West side Htg & AC have been our go to company for my family.Darren and Andrew are real professionals when it comes to heating and air conditioning.The service they provide is second to no one.
Called them the other day and Darrin made time out of his busy schedule to come look at my AC unit. I had another company come before him and they wanted to charge me an arm an leg but Westside heating and cooling reasonably gave me a price. Darrin and Andrew know what they’re doing I am very satisfied with the results! Only company on the Westside that I will use.
I have a rental property on the west side and called these guys in a pinch when the houses A/C unit was acting up. They came out THAT day and recommended a full cleaning and did not try to sell me a compressor or new unit like every single other company around. Their price for the tune up was better than just a visit from other companies. The owner himself called me and took my payment over the phone. He is top notch and you should call these guys for any heating and air issue you have. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
HVAC contractor in Cincinnati is what I was looking for when I moved to the city. The house that I moved in had some problems with the air conditioners and since it was summer I needed someone to fix the problem for me. Thanks to Westside Heating & Air Conditioning my problems were solved. They were recommended from my neighbor since I didnt know anybody during that time. Now I recommend them to you. My air conditioners were fixed the same day I made the call. Just, almost immediate response. Keep it the same way guys!
We have used Westside Heating and Air for over 4 years. They installed a new Heat Pump 2 years ago. Service is incredible. I recommend this company to all my friends. I do a lot of research before I hire a service company. Your search should stops here.

I called the number for air conditioning help. It was a 90+ degree day, my a/c was on the fritz. I called at 7:30pm. They said they would be on site between 11 and 11:30pm. Andrew called at 10:30pm, arrived at 11:10 pm. He had driven from Sharonville to Covedale!!! Got right to work, found the problem, put a new condenser on, fixed!! Cold air coming through the vents. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Darrin Lawhorn, who installed our water heater, is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. He was rude on the phone (even just in answering his phone), and refused to come check on my water heater that is visibly leaking. Will never use them again.
Darrin came by this evening --no extra fee for emergency - got our air conditioning back to normal prwttp quick. I found him honest and straightforward. He explained why he was doing what he was doing.
Andrew is a great guy his work is very professional excellent work just had my ac and furnace replaced I highly recommended him doing the work.
Darrin and Andy are very detailed and really know there way around AC and heating units. Very He’s a good work week and accommodations

2022-06-30Absolutely amazing service we bought a nest thermostat and it absolutely threw our heating and cooling system off causing my blower motor to Malfunction because of voltage issues. Their technician Andrew came through and explain what the issue was he was on time polite and courteous and provided excellent customer service. He Had our unit up and running in less than an hour now our house is cool and comfy. I wouldn’t recommend any other service 🙏🏽

2022-06-30Say His Name! Technician Andrew, you really came through for us BRO! We called another company initially who of course cheated us out of our money. Andrew with Westside Heating and Cooling came through! With one call, he was here the very next day! This was after 6 full days of 90 degree weather and zero AC! It was so hot my son gave up on us and moved to my brothers for the summer! Andrew was able to replace our blower motor and also provided a few suggestions on how to best cool the house quickly! Thank you for saving the day, being courteous, timely and professional! 🙌🏾

2022-09-19Our A/C went out and we immediately called Westside Heating & Air. We got a call from Andrew within an hour, and he was there the next day. We had a new A/C the following day. With kids in the home, this type of responsive and quick delivery of what we needed was incredible. Andrew and Westside doesnt price gouge, they are salt of the earth people who treat you right. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs honest opinions and great work on their HVAC systems.

2021-07-30Literally the best experience I have had with any company in a long time. Our AC stopped working, we called Westside Heating & Air and the rest is history. Andrew went above and beyond what was expected to make sure we were fully informed and taken care of. He even took the time to fix a few issues caused by Apollo years back, free of charge. Quick, precise work and excellent customer service skills. We will never use another company for our heating and air needs. Thanks Westside!

2018-08-30Very Reliable and is Customer Focused! I highly recommend Westside Heating & Air. My A/C went out and Andrew came out at 10pm at night and got my unit running. I knew my could was uprepairable and decided to have a new unit installed. Andrew was able to order and install my unit quickly within a few days. Andrew communicated daily with me and went the extra mile to check my existing unit until my new unit was able to be installed. I will always use this company...very loyal and honest!! 2021-11-19This guy came trying to rip my mom off, he almost got her with his country accent and lies. He was trying to charge her 9k to clean and replace coil in a 3 ton unit. I got the whole unit replaced inside and outside for $5900. Call others before you use this company. They out to get people.

2020-07-16Westside Heating and Air did an awesome job with my new AC and Furnace!I own an older home on the west side (as most of them are), and the previous owners had a lot of work done by a well intentioned, but not so great handyman. This makes my house a nightmare for professionals who need to do things to code. You just never know what your going to find when you start taking something apart in this house. This went for my AC and furnace as well. The work previously done by the handyman was beyond incorrect. However, Andrew went well above and beyond to fix the previous work on the hvac system and installed the new AC and furnace perfectly, and at a very fair price as well! It feels like a brand new house.Now if they only did plumbing too 😆

2019-03-13Great service from this company. Furnace went out at 7 PM, called Westside Heating and Andrew was here in less than 15 minutes. He was able to get the furnace running for the night after finding the problem. He ordered the needed part and came back the next day to install it. Top notch customer service,
