I see all these reviews on how they are super fast and friendly... when theyre not . Line are always long, it takes for ever just to order. Once you get to order no matter who is taking it they always have an attitude. If there was another Wendys in the area Id go to that one.
Salads are Supposed to be made fresh daily. Never seem to get the food right when we do drive thru and ordered a salad to have it chock full of brown and wilted slimy leaves. Have yet to get a response from management about my complaint. Customer service was rude and wouldnt put a manager on the phone 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break spent sitting in drive thru waiting to get this... Ordered along with a spicy chicken sandwich that was dripping with grease I would ring it out.
They don’t always mess up my order that’s why I gave 3 stars instead of 1, but the last couple times there was something wrong. Me and my husband went a little bit ago and they gave him a completely different burger, and on mine I asked for extra cheese and no onion, but was charged for the cheese, but given no cheese at all on it and there was onion on it. It was also room temperature. Sadly we didn’t notice this stuff until we got home
They never get the order right. Got my food and checked the bag as we always do and had 4things missing from meals and they never offer a receipt and theyre very nasty about it if you ask for one. Which if someone is spending money you give them a receipt doesnt matter if its $1 or $50 thats why the machine prints one with every transaction. The service here has been terrible for more then a few months now so we stopped spending our money here tried to give them another chance and the service is still just as bad smh I wont be back do better Wendys
Worst experience at this location. The drive thru line was long, so I went inside. Another customer was there before me and we waited a good 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. The workers seemed unorganized. While waiting for my order, a drive thru customer came in. His order was completely wrong. The staff stared at him. He asked for his money back and politely placed his bag on the counter. After waiting for a manager to never come, he stated keep the money and the food, and left. The girl out the counter said he could have at least thrown the bag away. I didnt understand how she couldnt understand the customers experience. Meanwhile, my order was correct, but cold as soon as she handed it to me. I just went home and reheated my food rather than deal with the employees.
This place sucked.. they could not get my order right. Repeatedly. I asked for plain wings with sauce on the side. They sauced them anyway. I tried to eat them but they were too hot. I asked them to replace them and they had an attitude that I wanted them the way I wanted them. Anyway 45 minutes later I didn’t even eat them. They were cooked to hard 😞
Worst experience i’ve had at a wendy’s. we ordered curbside and didn’t receive our order. after 15 minutes we finally decided to go through drive thru and see what was up and they said there was nothing they could do (even tho we were still charged for our food and had the receipt with us). customer service was horrible and they didn’t give us our food or offer us a refund. we will not be returning here take my word and go to mcdonald’s
Worst Wendy’s Experience. We waited to order for about 10 minutes. When we finally did, the cashier (her name is Shanaya or something close to that) was HORRIBLE. Not only did she laugh at my wife’s speech impediment (My wife is a person who stutters), she also walked away in the middle of me ordering my food and started doing something else (locking the door?). We asked “do we get to finish our order?” and we were just stared at. We walked out with no food. It was absolutely ridiculous.
I ordered a full-size southwestern grilled chicken salad not realizing that they now come in a clear bowl that is the same depth as the lid. The price is still the same as their previous salad’s which came in a black bowl with clear lid which was deeper. Less salad, same price. Not worth the cost.
When I ordered, the girl stared at me with dead eyes, clearly not listening. Then she gave me the wrong size cups. Then they forgot part of my order, and when I came back to get it they just stood there talking to each other and chatting and laughing not a single person asked if I needed help. This has to be one of the most poorly run Wendys joints that Ive ever been to. The manager had an airpod in one ear and the headset on the other so they all had to shout to hear each other. Other people had come back in from the drive thru to get stuff they forgot. A worker had her kids hanging around taking stuff from off the counter. My burger was dry and the bun was stale.
Well this is I believe my first visit here since covid... Now because of this location it stays fairly busy, so I would not think that I would get 2 COLD FEATUTED BOURBON BACON CHEESEBURGERS 🤬 5.69 each, & like I said fairy busy.... so at 1030pm when I pulled around the building too many cars to wait or I wouldve returned the whole order
Forgot the chicken nuggets for our kids meal of chicken nuggets. Dont listen to your order that aamme order they couldnt listen to the condiments or items we didnt want. 🙄 get a grip and listen to the order. Its fast food but if you cant listen fast ask again and slow down.
Ordered delivery and got a 10 piece nugget. Showed up and there was two nuggets missing with the bag wide open. Doesnt seal the bag for delivery.Other times when picking up, they mixed up order items or just plain forgot them. Have also received soggy fries and salt-less fries.
Wendys usually delivers great, fast service and good food, but my last 3 visits to this location has lacking! A late night order to include a spicy chicken sandwich was really tough, like it wasnt done, the fries were old, just not good. Yesterday my husband ordered a triple bacconator, only to get no bacon! He was impressed with the presentation & everything, but we called to complain about the key thing missing & was told it would be replaced, go back today to get the replacement...NO BACON 😆 Although they have again offered to replace it.
I like Wendys, there food is generally better than most. Tho, the last visit I was there. We added cheese and bacon to some sandwiches and they completely forgot it. Had to go back in. They ended up giving us the bacon and cheese in a side container for our sandwiches upon request. We asked paid for the extra cheese and bacon. So technically, they owed it to us anyway. Generally, always friendly.
Got there early for breakfast. Checked Google to see when they open, 630am. Waited until opening time to go back through drive thru line. The workers inside the restaurant saw me. They looked right at me. Somebody even came out and turned the menu to breakfast. All ignoring my presence. These people in the service industry who could not care less about service dont know or care about the impact they are having on customers. Id call a manager but Im sure they are in there as well, not caring. Also, I no longer call to get results as nobody cares right up to to top level management. Nothing seems to change and I am not interested in free food. I simply want what I pay for.
Placed my order Mobile. Took absolutely forever to get food and half my order sat on tray and went cold. I am only giving 2 stars because they did proactively switch the fries for fresh once they had my order ready. They were very busy at drive thru and I would have had no problem being patient except that no one was moving with any sense of urgency. They actually had plenty of crew but a couple were literally just standing around. I worked in food for over ten years and have never seen a team so busy work so slow and not give a rats behind about customers. The highlight of my visit was leaving.
Used the app to order free chicken sandwich with any purchase. Ended up paying for chicken sandwich anyways. I ordered no tomato extra pickles. Of course sandwich had tomato and no pickles. It took over 10 minutes of them trying to figure out how to refund money for sandwich, which they couldnt do so instead, gave me another sandwich with tomato. I am allergic to tomatoes. Couldnt eat either sandwich. Called store 5 times phone rang 2 minutes each time no one would answer my call
This is our local Wendys and its usually a good place to eat. However our first visit during the pandemic we each got a salad. My wife got a chicken pecan but got no pecans...mine was a southwest chicken avocado and I did find a dab of mashed avacado. Dont know how soon well be back
Stopped here just before a lunch rush in the middle of a long day of traveling. Food was hot, restaurant was clean and my order came out relatively quickly. Only issue was that the order was put together a little sloppily and the staff didnt seem happy to be there- they werent rude but also werent friendly.
We ordered the 4 for 4 meal and we asked for spicy chicken nuggets and they gave us regular chicken nuggets, we asked for a medium fry and they didnt even put that in there. We also asked for a Cheeseburger which they gave us a chicken sandwich, they gave 2 extra chicken nuggets. We came back and the staff was very rude. She didnt even let us finish talking she just said Second Window we will never be coming back to this Wendys ever again. Train your staff how to get things correct. This happens everytime we go to this location. We wont be coming back. At least you got the frostys right surprisingly.
Excellent fast food, great price, served quickly. Food was served quickly piping hot and salads cold and crisp. Chicken done right and burgers tasty and fresh. Restaurant was clean and restrooms as well. Employees were upbeat and willing to make our visit a good one. Well return here when in the area. A refreshing fast food experience.
I ordered two breakfast combos on Jul 17 th, 2020. I asked for a breakfast granola bar as my side. The young lady entered two breakfast potatoes and charged me for an oatmeal bar. When I asked her to correct the order she informed me you could only get potatoes as your side and I would have to buy the breakfast granola bar.. After I received my order I pulled over to call And speak with the manager and I believe the same young lady answered the phone when I explained that even on Wendy’s website you get to choose breakfast sides she informed me that I would have to speak with Passion the general manager in the afternoon when she arrived. She also didn’t put a receipt in the bags so I would have info for survey and her cashier number. With that said If your managers are not allowed to follow corprate policy, correct orders or provide customer service why are they there?
Im not quite sure how hard it is to count to the number four, but apparently when you order a four piece nugget you get three nuggets and one little shriveled french fry. The person taking my order was rude, or I wouldnt have bothered complaining about a single nugget.
The only Wendys I go to. Never had any issues at this location and the food is always fresh.*Edit: Ive been going to this location for over 10 years. Within the past 2 months or so, the drive-thru service is HORRIBLE. If their order taker would stop interrupting, they might actually hear the order correctly. Still love the food but your drive thru needs help
Poor Service. Got home like normal half your order. WALKED in and the manager ASHLEY was on the phone WONDERING who was coming to visit her. Then had a attitude and laughed when i asked someone who the manager was because the little girl that helped showed me that she was a better representation of a employee then the manager... Disgusting.
Very slow. The line was wrapped around the building inside and out due to slowness and the staff not seeming to know what they were doing and carelessness as if we had all day. I waited over 20 mins in line for a kids meal and nuggets. Several orders were returned due to errors which made the wait longer. I also witnessed the manager wipe her nose with the back of her ungloved hand several times as she was gathering and bagging food.
This place is disgusting. I had ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches where one was overcooked so hard you cant even bite into it and the second one was frozen in the middle!! ... the french fries literally tasted like rubber bands and was so gross ...I will never go back to this Wendys again
I used to only get my salads at Wendys if I wanted something semi-healthy from a fast food chain, because theirs had better quality ingredients than the others. I just spent almost $5 on a half sized salad, and it was mainly iceberg lettuce,a dab of avacado mush, some sprinkles of bacon, cheese, and tomatoes, and a small portion of chicken. It seems like the more money these companies rake in, the worse they get!! Sadly disappointed :(
Ask for salad with no chicken. Of course it came with chicken. I would have just taken it off, but it was so greasy that it ruined all of the lettuce under it and all around it. So I got a replacement. No chicken this time but in general it was not a good salad. The avocado was actually guacamole that tasted bitter and bad. And the lettuce was wilted and bad also. I havent been to Wendys in several years, and now I remember why!
Went threw the drive thru and ordered a significant amount of food, (I had family in the car with me). We paid when reaching the 1st drive thru window, approached the 2nd window to receive our food and was greeted very professionally. We were handed our food in a bigger carryout bag. To our surprise, each one of the orders I placed was individually in their own bag. There was no shuffling through the bag to distribute each persons food , each bag had the correct condiments that we had asked for, and most importantly, our order was correct, fresh, and ready by the time we reached the window. This Wendys was professional, had great customer service, and great fresh food. I eat here regularly, always forget to post a review, however each visit I have here, no matter if its its dine-in or drive thru, its always the same. Thank you for such another great experience.
I visited on 1/22/18 and I went inside to get my food and use the rest room. The bathroom was clean and the parking lot and side walk looked clean. The food was okay and warm. The wait was a bit longer then I think it should have been for as many people ordering. Also the soda machine looks bad. Just beat up and unkept.
I came to wendys and ordered a number 10. When I got my fries they was cold, but when i got my chicken sandwich is was also cold. When You serving chicken it must be 165°F. Because bacteria can grow inside of the chicken. When I got my chicken sandwich It was 102°. But what makes this even worse is the managers ( Ashley Carter) server me the cold food. She have to take classes to become a manager, and she knows that serving chicken under 165°F can make someone sick, and or die.. This is my worst Wendys experience ever!!!
This Wendys is awful! They cant seem to get your order right. Dont care for cheese on my burger....order it clearly stating no cheese ....get home and there is cheese on the burger. I should know better. Guess I have to pull over every time I exit the drive thru and check my order! Maybe you should call yourselves Wendys old fashioned CHEESEBURGERS! I dont understand what is so hard about getting orders right at this store!!!! You are awful at your job!!
We went to the drive thru to order our meal. The Daves double was very greasy and the bottom bun was too soggy to enable me to even pick it up. The Bacinator cost more than the double - for two half slices of bacon. I asked for onions in the chili, and got one small sliver. No condiments were offered or given. We asked for no ice in two of our beverages but our request was ignored.On a positive note, the fries were good and the iced tea was fresh.
Best Wendys in the Youngstown area. Wait times are usually minimal, food is always hot and fresh, and you can tell by the employees attitudes that they are happy working here. Most Wendys restaurants are 4 or 3 stars (save for the one in Austintown on Mahoning Avenue, went 3 times and never again, they got a 1 star, so I wouldnt recommend anyone going to that branch). Never have any problems with this one.
Every time I come I get my food quickly and thats more I can say for most fast food places. I even get a tray every time when I come here. Passion being a general manager actually is at the register most of the time and thats another rarity not seen often in fast food.
Way overpriced mediocre greasy food. Rude and lazy employees. My girlfriend ordered our food and watched them finish up our burgers and place them to be givin to us, the employees that work there where Goofing around. the cook had to tell them that our food wasand had been ready! Sorry Wendy. Youre slipping down to McDonalds level..
Ordered a triple baconator. No bacon what so ever. It has lettuce tomatoes onion and pickles. Went to the counter told them no bacon. She asked if I wanted them to remake it I said no ill just take the bacon. I get 2 pieces of bacon. 2 pieces!!! I dont even work there and I know you get 6. No apologies. Nothing. Never again!!!
I had to ask to be waited on. counter person was asked to help complete orders for the drive thru instead of working the counter. I waited almost 5 min at the counter before asking. food was ok. too bad people at the drive thru get served before people at the counter.
When u give your order and they repeat the order....you then still receive the incorrect order, no mayo please I request, however u still receive.I am a lover of the spicy chicken sandwich but I will not go back until the spring, maybe Wendys will have it right then😇

2022-05-29We went yesterday. The line took forever when we finally got to order the lady was rude and had an attitude when I pulled to the window I don’t have a lot on my card so I pulled out 4 dollars in change and a dollar and was gonna put the last 3 dollars on my card. I’ve worked on registers like that before you have to put the cash in the system first then the card. She said how much is on this card I told her I’m not sure but not much and I want to use the five dollars in cash first. She looked at me and said sorry I’m making this complicated but I have to do card first. She didn’t want to count the change. It processed of course and went through but now I barely have anything on my card. She had the audacity to look at me and ask do you still want the change like YES that’s my money. Very rude service what would’ve happened if I didn’t have the money on my card. I would’ve been in the negative.

2021-10-10I have never had a bad experience with any Wendys until 10/07/2021 I asked for a bacon cheddar chicken sandwich and this is the meat that was put on the sandwich. One bite and I was immediately disgusted by the dry hard tasting chicken. I called the manager and was told there is nothing wrong with it and it’s supposed to look like that. REALLY? I’ve had the sandwich before and it was juicy, tender and pleasing to the eye. I don’t know what was up with that abomination of apiece of chicken. Every other chicken sandwich Ive had has never been like this one. The manager stated the company did something to all the chicken sandwiches. I’m curious to what happened to serving quality food and if it’s not quality return it or throw it out but definitely don’t serve it to paying customers just to make a dollar. One more incident like this and Wendys will go on my DO NOT PATRON list with mcdonalds!

2022-05-10Got 2 biggie bags for $5 each for my youngest two kids. Did you know for like around a dollar you can upsize your fries and drink in the biggie bag for bigger kids? You can! I did. The guy was very nice.

2022-05-04Hit or miss. Sometimes this place has rude staff. Sometimes they have nice staff. Sometimes their food is hot and fresh, other times it tastes like my sandwich and fries sat under a heat warmer for a day and a half.

2022-06-22The worst experience we’ve ever had. Sat in line for over 30 minutes, our lemonades were clear and tasted like water (strawberry and mango), our fries were ice cold and why? Id we sat in line so long, there’s no reason they should of been cold. Horrible!!!

2022-05-02I was extremely disappointed. Vehicles were wrapped around the entire store to the point that the drive thru was obstructed by people waiting to go through the drive thru. After nearly ten minutes no one had moved so I decided to leave. A truly disheartening experience.

2022-03-17I went through Wendys 3/4/22 on Belmont Ave in Youngstown Ohio- Drive thru to purchase a Triple Cheese and Fry. cashier - John started saying why would a person buy a Triple Cheese with all that cheese, Will clog up your heart and arteries and started laughing. First of all your job is to serve and wait on me. Not to tell me what to buy. This is against company policy and John needs to be fired. I reported it but John is still on the job.The manager act like she didnt know Wendys headquarters number. Hey Wendys is this how you train your employees, How to criticize the customers whenever they purchase your foods. Am sure this is not in your employee handbook. If I could give you a zero I would for the treatment. I received at your drive thru restaurant. I visited Wendys restaurant 2- days before this incident, I gave the young lady at the window a $5.00 tip.
