Food is expensive. If you cant get an order correct and you blame it on not having enough staff then CLOSE!!! This is the worst Wendys ever. Last time I went there I ordered a Baconator and when I got home it had no bacon on it. The sandwich alone costs over 6$. I called and the manager told me they would send me a coupon. It has been 2 weeks and nothing. I called again and he just says Oh I gave the info to my manager. Big help. I thought you were the manager. This is just the one time. Long waits, wrong orders and cold food are the norm here.
Wendys in town is a joke. Rude workers, slow service, and at least a 10 minute wait if there are 2 cars ahead of you. The whole place looks dirty, and the workers stand out front smoking cigarettes while youre waiting. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!
Worst experience ever. Waited in the drive thru for 32 minutes. We asked for napkins. The hairy child at the window said napkins and straws were in the bag of which they werent. We went back and the lobby is closed. We knocked on the door the manager came and looked at the door and looked at my husband when he asked for straws then she walked away and then walked to the other doors to make sure they were all locked. The freezer door by the order speaker was hanging wide open and had been that way the whole time the we were in line. We called the manager she said my husband was being rude and hung up on him. This place is a joke and well never be back. I hope no one gets food poisoning from spoiled food from the freezer door open.
Wendys is the rudest restaurant AND the longest wait time during meal time. Hands down and its not just Celina, but also in New Bremen, Ohio. My husband and I were talking about how they ask you to wait before you can place an order, and its usually 2-3 minutes before they will even take your order. We were trying to figure out why this is happening, when the headset employee announced to us that we were rude and we werent going to be served. I asked him why he was eaves dropping on our conversation? He replied, because I can hear you. I had no idea the little drama queen employee was listening to people talking amongst themselves - so they could cancel their orders. WHAT A WINDY KAREN !!! He just would not shut up until we left the line, and we were unable to move until the car ahead of us had moved forward.
Order was wrong. Food was sloppy and nasty. I got a popper chicken sandwich that looked like a piece of fish and had cheese sause slopped all over inside and outide the bun with jalapenos loaded. I ordered a junior bacon cheesburger, small chilli. What I got was a bag of food to throw in the trash when I got home.
This Celina Wendys is the worst!! The only thing positive is they didnt mess up my order. Portions suck. Customer service sucks. They close early all the time. And the drive thru could be empty and there will still be a long wait. Its easy to see why people would rather wait at Taco Bell across the street
I would give 0 stars if it was an option.Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches in drive.Bit into it looked at it and its raw. Not a little undercooked almost completely raw. Obviously management at Wendys in Celina doesnt care. If you eat from there make sure the food is cooked before taking a bite or giving it to child or elderly. They lost another customer.I
Place is always slow and its the only one that doesnt open up for breakfast and breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I quit going there because I could use my buns as frisbees very sad because Wendys is my favorite and now I have to go to another county to get it 😢😫
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a son of baconater, the pop was watered down, the person on the fryer was NEVER introduced to a hair net, the manager, freaked out because the young man upfront on register didnt have anymore side salads, the person on the grill didnt give us out sandwiches and by the time we got them the fries were cold. Not the worse experience ever but by far it was definitely not to best.
I like the food. Its generally well made and not often made wrong. The whole building needs a remodel, so we tend to avoid eating in. The service could be speedier, and they forgot out straws and spoon last time. But the dude was friendly and prompt when we got to the window.
Service sucks.....managers are rude to the crew.....in front of customers ...... even over the intercom....and at the window. Come on people be more professional. Fries are always cold and more than once since I have eaten there have we been served raw burgers. They are removing them to early. .....................since my last review things have improved drastically. I found out about a new manager there that really cares about turning things around. He has been there for a few months. When he is on duty fries are always served hot. The food is fresh. He is doing an amazing job. Keep up the amazing job Aaron. Came in with my team and they were very nice although we came in quite late, workers seemed tired but it didn’t stop them from outstanding service and they were very fast for everybody. They even gave us some free frostys because we spent so much. Great food, kind employees.
The server was completely rude. We went in and ordered 2 combo meals. My son ordered water with his meal. When the server was fulfilling the order, he gave my son a cup of water(a free item) for his meal. The receipt showed that I was charged for a bottled water. I asked him if they had bottled water. He replied that this was what he usually gave people. Then he asked if I wanted a bottled water, I said, yes, because was charged for one. He did give us the bottle of water, and we went to sit down and eat. The whole time were sitting and eating, in between waiting on customers, he is staring and giving us dirty looks. I then see him talking to a co-worker, and turning his head, once again towards us. Then his co-worker looked over at us, giving me the impression he was talking about us. Unacceptablely rude and discourteous behavior. My fault in all this was that I was charged for a bottled water, and I wanted what I paid for. Not going back.
Went to Wendys tonight, nothing was on the baked potato even though we paid and asked for extra butter and sour cream. We were missing two sandwiches, no ranch for our nuggets. Tried calling before driving back up and nobody answered the three times we tried. This place never gets better. The food is old dry, gross. You ask for it to be fixed and employees act like you are telling them to sacrifice kittens. Went back to get food right. Manager argued and caused problems instead of being a man and doing his job. Get so sick of going to Wendys to waste hard earned money for dirty crack heads to tell you, you dont deserve for your food to be done right
I ordered two salads. They didnt ask how I wanted the chicken cooked until I got to the window. I then had to pull forward and wait at least 15 minutes to get my salads. The car behind me had to wait, also. Thats a fairly elementary question to ask, so why they didnt, I dont know. The only reason I go here is because most of the fast food places dont have healthy salads with any variety. Wendys does have that. But I cant eat gluten and my choices are limited.
Every time Ive went, no matter what I order, something is wrong. Today, ordered a baconator with no ketchup or mayo and it had everything on it.Ordered inside compared to drive thru, and I wasnt the only one with order issues. A couple ordered 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers and their order was messed up somehow.The wait time was ridiculous, but considering it was lunch hour it was understandable. One thing I noticed while inside was that the employees seemed to have no sense of organization when working. Some of them seemed to have no cooperation skills with the rest, which could be heard from the dining area. While I understand that it can get stressful during peak times, professionalism is key and should be exercised all the time.The combination of the unprofessionalism, orders being made wrong and the amount of people also not pleased...the 2 star rating is going to this.I really do like their food, but would rather go to the location in Anna on I-75.
Wendys has some of the best fast food out of any fast food place. That is why it is such a shame that the Wendys in Celina is so bad... I know finding good help these days is hard, but as long as your willing to pay employees decently well for what they do, you can find AND keep good ones. This place seems to have very quick turn around as far as employees which makes it hard to ever get any well trained employees. Because of this, their service is normally downright awful. Sometimes I plan on eating here, but if I drive past and there is more than a few cars in line, I go elsewhere cause I know it will take 15 minutes or more to get through the line..Years ago, they were much better, just like service anywhere, the quality comes and goes, but they have been on the poor service side of that coin for quite some time now. I just hope it improves because id like to support them!
It takes forever every time you come here whether you go inside or in the drive thru. It isnt clean and the food is either almost always burned or not fully cooked. The employees are also immature and throw things at each other and they dont wear gloves while preparing your food.
I deep down love the idea of Wendys, but this one is not my favorite. Almost every time we go there the employees are rude. Ok I get you work at Wendys. But the poor service is just the start. The sandwiches are usually put together in a poor manner. They usually forget something about the order, food, frosty,sauce, and so on. Then to top it off the fries are almost always cold and loaded with salt, I mean to the point where your lips shrivel. Just wish that they could do a better job.
If this Wendys was any slower, theyd have to start seating tables. I can get across town to Arbys and back on a 30 minute lunch break and still have time to eat, but if there is more than one car in the Wendys drive thru, I wont chance it. They also consistently get my order wrong. If youre in a hurry, I wouldnt recommend it.
Horrible experience. 2 out of my 3 meals ordered were messed up in some way .They gave me like 30 packs of ketchup but no ranch for my chicken tenders which were old, cold, and unnecessarily heavily salted. The salt goes on the fries people.....just disappointed Wendys has messed up my orders consistently 4 out of every 5 times
The main reason I like Wendys is its the only fast food place around that thier meat, tastes like actual meat. They are bigger burgers compared to most. The flavor isnt even comparable to McDonalds or Burger King. Its so much better. After I eat at Wendys I have to wonder what other fast food places use for meat. Theyve never got an order wrong. Thier food is always hot and delicious. This place seems to be serving REAL beef compared to all the others that just blend in with a bun.
Was sitting in line for 30 minutes two days ago, got to the machine to order my food and she told me to hold and was waiting for another 8 minutes , finally ordered, pulled forward was waiting another 10 to get to the window , got my food and it was cold. Id rather drive to New Bremens Wendys , they are always fast and have fresh food .... Wendys goes downhill every year in Celina .
I came in with my girlfriend and her family and was having my order separate. They took my girlfriend and her familys order and proceeded to make their food as I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before my order was taken. I didnt appreciate this seeing as I came in at the same time. The lady who took my order looked at me multiple time as I was standing there and walked away 3 times before she took my order. She also basically threw my card back at me after I had paid
So a friend recently employed by this store quit before they did something rash and abrasive....but I honestly have no qualms about hurting a corporation that allows management to send pictures of themselves in the office with there top undone. Shame on you Wendys as a whole. This goes to every one employed under the district manager Mike. You have stated as long as you keep it above 70 all problems go away....bot tis one sir. NOT THIS ONE.
The corporate office that runs this restaurant is shady af! You customers that actually do the Voice of Wendys surveys both good and bad ones thank you..... But they do not matter in the long run! As long as the score stays above 70 all the issues get swept under the rug. I know personally that those words came from the district manager Mike M. Its a travesty that Jessica S. is and has been in charge of that store for the last six years and in that time the management team has gone through over twenty individuals in those years.... Looking back at all the reviews there happens to be one common denominator and that happens to be the General Manager Jessica S. And yet she still holds on and continually blames her management team, now I recently left that store on very bad terms, yes. I was Co General Manager and Jessica and Mike both laid the issues of the store once again on someone else. Time for you as a community to say enough is enough.
Worst experience I have ever had.. employees were talking about if you wear gloves the customers can’t tell if you wash your hands so it doesn’t matter. The food was old the buns are like a rock. And my nephew found hair in his sandwich after I ask them to remake it due to the bun being so hard.. the employees are rude and the customer service is terrible
Worst Wendys I have ever been to if I didnt like Wendys so much Id never go but Im going to start going to new Bremen slow service managed poorly noone nos what there doing mess my order up Everytime have to drive threw again cold food the owner should be ashamed of himself

2022-03-05I get off work 30 minutes before this location closes and it takes me three minutes to get to drive there. I have never been able to make it there before they close as they are frequently closed and shut down their drive-through at least 30 minutes before their posted hours are over. This does not mean that the workers have left, however, as you can see them standing through the drive-through window standing around and chatting at the end of the day. This is a blatant disregard for their operating hours and it is clear that they do not want to help customers. This has happened on at least five occasions, including tonight.

2022-06-12Always been my favorite Wendys around here. But a couple days ago my wife and I each ordered the classic double And they came to us still cold in the middle. My wife took hers back up to the counter and they said they would remake it for her. The one they gave her back was colder than the first one. She told them she did not want a replacement, she just wasnt going to eat. When she got back to the table we could hear them bad mouthing us. They thought we had left. We also overheard a girl working there say thats why she did not want to work there anymore because of how they are treating people. Needless to say, we just left.

2022-03-21My husband and I went to Wendys last night to get food. The guy on the drive through microphone sounded like he hated his job. He had no care at all. When we pulled up to the window, he had no gloves on nor a hat and touched his head while handling food. Wendys you need to step up youre going to lose business!! This specific wendys has been awful for years never gotten better and I dont think it will.

2022-04-18The worst fast food in Celina Ohio. Miranda, the manager, has the worst attitude every time I go thru the drive thru at 11pm after work. Very unprofessional and if shes that miserable Id recommend her searching for another occupation.

2022-06-0210:20 I placed a mobile order and pull into the drive thru guy comes on says hes counting money and cant leave the office that hes closed. They dont close till 12. I tell him I had already ordered and paid took him 45secs to say ok pull around seemed to hate dealing with me. He didnt have a name tag on either

2022-06-20Went there and got 3 strawberry shakes live not even a mile and when I got home my shakes were runny foam . I called and spoke to. Angel she was kind and friendly said they would replace them . I went back yesterday after work .and these were a little better but still runny I had to put them in the freezer .

2022-06-16Wendys is always a pleasant visit every time. The best quality food out there for fast food and relatively affordable prices considering the times were in. I would definitely recommend Wendys over all other fast food chains.

2022-03-10Nasty just nasty! Went there at 11 after work ordered a bacanator and I drove for 2 seconds and opened it and it was cold thw bacon tasted nasty it was just put together sloppy and the bun was crusty and nasty. Not pleased when I called thebgirl working was very rude and hung up 😡
