Ardy was professional and made me feel at ease! The whole experience was wonderful. Nice calm lobby. Inside the room is dim, and the music played is very calming. I enjoyed everything about my experience here and will be coming back!
I was real pleased with the office setting when I first entered. It gave me a feeling to be relaxed and calm. I was looking forward to the neck and shoulder massage to help me relieve the stiffness and tension that has occurred since my radiation therapy to my neck. The massage was wonderful and I look forward to having more .
Had my first prenatal massage today with Chance and it was great! He was very professional and I felt amazing afterwards. Ive been here twice, once for a facial and once for a massage and after two awesome experiences I will most definitely recommend to anyone near Amherst/Lorain area.
This place is amazing! All around therapeutic and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend getting the 60 minute massage it’s well worth it. I had Ardy and she was fantastic. I’ll definitely be a regular here!

Excellent therapeutic massage. Perfect pressure, very professional. My sister in law, visiting from New York, loved her deep tissue massage. My spouse and I loved our full body therapeutic massage. Went home feeling relaxed, energetic and pain free. Chance did a great job releasing my trigger points and getting my stiff painful muscles to relax. His massage did not cause my fibromyalgia to flare up hours later.Fair pricing, professional, clean and neat office and therapists . I have been a massage therapist myself for 21 years and find it very hard to get out of a massage what has been said that I give. Today I decided to try Westwinds as I was in desperate need of a good therapeutic massage. I could say I took a chance. When calling for the appointment the owner was so personable and friendly. She was able to get me in with therapist Chance. He was absolutely amazing, professional, and it was very evident that this imuch more than a job to him, but a true passion. Very nice and so relaxing. The beds are cozy and the sheets are so soft. My massage was amazing and felt so good. I could go right to sleep. They make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. Ill be going back there soon now Im glad I buy yearly massages from family there bc it is so amazing!
I didnt necessarily want to go for my first massage during a global pandemic, but I pulled a muscle in my neck so badly I couldnt sit at my desk comfortably to work and ibuprofen and a heating pad only go so far. I left Sharons hands a new person, I cannot thank her enough.I chose Westwinds because of the reviews, obviously, but also because they list their covid safety procedures clearly on their website, and no other place around had done that. Also because I could book online and as a tech savvy yet anxious millennial, phone calls are generally a no for me. The space was extremely clean and I felt very safe. I absolutely wrecked my neck, but Sharon worked some magic and I now feel amazing: improved range of motion, significantly less pain, and the overall sense that I should have done this sooner.

I had a 60 min massage from Sharon. It was my first time at Westwinds and she did an amazing job! I havent felt that relaxed in years! She knew which areas needed more or less pressure without me even needing to direct her, and she did a great job focusing on my problem areas. Thank you Sharon for a wonderful experience!

I had a great first experience at Westwinds Massage Therapy! I was greeted by a friendly waitstaff and a cup of water which, was nice considering it’s such a warm day. Sharon was terrific! She did an amazing job! I work very hard and my muscles were very sore and tight. I left feeling extremely relaxed and way less tense. The establishment is clean and calming from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Five star for sure and I can’t wait to come back! I made my second appointment before I left! I have met the owner before at an event and she is very kind and doing a great job running a successful business! Thank you to the whole team!

There are very few places where you can experiences a Far Infrared Sauna. The benefits of this shower are too many to mention. I am so excited to have a place to sauna that is so close to home. It is also VERY close to (highway) 90 or (the turnpike) 80 for anyone who might want to experience this. I was treated with the utmost respect and was very impressed with the kindness and patience of the receptionist and owner in trying to accommodate my extremely hectic schedule. It was the best 42 minutes of my day. I highly recommend this place and this sauna to anyone and everyone.
My husband bought me a 60 min prenatal massage, I’m 8 months pregnant and uncomfortable always!! Chance was very patient with me getting comfortable and the whole experience was relaxing!
All of the therapists at WW are very nice and treated myself and my husband with respect and dignity. We were asked how we wanted our massages and at what pressure. We were left satisfied not only with our massages but also with the price! We will be going back again and again!!!Side note: I have also received a couple of waxes and a facial and those were/are fabulous as well!!!

I was in a car accident and was told to get medical massage. I was quite nervous and wasnt really sure about it. By the end of my first treatment, I was completely put at ease. Arti (sorry, guessed the spelling) was amazing and professional, (and I probably wasnt the best of clients). Im scheduled for more treatments and am totally at ease. My experience at Westwinds from day one was amazing. As soon as you walk in everyone greets you and acknowledges your presence. The staff is so helpful about answering questions about services or how to best use a promotion. Trish, the owner literally makes me feel like Im the only client when Im there. Im sure she does this on purpose but none the less it makes you feel welcomed and appreciated for your patronage. I have never ever had a bad experience...even when I JUST go in for my sauna appointments. The girls even remember I bring my own water each time but still offer me a glass. Once I said something about how I used all the towels and they left me an additional one my next visit!!! The attention to detail in their technical skills AND customer service is something not found in most businesses these days let alone a spa! Book an appointment and see for yourself what a wonderful slice of paradise Westwinds is!
I wanted a full body massage after a rough work week. Nothing was available except a facial, so I booked that. OMG, that was the best hour of my life!! I felt so completely relaxed and still got a scalp, neck, shoulder, and arm massage along with my facial. I booked another appointment before I left the office!
I was able to easily schedule an appointment online. The space itself was relaxing and peaceful. The staff were friendly. And most importantly the massage was just what I needed! She asked the kind of pressure I like and adjusted during as well. It was wonderful! I highly recommend Westwinds Massage Therapy.

I really needed help with muscle pain in my neck and shoulder. Trish worked on areas of my neck that I didn’t even realize were causing a lot of the pain. After my massage, my neck is feeling better than it has in a long time. I am looking forward to my next appointment with Trish! She’s amazing!
I have been to many different places over the years and this has to be one if the nicest ones I have been too in a long time. The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable about their craft and the owner, Trish, is such a pleasant person to talk to and runs a very professional, clean business and truly cares about her customers. It is so easy to to get an appointment with their online system and it even sends out a text reminder the day before so I dont forget and miss it. There is not much more I can say except I love this place! Nothing bad to say at all.
I received a 45 minute massage today from Zeke. I have been suffering from sciatic pain for 5 months. He was able to find many knots in my muscles and gave me much needed relief. I didnt need to tell him where I was sore. He found every spot. He is gifted. Thank you, Westwinds and thank you Zeke. I will be back.
Westwinds is great! I’ve been there twice and both have been great experiences. Janice is considerate of my needs and knows how to use the perfect amount of pressure. The staff is amazing and even though I called late they were able to move things around and get me in for a session. If you go ask for Trish or Janice.

Sharon provided a fantastic post Cleveland RiteAid 10K run massage. She worked out my knots with firm pressure and lightened up perfectly on areas that needed relief from stiffness and inflammation. I appreciated her treatment and the warm and relaxing atmosphere very much!

Went to Westwinds for my first ever message to relieve tension from stress in my neck and back. Janet was professional, personable, and knew what she was doing and most importantly enjoys her line of work! After an hour message with hot rocks I left Westwinds the most relaxed I have been in over 30 years! I definetely would recommend and plan on returning when I need to relax.

I have had a few professional massages but nothing like this one! I got the seasonal spa package that came with a mud mask facial and hand/foot sugar scrub. My massuse was a delight and she did an expert job. Ive never had anyone massage the backs of my ears or my browbone before and boy was I missing out! All and all a great experience I would encourage anyone to try any of the services on their menu
Westwinds is a clean, comfortable and relaxing facility.When I went in, I had a lot of tightness in my neck, shoulders and upper back, which was causing me a lot of pain. Janice worked very skillfully to get me loosened up and I felt much better after my first visit. Highly recommended!
Very nice atmosphere. Went for a pre-natal massage that was gifted to me. Very professional. Hoped the essential oils would have been used but don’t remember smelling anything aromatherapy except for the massage oil that didn’t smell the greatest, and didn’t use enough of as it was kind of rubbing on my skin with more friction than was comfortable. Her pressure was very deep to my liking and finally did ask her to let up. At first I thought maybe I just hadn’t had a massage in a while and needed to get used to it but after 3/4 I’d the massage I finally asked for lighter pressure as it was hurting! I was definitely sore for days afterwards and tried to drink lots of water as directed. Was still a nice treat even though the pressure was harder than expected.
Theres is nothing better after a hard day at work than a good massage and the best massage Ive ever had was at Westwinds Massage Therapy. My wife and I used to get a 60 minute couples massage...until we got the 90 minute massage. Once youve had the 90 minute massage you can NEVER go back to the 60 minute one.

My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage and we did the Valentines special with the champagne and strawberries. The massage was awesome but my therapist talked way too much during it which I thought was strange, she also kept using her vape pen while massaging me which I thought was unprofessional.. she was very nice and did a good job on my massage.

I would highly recommend this therapy. I have been to many other places which have also been very good, but at Westwinds they really did listen to me and tailor my massage to my needs. I went to Allan and he seems to sense problem areas and focuses on them. He has surprised me many times by watching my body language and suggesting therapy to addresses problems I didnt even talk about. Afterwards I feel wonderful at at peace with the world!
VERY relaxing. The masssage of my neck/ shoulders lasted a long time. A week later my muscles were still feeling great. My first massage ever.I also have TMJ and it helped my jaws relieve the tension.

Knew about Westwinds thru radio promotion and literally drove by the office in Anherst one afternoon and thought - “I need this, no more procrastinating!” I’m on my feet a lot and somewhere started accepting aches & discomfort. What was I thinking? The Westwinds team squeezed me in the next day to fit my schedule and helped me brush off the workday. (Calgon you’re fired!). My knots had knots but they worked them out and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you!!

This is the place to go for that, we have never had an issue getting in, and weve never left in any measure other than bliss. They also had a drive for the local apl over Christmas and they sponsor the annual black river cleanup.Dogs, Kayaking, Massages. There is nothing else.

2022-04-26This was my first appointment at Westwinds Massage Therapy. It was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment my husband and I walked in, the staff was accommodating. We had an appointment for the sauna. However, I had a horrible pain shooting down my right arm from my neck/shoulder area. So, my husband asked about availability for a massage. They were able to fit me in due to a cancellation, and it was truly a blessing. I walked in feeling pain at about an 8 and left feeling about a 3. The masseuse was amazing, and the aura of the facility is peaceful and relaxing.

2022-02-11I had an amazing experience! For it to be my first massage, I didnt know what to expect and I was nervous, but Sharon made my experience absolutely great! She was welcoming, professional, and gave me an excellent massage! Everyone at the front desk was very polite and welcoming as well!

2022-07-31Last year I started going to see Chance due to lower back pain. He was able to get me back upright and functioning again in just a few months and then I experienced sciatica. That is the worst pain Ive ever dealt with. Over the course of about 4 months, working with Chance, the pain had subsided enough that I could start to walk short distances for longer periods of time. Now, a year later, Im better than I was before that happened. Chance is very professional, listens to what is going on, and is gentle but effective. I highly recommend Westwinds to everyone I know.

2021-06-26The best message Ive ever had! Zeke was absolutely incredible and I feel terrible because I dont remember the name of the woman who massaged my husband but she was incredible as well. They both listened to us and made us feel so relaxed. The facility and front desk staff were amazing as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a quality massage. Thank you so much!
