Beautiful building with wonderfully curated exhibitions. Its always stunning and thought-provoking no matter what you are there to see or do. Staff are personable and put a high emphasis on catering to those with accessibility needs. There is food and places to leave coats. There is also security. Worth a visit! Its always inspiring to those with creative minds. Again, the staff are wonderful and very accepting.

I love the Wexner Center. My dad regularly took me as a kid in the early 90s and it was seminal in my identity. I took my two young children (at their request!) and it was great! Definitely the perfect size for kids.We saw the Prehistory show and even though the front desk person said it had sensitive themes, I thought it fantastic. We moved through the space pretty quickly and I was able to help explain the highlights in a kid-friendly way. The security guard at the back was the best and encouraged us to try the headphones and guided us towards some exhibits she thought the kids might like (they did!)I also truly love the building. Its wild and the kids loved the narrow staircases. I had forgotten about the staircase to nowhere until my oldest ran into the plexi at the top. It instantly took me back to my childhood and I remembered how much I loved the birds eye view at the top.

Great place to see the work of artists that exist or existed in our world. Quiet place to take in the exhibits. I would say that if you go to plan at least 3 hours if you take in the filmography media as these can run up to over an hour. Parking is available on campus near the oval off of high street.

A great place to see art exhibits and movies. Just make sure to find a seat up front as the seats arent staggered well. A tall person in front can ruin your night. The cafe is not the best, but it is equal to most found in similar venues. Book store is great.

I have been to several art museums but have never been treated so horribly as we were here last night. We were out celebrating our anniversary and felt incredibly unwelcome. From the guards following so closely behind us that I could reach out and touch them to the other guards who yell at you for pointing, it was such an uncomfoetable experience that we just left. I cannot believe I paid money to get treated like a little kid who cant be trusted to respect anything. I will never be visiting again. There are many art museums in Ohio that have better Arr and treat guests as they should: guests.

Extremely lovely shows with a great mix of work. I went here for a fiber show a few years back and walked around for hours. I was amazed to see some of my favorite artists pieces like Sheila Pepe, Do-ho Suh, Sheila Hicks & Ernesto Neto. It was a breathtaking show!

I had been working in the basement of the former Longs Book Store [at 1836 N. High St.] while the Wexner Center for the Arts had been built during the late 1980s.When the Wexner Center for the Arts had opened [during November 1989], the dominant marketing and branding theme for this world-class arts center had been 12¼° because the street grid of Columbus [including N. High St.] is rotated 12¼° when compared with true north while the street grid of the OSU campus is exactly aligned with true north. The sidewalks on N. High St. in the OSU campus area have brick inlays that cross the sidewalk panels at a 12¼° angle when compared with the walking direction of that sidewalk. Now, many of those bricks have disappeared from the sidewalks with the result that the sidewalks along N. High St. in the OSU campus area contain many trip hazards. For the past thirty years, the Wexner Center for the Arts has hosted many innovative and high-quality art exhibitions, films, and performances.
