The staff there are very friendly and Mariana was an absolute sweetheart. She was honest about what I wanted and it turned out even better than I had expected. Im extremely picky about my hair but i have found my new salon. I will definitely be back in the future!
Jennifer does an AMAZING job on hair color and haircut!!My first visit, I asked for partial highlights just a week before my wedding, so my hair would look better in pictures. Turned out more than perfect!Second visit, I decided to have a major change in the style by chopping more than 7 inch of my hair. Again, Jennifer did a FANTASTIC job ;) Happy with fixing up new growth, too!Very friendly staffs and flexible appointments. Recommending this place to anyone! Also this place sells great hair products as well.
This was my first visit and my hair looks amazing! I got a haircut and color by Missy and she did a fantastic job. She made sure my hair looked its absolute best and I genuinely enjoyed my time around all the staff. I will be coming back and asking for Missy again.
I visited West Park Beauty Salon to have my brows microbladed and I’m very happy that I did so. Marissa is extremely knowledgeable, personable, great at what she does and just all around an amazing person. I will definitely visit this salon again and I highly recommend Marissa to anyone looking to improve upon the appearance of their brows.
I went here originally just to get my nails done because my nail lady had moved. I liked the people and the anesthetics of the place so much I came back and got my hair done. The concierge service was super nice, they offered to take my coat and hang it up, they offered me a beverage and I was really well attended to. I got a fantastic haircut from Missy, the first time Ive been pleased in a while. On top of that, I was given referral cards that offered rewards, which is more than most places. All in all, super happy with the service! Its moderately priced place. My haircut cost me $45, I had really long hair and took it to shoulder length, got it washed and blowdryed as well. I was told the other hairstylists offer different ranges of prices. I will definitely be going back!
Alexandria is simply amazing!! She has been doing my hair for years now. She has such skill at cutting and a wonderful eye for color. She really listens to what you want and manages to go above and beyond! My hair looks beautiful every time! The atmosphere is so inviting and friendly. I cant recommend Alexandria and West Park Beauty Salon enough!!
I always leave West Park Beauty Salon feeling like a diva. Kathleen is absolutely amazing and shes been doing my hair for 4 years. I decide to change my hair all the time and Im very picky but she always gives me exactly what I want. She takes her time and does everything to make sure its perfect. Its a nice salon with a great atmosphere.
Just got my hair done by Courtney and I love it!! Not only is the shop a great place but she made my experience so much better! I will definitely be going back to her everytime! My highlights have never looked so good and the shop is very clean! If anyone is thinking about getting their hair done go to west park beauty and ask for Courtney!
Such a cute salon with friendly stylist! Alex does my hair and is always so engaged with her clients, works with you on how to get you desired results, and does a great job! The salon is always clean and organized, defiantly one of my favorites in the Cleveland area!
I absolutely love West Park Beauty Salon!! I highly recommend Courtney! She always takes great care of my hair!! I would never let anyone else touch it!! Missy Karp is great! She is patient, ensuring you get exactly what you want and I love my cut! West Park Salon is a fun place to be while you are getting your hair done too; everyone is always having such a good time. It really improved my day hanging out with people who truly love their jobs.
I heard they had a new, full-time masseuse. I called and was able to make a same day appointment for a few hours later. Laura was fantastic! Not only did she ask me to specify my problem areas, but she asked me at the end of my 60 minute session if I needed more attention! Absolutely fantastic service and Laura exceeded my expectations for an emergency appointment! Not only is she my new masseuse, but I would highly recommend her to anyone!
I visited this Salon for a massage by Laura Baker. She has just started working out of this location. She is a very experienced professional massage therapist and does an excellent job. Her massage room is very aesthetically pleasing with soft lighting and soothing music. I am very happy I discovered her and this parlor and I will be returning often. The massage parlor is very neat and clean and there is ample parking available behind the Salon.
I got microblading done by Marissa. She explained the whole process to me and did a beautiful job. I felt so comfortable and welcomed in a beautiful salon. Very professional. Would definitely recommend!!!!
I would give this place five stars, but my nail experience wasnt the greatest... a full set of acrylics took almost two hours, they were very thin, separated from my real nail just hours later and broke less than a week after they were done. What a bummer.As for hair - I definitely recommend this place! Mariana is a fantastic colorist and stylist! I will definitely be back for my hair!
Marissa is excellent for microblading!! I am love with my brows! Highly recommend! She’s very patient, explains the whole process and even is available after during the weeks of healing for questions!!
Thank you for such great service. I took my 21 year old son with autism in for dermaplane treatment and Ms. Kiera was great. She kept him calm and relaxed the whole way through, as he is not very comfortable with people touching him. She was gentle, environment was calming and relaxing, clean and organized. Thank you again.
I went to Kat a few times for my nails. She does a good job, but her customer service is terrible. Oversleeping and cancelling appointments at the last minute without even being apologetic, although youll get charged if you do that. Seemed cool enough in person, but gave off the attitude as if she could care less about having my business, so Ill be taking it elsewhere.
West Park Beauty Salon is a beautiful little salon right in Kamms Corner. My stylist, Alex, is the best stylist Ive ever had and I will never go to another! She always takes care of me. She makes me more and more beautiful every time I see her! She makes me coffee too, which is a huge plus. 10 stars if I could!
Marissa L did my eyebrows, and let me just say— I am beyond amazed. They are perfect. She provided me with a step by step process and step by step healing process. Completely painless and completely amazing.
My best friend scheduled Mani pettis for us for the night before her wedding and we all had a great experience! They did a wonderful job and were very friendly and accommodating. We all had so much fun! I would def recommend this place and if Im ever in the area again will be going back!

Got my hair done for an event by Mariana and it was beautiful! Missy did my makeup and it was flawless. And it didn’t run or smudge the entire event! These ladies are absolutely amazing and extremely talented!

2022-03-02BEST AROUND! I’ve been seeing Mariana for 2+ years and find her skills to be unmatched. I transitioned from natural dark brown hair with grays to a beautiful vibrant blonde. I’ve tried the silver tone as well and it was beautiful. She’s professional and personable. Over the last few years our few hours together once a month have created an amazing friendship. The coloring and style she completes is a masterpiece each time. She’s also styled my hair for a party and was so creative and fun which matches my personality! I recommend this salon to everyone I know.Warning- their location is in the heart of West Park, arrive early due to limited parking. Plenty of space for parking in Kamm’s Plaza but give yourself a few extra minutes.

2022-05-05I went in December to have microblading done by Shawna Nardell this service was supposed to come with a touch up in 6-8 weeks. I reached out multiple times to have this set up. She however ghosted. No explanation no offering of even a partial refund just simply ignored all efforts to complete the service in which I paid for. This place clearly hires people that are not professional in the least bit. Shawna was just out to scam someone and that is clearly what she did.

2021-05-24Alex is AMAZING! I had my makeup trial for my wedding yesterday with her and it was beyond any expectations I had. I had to make an early appointment as my wedding shower was in the early afternoon and she was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to create it but 100 times better. I got so many compliments on my makeup and it lasted all day/night without any issues. I am recommending her to anyone and everyone. I cannot wait to see her again for my wedding makeup!!

2018-05-11I hate to post bad things about places on reviews, but this one has me really concerned with the hair stylists that work here. I went in yesterday to have my hair cut - asked for a simple trim, no more than 2 inches off, and layers in the front. Instead, what I received was a hole in the back of my hair. The girl used hair thinning scissors to cut my hair and now there is a huge gap. See picture.Everything is uneven and I am absolutely shocked. Dino Palmieri is redoing my hair and they said I am going to need hair extensions to fill the entire layer of hair that got chopped out of my head. Needless to say, I will never return.

2021-09-12Salon is unattractive. Certainly not a place to relax. Stylist was inexperienced with no one helping her. She changed my hair color without asking. I was told no one is vaccinated. She brought her daughter to work. The place is just not clean. Such a disappointment. No one answers the phone.
