I never have bad food or service at this one. I recommend it and their prices are not bad at all
Haven’t had an issue here. Service could be a little better but this is one of the better wendys around.
Chicken sandwich was almost meatless. They had forgotten the lettuce tomatoe and cheese as well.
I would highly recommend not getting food from this restaurant Sanitary reasons... Not to mention French fries are half cooked Chicken nuggets are like rubber and I just gave up eating fast food at this point....
Careful ordering through door dash They never give the drivers the right orders! Like start asking who the order is for you know because THE NAME IS ON THE RECIEPT please I am tired of getting the wrong order do better
Seriously love this Wendy’s. Food is always fresh and the hiring manager has done right by the company. We were kinda indecisive with our order but Julian at the 1st window was polite, helpful, and provided much needed comedic relief after a hectic night out. And the manager Anthony was running through orders like a man possessed…this crew and this food is what it’s supposed to be. Thank you to the whole staff.
Long drive thru line. But food was worth the wait. Love their taco salad and baby Frostie you get free with keycard they sell at Christmas time. Good for 1 year. Inside was locked down, so no restrooms.

Staff was working hard. It was about 10:30p, and the y looked to have a skeleton crew. Courteous employees, the order was correct, and it was fresh.
I went here for personal today but I do delivery and the reason Im giving three stars is because the dining is never picked up for delivery driving and it is a pain to go through the drive-through to pick up for delivery it waste a lot of time when I could just come in and pick it up real quick. Because of that I rarely do pickups for Wendys customers it just takes way too much time to go through drive through for that. Time is money for me.

Too bad you cant even eat inside Wendys at 6:45 at night. I am not eager to do drive-thru orders. As usual this order was not correct. We were too far away to drive back to get one of the drinks corrected and get a drink that we paid for but did not receive. The person taking our order had to we had to repeat it time and time again and it still wasnt right when we received the order we didnt get everything we had ordered.
The food is good here. We enjoy the salads greatly. The drive-through for the last year has been fine. We eat at Wendy’s about twice a week. However, sadly the baked potatoes at this particular Wendy’s have usually been subpar. The potatoes are typically yellowish or brownish and dried out. The Wendy’s on Andrews almost always has very good white fluffy baked potatoes. We’ve been coming here for years but If my wife wants a baked potato we typically go to the Wendy’s on Andrews.
Everything online (Google, Corporate Site, etc...) says theyre open until 10. Theres a printed 8.5x11 hanging on the drive-thru that says they close at 9. Even three sign on the door says 10! Menu board is lit up, lights on inside, cars in the parking lot... but this location closes at 9. I wonder if Ill get the money for my app order back. No luck so far because CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THEY CLOSE AT 10!!!
Very disappointed with meal today. Had chicken pretzel pub, chicken tough and super hot while cheese slice was actually cold. Fries were mostly hard ends, no salt and no condiments in bag as requested. Also ordered 3 meals and got one napkin. Very poor drive thru service especially since you cant walk in now.
March 18, 2020 ordered in the app for breakfast. It said order had to be in by 10:22 a.m., which I did. It was placed so it must have been still acceptable, since again it was placed before the deadline. I get there by 10:30. Tell them at the speaker that I placed an order through the app. I was told to hold on, which I waited for 4 minutes. Then I was told to pull up to the first window. They tell me they were all out. Then the manager says we have to call corporate for a refund. Then rudely says how we have to get there sooner. There wasnt anyone waiting to place an order so why couldnt it still be made. The manager has a major attitude problem. I order through the app before the deadline so in all honesty it doesnt matter in my humble opinion what time I actually get there, considering how I already paid for it. It is my problem the food quality wouldnt be on point. Even though it would have only been minutes old. I thought the point of also ordering through the app was so the food would be ready when you get there. Why wasnt the food ready? None of it makes sense to me. I again paid money so why is there no option for some other choice of food? The breakfast food should have still been what I received since I ordered and paid for it. I was there by 10:30 either way. That is beyond frustrating and rude. I get no food but I am charged for food. I call corporate and then never had anyone get back to me. It is now going on the 21st of March 2020. I shouldnt have to beg for my money back. UPDATE 09-12-2020 Where do I begin?...Drive-thru is so slow. Fries for the longest time now are ALWAYS undercooked. App never works when they offer in app free with purchase and you pay on there. It always says card didnt go through but that same card will work at the window. The employees are less than friendly. They had an issue with the register the other night and didnt care they were messing with people. Why couldnt they use the front of the stores register? How do you tell a person you cant take their order because register is messed up? There is always something about this place.
Everyone who was working on Feb 20th around 2:00 PM deserves a raise. Service was so fast even with a long line.
The best Wendys burger... Most of Wendys burgers I would rate 2 or 2.5, not this place they taste like they used to when Dave Thomas would check on the vendor himself. There was another equal around or in Avon, that we would hit coming back from Michigan.
Although we had a longer wait in the drive thru we had pleasant customer service and the order made right. The fries were hot as promised.
This Wendys is generally pretty fast, the staff is very friendly. My biggest complaint is the fries not being salted, but thats just my own preference.
This Wendys is great, they almost never make a mistake, their food is consistent and great, and their staff is super friendly. There a young woman whos been working the payment window later in the evening recently who is super friendly. Shes constantly trying to get me to so a survey which is a little annoying but I know she is only doing her job. I think this review holds a lot more weight than some internal metrics thats often manipulated and inaccurate.Thanks again Wendys in Painesville for offering quality food at a fast pace.
Mangement and staff cant handle a simple line of customers. They messes up most peoples order and cant make the orders in a tamely fashion for a line this size. Nit only was the wait insanely long but the food was terrible quality and took another light year to fix the orders.. Definitely needs to hire a completely diffrent staff who are AT LEAST FRIENDLY! Definitely will not be going back to this location💯
I was told to pull to the second window for a order for someone else and when I pulled the second window they told me I had to start back over and get back in line because I dont got out of order. When I pulled back up to the second window the second time around she told me I didnt have to go all the way around I could have just pulled back behind the car I bypassed the first time... I will not be going here again.
Every time Wendys has something really good on there menu theyre either out of it or theyve discontinued it!😡 Plus if a customer calls, speaks to Wendys mngt, ask what time they close . . . Its probably not a good call for the Wendys mngt to close early at the location that the customer called,& on the same night that the customer called! By the way, heres a clue for mngt @ the early closing Wendys: next time suggest to the customer the Wendys that is 20 minutes away, that doesnt close for a couple hours later, in the neighboring town, instead of suggesting that they go to a different place & telling the customer that you cant help , oh well.🤷🏻♂️
Order delivery through Uber eats first they took forever to get her the food and complete the order otherwise it wasn’t bad just took long
Solid service and reliable food. Made a series of special orders at the drive thru and the food came out as requested. The food was fresh and tasty. My last few visits mirror the positive experience of this trip. If I was to be critical the parking lot is a mess and getting out of this location is stressful.
Paid nearly $10 for a meal that didnt have the quality of a $10 meal. The large fries were the size of a medium or small, and wasnt filled like a large. The fries werent fresh and were a little on the cold side. The chicken sandwich I ordered was supposed to be without mayo and add cheese. They forgot to take off the mayo and the chicken tasted like it was sitting out for awhile.
Its okay. Alot of confusement with google times and the new sign they just recently at the last minute put up. Need huge improvement on customer service and serving the community.Food alright but could also use improvement with the staff and making sure food is out in a timely manner.
Usually have a good experience at this Wendy’s. Nice, fast service. Today I had the worst service. The cashier, Robyn, was so rude. She didn’t even greet me. She kept asking is that it all after everything in an impatient tone. She got my order wrong and when I asked for the correct order she rolled her eyes. She gave me 5 nuggets instead of 6. By that time I didn’t feel like dealing with Robyn’s attitude. Honestly a nice Wendy’s but avoid the rude girl.
I usually go drive thru and I never have a problem but I decided to go in store. The cashier was standing in front of the register ready to take my order and I told her I wasn’t ready. She started to reply with “ Or not ready” with a dirty look. I told her my order and explained I had a coupon. She proceeded to roll her eyes when I told her. She wasn’t patient waiting for me to pull it up even tho I had it already. I paid for purchase and she gave me another dirty look when she gave the receipt. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or just had a bad attitude in general. She might need training on how to be polite to customers or just people in general.
Good service. Higher quality food compared to most fast food.Meals are automatically in the small size. If you are eating in, this is not an issue because you can get plenty of refills from their soda dispenser. (Coke brand with Dr. Pepper and many flavors of all.)
Very terrible service due to lack of staff and no customer service 😞 the frosty are such a mess they give them to u running all over everything melted just very not worth your time and money slow service 🙄 just need to get better customer service skills why sell me something u not going to buy

I want to offer my sincere thanks to the employees of this Wendys. They were kind enough to make an exception to their walk-up policy at the drive thru for me as a semi-truck driver during the pandemic. Beyond that, I think that I had the opportunity to meet nearly everyone who was working, and they were each very friendly. 🥰
Just renovated. This Wendys was completely redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up. The new restaurant has a very modern look with free wifi. The staff is friendly and the food is good for fast food. I love the Coca Cola Freestyle machines. Hopefully this rebuilt Wendys maintains the new enthusiasm and quality that lacked when they were in the old building.UPDATE - taking back my stars. Despite the effort to remodel, this place has went back its old ways. Food is absolutely NASTY. Wife got a grilled chicken wrap and it was a tortilla with a chicken nugget on it. My son didnt fair much better with his sandwich. Go dig in a garbage can if youre hungry, youll be happier than stopping here. This is the Wendys that has caused me to hate the chain.
Seriously, the lady over the com has an attitude. Answering “yes” “no”... and just doesn’t care. Even when I said thank you, she said nothing. Just rude! She is probably the same worker described in an earlier post. I’ve worked in fast food and it’s a pain. But I always gave the best customer service. So lady, if you’re reading this, get over yourself, develop some customer service skills, and find a new job that won’t make you such a miserable human being

Yeah I know its Wendys and fast food, but the food is prepared with less care than normal. Consistently get wilted salads or really sloppy burgers.They are usually pretty quick though, but more than normal for a fast food joint the employees seemed totally drained or dont care? Ive had multiple vists where they dont even say anything, just reach out, hand you food and close the window.The wendys over on 615 is much better.
Sandy is an excellent hostess. Food was great! Service was good. Id go back. The new restaurant even have a good mix of hard seats and soft seats for old people. They have a small TV lounge and clean restrooms. ;)
Then foid was cold cheeseburgers looked like they put a slice of cheese on the cold hamburger. the employee was very nice n service was fast in the drive but I would of preferred a warm lunch
Good drive through service. Ate inside last week and one of the drink machines and a ketchup dispenser were not working. More attention needed to this area by the workers. Much talking going on in the food prep areas.
Best fast food place in the area, beats any nearby McDonalds, Burger King and even Steak N Shake. Food is always fresh, better variety over the other chains. Staff is awesome, very friendly, and fast. Love this Wendys!

Tired of getting pieces of plastic bag in my chili. Forgot 10 piece nuggets. Got Jr cheese burger instead of bacon double. Had to fight for a refund. Time to go to Chardon.
Their system was down and we just waited and the girl was so sweet and apologetic about their system but we wanted Wendys so it was worth the wait.
Usual fast food fare. I never have issues with quality or speed of service at this location. Its been renovated from the ground up in past few years. Very nice job as Ive been going there since the late 80s & 90s.

Handled an extremely rude customer very very well.she wanted everything fresh she returned 3 of her burgers...and wanted cookies,that would take 45mins,because she wanted them fresh too.had a sweet child,but he kept getting hit,do then he would cry.the group was a nightmare and he kept his cool! Drive through girl only said 2 words of me and I could barely hear her. Even at the window to pay, she only said okay and pointed to the next window... 1 of 2 burgers was to have no onion...we had to pick them off, the other burger was fine as was the fries and drink. I attribute the onion error to the drive through person, food window guy was brief but fine.
I was just there and with my aunt in the drive thru and both employees that helped us were so rude and short. If you hate your job its not the customers fault. Dont be rude on of the employees didnt even say 1 word no hi or anything and pretty much just shoved our bag at us and acted like it was a hassle when we asked for sauce. The girl working the drive thru was no better.
Got two spicey chickens, 10 pcs nuggets and fries. Everything was really good! I work in Eastlake and the Wendys on Vine Street needs to stop at this Painesville Wendys and eat. Their chicken sandwiches are absolutely horible. I keep trying them hoping it is just a fluke. Nope always horible. I went here at lunch time at the place was busy as usual. However, service at the drive thru was fast and my chicken sandwich was delicious.
First my order was wrong, then Imanni was at the window I let him know there was supposed to be 2 sandwiches and I only had one. He clearly was annoyed, told me they only make fresh sandwiches and it would take awhile. Told me the price and I paid. I get my sandwich and he loudly says to another employee hurry up and get this crazy lady out of here I respond did he really just say that seriously??? Ummm I can hear you.....he proceeded to ignore me. Great food, great service. Love the fruit tea drinks and the new drink machine that lets you choose over 150 drinks. Outdoor seating area is great during warm weather months with umbrellas for shade.
Disappointed on the chicken selection. Need more choices. They used to have a really good jalapeno chicken sandwich but now they dont.
After waiting quite some time as a couple ordered a full dinner meal. And the young man took their order and also filled their order. It was finally my turn. I ordered two frosties to go. I paid in two quarters 4 dimes + 2 nickels, which, he couldnt seem to grasp the concept of adding and counting. He then proceeded to take the order of the two elderly ladies behind me. I asked him if he was the one who was supposed to fill my order and he said yeah, Ill do it after I take this order. I was stunned. He drug his feet about. I actually looked over the counter to see why he was shuffling about or what he was wearing that was making the shuffling sound. He had on high top sneakers that were not tied.. He continued to yawn with his mouth wide open over and over and over again. I believe that someone with authority should have told him to pick up his feet, tie his shoes, stop yawning in front of the customers with wide opened mouth. And maybe pretend to care a little bit or have a little get up and go as he is working in customer service.

This Wendys always messes up my orders or puts wayyy to much sauce on burgers.. the girls that does the drive thru is also very cranky and always seems to have an attitude... But the manager makes it right when something isnt right.

Have been getting salads from Wendys in Painesville on Mentor Ave and whoever works the evening shift is not doing a great job. Three times I have been getting my salads without what is supposed to be in there; for example-avocados, less chicken, no dressing, no almonds etc. I am not going to buy salads from this Wendys again.

Rude rude rude manager. I ordered an apple pecan salad and received no pecans. When I spoke with the manager she could not have been more rude. While she offered to send me some coupons, she was non-apologetic and dismissive. She ultimately hung up on me before was able to secure the coupons and refused to answer the phone thereafter. I wont return to this Wendys, not because of the mistake made but because of this very very rude store manager.

Wendys reminds me of fiveguys. I like their food. They have an amazing four for $4.00, a burger, fries, drink and 4 chicken nuggets. Pretty Good! Other burgers can get pretty expensive but its good. Also has a pretty good amount of options, great to take kids to. I recommend for anybody, most also deliever with doordash and have a drive through! Its convenient and affordable depending on what you get. They have great bacon, they also sell frosts and are amazing, I like dipping my fries In it lol ! Great over all!
My order was incorrect when I got home and after a quick call, I was mailed a voucher for the item. Always fast service with a smile for those days you dont want to cook.

I ordered a double stack with bacon,lettuce,tomato and onion. The first one thay put cheese on it second time thay put a pickle on it 3rd time thay finally got it right if thay wouldn’t have I was gonna run back and make my own.

Do not go, the service is slow, the food was cold, to much playing among staff, not enough customer service, no stars should be given, staff need to be retrained or get staff that want to work, this from top to bottom, management included. Worse service ever, went to pay with 3 one dollar coins and they refused to accept legal US tender. No signs posted about not taking one dollar coins, they just refused to accept my money. Very un-American avoid at all costs.

On Dec.22 2017 I went to Wendys at 1:17 in the morning to get food.. After a longs days of work.. But I guess their closed but google said open til 2. .. I see 3 women in there just looking at us shaking their head like really what does that mean communication should have been used since we drove all the way up there under the influence of them being open... I will never eat at painesville Wendys again

2022-05-02Burgers are some of the best Wendys burgers around. Usually they are moist and juicy like they should be so often they arent that way anymore. My complaint though is with the fries. They never fill the container. A medium I bought was just half full.

2022-09-08The wait in the drive-thru is long/delayed as they are short staffed (as is many places after Covid). However, the food is of similar quality as before & the take-out cashiers are always extra polite/chatty.

2022-07-14Constantly changing the hours that there open this has been happening for Wendys! How about posting the hours out front? They used to be open until 1am there slogan was Eat Great even Late on tv. They were open till 1am for 2 months on certain days then recently they were open until 1am 7 nights a week. I stopped there last night at 12:10 am all of the lights were on went to the drive thru intercom waited nothing so I drove through to the pickup windows there were workers inside but they were closed? I then went onto the website sure enough it said Closed at 7pm everyday now? Ridiculous hours I would stop there after work I work till 12 am but thats gone now! Thanks Wendys!

2022-04-29Theyre great when theyre open. But when they are randomly closed and you dont know it, and you wasted your time driving across town to get there... its kind of annoying. It certainly would be nice if there was a sign. Basic info for customers...

2022-03-22I just sat in line for 15 minutes thinking the guy in front was ordering the menu. Nope. Got up to the ordering sceen and although they were open and everything was on no one ever said anything over the speaker. After waiting for several minutes I thought maybe the speaker wasn’t working so I pulled up to the window to watch the workers inside see me and completely ignore me. Wouldn’t come to the window or say a word. The line that had been in front and was behind was long too. If I were the owner I would be as furious as I am as a customer. Horrible

2016-07-08This Wendys is relatively quick, but the food was so fresh it was worth the wait. Everyone I saw in line had a similar wait of about 4-7 minutes. But the girls up front were very friendly, so it didnt make the wait feel so bad. The interior is unique, and pretty hip for a Wendys. There were stone patterns and fake grass, wood floors, an outdoor eating area, and even a fireplace! The drive thru will probably be pretty slow though here, so I recommend just going inside.
