Food was very good the cooks around 9-10pm are amazing. Food always comes out fresh and perfect. The guy that works the window was awesome and friendly. We needed BBQ sauce they gave us so much extra sauces but no BBQ only reason why I give it a 4. Other than that experience was great.

Hit, fresh and delicious.. idk why it gets such a bad rep... Try the jalapeno burgers and onion petals, a yummy and perfect combination. The staff was nice and got the orders out quickly and everything came out resh and warm. Would definitely go back to this location.
Waited at the register to place my order for 15 minutes. There drink machine is out of most drinks. The dining room floor is a mess. There is liquid spilled on the floor with no wet floor sign. Waste bins overflowing. If i could give 0 stars I would.
Usually the buns on the breakfast sandwiches are not toasted however when I got to my workplace and open my sandwiches this is what they look like burnt to a crisp

Pleasantly surprised at the flavorful breakfast. The sausage was spicy and larger than I expected, what with the usual slider sandwich size, and there was some good seasoning/breading (?) on those hash brown medallions, that set them apart from similar hash browns I have had elsewhere. I will have to hit this more often!
They are very slow an the last few times Ive gone for breakfast food or hasnt been fresh an tasted weird like oil an the pan.... This is not redoubtable l exceptable to people who spend their hard earned money....

I personally wont eat White Castle. The smell alone gets to me. But I do puck up orders from this White Castle for Door Dash. The staff is friendly...and pretty fast with my orders. The reason for the 3 stars only is because the restaurant is just dirty. The front door when you walk in is pretty gross and the floor looms like it has Never been cleaned. Its caked with grease. So 3 stars from me due to the staff working and doing it fast and even friendly.. But BOOOOOOOOO ON THE CLEANING. SORRY.

Always a hit or miss at this location. Never bad food, they are just always busy and the staff are not trained to deal with it. Id waited 10 minutes in the lobby without being greeted, or acknowledged that I was even there. Have had the same thing happen in the drive thru on several occasions.

The drive thru service after 11 PM was awesome. Drive thru was very busy, but moved along very quickly and my order was complete. Probably one of my best drive thru experiences at a White Castle.

The young lady taking orders was not customer friendly and we waited forever. Then they gave my order to someone and wanted me to take same order they put in someone elses car.. Key Word COVID 19..
Today is New Years Eve Eve. So, you probably have the workers inside that didnt want to be there today. The order speaker was slow. Only one other car in the drive thru. Getting the order out the pickup window insanely slow. I was there 15 minutes. Like I said probably the holiday season morning crew. Service will be better next visit.
I stop here once a week. Here is my thoughts. This White Castle is busy. To keep from waiting with car ideling, ask larger or complicated orders to pull car to the side. Deliver order outside. Or. do what Chic Fil A does and take orders under a sheltered area in a second line. Waiting for 4 sliders and a drink for 8 minutes makes me want to bypass WC.Why I like WC is the crew made a fresh pot of coffee for me and I appreciate it. I did pull to a parking spot and went inside.

Oil was old/burnt so onion chips and fish nibblers were DARK BROWN crunchy. Luckily the 1 chz burger was good, not deep fried in old burnt oil.

Food is great. Everyone seems pretty good about cleanliness and handling food. (Gloves, mask, enter in 1 door and exit threw the other.) Service is good, the wait is usually just a few minutes. No complaints.
I can honestly say that Hamilton has the Best White Castle. Employees are respectful and acknowledge you. My autistic Dtr loves their chicken rings so we come here often. Cant complain. On the very rare occassion that Im not satisfied with something, theyre quick to fix it.

I have never had a bad white castle...till today...cheese burgers were old and hard...bread was HARD...like they had been frozen and zapped in microwave....old fries...onion chips were good..oh even had a bad pickle on a cheese burger lol...had a very long wait...car in front had a huge order...very disappointed..
I tried the crab cake slider today and was pleasantly surprised. It had a nice texture and the sauce was exactly the kind of sauce you would want on a crab cake. Also, White Castle has the best ice!
Ordered 2 impossible burgers, 4 cheese burgers, n 1 order of onion chips. Was told to pull forward. It took 10 mins to get our food out n most of our food was lukewarm. N they handed out 2 pulled cars before handing us ours.n my wifes burgers were smushed. Should not take this long!!! They should have impossible burgers ready just like they have cheese burgers n hamburgers.

A good white Castle with relatively speedy service and accurate order. The sneeze guard at the drive thru make it difficult to hear the clerk and she got snippy with me because I cant hear her.
I didnt have any problems like the others did. The place was clean, the service was reasonably quick for the customer load, and overall I had a good experience. My only gripe comes from their front room condiment and coke machine needing to be restocked. (Couldnt get the drink I wanted at first, oh well.) But that sort of thing happens with the freestyle fountain and a decent customer load.
This particular fast food restaurant can only be rated its particular location and the dedication of the employees. Overall I give it three star but still believe its overpriced, way overpriced
I order 3 Belgian waffle sliders and a sac of hashbrowns. Omg dont waste your time. All the food was cold the eggs were rubbery and the sac of hashbrowns were cold. I dumped them out of the bag on a cookie sheet to try to heat them up and save them, and they came out the bag all stuck together like a oily sponge. Its the most disgusting this i have ever seen. They should be ashamed of them selfs sending that unhot mess to anyone.
Food is good but takes forever, not sure why. Ive waited 15 minutes before for 4 sliders and a small fry. Ive had to pull up and wait at least 5 minutes the past 3 times Ive been here. Maybe I just always come at the wrong time, but it gets annoying for sure.Edit: Finally got my food and the employee was kind and apologized for my wait but is now the second time Ive ordered sliders with cheese and got them without cheese. Make sure you check your food before you leave!
Greater was fun to order from with southern charm and the fries where perfect....hot and right amount of salt. So yum!
Absolute clown show! Wasnt greeted one time, not a please or thank you. Just teenagers being rude serving microwaved sandwiches, old fries and improperly mixed soft drinks with a bad attitude. I do NOT understand how businesses like this exist. Its crazy how comfortable society has gotten with treating each other terribly. I took a bite of a sandwiche and a couple fries then ditched that atrocity called a meal in the garbage. I will NOT be returning, HARD PASS White Castle in Hamilton.

Our order took over an half an hour it was wrong ! no recipt was given, they didnt give us our 5 fries except for one. Had to go back into the store for the rest of the fries. Our burger 30 box was wrong we had to keep it because the manager didnt offer a new box of burgers, even after we told the manager our food would be cold by the time I would get home. They had a new employee on the drive thru who didnt know what they where doing as well. I will not be going back to this location on High Street in Hamilton Ohio for a while. I will be making a complaint to the corporate office.
A bit slow sometimes, but they usually make my order correctly. They occasionally leave out an item or two, so you always need to check. The quality of the food is always good and fresh. I have never gotten anything gross or old here.
It was very clean in the kitchen and the dining area was too.Plenty of condiments,straws, napkins, and salt and pepper. The food is more than just good as the first White Castle was,same kind of travel America old school friendliness and menu prices. Everything is fresh as your order was placed.The wait for your food is very quick,very hot and quite satisfying! You will want to return... again and again.
I love White Castle and I always give this one chances but they are consistently rude while Im ordering and theres just no reason for it they usually arent that busy. The inside is always dirty these days so I dont go in anymore. This is another place that unfortunately had drug addicts that wander around outside so be aware.
Poor management ordered food online and burgers came without pickles when I said something about it the lady said I didnt request pickles and my response was that i shouldnt have to request pickles because they are supposed to come with pickles and onions automatically she tried to tell me that they didnt come with pickles unless specified. I requested to speak with the manager and she said that she was the manager and hung up on me.
White castle breakfast is always on point. Making eggs fresh per order really does make a difference. Makes your breakfast have a handmade with love sort of feel. Any breakfast sandwich with egg is going to give you what your looking for to start your day. Havent had any problems from this location so far.
Extremely slow during night , Stood at an empty register for 35 mins before my order was taken. Then another 15 mins to get my food. Food was good & fresh but sheesh. Their excuse was they thought I was with the door dash people. I guess , smh

This is one of my favorite fast food joints they are usually quick with service but they do get a lot of business sometimes on the weekends they get so busy that there can be a wait. The workers are polite and usually on point.
I love them. I ordered a crave case they gave me napkins and enough sauce. Much needed for my late night diabetic urges.

I like to go with friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The the cooking is tasty and the crew is efficient and cooperative. always when we go to this place we have a cheerful evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.
Well the food wasnt that bad but theyre just horrible at getting orders right. I placed the order and they missed it up. They gave me onion chips instead of clam strips. When i tried to have my order corrected, they tried having me pay for the correct order after i already paid for the wrong order and wanted me to give back the onion strips after i already touched them. The dinning room was disgusting! And where they prepared the food was no better. Also the pop machine was messed up every soda i tried was flat or just wrong in general. Fairfield location is much better.
Went to the high street location. My first time there. Cashier was friendly, place looked clean. Cashier was handling money, making drinks,cleaning. No gloves,mask,shield of any kind. I will NEVER do business there again.
This is one little jumping fast food place! The lines may move slow sometimes, but the orders are accurate and everything is hot. Managers here are great!
Food wasnt cooked all the way. And whenever I went to change my order she got all mad not the woman at the cashiers the woman that was in the back like hey I made a mistake we are all human
Good , fresh food but slower then molasses. One of the workers took our money at the back window put money in her pocket or something than came mouthing us the the manager said we didnt give her the money. She checked the front window instead of back camera it was less than five bucks if I was a person that was going to steal food it would be a lit more than $5. The manager finally checked the back camera and seen her take our money. She had her give us our food and she threw it at us. We wont be going there anytime soon. That was rude and embarrassing it was even our food it was my husbands moms. Almost all of our fast food places are either getting rude or filthy, or food is awful. That is not right a lot of the people on this side depend on walking or riding bikes.
We had to wait in the drive thru for about 30 minutes to get through the line, place our order and get our food. Although the food was great as always, White Castles needs to do some hiring because no one wants to ever wait that long on a Friday night
This is the absolute worst White Castle I have ever been to. Truly went down the tubes years after being on Undercover Boss. I did the online ordering for the first time ever. I elected to come through the drive thru per the app. Waited in the line for 15 minutes until it was my turn. The man on the intercom tells me to pull on up after I tell him I have an online order. I pull up in front of the front of the store and no one comes out for 15 minutes. I then park my car and go inside. They didnt even start my online order. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes inside waiting for them to make 10 sliders and a sack of chicken rings. So... I finally get my food after waiting over an hour. Didnt get offered a discount, extra food, or anything to compensate for their mistake. Unreal.

They have the best CHEESE CURDS we have ever had...Hands Down!! They are larger than any others weve had, & they give you A LOT.They are not dry, are soft and creamy.I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS, BUT, THEY ARE NOT GOOD WITH KEEPING POPULAR ITEMS IN STOCK. THEY HAVENT HAD CHEESE CURDS SINCE WE WERE THERE A MONTH AGO!UPDATE!Sadly WC doesn’t sell cheese curds anymore, but Culver’s does, and theirs are good also. Restroom was disgusting and it was only 11 am and the big wigs were in. That shocked me. They had my husband pull forward in the drive thru line (this is when I went in to use the facilities) to supposedly make us fresh burgers. Well they were slapped together some of the burgers werent even layed flat on the buns, one pickle and no mustard 😒
Always thought 24hr service was the best part of White Castle, but having lived away from their restay rants for a while, I better appreciate the food! This visit the food was fresh and hot and delicious. The staff was as cold as something really cold . The place was dirty....if that lobby has been mopped in the last 6 months...Id be shocked. The mud trap inside front door smells like an open sewer...apparently they dont know those things can be cleaned. Poorly managed store.

Anyone who knows me knows that I enjoy a good fresh cup of coffee. Yeppers, you know where I am going with this. I not only purchased and received a large, fresh delicious cup of hot coffee prepared to my specifications of extra, extra, extra cream but the order was taken and prepared by a young man by the name of Robert who was friendly, professional and customer oriented.Kudos White Castle!
Staff pushy and rude. Was the only person in drive through and had to wait more than 10 minutes for the food. Once I received the order, it was wrong. Not driving back across town to explain how the order was wrong. This is the 3rd time this has happened in a row. Will never visit another White Castle again. Overpriced and always screwed up order.
Store was dirty. Floors needed swept and tables needed cleaned. However I did see two people working on doing just that. Food was hot but had to wait quite a long time with two children under 7. People were friendly.
Good White Castle. Food is usually freshly made, and staff is usually friendly. Bathroom could be cleaned better; the floor and fixtures are cleaned often, but I noticed a blood strain on the wall a month ago that way still there today. I always visit early in morning, and there is usually someone sleeping in the dining room.
First time ever eating White Castle and I enjoyed it. Food was delicious, prices were fair, staff was friendly, and restaurant was clean. I received my food in a timely manner even though there was a lot of drive thru orders. Very Impressed!

I love the food but the managers are very grumpy. The employees are cheerful and polite but the managers act like they hate their job. If you ask a manager a question be ready to feel like you are asking for their first born! I was trying to get my free meal for downloading the white castle app and the manager wouldnt help me with it, and acted like I was getting on her nerves. She shouted at me from the drive thru window what do you want me to do I told her that the sign out front said you get a free meal for downloading the app. Then I tried to show her my phone and she shouted I dont want to see your phone, just give him a number one, I dont have time for this I was embarrassed. The lady at the counter apologized to me, and the food was hot.

The restaurant was filthy .the floors sticky.tables not been cleaned off.dust on the walls , vents etc..the soda machine not working..it seem to inconvenience the employees to fill our drinks..The sodas tasted NOT like what we ordered .My mothers food was not cooked throughly. Which was shrimp nibblers.when you pay 27.00 for food you expect the food and drinks to be good and what you paid for..My opinion. This place should be shut down for a thorough cleaning..face and hand prints on windows disgusting. .The ordering counter not been cleaned.. Its ashame after The Show Undercover boss was there it has turned to this..Maybe he should make another appearance. ...

Love getting my food here, but only using the drive thru. Way to many creepy people hang around the restaurant parking lot to much. Either needs more police presence or outside security to move the riff raff off property.
They have rude kids working the counter. Kids in the back taking their time. Had a kid follow me down the street because he thought I stole my bike. The manager did nothing. This place is ran by jokers. Dont go in. I dont know about the drive in through...

Order was wrong. I had to go in and tell them and I only ordered a #7 . The bottom buns were so wet n soggy. Not only were they impossible to hold but made u not want eat it, which we didnt. Terrible. Waste of money
I waited over 30 min to get my order for a customer. Im a dasher btw. Other dashers and people in general have picked up my order on multiple occasions.The manager joanna is unorganized and obviously doesnt care for dashers. She called the cops on me for an order that wasnt delivered. When the cops arrived everything was straightened out but my order was canceled because of the wait time. I wont be going there again and you shouldnt either.

Well I arrived there they had one young female customer in the dinning are minding her own business. So my friend and I sat down at a both. We had been there I would say 5 or ten mins, then out of the blue a lady chillers out if your sitting here you better buy somthing. God forbid if we had a problem or a delemas of some sort. So my friend got us a few things. I thought that was very unprofessional and rude. So next time I m around that area you wont find me sitting in white castle. What happened to the saying customers are always right.

Terrible service. The cleaning lady obviously took the year off. My shoes were sticking to the floor in the lobby. If the floor in the lobby was that nasty, imegine what the rest is like. I did a web order and showed up at the specific time. They started the order when I got there. Burgers were dry, fries cold. Never again.

I was at White Castle on High Street in Hamilton, Ohio and the Ol woman made a 2.00 mistake on her part and I told her about it and got her draw right and waited for 15 minutes after I paid for 4 doubles cheese burgers and that it. It was horrible. They messed up everyones order. Inside and drive-thur. People were waiting 20 mins or longer just for it to be wrong and have to wait longer. One guy waited so long had to ask for a refund he had to leave. His grandfather was dying but was made to wait because only one person could do a refund.

I used to work for this company. The woman at the window was rude. I asked for napkins salt and honey mustard didnt get anything that I asked for, but I did get her attitude. I believe her name was Karen, and also my 3 drinks were covered in over ran soda and when I asked for a drink carrier she basically just stuck the cups down in the carrier with pop all over the cups and splashed pop all over my new car that I only had maybe a week at the time. Will not be going back to this castle. If that would have been me working that window I would have been wrote up.
We were told to pull up and wait for them to bring our order. After having waiting at least 10 minutes someone walked in and stole our order then when my boyfriend said wheres our food they said oh he said he was you we finally got our order but it was wrong
We used the app. The app gave us a time to pick up, order wasnt even started when we got there. The hamburger meat now is just about non existent. French fries and onion rings were hot but the sack they use now are sooo small for the price.
Love white castle, but this particular establishment feels that they are too good to fix their mistakes if they make one. They will accuse you of trying to get free food. I believe the place is ran by heroin addicts.

Waited at drive through speaker for more than five minutes. No one else in drive thru. I said hello into speaker twice, politely, not snarky, and was asked to hold on a moment please, then hollered at to JUST WAIT I obviously left without ordering.
The food tasted fine and was hot. But the drive thru attendant was very rude and seemed as if taking my order was inconveniencing her. Not sure if Ill go back to this location.
They always mess my wifes order up no pickles no onion we actually watch the cook to the window take the onions and pickles off another Burger and even use the same bun with the pickle juice on it.. my wife went back in and told him about it in the cook looked at her and says my mind is boggled right.. and he looked stoned... We have decided we will never go back.... Cause they messed up our order every time...

For the most part they are accurate with your order and polite. At times the line can be backed up and you can expect an average 5-10 minute drive through experience.
Your food is usually served fresh and hot, which is excellent. Servers are usually friendly, and That is a rareity this day and age. Keep the fresh and hot food coming.

First it was 11:14 a.m. , the place was empty, the floor was nasty with food and not swept, and the new drink machine was filthy. Also changing the grease would be good. My boyfriend ordered the fish and it was dark& nasty tasting. Since the show Undercover Boss, this location had gone down. And it is the only one here in Hamilton, Ohio. Plllleeeaaass build one on the west side!
The girl at the window seemed a little depressed. But my order came out in a decent time and was perfect.
Service was fair. Food was great. I gave it a 3 because I had to ask for my change back, I got a small amount of food and paid with a 20, so it wasnt just a little change.

Worst white castle ive ever been to. Very dirty, employees backs turned talking instead of helping customers. Food wasnt hot, cheesesticks were at least 20 mins old fries were cold and dark. Very nasty bad experience all the way around.
People waiting money I parking lot. Service was slow. A guy inside singing & acting like he was shooting people. It wa 9:30 @ night. People were hanging out & not buying anything.
Will not be returning. Sat for 20 minutes at the drive thru and never got to place an order because no one seemed to be working the drive thru or they were there and just didnt care. The car ahead of me even left out of frustration because they didnt even order and pull to the window. Ended up leaving as well.

They were very slow. And we ordered a crave case. 1/2 cheese only and 1/2 regular w/cheese. The 1/2 that was supposed to be regular add cheese had no onion. 😢

Placed order for SIX sliders. Wasnt busy, and waited over 20 minutes for SIX sliders, only to be told to pull forward at edge of building and have an employee come out and ask how many sandwiches I ordered. I told him SIX, and he comes back with TWO. Half the employees look like theyre straight off a meth binge, and apparently cannot count. Will be doing EVERYTHING I can to discourage my worst enemy from wasting their money on such crappy service. This is why I laugh at 15 dollars an hour for fast food workers.
Be prepared to wait 15 or so minutes in the drive thru. Why they dont have people with big orders pull over and park is beyond me.
The double cheeseburgers are always a hit! Only gave 3 stars because I asked for honey mustard and they gave us 2. We had a $25 dollar order.

White Castle was great, all the employees were nice and took great care of us very well. We spent 30 and would do so again in a minute.

2022-02-13One of the worse experiences Ive had. They wanted to charge $2.69 for a cup of ICE. The burgers were cold, buns hard...not a pleasure at all. I asked for cheese fries, the gentleman came to the car asked for the fries back just to put cheese on them....unheard of. Instead of giving me a fresh cheese fry.. I wont be back...horrible experience.

2022-07-08First time dining in the one in Hamilton on High Street. I used to go to the one in Queensgate where I lived nearby on Price Hill but always took it to go. Had the three slider combo meal as did my friend. Not a pleasant visit. Went on July 4th. Not much people. Went early evening before fireworks in Veterans Park. Went in to order and sit and was greeted by a bunch of disgruntled employees one who was complaining loudly something about where his Job was in jeapordy it took a while for us to be greeted and it wasnt very friendly. Employees behind chaotic counter with food all over the floors still continued the whole time to talk loudly. We almost didnt stay but since it was hot out decided to stay but visit not enjoyable. The restaurant and bathroom were surprisingly clean although the toilet handle in womens bathroom was very loose and in disrepair as it needed a washer for the handle. Had to be very careful in flushing it. Their napkin dispenser was broken and they barely gave us any napkins when we asked for them. The burgers and fries not very good and cold. I asked for a chocolate milkshake and ended up with a vanilla but ended up drinking it anyway as employees were being loud and rowdy behind counter. Very uncomfortable environment. Homeless people came in and sat down and they spilled their soda all over the table and floor and left on bikes. We sat there another half hour after that and table still was not cleaned. Employees did not seem to care as they were too busy complaining and being loud. Wont be going back to this particular location.

2022-02-14Im giving the rating G would give if he wrote this. Yall need to resupply after that man comes in. He eats there then buys a crave case to take home (in the small closed in car). Truth is I am not a fan. I like the automatic napkin dispenser and the variety of soda choices.

WHITE CASTLE EMPLOYEES WHO WORK NIGHT SHIFT AT THE HIGH STREET LOCATION, ITS CURRENTLY 2:30 AM ON 3/11/2022 SO whoever you all have working at that location is the BEST COOK EVER !! Seriously the best white castle Ive ever had like I didnt even know it could taste this good. I almost want to go back thru the drive thru to say thank you lol seriously.. amazing job you guys thanks for staying up late and fixing food this great. Ill be back for sure!
