is that possible? Also, with the additional news of how they overcharge their customers, albeit unintentionally, just not sure they are winning my trust.
The dinner and salad bar have so many choices that are all so fabulously tasty. I especially love the smoked brined chicken. Brisket, corn casserole, potatoes remollade, and garlicky kale. They have a Mediterranean salsa in the cheese department that is killer. Also the marinated feta.
I️ still consider this a whole paycheck kind of place, but some prices are much better since Amazon bought them. Also, there are some products I️ can only find here (Paleo BBQ sauce, ketchup and dressings). In the bulk section they even have sunflower seed butter!I️ wish this location offered more events and classes. When I’ve lived in Cincinnati and St. Louis free events and cool classes were offered monthly. They do offer free fruit for kiddos, which is much appreciated! But it’s tucked away on the other side of the registers. I️ squeeze through and get one for my fourteen month old BEFORE we begin shopping. Because that piece of fruit is what keeps him entertained while I️ go through my list and pick up what we need. This location does offer a great variety of cheeses and breads in particular. It also sells local items (like Cincinnati’s Madisano Gelato)!
Rude employees with No knowledge of what they are selling.... I even went to the extent to talk to a manager and this person seems to have less knowledge than her employee. Very over priced.... you would think as over priced as they are they would spend just a little bit of time training their employees. We definitely wont be back.
I kept hearing how great the store was how awesome the store was however I was rather disappointed in the overall setup of the store the employees did not seem too friendly and the clientele seem to be very stuffy... I didnt really particularly see anything great about the store the deals didnt seem all that great
Whole Foods Market at sometimes seems to be a little bit pricey but the quality makes up for that price it is interesting just to walk through and see all the neat things that they have to sell and the service there is very helpful if you need to find something in particular they will guide you to it they are conscientious individuals that strive to give each customer a positive experience

2022-06-16Doesnt get much better than Whole Foods. It is perfect. They have an ample selection of produce, cheese, meat, cereals and breads, a pizza section, everything really. The food is very high quality and healthy, with lots of custom brand names and organic, unprocessed food. Natural, whole, unprocessed food is what we should be eating, and Whole Foods makes a huge effort to emphasize that. The employees are very helpful/friendly and the shopping experience is quite enjoyable!Just perfect.

2022-02-25Whole Foods is a pleasant experience. So many interesting items - this store needs to be explored. Staff is friendly and helpful. The salad bar has healthy, appetizing choices. The fish was a bit dry. Cant wait to visit again to discover more healthy items.

2022-03-30So my wife had surgery on her stomach and since then has been limited on things that she can eat. One of the things that she really enjoyed was the bulk dried mango that whole foods carried. Unfortunately they have pulled that from their shelves and even though we were hoping it would come back it doesnt look like it. When I called this evening to see if it may have returned or if they knew if it would possibly be back, a lady answered and did a little bit of research with the grocery department. She said that a brand that they carry their personal brand 365 would be close to what they carried in bulk and that she would leave me a bag to take home to my wife so that she could try it on the house. Wow how amazing is that. When I arrived at whole foods not only did she do that and met me at the customer service counter but she did a little more digging and the lady in the grocery department that she talked to said that another brand that wasnt theirs was what she had seen on the bulk label and that was probably the closest thing that she could find to it. They decided to give me this bag instead if I chose or I can have one of theirs and it was a 1 lb bag of dried mango. No other store has given me that level of customer service that I can ever remember. Needless to say I will be shopping at the store much more often not just for drying mango and other water products that we get there. Thanks a lot for the above and beyond customer service skills that I experienced today at your store. You all are amazing especially in the times that weve gone through customer service has been very lacking in a lot of places but its good to know that some people just really care about their their customers

2021-08-24Everything was neat and organized. Masks were still provided for those who wanted them at the front door. We found everything we were looking for minus seeded grapes. My experience was good but Im only giving 3 stars because this place is way too nice and expensive for the hot bar not to be maintained with fresh food..the food was old and crusted over. I also gave 3 stars because I purchased a multi pepper blend that turned out to be molded on the inside when we got home. Not fun 😕 but the customer service experience was really good. Very friendly and helpful staff.

2022-07-18This whole foods is huge, but more space than actual products. The food bar had hardly had any food there... They didnt seem to have a huge freezer section either. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and nice... but I would choose a different Whole Foods instead due to the scarce products and food bar.

2022-07-18First visit to a While Foods! Wish we had one where I live. Great selection of natural and specialty products like dairy-free, allergy sensitive things. I enjoyed lunch at their hot foods bar.

2022-06-04The produce at this store is absolutely terrible. It’s been on a steady decline for the past several years and I don’t understand what exactly has happened here. I don’t know it it has to do with Amazon taking over or a change of management, but this location is a shadow of what it used to be. Every week I go in here there is always something rotten. One week it was rotten lemons, another week it was rotten onions, and then another week it was rotten potatoes. The worst part is the staff seem completely oblivious to it. There was also an instance a few months ago where the meat counter had heritage chickens for sale that were absolutely putrid. In the future I’m going to start taking photos to add to this review to show people just how bad it’s become at this location.

2021-12-23I love Whole Foods. I have a dairy allergy so they have a lot of things that I can safely eat. The vegan donuts are to die for! So good and tasty. I also love the food options especially the sushi. The hot bar usually has some items I can eat as well as the soup and salad bars. Love that they have a bar inside too. My husband and kids are big fans of the pizza. I do wish prices were a bit more affordable. I also wish theyd bring back Wine Night. Overall Im a fan. Lots of parking options too. They also have an electronic charging stations.
