Overheard employees talking about how a worker is out for a positive COVID test, and another employee that is currently there is showing symptoms and is being forced to stay making the sandwiches. Sheriffs office knows and so does the heath department. So if anyone gets sick heres why.
Another disappointing visit. The girl at the window must have been new but that does not excuse the fact that she argued with me over the size of a medium cup. She gave me a small and proceeded to tell me that was all they had when I can clearly see through the window at the medium cups. Then she argued about the strawberry lemonade saying it was from the fountain. It was not. It was the fresh. Which personally I think is disgusting. The minute made strawberry lemonade is the only thing any of lima Wendys has to offer. The manager came and tried to rectify the situation but instead gave me a large regular hand squeezed lemonade. At this point I was already so irritated a rude little girl had me arguing with her over lemonade, I just left it alone. Arriving home no more than 10 min later my girlfriend pulls out her sandwich! And the bun is rock hard. The large fry wasnt anywhere near full and the chicken nuggets were refused even by my dog... if they can train someone to learn what the minute made lemonade for the fountain is, Ill return for that and that only
Got the food wrong. Had no ketchup. I ask if the baconator had ketchup they said yes I said can I get some ketchup in a cup they said again we don’t have any ketchup. How do you put ketchup on the burger if you don’t have any. Gave the wrong nuggets. Bacon was to raw to eat. Don’t Recommend this place. Will not be back.
If I could give it 0 stars I would....went there 2 days in a row ...day 1 got my breakfast order within 5 min ......day 2 1st of 2 cars...car 2 got there order before me.... 1 employee came out and told me they were waiting on my oatmeal bar..... and she said I could leave if I wanted to she didnt care either way..... 35 min later I finally get my order...after 2 phone calls the 2nd of which the manager only offered me a buy one get one coupon....placed my order at 7:23 am got my food at 7:58 the entire time I was there she said it took 12 min for the oatmeal bars to cook....so what happend to the other 23 min....
This particular location is absolutely terrible. The workers are either insufficiently trained, they just dont care, or a combination of both. For a fast food restaurant, the wait time is ridiculously inexcusable. I placed a mobile order almost 25 minutes before I left to pick it up, and I still had to wait in the drive thru for a total of 37 more minutes before I finally received my order. A mobile order should be ready for the customer (given enough time) by the time said customer arrives to pick it up. The sheer lack of concern by these employees of whether a customer received their food or not is laughable. This location needs a serious restructuring with staff that are able to perform their duties properly. Giving this location another chance was a mistake that I surely will not make again.
They went through a rough patch where they literally had only a few menu items available but had about 12 people on shift working. You could definitely tell that the manager was uncertain about what level keeping certain stock items needed to be at. Possibly bad transitional training or she was in her way out. Theyre doing much better now, still having some issues with food containers being stocked. But theyre improving. Female at the window did very poorly at ensuring food was in appropriate bags and handed out in a manageable fashion for the driver.
Mcdonalds, tacobell and burger King all had cars wrapped around the building. I ordered a single bacon classic with no tomato or mayo add mustard.I got a plain double cheese burger. No bacon, or anything its supposed to have ketchup, onion, and lettuce. meal thats 8.59I guess thats what I get for making a simple substitution.
Went ordered 5 dollar biggie bag. My sandwich was plain real easy food to make i was parked. As i was parked a man on a bike was wanting on food too he sat in the cold snow waiting on a taco salad for 30 min when i looked back the girl had my food sitting on the counter for 15 min while she was in view talking on her cell phone so i pulled back around to let the manger know she walks by cussed him out for him telling her to get off the phone then got smart with us this was not the manger fault and not only that the last time i went there employees were hanging out the door smoking weed. They really need to get there night crew out of there.
It would be impossible to exaggerate how terrible this Wendys is. The worst Ive ever been to, for sure. A 15 minute wait for one breakfast sandwich and a side of potatoes, and when it came, the potatoes had a giant wad of human hair on them, and the sandwich was the wrong sandwich. Beyond pathetic, almost purposely offensive. I wish I could give it no stars, fire the entire staff, and smite it from the face of the earth.
This is a pretty bad Wendys. Came in at lunch, moderate drive thru traffic, no one in lobby. Fries were not fresh, both sandwiches were made incorrectly, chili had no beans, there were no lids for large cups in lobby, barely any options available for drinks, and the ketchup packets we grabbed were caked in something... Sticky.
The girl at the speaker little colored girl took out order and didnt give us the other half of our order we ordered another meal n she never put it on there this is not the first time shes done this also waited 20 minutes to order and only got one sandwich one fry and one drink and she didnt even put it on our receipt
Went thru the Drive-thru window. They had no salads, no wraps, which was what we wanted. We ordered one plain chicken breast, one chicken sandwich and an order of fries. We received the plain chicken breast, but not the sandwich or the fries. Went inside the restaurant to order those, placed the order and paid. Several minutes later, we were told that there was no chicken for another 12 minutes. So I cancelled the order for the sandwich. Was told to wait, since only the manager could do do a refund. The manager came after several minutes and refunded my money for the sandwich. Only then did my order for fries get placed, so I had to wait several more minutes. What could have taken 5-7 minutes took over 20, and we did not get what we wanted.
I typically dont write reviews for Wendys restaurants. However, we generally like it and its our go-to for road trips as everyone is ok with it. And most Wendys do a reasonable job with cleanliness. Unfortunately this location is a complete outlier. The floors inside clearly havent been cleaned in ages. The tile was so greasy it was slippery and hard to walk on. That same grease had tracked outside and turned the concrete black. Honestly we should have just left but we didnt want to upset the kids. I will never eat in this location again and Id highly recommend against it to others as well. Frankly, seeing what Ive seen and photos from other reviews on here, it should be shut down for health violations. Aside from the filth the wait time was horribly long and definitely not fast food.
This Wendys is by far the worst fast food joint in Lima, maybe even Ohio. It always seems like every employee is brand new, and the ones who arent just sit back and watch. After bringing out only half my order, the lady next to me said she had been waiting for just a single piece of chicken for 20 mins. 30 mins. later and still havent gotten the rest of my order. This place should be closed down to tbe utter lack of competence.
Food was good but the drive thru wait was way too long considering the drive thru wasnt even full of cars waiting. I used to work at this specific location, and had my wait times ever been that long for drive thru, my manager would not have been too thrilled. Especially when I left and the line was wrapped clear around to the front of the building to the point that the last car had to move up for me to be able to get out, but there was no one waiting behind me to pull up to the window.
Wont be back to this Wendys!!! Rude drive thru window employees!!! I was short 22 cents, they denied me my food!!! Ok thats fine, I went home, got the correct change, came back about 10 minutes later and they tried to give me the food that had been sitting in the bag for the 10 minutes I was gone!!! Get it together Wendys!!! This is not the first problem I have had here either!!! 🙄🙄🙄
Stopped thru omw home from Warsaw Indiana to Columbus. First sat for approximately 12-15mins for, wait for it..............COLD FOOD! Fries were cold. Not even room temp. Burger was so dehydrated u could tell it had been under the heater too long. But heres the kicker. Addressed the problem with the manager. Waited 5mins and you know what I received? Wait for it....................luke warm fries an burnt burgers. I cant make this up. The lady in the blue shirt swore she watched the young lady remake my order. Not re-cook, but remake. Hence basically the exact same product. DO BETTER! 💯
On Saturday 3/27 the service was pathetically slow, literally 45 mins on drive thru line as the employees werebtaking & making one order at a time, as cars circled the building. And even then they completely messed up our order, missing several items & one of us had to go inside with the receipt to get them. Worst service Ive ever had at a Wendys
Terrible. I have never been so upset at a simple fast food place. None of the tables here are clean, tables are in disarray, and the cup lids, straws and napkin containers are ALL nearly empty. The cashier asked me to wait, and proceeded to just stand by the fry machine and talk with her coworkers. I finally got her attention and she walked back over and was very rude to me and asked me what I wanted. I ordered and watches as multiple people went up to complain about their fries tasting stale and being cold. Sure enough, my fries were exactly the same. I watched as it took one gentleman 15 minutes just to get his hot fries. I’ve been sitting here for close to an hour now watching customer after customer being treated very rudely, one older gentleman was almost yelled at. I saw order after order get returned because they were wrong, and multiple customers have left. I looked up other reviews before writing my own, and this is not a new problem. This has been going on for almost 6 months. What the actual f*?:k
Absolute trash!!!! Waited at the window for over 25 minutes before a girl came and asked is what our order was again...??? Are you kidding me? And then another 15 minutes to get it!! Food all cold or stale or literally missing ingredients. Who runs this place? Poorest run establishment I have seen in a long time.
I deliver for door dash. I was at wendys earlier in the night and the young man told me they were short staffed and running behind. No big deal they only had 2 workers. So I got another order later on and figured I would help help out by calling the store bc it was a large 13 item order. The manager answered the phone and I explained I was a door dash driver and thought Id help by calling again for them. She was not only rude and said theirs only two of us but she hung up on me. Then when I arrived I got the same young man names Zach who was very friendly and is doing the absolute best he can and this female manager of his walks by the window multiple times and just glares at me. Im not sure this is how the manager should be acting. Maybe Zach should be her manager.... he even apologized for her actions.
Waited 15 minutes on 2 grilled apple pecan chicken salads. The establishment was filthy. The order was delivered to the car incomplete. When I asked where the pecans were, he said on the salad. I had to explain that they come in a separate pack...that it is apple pecan chicken salad. He went back in and got them for me. I was in the drive through. Could see filth through the window. Looks like very poor management.
Went through the drivethrew today and was taking my order and whoever was taking the orders today was really rude . I couldnt even finish ordering my food and she kept saying first window. If the person does not say that is it or concludes my order that means they are not done. Just because your having a bad day does bot mean bet use a snappy voice toward a customer. Pore Professional customer service .
I was at the this restaurant on Thursday the 26th of February. I ordered a Dave’s double with cheese. I wanted lettuce onion pickle and mayonnaise. I got a double with cheese with tomato ketchup lettuce onion pickle and mayonnaise. Told them it was wrong and repeated what I wanted again it came back with the same topping except there was not tomato on it. My friend ordered a baked potato and the potato looked like it was cooked around 11:00am and we were there at 2:30. Also we got the frosty with are keychain offer and the made us go around get in line and order them. Now i don’t normally write reviews when I do they are positive reviews. I expect my order to come back correctly if I have to tell them it was wrong. This is very POOR SERVICE and I’m sure if they were the customer they would expect the same as I did.
We were traveling south from Michigan around 7 pm and stopped here for restroom break and dinner to go. No problem with the cleanliness of the location. One strange thing is that the Wendys sign was not lighted and we werent sure it was even open when we pulled up. The self serve ketchup dispensers were both empty. The main problem was that it took much longer than typical for us to get our order. The customers before us were obviously frustrated because their order was incorrect and they had been waiting. It took a good 20 minutes to get our order. When our order was placed on a tray and I reminded the server that we wanted it to go, and the gal who was helping with the previous order stated Im not up here, youll have to ask them. Ok, you looked like you were up here, meaning helping to work the counter. She did stay and help get our order together though. One moment of amusement while we waited was when my teenage son brought my attention to the Wendys VIP awards wall placard, which was devoid of any employee names. Not surprising 😂.
Ordered food as a combo. Was charged for a drink that was free with the meal. Asked for a refund as it was a part of the combo price. Was told that the managers were all busy and couldn’t refund her mistaken charge, that it would be a while and most likely a while after I would get my to go food order before they might have time to refund. Two managers walked by and she didn’t say a word to them about refunding my money. Gentlemen, who’s a local here, ordered before me and it was all messed up too. He said he was not surprised and wished he hadn’t come. Sadly, I’m feeling the same. Make that three managers now. 😕Editing review and giving more stars thanks to Tina the manager who made the situation correct and apologized sincerely for the miscommunication and went out of way to make sure we had fresh hot fries and nuggets. Thanks Tina for your extreme patience with the employee while making it beyond right with us. Blessings to you and your staff.
Waited for over 15 minutes for food inside. Salad, burger, fries and nuggets. Numerous people asked for refunds while we were there because of how long it was taking for people to get their food. Many received refunds and walked out without any food. Super slow service. They need some better management. Heard the cashier say so no one feels like making sandwiches today? Many just stood around, not helping others get food out. Another person said oh I want to cuss so bad right now. I guess I need to give her props for remaining professional and not cursing. Bathrooms were gross, needed cleaning and toilet seat replaced. Theres plenty of other places nearby to choose to eat. I would stay away from here.
Extremely disappointed in this Wendys location. Manager was busy onboarding a new employee to realize how poor the staff was. Took 10 minutes to get our food and then we had to go back up 2 times to get things that were missed. Coke machine didnt work. Bathrooms were a disaster no paper towels. Worst of all employees were casually wearing masks, clearly touching their faces, phones, and many other surfaces without washing or sanitizing. Very disappointed!
They could be just a little bit friendlier at the window when you drive up. The french fries were nice and hot. The chicken nuggets were just okay. Lee sandwich was just okay. The drink was just okay. The place look nice and clean when I look through the window I did not see any trash on the floor stuff like that so thats good the bottom line is I would go there again but you need friendlier people at the window thats not it
This was my worst time here. I got a biggie bag, regular nuggets regular chicken sandwich. Some nuggets were burnt, one of them was frozen still and half were spicy. my fries tasted like they had sat under the heat lamp for a really long time they were disgusting. The chicken sandwich was fine but I ended up throwing away everything else. if I could give less than a star I would
Poorly staffed, stood at counter for 10-15 minutes before asking if anyone was working counter service as drive thru had 12 cars...was told that night shift had called in and most employees were on 10+ hours....store management needs to step up or in need of a new one...the only positive is that they have the best chicken nuggets!!
Food was slow to get. Drink lids were upside down and I couldnt get them out without mutilating them. I told the girl behind the counter when I picked up my food, and it wasnt fixed by the time I was done eating. My sandwich was wrong, and was still wrong after they fixed it. At least the fries were slightly warmer than room temperature. Wendys can and should be better than this.
This Wendy’s used to be the best one to go to, never had an issue with gettin fresh food and the order was always correct. I’m not sure if management changes or what happened but for the past year straight I have received an incorrect order or it was far from edible. Got myself a baconator one day and found blood (it was far from the consistency of ketchup) inside my wrapper, ruined my taste for those so went back to my usual jr cheeseburgers only to find mold on my buns the very next time I went and since haven’t been able to get even ONE order correct. I’m sorry but there is absolutely no reason for the way this restaurant has changed and it is disgusting.
This food is always good. It taste fresh and never like its been sitting out all day. Ive only had trouble once when ordering and that just an attitude problem from the person taking the order. They always give me the correct order and quickly too. The prices can add up quickly, especially if your buying for your family.
Quickly I give Wendys four and five stars always this place is in turmoil... Okay its like this the young managers name is Clyde he tried so hard to make things okay but it just wasnt happening that place is understaffed line going clear around the building the dining room was open but no one to wait on you the restroom was a total sham the mens room was locked couldnt get in that door the womens room was a wreck out of everything just a total mess Wendys you need to get involved with your company or just put a sign on the door closed and help this young man whos trying to run this place be successful give him a staff to work with... Typically Im a huge fan of Wendys but Ive had a couple really bad experiences lately I must honestly say the Wendys restaurant in Sidney is a role model for all Wendys that place is run tip top and I cant believe that the others cant even get close..
Went inside to order and was rudely asked How did you get in here, which common sense would of said through the door, but...... when I actually had to tell them other staff was saying the same thing and then they told me I could not be in there, again very rudely. No where did it say there inside is closed, and it was 1130am, and I was wearing a mask. Then I was rudely told they would not take my order because they were short staffed.
Would not recommend if you’re on a trip and need a place to quickly eat. I waited 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries. Pretty sure that’s what the company is known for. And after those 20 minutes they forgot my sauces. I also watched the people in the drive through sit longer than I did in the restaurant. Best part was when I heard the workers in the back groaning loudly and proclaiming that “this is so annoying”. All while I waited for the restaurants most famous meal. For comparison I’ve gotten the same thing in 60 seconds from other Wendy’s near my house.
Staff sitting in dining area and not doing anything. Food on the floor. Tables not clean. Long wait times for food. Staff washing trays in the dining area. Frys had 2xs the salt then they need. Not one person had a name tag on including the shift leader. I am not afraid to say that I was there on Tuesday Oct 22 2019.Well it has been almost a year since I stopped here to eat. I get a number 1 double with cheese no pickles and ended up with a number 1 with double cheese no pickle. How can you mess up someones order so bad.
As of late, this location has had the NICEST folks working at their drive thru window. Ive encountered three different people working and all have been beyond polite and pleasant. My order was incorrect one of those times but I wasnt even upset simply because the customer service was so phenomenal. I pulled back through the line and my order was quickly corrected.
The order was exactly right and the young lady working the drive through was quick and very courteous! Was at Captain Ds several days earlier and the experience was a nightmare, and was still salty from that abortion of a meal. Great job to everyone at Wendys from preparation to delivery!! Keep up the great work you should be very proud!
Most definitely the worst Wendys I have ever been to. I remember when Wendys was one of the better fast food chains, not sure what happened. Expect to wait in line forever even if there is only one car ahead of you. Be prepared to repeat your order atleast 3 times and then you will NEVER get your complete order.
This place has been awful for months now . I’ve waited for over 20 + min several times with 2-4 cars in the line. I’ve drove away for sitting at the speaker for upwards of 8 min before without even a greeting. Now they have the “change shortage” sign up and you can no longer get the frosty in the 4 for 4 which is how I’ve gotten it for my daughter since I’ve ordered that particular order. I also don’t understand why no matter what the food is generally cold
The singular worst Wendys Ive ever been to. A girl working literally stood there texting for two minutes before someone else came to ask what I wanted to order. It was as if I was interrupting her free time. Then, the sandwich was akin to a salt-lick, and tasted horrible. I hope the management takes care of this horrible service. Ill not be back.
Horrible. Waited in line for 15 mins of my 30 min break to pull up to the speaker to be told I need to have exact change. On top of that any other place I have paid cash at recently hasnt had this issue so what gives?Proper signs should be posted before so you stop wasting peoples time.
Was in the store for over half an hour and still didnt receive our food. The girl at the register was telling customers it would be 5-10 minutes before she could even take their order because they were so backed up. After 30 minutes we asked for a refund and they did give it to us. It appears that the management was not doing their job. We also saw quite a few people that came back in because they had gotten incorrect orders, some of them were from the drive thru. Terrible; I would not recommend this Wendys.
Horrible..the ceiling was leaking and my daughter slipped and fell on the floor..I had to tell them to put wet floor sign out there..They gave her a cookie..big deal!!..the service was terrible as well..a new person was taking our order and had a trainer with him..He was nice and polite,she on the other hand was speaking to him rudely in front of us just because he asked questions about the cash register..I will never eat at that one again. Wish I could give negative stars
Food was decent but for the most part my overall experience was bad because nobody In the back was using gloves I simply asked if they could where gloves and they got mad saying its a food department that dont require gloves but I was watching them handle my sandwichs with no gloves on
Restaurant goers beware. My wife visited this establishment this evening and had her credit card not returned to her at the drive thru. When she came back within 5 minutes to retrieve it, they acted as though none of them had found it and were very defensive when they were told the card was in process of being turned off and reported stolen. The service and quality of food has been at a steady decline and no upward turn in sight. Please do not risk visiting this place.
Ordered a number 1 and a jr bacon 4 for 4 meal. Had to ask for the drink for the 4 for 4 cause they couldnt be bothered to get it on their own (drivethru). then get home to realise they gave no chicken nuggets or sauce. So I called to try and get it fixed and got no response called three times 12-14-19 would not recommend to anyone to eat here this isnt the first time
Ordered a full size chicken pecan salad, found that some of the lettuce was old. Worst part was there was a long hair that surfaced from the salad when I stirred in the dressing. Im practically bald folks, definitely NOT mine. Manager refunded my money, I went elsewhere for lunch.
Every time and i do mean everytime i come here i never get to order because the drive thru is at a stand still. One time i came it literally never moved in 25 minutes so i left finally. Then i came one night and it was about 20 till closing. The girl told me to holds on and shed be right with me. And never did. They actually closed and left me setting there. I am extremely disappointed with this location.
Restaurant was filthy right when we walked in; tables dirty, trash all over the floor. We order our food, the staff had EVERYONES order mixed up, someone from the drive thru had to come inside because half their order was missing, we literally waited 20, yes TWENTY minutes for our food inside (not fun with 3 young, hungry children) there were no napkins, the pop machine was out of 90% of their pop selections. Worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant.
I picked up a salad at this place and when I opened it the lettuce was brown at the edges and the tomatoes were sickly looking. So I went back to the drive through and politely asked for a refund. They asked me why and I said the salad was not fresh and they closed the window on me without a word. Then another lady opened the window and thrust some money at me and quickly closed the window again. I have never had such a rude experience at Wendys but this one was bad enough I will never eat at wendys again.
Got to the window no cheese on sandwich which was paid extra for also no cheese sauce which is a 60 cent rip off when you DO receive it. Half the order was messed up. Just about every time I go through this wendys they have a bunch of careless, untrained, and unprofessional employees working here. Disappointed yet again!!!
Food is marginal if they get your order correct. Always issues such as both ketchup dispensers empty, Coke Freestyle not working. Drive thru coustomer came in about an item left out of their order. Update: Today they forgot one of three sandwiches. And they were not that busy.
The staff were great except for the manager. She was rude to her employees and customers. The manager had no clue what an original baconator was and was teaching her staff that a baconnator was a single with bacon. I have gone to this Wendys a lot, but the visits I have had the last 2 or 3 weeks have been horrible. Upon calling regarding my experiece, the manager openly placed the blame on her staff and was saying very degrading things about them. You must lead by example!
The Berry Burst Salad is great...but if you are getting more than one..be prepared to WAIT. (The manager made the 25 min wait right...we ate for free.) It seems they can only cook one piece of chicken at a time...not sure why. And if getting it to-go make sure to ask for the chicken seperate...or your salad will be wilted. They put HOT chicken on a delicious cold salad.Except for that practice...the food is good and i will return.
Possibly the worst Wendys my wife and I have ever been in. And I love Wendys. Place was not clean, quite a few flies buzzing around, dirty sticky floors, restrooms dirty. My wife ordered a small burger and side salad, I ordered fries, burger and frosty. When the order came, a to go order, my hot fries were dumped in the bag on top of my wifes cold salad. Which the salad was basically wilted and brown lettuce. It was bad enough my wife returned it. And last but not least, the usually fresh taste burgers were like old dry reheated burgers from the freezer. Will not be back here.
Took forever to have my order taken, then took even more time to get close to the drive-thru window. Finally when I was close I got to listen to a circus of arguing between a woman and the window employee. Worst experience Ive had at Wendys will be awhile before I come back.
Went there once before, had our order cleared AFTER I had already payed for it. Had to go inside because staff told me to pull forward and they would bring the food out, never did. Just have them a second chance because it was lunch rush and I thought, maybe it was just the one time. NOPE. Ordered two salads and didnt even give me forks, have me a spoon for chili, but nothing for the salad. Dont go here, nothing but bad service and ok food.
Came to Wendys for their great food. Unfortunately they were understaffed. My mom Ordered a 4 piece tender combo with chilli cheese fries and a strawberry lemonade extra strawberry. I ordered a Single cheese Como large. We sat down Bc everything was being made fresh Via the manager Kiersten. No problem there. Well being short staffed they forgot about us for a few minutes Bc their drive thru was slammed .The manager came out and refunded our whole meal Bc we were waiting so long. Im nonot upset Im proud Bc Kiersten took it a step further. Above and beyond customs service. Everything worked out in everyones favor. Keep up the good work. You all are doing awesome.
Wendys on 309 was horrible! Walked in and they were not busy on front counter at all...but yet stood and waited for service for at least 10 minutes! All the while the lady in front area kept saying im not on front register, the girl needs to get up here and do her job, just a moment. We waited, and then the same lady came back and said, im not even sure theres a drawer in here,She checked and there was. Then she proceeded to ask us what we wld like, as we spoke our order, she was tapping on screen, then she said, i cant get into the register screen, and then just walked away!!!We decided then to just leave....absolutely ridiculous!Customer service was inhospitable and personally rude!! Definately need to do some adjustment with the service!!
We ordered two sandwiches and both were wrong. I went in to get the food fixed and waited while the staff all stood in the drive thru talking and finally when someone came to the counter I had to explain 4 times what was wrong and then had to explain it to the kid making the sandwiches. My husband went through about 30 mins before they closed, he works 3rds so eats lunch late, and they told him they were closed already. Food is ok but staff and service has gone down hill a lot.
Very rude service took forever to get order taken, the drink station was out of most of the drinks, when we got food that was to go she had it on trays, after we got back to car realized half the food was not right and cold. Very hard to enjoy a meal with rude service and constantly having to go up and fix food that was on receipt made special way due to food allergy
I waited in the drive through for 26 minutes. After I finally got my food and I got a half a mile down the road, I noticed that my food order was completely wrong. There were 3 people inside eating while I got my refund so its not like they were busy. They were apologetic, but overall ignorant. I will probably not eat there again and I used to be a regular, but the service quality has hit rock bottom.
I ordered chili..my favorite item from them. This time it was different...they put pork n beans in it! Not at all what I am used to in my chili. I ordered a large and it was a lil over half filled. So needless to say...not my favorite visit. I just want some good chili!!! Lol
Everything was wrong with my order asked for well done bacon on my baconator all of it was just about raw and opposite of what I asked for, and was meat so cold the cheese couldnt even melt as well as my fries and everything was extremely nasty and nothing but grease 🤢🤮
That place is the worst! I ordered at the drive through but they didnt get it right luckily I had them read it back to me. So I had to start all over again at the drive threw window. Had me pull over to a parking spot and waited on the food. Finally food came out they forgot a fry and did not bring me any of the drinks I ordered and they where part of the value meal. Worst sevice ever!!!! They always forget something dont go there ever!!
All is I can say wow this was the worst experience had a smart mouth girl at the register who will not help me when I asked speak to the manager because my order was wrong and I had cold soggy fries measure was nice enough to replace the whole order but again gave me soggy greasy limpy fries it was the worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant
You really dont want to ask....they messed up both of our sandwiches...the gal at the register that took out order obviously didnt want to be there....this is the third time in two months it has been messed up and we are just tired of taking the food back to the counter to ask for it to be made right....darn.
Messed up my order Call them when I got to my hotel room pretty much told me to get bent Fries is colder than my pop Order was $21 and some change I gave him $22 did not receive my change or a receipt worst restaurant I have ever stop that in my life and I live on the road would not recommend

2022-02-22This place is worth no stars, this place is disgusting, nastiest place I’ve been in. These photos are from Facebook, and from this restarunt. The customer service is horrible, the drive through times are very long, and they don’t always rinse out the tea and coffee urns correctly, and cause some one I know to get sick from the cleaner commentating her food. Un clean un sanitary, and can be dangerous. 0/10 would not eat there

2021-07-06This Wendys is quite dated and unkempt. Employees are nice and exist, but it doesnt seem like theres any care or urgency in their work. Rug is definitely in need of replacement and is sticky in places.. Salads not prepped, so i didnt get the southwest avocado salad i wanted and was offered a Taco Salad instead. Overall, very disappointing experience.

2022-07-29Only person in drive thru. And it took 20min for a burger and fries. I literally had to go in for a refund bc I had to get to work and I didn’t have time to eat it. Plus the woman in the window was rude and quiet. This was their third strike with me. And I absolutely will never visit this location again. I wish I could leave zero stars.

2022-05-27Awful experience. Waited in drive-thru line for over mins. Ordered a fish sandwich and when we got to the window they said wed have to wait if we wanted it fresh. I said fresh food is my expectation. Then the guy that told me that walked outside to the rear of the building near where the trash bins are and came back carrying a bag with frozen fish patties.....walking by all the cars in drive-thru.After waiting a while longer, someone with an attitude brought our food out- and they got the order wrong. Ive never had a worse service experience than what this Wendys gave me.i wish I could rate it ZERO stars.

2022-06-02I have ordered from this Wendy’s several times and unfortunately they’ve never gotten our order correct. Today was the absolute worst. I had an almost $40 order and none of it was right. They did give us a frosty for free which was nice. But it took 45 minutes for an incorrect order. In the end they were trying to make it right but after several more attempts we just gave up and left.

2022-07-31This has got to be the worse Wendys in America. Food was mixed up, waited in line for 15+minutes and there was 1 person in front of me. Confusion in the back with people just standing there not doing anything. Drink machine only had half the options. Floor was a disaster. And this was at 2 oclock. If you are the franchise owner, go get new managers.

2022-08-01Terrible!!! I have been to this store twice now and some how the employees cant seem to get my orders right. The first time there I ordered 2 spicy chicken meals. My sandwiches had absolutely nothing on them and my fries were half done. Whats up with that? Today, I decided to give this store another chance. I ordered 2 classic chicken meals. One had only chicken/lettuce/pickles. No tomato or dressing. The other sandwich they gave me was a chicken/bacon/cheese sandwich. Had a piece of old dried up lettuce and burnt up bacon. The sandwich you could tell had been sitting awhile. How many times do I have to complain to the manager about my meals? I think none. Good bye East side Wendys!

2022-05-17Wendys on harding hwy was the worst. I dont know what going on but. It was dirty the hamburger part of the meat was gone after giving my name twice she still put it in wrong. Than she never called me, when I went to the counter I ask if that bag was mone first she said know than asked what I ordered finally got my order which was cold and a take out order even though I said eat in.So now I have to go across town and see if they are any better.

2022-06-21Bathrooms were some of the worst Ive seen. Even after I mentioned it to the staff, they didnt clean it. Bun was a bit stale on my burger. I love Wendys in general, but this location was not good at all. Wouldnt recommend.

2022-05-17Lobby was closed before 5pm.Bathroom was very poor. No towels, soap dispenser in pieces, had to take the liquid soap manually out of the pouch, toilet dirty, bathroom floor bad, air dryer was weak, might as well not even have it.Only accepted exact change through the drive thru or CC. Even though I was in the restaurant, Had to go back to my car and order at drive thru. Some of the staff looked confused, and made no effort in accommodating any of my business.
