I ordered literally two items for delivery, the driver forgot one. i am currently working so i can’t leave the building which is why i ordered it in the first place. i ended up paying over $14 just for a side of potatoes. i understand that it’s not their drivers, but it’s ridiculous that neither them or doordash have a way of looking at the order and that therefore neither can get me my money or item back. a waste of time and money.
This place always has something wrong. Kept giving them a second chance. Shame on me. Ordered no ketchup. Confirmed at the window. They literally wiped the ketchup off my burger. Ketchup was still on the burger. Today was my LAST visit.

Overall, the food was above average for a Wendys. However, the reason this gets 5 stars is due the extremely friendly staff. The employee named Tia that took our orders was very personable and was so nice that I had to write this review. Would go back again if in the area
Food is always accurate. Only issue is their fries are always cold and old. Nuggets used to be so good and juicy but are now hard and dry. I got a crispy chicken 4 for $4 and the fries and nuggets are nasty. Afraid to try the sandwich. We will see. I’m sure it’ll be dry. I prefer Ashland Wendy’s! Wish I lived closed to Ashland.
Arrived at 12:06 to pick up lunch, didnt get out the door til after 12:20. Ridiculous

Fast food isnt cheap anymore. Although, I will go thru Wendys at 7 so I dont have to make food when I get home. But, no ranch for the nuggets. Krogers is across the street! There is another Wendys store locally. I cant believe you cant borrow from one anotherI have run a Wendys store, customer service and quality is number 1 priority.No ranch for chicken nuggets, which has to almost be your number 1 seller nowadays
The Wendys on stewart and rt 42 is very bad anymore. Used to be a good place good food and fast service, not anymore still have decent food but the wait to even order is terrible, also they always seem to forget spoons or your condiments. Dont know what happened there but its not good.
So went today to get two large chills and they were only half way filled ....not impressed and Wendys your sucking as you say your food is always hot and fresh but its like 15/100 chance you get hot fresh food...I so want a refund from Ashland rd Wendys

Wendys is the only fast food place I go to. There food is consistently good!!! I even went there once and for some reason my debit card would work. The manager went ahead and gave me the food and he apologized to me. That blew my mind!!!! I will never forget that !!!! Mad respect for you guy !!!!
Usually my go-to place. Drive-Thru can be really busy - that shouldnt dictate quality of food. Workers are always friendly at drive-thru. Cant seem to get a Hamburger without Cheese when I order it that way. I have actually gotten them with double cheese when ordered without (No - I dont go thru and check the order before I leave the Drive-Thru. Shouldnt have to.). The Chili has changed - where did the white beans come from ? The Fries have changed as well - smaller cut and more bits and pieces than not.Still going - hoping for better.

Was the only customer, still took 10+ minutes for a bacon biscuit combo with a black coffee. You would think since it took over 10 minutes I would get a warm sandwich. It was cold yet my bacon was burnt so bad it just crumbled into small charred pieces, guess I shouldnt have expected much from the neighborHood its in.
Not sure why but my last 3 visits at the drive thru I got 2 of the coldest, chewiest, dried out and nasty spicy chicken sandwiches and a cold dried out disgusting single where the cheese wasnt even near partially melted on a half stale bun. Typically this location is good but after 3 terrible visits in a row Im not so sure Ill even go back after they open back up inside. Two of the times I never got my receipt either but I still should have called and said something about it. Several of my friends have had bad food served to them too here recently...

The accuracy of orders of this place is going down fast. I have ordered several chicken sandwiches from this location this month and almost all have been wrong. This afternoon I ordered three sandwiches and all three were wrong. I guess their slogan is now, Have it our way. Also the jr cheeseburger I ordered last week wasnt supposed to have bacon on it but it had chard black over crisp bacon on it. Then last week I got chili with one or two pieces of meat.
Cashier was very friendly, and my food was very fresh. I went into the dining room to place a to go order, over all they werent busy but it still took a little longer than I liked for my food to be made. Watched 2 employees stand and watch a 3rd employee make my entire order instead of helping out. Restaurant was very clean and maintained. Overall not a bad experience other than my wait time.
Two days a row a baked potato that has no flavor after sitting for many hours! Tonight I ask when ordering how long have the potatoes been done? She said let me check.. 10 minutes,, ok that is good. Wrong.. it had been sitting a long time also..WHY COULD THEY NOT BE HONEST?? Yes you are busy. But do you not want return customers???
Not horrible for fast food unfortunately I discovered that the drink machine only offers coka cola products. And I might be a little to white for that. So I will probably not be back.
Ive only been to the Drive-Thru at this location. But, today the line was backed up all the way around the building due to the renovations and temporary closure at the McDonalds across the street, Im sure. The line moved quickly, my order was prompt, hot and correct. And it was very tasty too!
So normally I love Wendys, its my go-to for their healthier options, or thats what I tell myself when I order a baconator over a salad again. 😁 But this Wendys score dropped simply because the staff was happier talking amongst themselves than taking care of guests coming in. I had to ask for someone to take my order after waiting for awhile and no one greeted me. To boot, there was a line behind me too. Otherwise, once the high school drama stopped, food was good, correct and quick.
Wendys is usually a good place to eat and as usual the food was good. The fries are definitely not that good but with lots of ketchup they become tolerable.People here are ok but not as friendly as some other Wendys we go to often. Will stop there again
Food was good. Service was good. Everything was correct and came out in a timely manner. A lot of dirty tables that were cleaned right after I had my order, looked like the remains of the dinner rush. The high chairs were all just kind of clean, this is the same at every fast food restaurant. The faux news on the TV really killed the mood though.
Not one of the better Wendys. Chicken was over cooked. For 11:30 I expected a better sandwich. Was dry and the wifes fish was just as bad. Will not be stopping there again. Would have been better off going to McDonalds across the street.

I went there last Wednesday ordered there Berry Salad with No cheese got home cheese on the salad. Yesterday ordered a single no cheese got home had cheese, very frustrating as a customer have to take back the order. Its happened to me before so make sure to check your orders before you leave. Wont be going to this Wendys for a long time.

The same great quality and value that I expect at all Wendys. Appropriate use of covid-19 protection in place and friendly staff. The four for four meal is filling and a great value.
Horribly rude counter service. Went through drive through and they forgot half the order. Paid for onions and shredded cheese on chili and got 3 pieces of onion and about a teaspoon of shredded cheese. They were also out of the hot sauce for the chili.
Not too many things vegetarian. I instead had to get a potato, fries and a salad. Boring. Tasted okay. Fries were cold upon arrival.
Good for fast food. I like the salad selection. Taco salad is very good. Or buy a caesar side salad and add nuggets. Try a potato with chili on top. Frosts are always a treat. Buy some fries to dip in them for a sweet and salty treat. Sounds crazy but its good!

The Ford is fresh and made top order. The Frostys are delicious and available in chocolate and vanilla. The menu had more than just burgers and fries. I ordered a Daves double combo but didnt want fries so they allowed me to substitute a side salad. That its how customer service should be done.
Wendys quality seems to be slipping or better yet...the food is not made with love. Cold fries after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru to get the food is unacceptable.
The best difference between Wendys and other fast food restaurants is freshness but they are also the only burger pushers serving up chili. I do appreciate their soda dispenser with a much broader choice of drinks.
I will drive farther to go to this Wendys when Im in Mansfield (as opposed to a couple of other stores in the area), as this location is well managed, has polite employees, and you can see things running very smoothly - even during the busier hours.
I never had the baconator, my 1st. Experience was not good. The bacon was really hard. Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers are still the best with the not so crunchy bacon. Limp bacon would be perfect.
Love the fact that for the most part, we get fresh, hot food.Reoccurring issue is that we get shorted or something messed up with our order over half the time.Average wait time.Its better than McDonalds 💁
Went to this wendys two weeks ago and ordered a bacon burger and the bacon was charcoal black I went today and received chili without meat and have decided that the best thing to do is not to go back to wendys on Ashland road. Someone at this location is sick and I refuse to let a crazy person make me sick because of their mental illness.. You wont get any more of my money and you wont get an opportunity to kill me with your hatred. Good bye !

They dont do drive thru orders on sodas that are caffeine/diet free. You have to park & go in to get that. 😣Also, the doors are Very Hard to Open. Thats very hard for seniors citizen as well as some younger folks. If people are waiting to give orders they stop taking them till they get caught up instead of getting another cashier. And since I go in to take above-mentioned pop I dont like to stand in line for 15 minutes to order 1 pop to go.

I love the fifty cent frosty!!! This location is usually on the ball. The general manager is very friendly guy. I always order everything plain and that makes it less likely for errors, but I rarely have any problems at this Wendys.

The chicken tenders were small compared to Arbys for about the same price. The girl who took our order was nice, but the girls who filled our order were rude and uncaring. Attitude! We wont go there again. The Wendys in Shelby is much better and gives seniors free drinks. This one doesnt. She told us wed get a 10% discount, but we didnt. Well stick with Shelby.
Very clean store. Service was good and the food was hot. A young man at the register was very cordial and even gave me a discount because I am veteran. He thanked me for my service which I thought was very nice. I will come back again.
They should really look up what the customer is always right means I would never treat a customer the way the night shift manager mashauna treats people, she threatened to come outside and “throw hands fr fr” it is completely despicable the way she handled the situation. I called in, because my whole order was wrong and came back with my receipt, alls I wanted was my order replaced. I didn’t expect to go to a Wendy’s and have a manager come out and threaten to beat my ass.

VERY Modern And Comfy, Love the Coca-Cola Freestyle Machines, I Love the Coke Mixtures. The Employees are Very Nice and Welcoming. This is by far the best service Ive ever had at Wendys.
I was very offended by the rude customer service and lack of the heavily advertised ghost pepper sauce. All I wanted was the sandwhich and and was rudely taken care of. I guess kids now a days thats just how they are lazy to make one simple sandwich and too lazy to recall any manners when in a customer service position. Thank you wendys for ruining a rare day off....much appreciated.
I loved this Wendys but the last couple trips here I was not happy... I ordered a taco salad with other hot food get home and have no chips or chili for the salad..so I go back up there and go in I tell the teenaged kid behind the counter, he turns around and grabs the chips throws them on the counter and gives me a cup of chili with chili dripping off the outside of the cup.. didnt even say sorry and by the time I get back home the rest of our food was cold. I think they need to do a better job at teaching customer service if they are going to employ a bunch of teenagers.

If I could put zero stars I would. Ate ther e last evening within 2 hours had food poisoning. Vomited all night,finally stopped at 5am from 930pm the night before. Not sure if it was the sandwich or frosty, but I wont be going back for a long time if at all.

2022-05-30Stopped in here quick to get kids some lunch on our way to an appointment. Went throught the drivethru since there wasnt a line and the order was completely wrong. My fault for not checking it before leaving but come on. They werent even busy. Friendly reminder folks, always check your order before leaving a fast food joint

2022-01-02We showed up right before they closed for night( which i try never to do, I hate to be that customer) They were so polite and extremely friendly. Will definitely go back. If the rest of the staff are as wonderful as these guys were the owners are very lucky!!!!!! P.S. the BEST burger Ive had in a long time.

2020-04-25Dont go during the lockdown. They were extremely busy which means rushing to get food made. VERY SLOPPY. Stuffed 3 meals in 1 bag with busted sauce packet right on top and food looked gross. I dont eat fast food often so it was a big disappointment. You couldnt even go in to get it remade and they knew it. My baconator was smashed. My kids burgers were also very sloppy.

My only complaint was that it took twenty minutes to get through the line, part of which my car was sitting half out of the driveway into the street. I understand demand and certain times of day, but it makes for a dangerous situation when you cant get out of traffic because the line is so long. I enjoyed my Frosty nonetheless.

2022-02-03Was carsick....the chicken nuggets, my favorite, I ate once we got home. I felt better every second I nibbled on them. No sauce, just pepper.

2021-12-27This Wendys usually has good food, but its the slowest wendys ive ever been to. Currently writing this as ive been in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes.Also, this location randomly closes early sometimes and Ive never really seen this at other wendys.

2021-10-25These guys deserve a shout out! We eat here often. Everything is always nice & hot. Our order is always correct & well they’re all friendly! You guys are awesome keep up the good work.
