Love this Wendy’s. Its the only one that is ever consistent in their hours and open late! The only part of my order they’ve ever messed up is sauces which is not a big deal and the food is always hot and fresh! Gone for breakfast lunch and late night runs probably close to hundreds of times now and only had meh staff maybe once or twice. Ive never been inside but the only times I’ve had to wait in the drive through line were at peak times or when the person in front of me orders bags and bags of food and even then the wait is not ever very long.
EDIT: There is literally mold on that bun that I almost ate. The reply from the owner is ridiculous.Extremely disappointed at the speed of service. It’s around midnight and I have been sitting in the drive-through line way to long. I thought this was suppose to be fast food? No apology for the wait. It’s not slammed so I don’t understand WHAT TOOK SO LONG. And then the food.... old. Very obvious the fries were old, Luke warm started to get hard. The jr cheeseburger was also old, the cheese wasn’t even “melted” on the burger anymore. Not what I went or paid for. Not to mention the mold....... that is clearly visible in the picture.
This locations drive thru is open until midnight, I pulled into the drive thru line a little after 11pm, there were 4 cars ahead of me, not moving at all. When it was finally my turn to place my order at the speaker, I heard silence, no one greeted me or asked me to hold on for a moment, or anything. The silence continued for about 8-10 minutes, I just sat there waiting because I figured they were very busy and trying to catch up with orders. I started saying Hello, are you guys okay in there? Everyone alive? Are you open? No reply. Another couple of minutes went by and I was done being patient, there were about 4 or 5 other cars waiting behind me. I turned around the drive thru curve and there were NO other cars in front of me. I pulled up to the window where a man who looked very annoyed to see me took his time to begrudgingly open the window. He told me they were changing out the register drawer and the young man who was working drive thru took his headset off. I dont know if this man was a manager, but a manager should always have a headset on regardless of who else is on drive thru. And a manager should never blame an employee, the manager is there to make sure everything is running smoothly. They took their time changing out the cash drawer and left me sitting at the window for another few minutes, and when he finally asked me what I wanted, I said I wont be ordering anything. I told him I hope that in the future, if theyre very busy doing something on the inside, they would at least greet the customer at the speaker and ask them to please hold on a moment. They had a long line of cars waiting for nearly 20 minutes while a staff of at least 4 (from whom I saw at the window) were completely ignoring the drive thru. The man I spoke with at the window was rude and unprofessional. I understand fast food jobs can suck, but if youre working in the customer service industry, greet your customers and communicate with them in a professional manner, or get a different job that you dont hate.
The young man at the register was told by an elderly couple that the floor was slippery. So he mopped. But proceeded to bag peoples food. I whispered to him to go wash his hands. He said sorry but thank you. It did seem to be only 3 people working. The cook, drive the and 1 up front.
Typical Wendys location. My group had several different items for lunch and ate in the restaurant. Everyone was satisfied. I had the chicken nuggets, fries and soda. Wendys has the best nuggets of any fast food restaurant. Fries are fries to me, I really like fries but dont have any preference other than they should be fresh and these were very fresh. The Coca-Cola Freestyle is great because you can tweak your drink however you like it. Ive had burgers here before and they are really good.The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that Wendys is s little pricier than most fast food. But for the most part worth it because the food is usually fresh.
Got a spicy chicken sandwich..usually really good..but this time it was super thin and I can tell its been sitting for a while....it was terrible..Wendys use to be good..but not so much anymore....I understand lack of employee is a issue....but as long as a person waits indrive-thur.... you think the food would be a little fresh.....
Great place. Dining room closed due to staffing issues, but what do you expect when the federal government will pay you more to stay home and not work. Plus, no different than anywhere else right now. But, the drive through service was super fast and friendly. I was glad their drive through was at least staffed and functioning well. Looked like a clean place. Very good frosties.
Food was hot and service improved. But a horrible parking lot layout for drive thru. After three cars are stacked waiting, parking lot aggression is common since there are two directions to enter the drive thru line. Also hard to back out of parking spaces when drive thru line is lengthy.
They were quick and efficient... Stayed in smooth calm control during the Dinner Rush 😎Wasnt missing anything and was fresh and hot.As for anything Gluten Free.... They Claim the shakes are. So far I have seem to be okay with them along with the Fresh Squeezed Lemonade.Thanks for the Excellent Experience 😀👍🏻
Oh man Wendys used to be so good but not now. I was disappointed in this place to eat. It seemed like not enough help, wasnt clean at all. Their food wasnt that good either. I dont know if covid has anything to do with it. But food places like Wendys here have went down hill. Hopefully it will get back to once where they used to be.
Tried this Wendys for breakfast. Sorry didnt meet expectations. Food was very very bland. The sausage was bland and no flavor. Temperature of food was on the cold side. Was told 2 for 4 promo was over yesterday but the commercials were still running about an hour before on the TV. I do admit there was four pieces of bacon on my sandwiches.
This Wendys is not the greatest. I gave 2 stars because of customer service (and thats only because the lady at the first window in drive thru was super pleasant). Otherwise, this would have been rated a 1 star. Burgers were not made right, lady at the 2nd window tried giving me, the car that was in front of me, their drink. Then she looked confused and mad at me for not talking the drink, fries were cold and soggy. Also, the drive thru speaker wasnt working well cause it was raining. So, I couldnt hear the lady taking my order and she was struggling to hear me causing it to be difficult to order and taking awhile.
Website states drive thru is open until 1:00 am. Got there at 9:30 and they were only serving on line orders or Door Dash orders. I was on my way home from work. There was no way I was going to go on line and order and sit and wait for it to be ready. Hey Wendy’s, if this is how you operate, update your website.
I was the only customer in the lobby of Wendys. I ordered the jalapeño popper salad and it did not come with bacon as the menu clearly lists. I was told it would be 3 minutes for fresh French fries but they were so old and stale they were not edible. They were putting chairs on tables as I was eating...though they stated no rush.Overall Im super disappointed.If I were reading this. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. It’s the closest to my house & every single time I’ve tried to go there has been an issue - credit card machine is down, frosty machine down, my favorite recently has been because a manager didn’t show up or today’s was “closed due to no ownership” whatever that means. I don’t understand how this place is still open, I’ve never once been able to actually get food when I’ve gone. Won’t go again either
Arrived at 10:20 in the drive thru , about 13 minutes just after waiting with no movement and only I car in line I was told we stop serving breakfast at 10:30. Told him I had been in line in plenty of time, he said were out of stuff then turned off the mike. Very disappointed in the attitude and this type of service. We live right behind the store and use it often. Probably not going to be back in the near future.
I love Wendys! The employees are polite and the food was delicious!Nevertheless, I waited for my order so long my wife thought something had gone wrong.When ordering, I had one person in front of me in line and there was a lot of cars in the drive through and I understand Wendys makes all their food fresh to order but the amount of time I had to wait for my order was extreme. I do not get fast food often and it seems to me that I have a lot of choices when deciding where I should go to spend my money. So the next time I go out to eat l will recall how long I had to wait at Wendys and will take that into consideration when deciding where I should go.
I went there in the morning to pick up a doordash. I ordered 3 things and there was no line. They took 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my order done. The young girl at the window was very busy talking to her co workers instead of jumping in and helping get the order out. I am on a delivery scedule and it cuts into my time and money when it takes resturants a long time to provide the order. As a regular customer at Wendys this is the 1st time Ive ever encountered such a bad location.
Ive never been more consistently disappointed by a restaurant. Nothing is ever fresh. Ive taken to never ordering fries as they are simply a waste of money. My last burger was at least a few hours old and a bit burnt. The nuggets were colder than room temperature somehow.
They told me it would be a small wait because their system was down and then they just left me on read. Like Wendy, girl Im not gonna be mad at you if you just tell me you cant get me food. I can take rejection, but were not in highschool anymore Wendy, dont just ghost me.
I was very excited with how quickly their drive thru was moving, as a lot of Wendys do and have excellent service. This reminded me of the one on Cleveland Street in elyria Ohio which is the most efficient and fast paced Wendys I have ever been too, with a superb end product that is fresh and extremely good everytime i get it. This Wendys however is obviously fast because they prepare their food ahead of time. I bought a 4 for 4 and I guess the dr pepper was good. The fries were old and cold, the cheese and patty on the burger was cold, and the top bun of my sandwich was as hard as a rock. Chicken nuggets were old as well. So A+ on the fast service. But that comes with a price...
I enjoy their chilli soup & spicy wrap. Their fries has to be fresh for me to like them. I do kinda like their chicken tenders. Otherwise Im not a big Wendys fan. They remodeled this location so the outside & inside looks way better. Customer service is great & on top of their game. Place is real clean. Keep up the good work
Food is fine, its what you would expect. The service however is really slow. Took me 20 minutes to get a burger and fries, over 10 minutes just to take my order. I came in 2nd in line, it should not take that long. Speed the service up and Id maybe come back, but as of right now I have no reason to come back. I can get better food much faster for an equivalent price
Well it was kind of busy when my grandson and I arrived but they still move pretty fast. Even though we were at the drive-thru it still moved at a pretty good pace. The food is the same as it always is its Wendys 😊 Although they were French fries were a little salty and I asked for no ketchup on my grandsons Burger I guess someone told them to put nothing on it... 😳
This is the last time Ill ever give Wendys my business. North Olmstead always out of something mostly chocolate frosty never have drink carriers. 5 weeks in a row order always lacking or wrong. wait in line to correct and all you get is a wise smart a^%$# answer there are a lot of choices but you are my last
Stopped here while car was being fixed i had my daughter in stroller. We were denied to go into the dining area due to coviid. UNDERSTANDABLE. My child is chanting chicken nuggets. So after walking aimlessly around trying to find a different place to get nuggets. Car was finished. I came back through drive through. I order my food and my daughters. Just got home to realize they forgot chicken nuggets, my sandwhich.. and my fries. CMON!
Just received my ubereats order from here. Basic order—chicken sandwich combo with fries and an unsweetened iced tea and a jr bacon cheeseburger. Aside from the fact that I didn’t get a straw (plenty of napkins though), the chicken sandwich was hard, bacon on the burger was barely cooked (microwaved I’m sure), and the tea DEFINITELY DID NOT taste like iced tea. Maybe a combo of watered down Dr Pepper, coke, and iced tea, but certainly NOT iced tea (it was cola colored as well—most iced tea you can see through). For as much as it cost (yes I could have driven and saved a couple bucks), I would have expected it to be somewhat enjoyable
I actually worked at this location in high school, so Im sympathetic to the trials of working in fast food, but I spent 17 minutes going though the drive thru, after the dinner rush, which is just crazy. It looked like they were having trouble with the register, but I wasnt even acknowledged for at least 3 minutes after pulling up to the window. The entire time I could see my bag of food sitting there, and it was cold when I finally got it. If youve got issues, fine, but open the window and say sorry it will be just a minute, and dont leave my food to get cold!
The employees here are probably the friendliest i have encountered. So they get 4 stars. But wendys i swear their food used to be higher quality. Yes higher quality fast food. I dont know whats happening to them. Still prefer them over mcdonalds or taco bell any day. But it was alays about their quality.
Slow service seems to be the motto of this fast food restaurant. I sat a total of 25 minutes in the drive thru. 20 of it was after I had placed my order. I order 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers, upon receiving them, they lacked both tomato and mayo, is this a new policy? Do I need to request these items in order to receive them on my sandwiches? The girl at the window did not even ask me if I wanted a receipt. She was rude and just shoved my bag of burgers in my face without a have a nice day, dont come back, or I clearly hate my job. I should have asked for one, but smart on her part. That way I cannot fill out a survey that goes directly through the company. But no matter, I will be sending this same review to the company directly. Very disappointed, especially since its the only Wendys between work and home.
The night that we went, we went through the drive through. The line was long and moved incredibly slowly. The staff seemed nice, however I have not waited that long in a drive through in a very long time. The food was of the typical Wendys quality, which was good. Id be interested to go again to see if the service was the same.
Stopped for dinner on a slow Sunday evening. We were the only customers dining in. The food was good, but the recently remodeled lobby was a complete mess with overflowing garbage cans and dirty tables. Not characteristic of my past experiences here. Just a friendly reminder to the staff to keep it together.
If I could give a zero I would. The last 3 times we have been at this local Wendys, service has been awful. This last trip topped the cake. We waited for a $15 drive through order for 23 minutes. No apologies or genuine concern that it was taking so long. Not a soul in the restaurant and only 3 cars ahead of us.
The food was fine, regular fast good. I got 4 for 4 and had to go back In for my drink which had not been given to me. The parking lot is a disaster if you come in the side street however. There were three or 4 people in their cars trying to wedge into the drive thru Lane but as its not the front of the line no one let them in. Service was sort of slow as well.
Drive thru was extremely slow. I was handed a receipt at the drive through for $9+. I was told my total was $5 when I ordered which would make sense because what I ordered was $5. I questioned it and the worker who was probably new had no clue what I was talking about. He also kept taking his hat off and running his fingers through his hair and wiped the sweat off his forehead. *barf*! He then handed me two bags of food neither were mine. I questioned the refund for what I paid and he said he didn’t know what I was talking about. Then the manager from the work area yelled over. Give her 8 cents and she will be squared away. Ummm...How does 8 cents make a $4 difference even. I’m no mathematician, but what?! I took my food and I am disputing the charge with the credit card company because at least they understand I was overcharged. What a disaster zone! Send help to this location! Fish sandwich was not available though it was still being advertised in the dining room. The situation was explained by the cashier as a distributor issue but it was an inconvenience. The other food ordered by my party was hot/ fresh but we dined in and the spaces were filthy. Tables not wiped , condiment station was soiled, and trash was on the floor. We will not be back to this location.
Typical Wendys restaurant. Food is usually pretty decent but this particular location has consistent issue a with messing up my order. Once, they charged me for someone elses order and couldnt properly calculate how to give me my due change (the other persons order was more expensive). They also overcook their fries a lot.
The food and service were fine. There is nowhere to change a baby, however, and I had to do so outside in the back of my SUV. Besides that there seemed to be a conflict between one of the male teen employees and an outside male teen. He was on his phone taking about it in the dining area where we could hear and the manger came and locked the doors. The other teen came to the restaurant but was unable to get in. My kids were a little worried but nothing came of it. Im glad it didnt escalate any further.
Took 15 minutes to get five items. Only received four of them and got charged for all five.Tried to call the store twice, no one answered.Called customer service, they said they would contact the store for me and have them call me back.Seriously? Your store ripped me off and wont answer their phone and your only solution is for me to trust you that theyll call me back?Absolutely unacceptable service on all fronts. If it was possible Id give zero stars. Wendys literally robbed me.
Meh. As far as Wendys go, its pretty middle-of-the road. Nothing stellar to note, no need to tear them a new one. Im not crazy about their location or the drive thru wait, which is why I dont stop in at this one often. But if you prefer a Wendys to other fast food in the area, then this is your joint.If not, pass it up.
I dont know why we keep going here, definitely wont any more. Every time, EVERY TIME, they mess up the order. We only go periodically, and every time I think that they cant possibly get it wrong again. Nope, still messed it up. Its fast food, how can you mess up so much.
Went there tonight and waited 5 minutes and not even one person helped anyone that was in the restaurant they were just worried about taking care of the drive-thru. There was 2 customers that were there before us and the first one must have been waiting a longtime cuz they walked out and the guy wasnt happy at all! We also walked out since they werent going to take anyones order anytime soon! They had plenty of people working they all didnt need to be working the drive-thru!
I have been going to this Wendys for several years because I live nearby. It is one of the only restaurants that I am willing to sit inside and eat because they do maintain their dining area quite well. Its your typical Wendys food but very good for fast food in my opinion. Their burgers are hard to beat in comparison to other fast food places. Definitely my go to place if I am craving a big burger. The parties are fresh and rarely dry. They have a coke freestyle machine that gives you tons of options with drinks. Coke freestyle is one of my personal favorites because of my love for vanilla coke and there really arent many fast food places around here that use these machines. Always a plus trust me! I am not a big fan of their Fruitea drinks though because they are often inconsistently mixed and can range from bitter and rather flavorless or way too much sweetness with a harsh concentrate flavor. They do get it right sometimes of course but I would rather stick to the coke freestyle machine. Bottom line definitely one of the nicer Wendys in the greater Cleveland area. I enjoy their food when I get the chance to splurge. Of course it is fast food so there can be a margin of error but that kind of comes with the territory. They also often employ young teens so I would reccomend at least being slightly more patient. For most of them this is their first job. Rule of thumb with fast food or really any service industry is to be kind even if you are slightly inconvenienced. They will be way more willing to help you if you work with them. No one is perfect but this Wendys is pretty good for a fast food place especially.
Typical Wendys. They seem fairly busy most of the time so it sometimes is kind of messy but you can see them making an effort to keep it clean. Their location makes it difficult sometimes to get in and out because of the weird interesting they are close to. Never had a bad meal or bad service there.
Well, I was sooo looking forward to visiting my favorite Wendys (Instead of McDonalds) after not being able to go for a while. So my hubby and I stopped by about 2 weeks ago and I was kinda disappointed this time around. Theyve made too many changes. Theyve taken out a few good things from the menu AND they took out the dollar menu. I also didnt see the Chili on the menu which was the best Chili Ive ever tasted! I also noticed that the sandwiches are not only smaller but the price went up too. Especially the ones that were on the dollar menu. So yea, Im disappointed. I wish they wouldve left the menu the way it was. Its ok to add a few new things to the menu once in a while but dont take out the FAVORITES!And while we were there, an employee, (I think he was the manager) started arguing out loud with a female employee. He even threatened not to pay her! She didnt deserve that! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL if you ask me! I think well go back to McDonalds.
Clerk gave us the wrong order and I didnt realize it until I got home!! I went back and the manager corrected the order but was very unfriendly and didnt compensate us in any way for my having to come all the way back thru Christmas shopping traffic! Sandwiches were not as good as ones from other Wendys! I had the asiago spicy! I wont go back there ever again!!
Staff is so rude doesn’t care for there customers I watched a old man slip on the slippery floor after the store was called out they proceeded to say the mopping the floor twice and there is nothing they can do with people inside. Yes you can any other place I go to they have people mopping all the time. Definitely will drive out of my way to go to a different Wendy’s. DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. IF YOUR ARE ELDERLY DONT GO INSIDE YOU WILL SLIP AND FALL AND THEY DONT CARE. IT TOOK 10 minutes to find out who the manager was when everyone was just standing there looking around. Wish I could give no stars
We went at lunchtime on a Friday... nightmare right? While waiting on the van with hungry little people and a line so long it curved around the restaurant I was super nervous I might have one of the kids naw my arm off. Wendys was fantastic though!! We zipped through the line, the food was right, hot and yummy, and the staff was pleasant. Great job!! 😁 👌
Waited about 15 minutes in line before deciding to go order inside. All i wanted was a small frosty. I walk in and there are 2 employees sitting on break and about 5 people behind the counter basically standing around. There is one person waiting for their food in line and another just finished placing his. The cashier then walks away and just... Starts talking to the manager (i think?) Whos complaining about i dont even know what.Theyre slow and lazy with no leadership apparently. I wont be back.
Only giving it a 2 because Its Wendys & the food is good but this one in N.O. is not a winner. No matter what time Ive gone the service is so slow. Late at night with only 1 car infront of me in the drive thru or when its the middle of the day and busy. Today we waited over 20 minutes to find that there was no bacon on the jr bacon cheeseburger when we got home. Disappointing. Junior baconless cheeseburger. Probably wont be going back to this Wendys location anytime soon.
1. Stale and old food2. Bad customer serviceI usually go to the one in Westlake, city right by North Olmsted. Their food is fresh and the service is good. North Olmsted Wendys, I try to avoid it. Unfortunately, I had to run into it tonight to use the restroom. What a regret... The service was bottom of the bottom. They had 10% attention to receiving orders. Constant upkeep of chatting was their priority. As expected. the food was poorly prepared. I shouldnt be complaining; it was my fault to get food here in the first place.
Awful experience. I went through the drive-thru as one does with my friend, whom shall only be referred to as Deep Toot henceforth, wanted a fo fah fo. They told us they dont have it anymore and can instead get a biggie bag, which seemed disrespectful to biggie smalls. I wonder they pay him royalties for that. Anyway the bag wasnt even that big and they rude about it. The food was cold and deep toot has sensitive teeth. Also he told them no cheese on his burger and they put extra cheese and hes lack toes in tolerance. He was passing gas the whole night. 10/10 will get taco Bell with deep toot next time.
I ordered 2 taco salads inside that took 22 min to get.I asked for mgr and nobody seems to know who was mgr. Finally a gentleman came over to me looked at my order and then walked away and said get that going.He did not apologize or anything just walked back to making burgers. Dont think Ill be going back there anytime soon.
If i could give less I would have. Stood there for five minutes waiting for our order to be taken or even to be acknowledged by the staff but that didnt happen so we walked out without even placing an order. Yes it was Saturday night and they were busy but a simple hello We will be right with you would have went a long way. Highly disappointed
I only get the chili and the single baconator, since they changed the pickles eww I only opt for baconator.. Now as soon as they get those spicy chicken nuggets and better dipping sauce I might have a better opinion... always ask for fresh when asking for fries and remember salt at car
Rudest and most ignorant Wendy’s I have ever went to. I waited in the drive-thru for 25 mins for one #2 combo plain no bun pickle and mustard. They don’t even appear to know their own sandwiches because a #2 is now a double baconator and what i recieved was a sandwich with no bacon? I then go all the way back and then i tell them i ordered a baconator plain and they give me my sandwich back, but with nothing on it but cheese. I reiterate i ordered a baconator plain therefore it has just cheese and bacon and what i asked for. I then say this receive my sandwich back AGAIN with just bacon and not the other toppings. So for the third time i give her back the sandwich and ask her where the pickle and mustard is and she looks at me and then the MANAGER makes fun of the situation and says “i wonder if we’re going to get it back again?” Maybe if you would have made it right the first time, learned your own menu, and didn’t waste 45 minutes of my time, you wouldn’t have gotten the sandwich back three times. I will NEVER be going back to this establishment as long as they don’t know their own menu and clearly how to listen to what a customer wants. Ridiculous.
Still mad at Wendys for changing their burgers...yeah, yeah, it happened 10 years ago, but those original, juicy, square burgers of yore were da bomb, as the kids say.But I digress. I can almost forgive Wendys because that Peppercorn Mushroom burger with onion straws on top was deeeeelicious! Had one a couple nights ago and want one right now!
First off, DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS! the food is good` but they always get your order wrong. Second, the food is always poorly made. they are SSLLLOOOOWWWW and they always look like you are annoying them. The food looks good. I have been here 3 or for times this summer and they have gotten my order wrong every time. just today i ordered a bacon cheese burger, It was small, they didnt put anything on it, and it was a 15 minute wait. If you are searching for a good place to eat, go right down the road to burger king. or just go across the street to Chipotle. they Never get your order wrong and they are always nice! WENDYS, if you are reading this, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER OR YOULL GO OUT OF BUSINESS!
Most trashiest Wendys EVER!!! Every f*** time I go here there is a long piece of black hair in my food and its nasty as f***. They under cook everything and throw it together like garbage. They hire the most disgusting people and are absolutely disrespectful. I really hope they get shut down, you would be better off eating food out of a dumpster then eating here!!!
Well considering Ive worked on Lorain road for oh boy over a decade ,,I enjoyed that Wendys its just like any other fast food restaurant its all about the people who are working as in the employees and realistically they hire high school students,,, to give them an opportunity see what its like to work and also to give him some MONEY. WHERE IM GOING WITH THIS IS PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES KIDS ESPECIALLY BUT OVERALL THIS WENDYS PROBABLY MY FAVORITE ,
Waited in line for over 40 mins and when asked Christina if the long wait is due to them being understaffed She answered “ sort of “ and closed the window in my face. Can’t even get a “ sorry”. Unfriendly staff along with stale, cold food. Stay away unless you have nothing else planned for the rest of your day.

2022-02-12The drive through went fairly quickly for the number of cars in line. We each had the Daves single combo. It was prepared as we ordered, everything was hot, cheese was melted properly (unlike the cold piece of cheese slapped on a cold sandwich at another Wendys location). The staff was friendly, prompt and did their jobs correctly. Thanks for a great meal!

2022-05-31Wendys is still a great deal and tastes better than those arches burgers and fries. Breakfast menu also rules. This location could be tricky with small drive for drive through, but they moved the line so fast its never backs up too much.

2022-04-03Burger was okay, Ive had better. Service was really, really bad! Lady taking orders at drive up window was more interested on putting on her lip gloss, than taking orders, greeting customers. I had to repeat my order 3 times and it was just 1 single with cheese.. I hope shes looking for a new job that better suits her before this review is posted.

2022-07-06More customers will leave the drive through lines than the number of people who will actually get to make an order. Laughable. Probably not staffed appropriately. Pay your workers a livable wage and you will have more of them and may actually not have to turn away half your customers. Poorly ran business…

2022-05-21Editing my review to a 3 starWent today in the drive thru and got the number 1 single. I had to repeat 3 times I wanted my combo to be a medium, and they still charged me to have a small combo. I got to the window and mentioned how I said I wanted my combo to be a medium and the person at the window told the others she just changed it to a medium like no.. if you heard me the other 3 times, you would know this is what I asked for in the first place.He then started to take other orders while he was busy scrolling on his cell phone. So, I am assuming due to being on his cellphone he probably is not getting orders correctly. I have worked fast food, do not scroll on your phone when taking orders... He looked to be maybe in his late teens maybe/ early 20s, light brown curly hair.. no name tag, so I cant exactly give you a name.At the window I asked for ranch dressing, which the same person told his co workers while scrolling on his phone they need ranch. I did not get it, so I had to go inside.While inside, it took 15 mins for the cashier to take my order and there was only one small family of 3 before me. One lady did seem to have a pick up order, and walked out angry due to the service she received, since the front cashier was busy being slow, and rolling her eyes. That cashier did not seem to want to be there at all. She looked to be maybe 40s or 50s long hair up in a sort of bun, reddish a bit... she was wearing blue jean shorts and a blue Wendys Shirt. No name tag, so not sure who she was. Even the family of 3 in front me of me was impatient with her.You need to train your employees better.. period.. by the time I got back to my car after waiting 15 mins for a thing of ranch, my food was very luke warm.This place use to be better. I am not sure who you hired, but seriously.. why is a worker on his phone while taking drive thru orders and messing orders up, and asking the customer to repeat themselves 3 times?I still liked the food and ate it, but the customer service can be a lot better.

2022-06-14Very impressed with manager(I think Kate or Katrina) at night even though she had a lot of tattoos she was pleasant and seemed to work well under pressure(it was busy and hardly any employees.)gotta give it to her for being a trooper

2022-04-02Upon arriving at the restaurant the line for drive thru it took forever waiting to get our food! But while I was waiting at the drive thru window I got to witness these 2 girls goofing around and just sitting around drinking behind the counter …the the best was when one of the girls (without) gloves stuck in hand into the box with the Sliced cheese pulled out a stack ..started peeling it apart and jumping and sticking it to the ceiling !! She did this 5-6 times until the cheese fell on the floor!! She saw me watching her and went to the back of the the back!! So I wonder to myself ….what happens to our food we order when no one is watching !! This Happened Wednesday March 30,2022 at 8:30pm

2022-04-02Waited nearly 15 minutes at the window for breakfast, then they screwed the order up (no bacon, wrong sauce). Prices were higher at the store than listed online.Tried them again on 4/2 system is down and can’t order any food, reducing from 2 to 1 stars

2022-07-19For the second time in two weeks I walked away from the dining room and went elsewhere because the line was too long and moving too slowly. Only one person taking orders and evident communications problems between the counter and the kitchen, based on conversations I could hear. I like Wendys product so I will try again, but three strikes and all that.

2022-07-09Your sandwiches are not good. The crispy chicken sandwich was bland, the bread was Walmart brand hamburger bun quality. Now I remember why I havent eaten at a wendys in over a year.
