Went in for dinner tonight. The kid working the front was new and explained that he was. He was having trouble adding something the the order and went to get the manager. This guy was rude to the kid then we heard him in the back talking about him. The food was horrible and the place was a mess. This was my last stop here
We visited and the sandwiches when we got the sandwiches did not have the correct items on thw sandwiches. The Dining room was dirty looked like it had not been cleaned all dayIt was also very cold no heat. When we got ready to leave I believe it was the manager came out and apologized for it being so cold. Not sure we will go back there.
Waited in line for almost 20 minutes for two meals on the evening shift. We finally got our food and it tasted like it had been sitting all day. Our fries were cold and sticking together. My sandwich was not at all fresh or even warm. The cashier at the window was a young kid with a marvel sweatshirt on. He barely spoke two words to us or even cracked a smile. Horrible experience. I went to bed feeling nauseous from the food.
This Wendys is awful. They are out of 80% of stock most of the time. Never have change for cash payments. Fries always only half full. I was even told once they was out of meat then given old dry fries. Theres a rewards program but the inside is closed and they dont scan through the drive through. Big waste of time and money every time
0/10 stars I do not like going here, my order is wrong 9/10 times I’m here, mainly between 11-2 pm is when my order is wrong, I started asking my cheese buger ketchup only, extra ketchup and one day they drowned my cheese burger in it-not good, when I asked for extra ketchup packets I had 2 rude employees say ok and threw the packets at me, to add to it the packets were covered in ketchup leaving my clothes and Car a mess. on the very rare occasional I got through at late night (only place open) and I don’t like to do that, the staff can be rude, or don’t know what I’m talking about, and take customer service as a joke, one day I was talking the 2 drive through workers about something related to my order and the 2 mangers came up and yelled at both of them to get to work. Wich goes to show the mangers don’t care about the customer service wich is sad, and is rude to the team members creating a negative environment wich I don’t want to eat in. When I go to a restaurant I expect decent customer service and a somewhat postive environment, the way the employees got depressed when the mangers talked to them like that was sad and not right, additionally they were doing there job and doing there best on my order, and training they did have. The mangers should of been more understanding
Ordered through door dash, barely got half of my order. Both chilis missing, one fry missing, both frostys missing. When I called I was spoken to in a condescending tone, (while being called maam, mind you and Im not a woman). Got told the frostys were not on the order and they were, I even checked my order through DD after to see them there. They supposedly told me they told my dasher they were out of chili, but my dasher was just as confused as I was.
Not sure what is going on, but I received the worst service at this location tonight. (12/12/21) First of all, it took 30 minutes to place my order in the drive-thru. I ordered a grilled chicken with lettuce, tomato and mayo. I also ordered a classic chicken. When I got home the only condiments on both sandwiches was a little mayo and one leaf of lettuce. It also took another 10 minutes to get my food. So very sad.
We had horrible service and customer service during night shift and when we asked to speak to a manager they locked the window on us. They will never answer the phones at night. But the reason I leave five stars is because Jenny helped us out tremendously after our horrible experience. She was very kind and helpful. She answered immediately in the morning and when i explained some of the stuff that happened she was understanding and listened. She replaced our meals and made me continue to want to go to this Wendy’s location.
The food is great its the service at night that I have a problem with which is why I dont go at night anymore. Why are they taking your order only after they have taken and given the order from the people in front of you and made and serviced their food only after that car has driven off will they take your order who does that!
I felt sorry for the manager with only 2 employees besides herself 1 being new learning the grill. With only Drive thru open cars backed up almost to elida road this was a lil after 3pm. She did the best she could with what she had. I feel she deserves a bonus as well as the 2 that was working with her. For was good.
Although I do eventually get my food, it takes forever and the food almost looks inedible. I hate leaving bad reviews, I’ve been to this location numerous times and seen that it is lacking! The location continues to disappoint, no matter the time or circumstances. They always give you the same excuses, Wendy’s is okay. But not worth the hassle of the poor management. Wendy’s is a joke! The Lima east side location is even worse! I won’t go to Lima location Wendy’s ever again, they are pathetic to say the least. Zero star if I could…
If I could give them a zero I would have, after standing in line for more than 10 minutes when I finally got a chance to order the young man that was taking the orders never did come to the counter and at least acknowledge that I was standing waiting to order. While I was there a lady that was ahead of me was from Doordash to pickup an order. So I ended up at Arbys which was my second choice today and got waited on right away. Not sure I will be going back to Wendys. This is not the first time I have had problems at Wendys.
Literally every time I come to the Wendys they get something wrong with my food. I dont mind not having napkins, but they really drop the ball on making sure your get all of the items you order. Maybe its because they rush through everything they do when you get to the window or they just dont care about quality. Either way be very observant of their practices when handling your food at this location.
The line was long, per usual during COVID. The young man working the window, Desmond, is in great need of customer service training. I asked him if he was able to make sure my order was correct. He ignored my request, so I asked him if it was correct he replied I dont know, and shrugged his shoulders. He then began to ignore me. He started waving at a car load of people in the parking lot, showing no concern for me, the CUSTOMER! I am in contact with the DM. Food was good, customer service was poor. Will never visit there again.
Absolutely disappointing! Orders are never right, food is never hot, always missing multiple items. Service is even worse, and has been every single time Ive been subjected to this place. Always hearing the same from other people as well about this location. Seems to be ran, for years now, by irresponsible teenagers.
They have a lot of new sandwiches on the menu, and some interesting new dishes. Havent been there in a while. Will be coming back soon. The price of a small soda was on the menu as costing $1.39 but they charged me $1.89. I pointed that out. At first they said sorry our prices must have gone up. I told that wasnt my problem and asked to speak to a manager. They gave me my money back, and told me if I order a senior drink it would be free. Good to know since u could get ur own refills.
Service was okay, was out of what I wanted after I ordered it, and forgotten my most expensive sandwich. Why theyre getting one star is the fact that I called several times (6 to be exact) and was never answered. So there has been no compensation offered or given. I like the food at Wendys but the service is always terrible and this only proves why we never really go anymore. After todays experience I doubt we will be going back anytime soon either.
We placed our order for a grilled chicken sandwich combo and then just a grilled chicken sandwich, we told the cashier it was a #8 and she said Oh it will come put the same price. Well it wasnt! She over charged us $1.38 which we probably wouldnt of said anything but with them being out of ketchup and also Diet Coke we decided that we would speak up. The cashier never even apologized! Be aware of what they are charging you thats all I can say. Also manager never came out of the office to make things right!! How sad.
I would think my order on Door dash was from Elida Rd. I did call there and asked for the shift manager but was told they couldnt tell me if they did my order ? Fast delivery to North Cole address BUT horrible. Junior cheeseburger. No way it was made fresh, dry meat and bun so old I tossed it! I specified no lettuce ,which was on the sandwich. Fries were cold theres no way freshly made as delivery was less than 5 minutes. Horrible!!!!
The accuracy of the order is right 50%of the time if you are lucky. And dont you dare go inside to place your order. The drive thru has priority. So you can expect to wait much much longer inside than if you use the drive thru. This last time I visited I ordered a to go order inside because the drive thru line was long. I waited 25 minutes to receive my order. While the drive thru line moved steadily and the drive thru customers got their food much more quickly than myself and the three other people who were waiting inside for food. Very unsatisfied!
This is my first time complaint in my entire life about a fast food restraunt but the service at the elida road Wendy’s in Lima Ohio is absolutely dreadful. Every time I have been there which is around 4 times it has been the same. This time they didn’t have ice tea not sure how that is possible. The line is always long and it takes a while to get your food I have been there multiple times where I get a large fry which is considerably more in price and it ends up being half full but it’s double the price .something is wrong every time avoid
Ive always loved Wendys as a kid and now even more as an adult. The changes theyve made to there food and menu choices are great because kids still love the kids meals. Adults do because so much healthier for our children. Always fresh meats, made fresh daily salads. Even the fresh drink choices. This is one fast food place that showing they care about the health of the customer.
Order is messed up everytime I order through Doordash. When I do order I only order nuggets and a frosty because there is no way to mess that up. If you order a specialty sandwich they dont give you any of the special ingredients. Which is a shame because I really love the food.
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and chili fot me and a baconator with fries for the wife. Usually I really like the way theyre made but today youd think there was a good shortage. 1 half price of see through lettuce, 1 slice of limp soggy tomato and barely rubbed a bit of mayo on it. The chicken was good but why so skimpy on the toppings
Todays visit gets 2 stars I waited 30 mins for my food. They asked me to pull up. I ended up getting out bc I was waiting so long. I understand breakfast is new to them and it may take some time to get it right but even I got there their wasnt a car in front of me and no line inside so why did I have to wait 30 mins..
Its a great hamburger at Wendys. And we love the fries as well. Im always glad to find a place that serves Coke Zero. It doesnt happen often but it is really nice when I place does. This Wendi has one of the coke machines that you can create thousands of different drinks from. Those are fun! Clean and friendly!
This place is so useless I work nights and get off work at 630 to 7 some night and alI i wanted to do was get somthing to eat here and I am staying at the hotel right next to it and they wouldnt let me go in to order or even walk through the drive through even tho I was the only other person there besides the workers and alot of other fast food places would let you since your right next to them in the hotel.
The ice cream machine was out on vanilla so when I asked if they could sub with chocolate they said hang in let me ask. I waited for 5 min even said hello 3 times. No response. So I pulled to window got ignored then when she did come to window she shoved the food out the window with an attitude. I was like dang hope you have a better day. I live Wendys but after this I will not go back. I work drive thru I get it. Its stressing but no reason to treat anyone like that
Very big flaw in the duties of the cashier inside. Long lines and after taking every order...she had to prep the food...why cant they have 2 people in the front? One prepping and one just taking orders. Its the second time...Ive seen this...first time was 20 min wait...this time the guy in front of me just left. Need some new management strategies.
Was never told at Drive Thru that there was an upcharge for my Tea amnd when i asked at tbe window i was given attitude by the girl working the window. She got the manager who was rude and threw my straws in my car! Then after all that my food still wasnt ready and i had to wait. I was in that drive thru for 20 minutes which is absolutely ridiculous. That whole staff needs re-trained and they need to learn how not to be rude to customers.
Service was nice enough. When I was asked if I wanted my receipt, I said no because usually they get everything. Later when I checked my bag I found out that they did not give me my full order. I dont have my receipt, so I cant provide proof of my purchase. I guess you just cant trust them to get your order right. I learned my lesson.
This is literally the worst Wendy’s ever. Customer service always takes forever even when they aren’t busy. Every time I go they never give me all of my food items so I have to go back in. They never put straws or spoons in the bag when you go through drive through. The workers here really need to go through training again to understand how customer service works.
Waited 20 minutes in line before order taken. Only 4 people ahead of me. Counter person took 1 order at a time, filled it, then took next order. Then waited an additional 15 minutes for order to be filled. I am self-employed, and fired myself for taking a long lunch break. Wont be back to this site! Not the managers fault, she was the only person who had a sense of urgency, everyone else moved like zombies!
Drive thru order: took about 15 minutes from start to finish. They got 1 sandwich wrong. For 5-10 minutes at the window, you could see multiple people talking and laughing, but nobody actually getting food together. When the finally did...they didnt take the time to actually put the lid on the chili, which resulted in a spill in our vehicle and someone not getting their food.
We waited in line for over a half hour for our food, and the staff didnt seem like they were in a hurry at all, when we got to the window. To make it worse, we had to pull forward after the window because they still didnt have the nuggets and fries ready (only two orders of each). I wont be going to this Wendys again for a long time!
Line was moving at turtle speed and the food took just as long. Then when it did come out it was wrong. 3 or 4 people from drive through came in to correct their order as well. Several people left because the line wouldnt move. They also ran out of bacon and didnt inform us when we ordered.
Service is going down the drain. If you plan on eating inside, be prepared to wait. It looks as if they focus on cranking orders out for carry out and drive thru customers over those that dine-in, regardless of whether you put your order in ahead of carry out and drive thru. We waited 10 min for 2 double stack value meal, before going up to check on the status of the order. Meanwhile 4 carry out customers that were behind us in line received their orders and left. I was at the counter for 5 more minutes before anyone paid attention, snd then only after I stated girmly and loudly that I had been waiting for over 15min on two double stacks. It then took another 5 min to get them. They looked surprised when I asked for a bag to take it to go. The cashier say it was a dine in order. I replied, that was 20 minutes ago, I now have to go back to work. All I recieced was a glib apology from the cashier. No manager took the time to address the situation.
Ordered a 1/4 hamburger no cheese. Just pickless onions and ketchup only. Hamburger bun was hard and hamburger was cold and under cooked .. Plus it wasnt the 1/4 pounder it was regular little burger. Ordered chilli which was also cold. Had to go back to store after trying several times to call them which no one answered. i had to waste my gas and time to return my food. Never again. If I could give zero stars I would have.
If I remember correctly, yesterday was my first time eating inside of a Wendys. We were in town celebrating my sons birthday with family & stopped in for the 50¢ Frostys to top off our dessert. Frostys were great, service was ok. It was nice to see staff on top of keeping the place nice & tidy, too.
Worst Wendy’s experience ever. We came in and waited for few minutes for the cashier to assist and take our orders, while crew just keep passing by, when she came in she didn’t even ask me for my orders as if she’s still sleeping and keep yawning. We finally ordered my baconator so I can compare the one we had in the Philippines. The burger came out cold and patty is broken and bacon is probably 3 tiny pieces. I wouldn’t call it baconator for sure lol.Recommendations:You need to improve your customer service. Give some positive vibes in the store.Enhance the food presentation.
Pulled in drive thru and was placed on hold for 5 minutes so I say hello the employee say yes we will be with you shortly very nasty 😡, so I waited another 2 minutes and just pulled off not sure what was going on in there because they were not busy at all empty parking lot and 1 car at window
Worst customer service and staff of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too. Was told to pull forward from drive thru window AFTER I paid and was forced to wait nearly 30 more minutes to get my food only to find out I was given a WRONG order... I will never Return to this Wendy’s or any other one for that matter after today...
They just gave my 2 year old spicy chicken Nuggets. He came to me crying that his mouth was burning. I didnt even know they made spicy Nuggets and I didnt think I had to check my order for the proper chicken Nuggets. They also gave it to myself and my Husband but we hadnt gothen to them yet when we realized what had happened we threw them out. Ive been trying to call this wendys for half an hour and their line is busy. This is unexceptable.
It was horrible had to wait inside 20 minutes for someone to greet us than had a attitude while we where ordering so we got it to go..than we got are drinks and the machine shoot out the drink all over my better half and all the lady said was oh...never going to that place again..another young lady was suppose to be helping and all she was doing was being on her phone instead of helping out...we will not being wasting the time or money at that Wendys
There are two Wendys in Lima area. This is the better of the two. However, though the food is good; the quality of service and the building needs serious help. Good management and proficient employees may help. My edit: This place is filthy. Notice the grime and grease. It has been like this for awhile. Posted on Wendys Facebook page. Still no improvement.

2022-06-16I go there wait 15 mins for a baconator fry and 4 pierce chicken nugget and the nuggets are rock solid and cold and the fries are cold. No cheese hardly and bacon just thrown on the top. I’m very displeased with this Wendy’s.

2022-01-23I generally dont leave negative reviews for fast food because I have worked fast food and I know how hard it can be.Today is the exception. Wendys in Lima Ohio on elida road is just awful. I ordered from the app and showed up at 10:24. I wasnt paying attention that they were still serving breakfast. The lady at the register was irritated and told me to pull forward because they werent serving lunch yet. I tried to reply nicely as I realized we were 6 minutes early for lunch We sat for 25 plus minutes. I knew it would be a while because they have to do a changeover and I wasnt upset until everything was wrong.Every Sandwich except for one was made wrong. The baked potato we ordered was wrong. They literally put fries in a baked potato container. I attached a picture. We didnt get our Frosty for my daughter. One baconator was supposed to be only meat and bacon. They put cheese on it. The next one was supposed to be no mayonnaise it had no condiments just cheese and meat. My daughters cheeseburger was only ketchup and it was missing the ketchup.And all of this to wait over 25 minutes. The french fries in the potato container really feels like they were being azzholes. They could have just told us they were out or something. Go somewhere else.

2022-01-19I was given my salad with the lid OFF so it made a mess in my car. No salad dressing that was supposed to have come with my jalapeño popper salad. To add on, my fries were stale. I will not recommend this and am disappointed in the service.

2022-05-30I highly DO NOT recommend. Seats were all sticky not just my booth but everyone of them and they didnt have half the things (food and drink wise) that they offer. May have been an off day but dont see myself going back as I have heard of a lot of complaints before going. Just wanted to see for myself.

2022-06-21This place was just pure chaos. Not sure if everyone was new or what. Orders were getting messed up left and right. The lobby wasnt very clean either. Maybe they should just stick to the drive thru until everyone is trained.

2022-06-21Its fast food. Its fine. Apparently the manager forgot to order a bunch of stuff... lettuce, Frosty stuff, ranch dressing. So they have next to nothing in stock. Either that or they dont know how to make burgers. Bought a bourbon burger. Got it with sauce and a tomato. That was it. They didnt tell me they were out of anything. So maybe they dont know how to make it.

2022-05-28Waited over 10 minutes to get to the window behind just one car. Waited over 10 more minutes pulled ahead waiting on our food. Didn’t come with sour cream for potato, didn’t come with the extra side of ranch. The guy who gave us our food looked like he genuinely hated his life. Never coming back.

I ask for district manager number because Im sure they are unaware of the health violation.I am a cancer patient who cant have someone touching my food after picking face herpes. This place is gross! Management also just as gross!!!

2022-04-04First time ever reviewing a restaurant because my experience was so bad I have to share it. Wish I could rate it a 0. I ordered mobile, and pulled thru the drive thru. I was asked to pull into a parking spot cause it’d be a minute, so I did. After waiting over 20 minutes I pulled back thru the drive thru for them to not know what I’m talking about, not know what my order is, had to explain it to them twice, and received a pleasant “oh shit” comment from the guy working the window. I finally got home (after waiting another 5 mins at the window) and my food is cold, sandwiches are completely wrong, and disgusting. I tried calling 20+ times to not get an answer. Tried calling the number and live chat on the app and cannot get in contact with anybody. Wendy’s is going downhill. Want my money back as I’ll be finding something else to eat for dinner….

2022-06-04The bun on the hamburger was hard so its a good thing it was just for my dog. Didnt appreciate hearing the female manager walking around right by the drive thru window loudly talking about her personal life.
