Very friendly, but installed the wrong tires and charged me $110 more than what they quoted me. When I went to leave two of my tires were almost flat they forgot to put air in all 4 and forgot 2 valve stem caps. Nice guys but missed the mark a bit on this visit.
Everyone was extremely nice. The girl at the counter was wonderful to talk to. The technician that worked on my very vehicle was knowledgeable and careful with my vehicle. Mike is very knowledgeable and great to talk to. He explains very well what the technician finds on the vehicle. I would highly recommend taking vehicles to them for repair work and routine service.
I have used Westside Tire before. I have found them to have competitive prices and really care about my needs. I went in for a simple oil change and thankfully they found i needed brakes and struts and a few other small things. By my choice to wait from 9am to 2pm till they finished they were very concerned about me. When they ordered lunch for themselves they asked if I wanted to order also. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. That is truly caring about your customers. I would definately recommend them. My car drives like brand new.
Needed 4 tires called around and they were the least expensive comparing apples to apples. They also aligned the front end. Told me two hours and were done in less than 2 hours. Friendly and courteous service. Would highly recommend.
Fast and friendly service and reasonably priced. Went in to get new tires and an oil change and they did a great job of letting me know of any potential problems I might have in the future with my car. Very professional and great service. Great customer service & helpful. Very nice knowledgeable guys who I saw bring out a new exhaust well manifold to an older lady to explain what it was and how it worked so she knew what she was paying for that is impressive to me. Decent prices on tires not to long of a wait I would definitely recommend them.
West Side Tire is right there at the top of my list of vendors when it comes to the products they offer and their overall customer service!!Mike at the Niles location just helped me with two new front tires on my hot rod 66 Chevy C10 pickup. I will recommend them to everyone I know!! They just make you feel at home f rut on the minute you walk in until its time for him to hand you your keys back!!
I have gone to Westside Tire & Service in Niles, Ohio for years. The staff is always friendly and professional. Staff doesnt talk down to you but does explain all of the work needed and options clearly. I always take my vehicles to them because they are fairly priced, reliable and trustworthy. As a female, it can be difficult to find a shop that doesnt try to take advantage of you and there were times they could have done so and didnt. I highly recommend them to be your go to mechanic if you want the job done right and to be safe on the road. They do so much more than tires and are very thorough and knowledgeable.
Took my Equinox in for oil change, have been here several times with different vehicles, have always dealt with the manager, he is always friendly, knowledgable and very polite and professional, today he must have been busy in the back, my appt. was at 2 went in the building at 4 minutes till, a female associate came in and out of the front twice and never even acknowledged I was standing there, I stood there for 15 minutes before someone acknowledged I was there. It took an hour to get my oil changed, I will go back in the future but will make sure I ask to deal with the mgr.
Had great experience with employees at Niles location. Printout of everything needed and things that were neglected on my older car. All the work was finished in one day and so far I’m very satisfied. Actually runs and handles like it was when new. Spent some $$$ for repairs but way cheaper than getting a new vehicle. Guys were great and I feel that I was not pressured into any repairs not needed. I will used this location in the future and I recommend them. 👍🏻👍🏻

Had a large bolt in rear tire of my service van. Got me in quickly and made the repair. Very happy with the service.
Got a flat tire on my way into work today call to get in to get a new tire and once I was there I was told that they could probably patch my tire and save me the money of buying a new tire! Saved my like $80. Super friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend.
Even in this current Covid 19 state, customer service was top notch. Got me in to replace 4 tires with no appointment on New Years Eve. Explained differences in a couple different tires. Got my new tires on in just a couple hours and back on the road safer. Thanks guys!
Had a screw in my tire. They patched and plugged it in 40 minutes and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Would definitely recommend! Thanks guys!!
This was my first time at Westside Tire & Service. I was on a tight schedule due to having to be at work for a 12 hour shift. I tried 2 other places prior to Westside and they were unable to get me in. Mike at Westside was very accommodating and assisted in taking care of my tire issue so I could make it to work on time with no stress. I am thankful for the great service I received and I will return in the future for my tire needs!
My go to place for all of my cars and work van. The front desk does a good job and explains what is needed. I was quoted a price and when I picked up the vehicle the price was lowered because they found some savings on a part and made the adjustment. I feel like they have the customers interest a high priority. Great company.
I called as soon as they opened for a quote on tire replacement for my truck. Great price. I explained that I only had that day available as my job requires long term travel throughout the US and my flight was the next day. They ordered the tires for same day delivery. That afternoon I was called as promised that the tires had arrived. Installation occurred while I waited. The staff were friendly. A day or two later the manager called me to see if if I was happy with their service and if the tires gave a smooth ride. The answer was a definite yes and yes. I was surprised to receive that type of service. When my truck needs other service I will certainly call upon Westside Tire & Service.

Lets begin with the call, Landon was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. When I arrived for my appointment they took my car back right away. As asked they provided me with a list of things that needed to be done down the road. The new tires are great!!!!
I called around 11:35 am looking to get a front right tire without an appointment made and they got me in at 12:05pm. The wait was relatively long but there was a decent waiting room to sit in. The manager who I dealt with was extremely nice and actually price matched a more expensive tire for me for the same price as the cheaper one I wanted which was very nice of him to go out of his way to do. I called 4 different shops and this place was the cheapest. Staff was extremely friendly, manager was fantastic. Great work, car runs smooth. Will definitely be doing business here again just going to make sure I have an appointment set. Highly recommend

Hands down the best Tire & Service company in the area all the workers are extremely nice. And knowledgeable. They go above and beyond I took my truck there to have the tires balanced and I run 22in rims with 33x10 tires and their also a R/T type tire. Which isn’t the easiest tire to balance by any means. But they tackled the challenge and I couldn’t be happier. And while they had the tires off they checked my upper and lower ball joint which they are not obligated to do by any means. But they went out of their way to do so. And that shows the difference between a company who’s out there to satisfy their customer as opposed to screw their customer. Thanks Westside you guys/gals are awesome.
Beware of this place.In cold weather, the cold well draw the air pressure out of your tire. All they had to do wheres take the tire off the Jeep, then break it down and reseal around the rim. Then reinstall the tire back on the Jeep. I dont know what the prices are in this area but $30 a tire seems rather extreme. I called and made an appointment, and I believe they saw me coming, because I feel that they screwed me good. No valve stem replacement no patches no plugs just reseal the rim. I will never go to them ever again. And I will never tell anyone to go there.
Service was quick. Nail was removed from my tire and repaired with minimal cost. Staff was pleasant. I observed both Emilia and a staff member talking with other customers in a courteous and professional manner. Waiting area was neat and inviting. I would highly recommend Westside Tire.When I am in need to tires this is where I will go.Thank you for the great service!

As always since Ive been dealing with Westside tire when they were located in di dis beverage liquor store they always know whats exactly wrong with my car and they always try to fix my problem and anything else it needs within my budget and they cover all the major points and I leave with a very nice riding /driving/running car/ SUV so I always come there for my auto service and the tire prices are unbeatable plus now with tire protection plan for life of tire its cheap per tire only pay once and theyre covered even if its your fault as long as there is still tread life on the tire u can destroy it and theyll replace it as long as it is still tread worthy on life. I will always hands down recommend Westside Tire to all my friends and family u even tell strangers about them and the cool special plans they have for your tires n stuff its so worth it they can show you 10,000 reason why u should have a tire protection plan. Westside beat everyone elses prices including Sams Club. Bought a set of Kendra touring tires. tires are awesome, quiet running and smooth. Landon even gave us their loaner vehicle to go and have dinner while they put new tires on car. I highly recommend Westside Tire for your tire and mechanical needs!
I was very pleased with the customer service and the the service we had with them. They also took the time to point out other problems knowing I have a mechanic shop myself. I would definitely use them again in the future.
The folks there were friendly and brought me into the garage so the mechanic who looked over my car can explain what was needed. They also gave me a ride back home after I dropped off my car. Prices for services matched up favorably with competitors--generally satisfied with my experience.
Service is mediocre. Not the best in the world. The interior of the car was sprayed with some material that it left stains inside the car and fabric. They did not even wipe them off when delivered the vehicle. Lack of attention to detail in my opinion. Charged me for the tire warranty without informing me, I found that on the receipt. Would have been nice to if they were to inform and advice what that charge is for and what that will cover. Will go elsewhere next time.

They were very friendly, and explained what my car needed. little pricey at $1.213 for rear brakes, but i’ve heard they do good work so i’m not complaining. though they did say they put my windshield wipers on for me but when i picked the car up the new wipers were on my seat but oh well. great people overall and i will be back!

I went i to West Side Tire in Niles, Ohio for 2 new front tires. Landon Williams greeted me at the counter. Very courteous and professional, we discussed what I wanted . After checking my car, he told me the cost and an estimate of time in which the work would be completed. He also said if he found any major issues, he would call me. I did tell him I had an appointment with my regular mechanic this week for regular service. He said he would then note any issues for me to give to my mechanic. When I came back to get my vehicle, Landon had a list of some issues that were found. The price was accurate, and the car was finished in the time frame he told me. He also gave me paperwork about the guarantee on the tires, and information about road service. A very pleasant experince. assisted by a very knowledgeable, courteous employee. I highly recommend West Side Tire for anyone who needs tires and service.
I maintained a Sam’s Club membership for 20 years, primarily for tires on all our vehicles. I found I was either doing repairs or sending my vehicles to be repaired after Sam’s Club replaced a battery or tires. Found these fine folks and have been pleased with their service & staff going on 5-6 years now!

Willing to explain in detail and answer any questions (to someone who doesnt understand much about cars).I recently got a flat tire. They inspected the tire and changed over to the spare (no charge) even though I decided to purchase a new tire elsewhere.Would go back without a doubt (though hopefully wont have to often). Very satisfied with the work performed on my truck. Work was done in a timely manor and the employees were polite and pleasant to deal with. Only issue I had was that other customers in the waiting room had no masks on even though the company had signs posted in plain view everywhere and all the employees wore masks.

My experience with Westside Tire has been nothing short of exceptional. Mike is thorough in explaining the work needed and expresses every bit of confidence in his technicians!! When I was told by a dealership repairs were going to be in excess of $600, Mike told me that he only takes the word of his technicians and not only did I NOT need all those repairs but was able to have my car fixed FARRRRRRRRRRR less than $600. Integrity is a great part of customer service and I Westside tire has it!
2011 explorer Duratec V6Sent my explorer in after the water pump went out at 138000 miles. They took care of the issue and replace the timing chain. Great place and fast service. Cheaper than the dealer.
Wonderful folks, I was traveling from out of town, had run flat tires and one was flat. I knew the tires were worn, Amelia was the person at the front desk, and the business as swamped, I couldn’t have made it home. She offered a really good price on 2 tires, and I asked can you do all 4? She was able to get me in and I was delighted with the price and the service. Also, being in business myself, I overheard Amelia and the manager handle several situations with excellent customer service. Amelia, a job well done!!! Highly Appreciative!!

On a holiday weekend, they had the tire I needed, after getting a flat tire. I am out of town and they were very kind and offered me coffee and a nice waiting area. They quoted me a tire with an “out the door” price, which is what I love. Very quick and efficient.

I had a great experience coming here for the first time. After completing an online quote request for tires, Danielle from the Niles location called me and provided me with a few quotes. When I called back to make the appointment, she was just as nice and polite as the first time I spoke with her (some previous places I called seemed annoyed to have to get me a quote). I never once felt pressured into having them fix the few other things that were found to be wrong with my car. This is a great team and the mechanics are professional and knowledgeable. I feel like this place really does care about you and your vehicle, that it isn’t just a job for them. I’m definitely going to keep coming back!

Purchased new tires today (4). You can always depend on receiving quality service. They will give you a thorough review of your cars condition, but they never push for unnecessary services. Today they asked if I really wanted new tires because mine weren’t that bad. But winter is here, better to be proactive than sorry in February☹️. Will be getting front brakes checked on next tire rotation. They advised that they are showing some wear, but not anything that needed attention today. See what I mean!?!

They inform me of other potential issues pending and how severe or how soon they should be addressed. They never push or pressure you to purchase something you are not sure or comfortable with. They take the time to explain the issues so that you understand in general terms. I have recommended Westside Tire to my family and friends.

West Side Tire found and repaired my faulty passenger side window trouble. I was pleased with the results and the price. Prior to West Side I had taken my car to a another shop. The other shop thought it was my wiring and could not fix it. West Side investigated enough to see it was my main motor on my drivers side, and replaced that. Thanks to them, my window is fixed.
Really like the service i got here. I didnt have enough money for the tow. they paid the tow for me up front to get my car there because i otherwise would have been stuck. The service was fast and it was done properly that i notice so far. Some of the best customer service around in my opinion

Love this place! Been coming here for a few years now after it was recommended by a family member and they are just amazing! They are always willing to take a look at things I have concerns about and their customer service is fantastic always pleasant! The waiting area isn’t too shabby either I was able to get some work done on my laptop comfortably while waiting on my car! Highly recommend!
They seem to have done a good job. Suspension on my truck is tight and handles well. Quick, no frills and very thorough. More possible business from me in the future.
My first experience at West Side tire was so so. They installed/balanced 4 tires I had purchased on Tire Rack for 89 dollars. This is a decent price for 40 series tires. When i got home I had noticed they did not perform a dynamic balance but a static balance, which is a must nowadays. A month later my mother did the same thing. She brought tires which were 45 series. When we got the bill they charged her 140 dollars to install 4 tires. When we questioned the price as it was absurd the manager said its because they were low profile tires. I had explained that i just had lower profile tires installed just a month earlier for 89 dollars in which he said well you got a good deal. Then just today I went there again just getting prices on install of 2 tires since the prices vary wildly for shop to shop. I was told they do not install tires unless you buy from them. I would steer clear of this shop as they are very dishonest in their pricing and their work.***And in response to West Side Tires response. There is only one West Side Tire that I know of on 422 in Niles, Ohio. One thing people never forget is bad business and customer service. Unfortunately I dont have a tire machine or balancer or I would be doing tires myself.

Westside tire has great customer service, and provides a great product that is installed very professionally. Though there are five tire installation companies between my home and west side tire, I choose to go back because I know that the are always going to do it right.
Love going here to get my car fixed, because on top of that they pay attention to detail and they will always let you know if theres something else going wrong with your vehicle. They are fair on price for the awesome job they do.
Once again, Westside Tire saves the day. I called Westside Tire at lunch time today because my tire keeps leaking air. They had me in by 1 pm and out by 2 pm. Many tire retailers would have had me purchasing a new tire or rim. Westside fixed the problem without these purchases and charged me nothing because I had the tire warranty protection. Smiling, personable staff makes the whole experience even more appreciated. I trust them 100% and won’t go anywhere else.

Had four tires replaced and a wheel rim reshaped. The guys were great, gave me an exact estimate with no push for extra unnecessary services, and the work was completed in just over an hour. Also the lowest estimate I got from any shop in town.

I have always come to west side as I felt that I was always treated fairly and had never been taken advantage of, sadly this is no longer the case.Had I listened to the expert on staff my vehicle would have cost upwards of $600 just to get it back on the road excluding the additional $300 worth of items they wanted to charge for. Thankfully today my car is back on the road with a much smaller price tag of $161Almost a $700 difference... what a shame

I sorry to say I was not happy with just a oil change and tires rotation. The rotation was free because I got the tires there. But it cost me 69.00 for oil change when I have only paid 35.00 for oil change else where.it took 1 hour and 10 mins for all that and had to stay outside in the sun. I am sorry but I will not be back.

2021-05-06The folks at Westside tire were absolutely amazing to me. Got a screw in my tire at work and panicked! My boyfriend got some fix-a-flat and got it filled enough to get to Westside. They didn’t have time then to fix it but added air to it and made me an appointment. Went in to my appointment and was told about 2 hours. I was out in an hour and Mike was so thorough in his explanations that I understood everything!! Set me up with the rewards program and also had a great side conversation with me. Very personable staff!!! They have got a customer for life with me now! Car is 100% fixed and I feel so grateful!!

2021-12-22Just had my car recently worked on. Mechanics did a great job finding the problem and communicating what was going on with the vehicle. They gave constant updates on their progress which I greatly appreciated. My car drives like brand new all thanks to westside tire! You guys are awesome!

2021-09-15I called them in the morning while I was at work and informed them I had something stuck in my tire and needed it looked at. They said bring it by when I got done and they took the time to get the job done towards closing time. The guys were real cool and helpful and it didn’t break my bank account. I walked away with 2 new tires and they got a new customer for sure.

2021-10-08Took my vehicle in to see what te issue was. The technician isolated the issue to the catalytic convertors. I had them replace them and they also replaced the worn tires in the back. Service was fast and very accurate they did a amzing job amd i would recommend there service to everyone in need of repairs.

2021-08-11Excellent customer service and fair prices!!! I would highly recommend to anyone!! I have had my vehicle repaired elsewhere and kept putting more and more money out, brought it to these guys and they found the problem instantly !!!!
