So I usually dont get upset at places when they mess up. But this is ridiculous. First off we waited 5 to 10 mins at the speaker because the system was down, Okay no big deal we are patient people. Then we get up to the window and I almost didnt get some of my change back. If I wouldnt have counted it definitely would have lost it, again no big deal people make mistakes. Then we get our food. So after waiting all that time, to have it pretty much throw at us and the window slammed in our face before we could even say anything about a few missing things. I look over my order really well they got all of it completely wrong. One of the sandwiches didnt even have a meat patty In it. So I try to go in to fix it and the door is locked. Go through the drive through, I waited a half hour and I left because I wasnt even close to the front yet. And Ive tried calling multiple times and they wont answer. This was a complete waste of time and money.
1 hour 6 minutes before reaching the order board. Ive never seen a drive thru this slow. Why didnt we leave? We came for the strawberry Frosty and waited only to find out this was the wrong place. Not even mad we waited for the wrong place, whats more distributing is taking two orders at a time and apparently making each order to order. Theres no way they were making more than one patty at a time or more than one order of fries and to be honest even if this was the case it still took too long. I really feel for the people who live here that enjoy Wendys who are stuck with this train wreck of a restaurant. You all need to start completing the surveys or nothing will change. Management needs to be trained, fired, demoted and new people brought in, all of the above. How can you have any pride in your job of this is the level of service you provide?
Went inside to order. Was 1st in line. Got told for over 5 minutes (3 different times) shed be with us in a minute. Never even took our order. Had a line behind us too. Finally, walked out with no order ever taken. Tried to call the store to let management know but they wouldnt answer the phone either. Got a FAX machine eventually. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WANTING ANY SERVICE THERE!!!
5/24/22 rewriting my review for the night shift of said date...rolled up about 9:30 and got some of the best fast food Ive had in a long time...was made exactly like I was gonna make it for myself it was perfect...couple cars ahead of me but I didnt wait long at all...drive thru workers were super friendly and im pretty sure i saw the manger in there making things happen alongside everyone else...definitely try to keep that whole team
Had to drop a star off today. They were busy so I didnt check the bags before I pulled out. Got home and one of our items was missing.It was a mobile order with multiple items and the missing item was a cookie, not a sandwich so not that upset but still...not getting any item you paid for is a disappointing experience.
Stopped by there about 10, and they advertise that they’re open till midnight with a late drive through. They told me they couldn’t take my order. I’ve worked in restaurants for 12 years and if you can’t take an order, change your hours online. Don’t advertise that you’re open late and then not follow through. That’s bad business. I understand the climate we’re in, but false advertisement is false advertisement. Be up front about your staff shortage and be honest with your hours.
Horrible. Messed up my order, woman at the drive thru didn’t even acknowledge me or speak to me. Gave me the wrong order, had to wait 10 minutes while the employees shouted at each other over whose fault it was, then they messed it up again. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Went thru drive thru today for dinner, ordered Daves single with cheese combo, with large sweet tea, my sweet tea had no ice and when asked about it the girl at the window said she was too lazy to go and get more ice, and my sandwich was burnt! No I didnt bring the order back cause I worked a 12 hour shift and just wanted to feed my face a go home! But I will not be returning!
If i could give no stars i would. I understand places are short staffed, but to take a order in front of you and then your order is turned down because there are only 3 employees. I would had waited Patiently since i had already waited 20 mins in line. While now waiting at Arbys i see employees smoke and then you see orders being taken again. Bs honestly i wouldnt had mind waiting 5 mins for them to smoke. Versus waitng 20 mins at a restaurant i didnt actually want. 😣👎
Apparently, half past 7 in the evening on a Friday is a busy time for Wendys drive-thru. Waited in line for over 30 minutes to place our order. Despite the wait, the employees were great. Friendly, patient, and fast-paced. This particular location has always served up good food, hot and tasty.My one caveat... If you do not like lots of mayo on your burger, make sure to tell them.
If possible, I’d give zero stars. I have never had a good experience here. Forgotten things from my order half the time and when you go back through the line you waste more in gas sitting in line than the cost of your food. They also act annoyed when you come to get food. Go to the one in Granville! Line is faster and they’re a lot more nice.
Eff this place man!!! I go through and get my son a chicken nugget happy meal… & while he’s eating he starts screaming & come to find out his nuggets are SPICEY NUGGETS!!! who puts that in a kids meal??? I could understand if it was just a order of nuggets. But this was in a KIDS MEAL! I’m LIVID! Ohhhh & to top it off, they won’t answer the phone. Haha what a joke.. won’t see anymore of my money!
Yeah I ordered a bourbon bacon double and they gave me the wrong sandwich .went back to complain and got the order messed up again after I told them I got the bourbon bacon sandwich personally. To be honest I need a refund or someone needs talked to cause thats not nessary
When we stopped here for a quick dinner after we ordered our meals was advised out of big hamburg patties which limits your choices. Meal was very disappointing. Hamburger bun on one sandwich was rock hard and chicken filet was burnt on the other sandwich. Only good thing was the drink machine.
Wendys has changed their chili.. and gotten rid of their side salad on the menu..Yesterdays chili was like they made it out of more catsup than anything else. A few small size bits of hamburger meat and beans were in there..So in my humble opinion..Wendys beloved chili has now become trash!Good Job Wendys!Ill be making my chili and salad at home..
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Ever time I go to this one their systems usually crashed right beforehand or they are only accepting cash. I literally get off work last and try going here and they are always closed before the actual time they are supposed to close. The employees are lazy and no one here wants to work.
This Wendy’s location needs a lot of attention. The cashier in the drive thru is always friendly however when you get to the second window to get your food... the staff doesn’t event say a word and not even a “thank you.” Wish the young man working took better pride in his appearance rather than looking like he just rolled out of bed with his sweat pants on that needed pulled up.
Unfortunately we are very disappointed with our experience. It started with a wait time of approximately 30 minutes in the drive through.The young lady who took our payment was friendly and quick however her mask was around her chin and not covering her mouth and nose. Once we pulled to the pick up window we were shocked to see a male individual in shorts and a t shirt with no mask , gloves, or hat. He was handling drinks. The associate working the window did not have a mask or gloves on either and did not wash her hands. The COVID19 protocols are not being enforced. Very dangerous.They neglected to give us our beverage and I had to ask for it.A scary experience considering the pandemic.
The girl at the register was unfriendly and had an attitude, and the woman putting food on the trays left a mess on the counter. When we got out two orders (after about 10 minutes) everything was cold and the cheese was hard. Had to ask for fresh fries because they were litterally COLD. Just drive the extra 10 minutes to 21st Street and get decent service.
Apparently employees here do the mask thing where they wear it but under their chin. Drive thru pay window, food pick up window and inside employee all. I tied the store phone number but it disconnected after ringing so long. Called Wendys headquarters to lodge a complaint. Was told the area rep would call me but he never did. Dont buy here if you want your food you take with you protected.
It was so cold in the dining area we couldnt enjoy our meal. The manager and some of the employees stayed in the back laughing and playing while a young gentleman named Diamond ran the front register, put out orders, attended to customer needs and wiped down tables in the lobby. The chilli was so spicy my daughter and wife couldnt eat it. The sandwiches were over loaded with condiments and soggy....This was my worse experience at Wendys!
Decided to give this wendys a chance after being given a raw chicken sandwich and not leaving a review. I asked for a spicy chicken pub sandwich in the drive through and the guy taking orders was horribly rude. When I got home, they had given me the completely wrong sandwich. When I tried to call in, they immediately hung up on me. This has to be the worst wendys in a 100 mile radius.
They have a nice size big potato that is very tasty. The price is good too.Today they told me the order that I ordered wasnt what I ordered. I left unsatisfied today. The drive thru was full. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for the wrong order and to be called a liar. Usually better than today.
I have lived in Heath for 2 years and dont really go to Wendys due to working at a Wendys for 7 years. But when I do go there is always something wrong with my order. Coming from someone who was a shift supervisor for 2 of those years I understand that when you are short staffed it gets hectic, believe me. But please make sure you are giving your customers what they ordered and not short them nuggets or give them the wrong drink.
Twice now they have got my order wrong through door dash, the first time they charged us for a large frosty we never got. Called in to ask them and never received any answers or solutions. Second time I didn’t get two things I ordered and I called to ask them about it and they said we needed to come in that night or the next day. I Came in next day and they acted like I was lying, and refused to listen to me so I never got my food. IF YOU CAN’T HANDLE USING DOORDASH THEN STOP USING IT. I’ve also gone there in the drive thru and waited 20 minutes for cold stale food, and partially uncooked baked potatoes.
Worst experience at the drive through order crispy chicken sandwiches with tomato did not get tomato or a butter and sour cream For baked potato didn’t get order of the get a four piece nugget and ask for money back and got an attitude at the drive-through window do not recommend this place and not even a sorry for the inconvenience
As this particular wendys they messed up my order. I did not realize it until I got home. When I returned to get the right order there was 3 other people in there trying to get there orders fixed also. Its not the first time it has happened to me here. It was fixed and I was given a coupon for a free meal, but I would rather have a order done right
Stop stopped at this Wendys on 9/35 at about 10:45 am. There was so much grease on the floor that you couldnt stand in one place. If you tried to stop moving your feet continued to slide. It was that way in the dining area and the ladies restroom. The burgers did not seem fresh and the fries were not hot. If you have that much grease on the floors before 11 am and unfresh and cold food also. Somebody in management needs to get it together
Second time I’ve been through the drive through recently, and both times the speed is extremely slow. The first time it took over 20 minutes to move six cars, and today it took over 15 minutes to move 5 cars. Food is ok, but if you’re in a hurry don’t use the drive through.
The Drive-Thru was packed but the line went rather fast, so Ill give her some credit for that....but the Lady working Drive-Thru Window, omg, Rude As Could Be, lol, first off Very Very Loud/Obnoxious, then when we got to the window/got our food, My Husband said Please, Thank You + called her a Nice Name (Sweetie, or somethin), but she NEVaeR
Saturday Feb 23, 2019, 8:17pm. Was looking forward to the cod sandwich and they finally got it on the menu. We ordered 3. The filets looked smaller than last year, thinner. They were overcooked, dried out, and chewy. They werent even warm enough to melt the slice of cheese. Not what we hoped for. At least the chili tasted OK.
I ordered a number 6 w/cheese. Check it at the window after receiving it because the employee didnt seem very confident about handing it to me. It didnt have cheese added. The one and only thing specific to my order that I additionally paid for. So I pulled around. Went inside. Explained. They made me a new sandwich and put it in its own bag and handed it to me. Now I should have checked it, but to be honest I thought the order was simple enough that messing it up once was a fluke. Twice would be impossible. Smiled, said thanks. Went home. No cheese. How hard is this? I mean really. Quite possibly one of the least complicated food orders that they get in an average day, Im sure, and it gets messed it up, twice. In the exact same way none the less after simple specific instructions as to what was missing. How does this happen? Its bad enough I got to pay extra for the thin slice of government cheese anyways, considering Im paying for a breath of soda and 12 ounces of ice, but I pay the silly cheese cost and it gets jacked up...twice. Mind blown smh lol.
Wendys prices keep going up, and their food quality seems to just get worse and worse, every time I eat there. Today I wanted to just stop and pick up something on the way home so I did not have to cook. Big mistake stopping at Wendys. The Cod fish sandwich that they have been advertising on TV was just awful, the fish tasted old, and the breading was tough and chewy. I had bought that for my Aunt, she said it was so bad that she didnt want to eat it. So, I swapped her for a chicken go wrap. She was right the Cod was terrible, I did not eat it either. The chicken go wrap was also hard and chewy, like it was overcooked or had been laying around for hours. Very disappointing. My wife ordered the mozzarella chicken sandwich, the chicken was OK, but you needed a microscope to find the cheese. I paid over $25 for three sandwiches, a go wrap, a double stack, and three fries to feed three people. This was certainly no bargain, and not enjoyable. This is the third time in a row I have been let down by Wendys. No more of this crap for us.
I just had the worst service at this location that Ive ever had. The girl at the register is clueless. Rude. No greeting and barely spoke more than one word. We waited over 10 minutes after ordering on our food and I finally said something. If I hadnt said anything it would have been longer. The girl at the counter forgot to put a tray down for us and the girl running the food started serving the customer after us before we had received food. After all that, we got cold food, and cold fries. Very unhappy.
Probably the worst Wendys Ive ever been to. Last week I spent 29 minutes in the drive thru for a potato nuggets and chilli. I didnt get my chili because silly me I need to check to make sure I get what I paid for. This place gets worse and worse. Food tends to be cold when you get it.
This place is terrible. Their computers are constantly rebooting so they cant take orders, or they are consistently out of items like actual burgers. I would be more forgiving with my review because of COVID however this was going on before COVID it is the most poorly managed Wendys Ive ever been to.
The awful woman behind the counter barely spoke in complete sentences, she stared blankly out of unfeeling eyes as she held up her finger at me as if I were an annoying child, telling me to hold on before approaching the register with my order. She was disrespectful, barking at me to remove my card from the machine and offered no pleasantries such as please or thank you. Wendys, we treat you the same way our food treats a healthy body should be this places new slogan.
We went there when they first reopened from their remodel. They apparently kept all the same food that was there when they started construction. My sons bun had mold all over it and when I took it back up to the counter, they said and I quote Man this is the 2nd time today this has happened I said well if it happened once then that group of buns should have been thrown away. And the rest checked. So I wont be back for awhile!!
The staff would be better off unemployed! Slow and miserable and make everyone who comes there just as miserable! A serious overhaul is needed before I return to this store! I would drive to Columbus first and would more than likely still get my food faster if I did!!!
Worst service, acting rushed even though we were only now ones there and no one in drive through. Flies and gnats everywhere. Food was cold. When we first wakes in the first question was a very cold is there for here or to go and then we were interrupted 2 times but the girl while trying to order.
Be leary of the mobile app. It did not take the coupon and they would not make it right at the store claiming they did not know how and theyve had numerous problems with the app. Told me to call corporate to get my money back. They did however have the order ready?????
Order a bacanator, for those that don’t know a bacanator comes with two patties cheese mayo and ketchup and bacon on each pattie well to my surprise I got one patty lettuce and onion and the saltyst sandwich I’ve ever had so bad I couldn’t swallow and they wouldn’t replace bc I didn’t have a recipet but they never gave me one !!!!!

2022-07-12When I visited the line was wrapped around the building which is normally the case and the normal wait time is between 30 and 45 minutes. I decided to go into the lobby to order because I didnt have the time to wait the normal time in line. When I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a young man lounging on the counter playing with a drink and his exact words were what do YOU want I explained a biggie bag to which he rudely and nastily stated they were not taking counter orders. The doors were not locked and there was no sign. Terrible customer service and I have decided I am no longer going to waste my money at wendys.

2022-06-22Bathroom completely disgusting and food was completely cold when got it. Waited over 15 minutes in line when got told that she would be there in a minute but ended up taking forever. The lady at the front register was completely rude. Would not visit this restaurant again

2022-06-18There system was down took about 20 minutes to come up once it did waited 20 minutes in line,got the food the fries were cold they probably sat at the drive thru window for God knows how long before I got them. Didnt get a recite so couldnt call them to get fries replaced.

2022-04-05Customer was leaning over the counter having a long and personal (!) conversation with staff; it was so loud I couldnt hear staffer who took my order. I bought 4 for $4; fries & sandwich were cold & chicken nuggets were hard & dry. Sad day at Wendys.

2022-02-11Every time I go here its absolutely the worst experience poor service out of product etc etc. Today I was told that my order was $5 and some change I got to the window it was $7 and some change because she added an extra Coke then didnt know how to take it off so I got stuck with an extra Coke horrible horrible horrible would never recommend Wendys has simply gone downhill. I believe the Dave would be thoroughly embarrassed

2022-02-26Our food was unfortunately lukewarm at best, greasy and thrown together. They were extremely slow so, maybe they were short staffed? Really disappointing meal and not up to Wendys usual standards.

2022-02-21For months the doors were locked and not allowed to eat inside , today go there lobby door was unlocked walk in was told lobby was only open for door dash etc. clearly there was other customers sitting down and eating! Maybe should be a sign on the door to let customers know that information and let them know exactly can sit down and eat and who can’t !

2022-05-07Did not understand the word cheese for the burger. Soft drink cop filled to the top with ice, 3 sips and soda was gone. Will have to be awful to return!!

2020-06-02Second time Ive received the incorrect lettuce for the apple pecan salad. Also, no cranberries. It seemed they doubled up on the blue cheese in place of the cranberries. Nothing was mentioned about being out of the spring mix lettuce or cranberries.
