My girlfriend left her money card at home and we had to leave after we had ordered our food and they had it made and we went back after we went home and got the card and instead of them giving us food that theyd already made for us they made us up all fresh food thats a top-notch joint there buddy . And the people were very nice. Then on another visit all I had was change and instead of taking my change for my order they gave me my order for free because they didnt want all the change change
We just went through the drive thru at 8:52 p.m. There was a car in front of us who ordered and got their food. When it was our turn to order the speaker came on and told us they were currently closed to visit during normal business hours. So I get on Google and look up this Wendys location and hours. Says closes at 10pm. So I call and ask what time they closed and was also told 10. So why was our service denied but car in front of us was able to order and receive their food?
They remodeled this locations but the service is still so slow. The drive thru is usually backed up and the inside doesnt move any fast. The food is great but the time it takes you get your order is ridiculous. The company needs to invest in employee and management training on how to work on time mamanagent when it comes to how long someone is waiting on their order. If the time for ordering was different I would have gave this a higher star review. The food is good and the staff is friendly but the lack of timely service is what cause a lower review
Have been here several times and never satisfied with food or service! Tonight was the last straw!! Bloody hamburgers and burnt fries. Idc how fast you hand stuff out the window! Id be ashamed!! You have one job! I couldn’t get away with this type of service at my job!!!
A young women with glasses, mid teens was rude. I had ordered 2 drinks and food, when the drinks came out I was polite and said thank you. She never said anything back quite rude. Train your employees to do better than this. As a young women who works in the retail industry, this to me was appalling.
This place was literally the worst Wendy’s ever. My medium fries came as a small. They forgot my side of cheese so I had to go back through the drive thru, I asked if they could reheat my original order.As I waited for my original order, I seen someone throw a tomato looking object across the kitchen which made me lose my appetite immediately.My cheese cup had an jalapeño in it, I’m allergic to jalapeños!!I ended up going to McDonald’s. Sad part about it is that I been to almost every Wendy’s along the I-70. This is the worst one!
So my husband drives truck and we had been out on the road and upon returning we thought we would grab something to eat at Wendys. He parks his semi directly behind Wendys. So we get into his pickup and he to the drive thru it was 10:20pm and there were 3 cars in front of us so we waited almost 20 minutes and when it was our turn to order we pull up for them to turn the light out on the menu and was told they were closed. They didnt close for another 20 minutes!!! I am disappointed and disgusted with this place. I am calling corporate over this!
I understand charging 10 or 20 cents to cover the cost of the cup but charging me for a soda when theyre giving me water is too petty for me to tolerate. I dont plan to return to the franchise.I also noticed that you cant get a couple of water if youre ordering online either. Its not even an option.
I went to wendys to get a frosty.i waited behind 6 cars not going very fast.then when i ordered the frosty machine needed to be refilled..so i had to pull to the side.then 20 mins later i walked to the window to ask if my order was ready.. The lady did not know what was.but is was a nother lady.not happy.
Placed a the mobile order through the app as a curbside pickup. When I got there it said I had to go inside to the front counter. Had I known this I would have done a drive-through pick-up instead. When I got inside, they hadnt even started making my food. I had to let them know that I was picking up a mobile order and then they started making it.
The men toilets are so nasty. Both toilet bowls was sprayed from some nasty person without considering others may use it. The hand dryer does not work, and one urinal is out of order. You can always tell how clean business is by looking at the cleaness of the bathrooms - Rotten Sanitation.
Used up approximately fifteen minutes ($8) getting off the road, into the parking lot, and getting to the door for breakfast, only to find that the lobby did not open for takeout until 10:30.If you’re going to cater to big trucks, then cater to them. Don’t leave them in the cold. Make up your mind.
This place actually sees a lot of my business due to proximity. I prefer Wendys to most other selections in this area. Even so, check your sandwiches, check for barbecue sauce, ask for extra cheese on your Baconator fries. Sometimes theyre super busy, sometimes not. Sometimes the quality is excellent and sometimes its not.
Not good. I gave them another try after the last bad experience. There wasnt anyone to make the sandwiches for the front counter. The poor girl Emily asked if she should make them. She had a lobby full of customers. Then two black girls who had been running in and out finally yelled at her we are clocking in. Dont get all up set Emily. Then we started getting our food. Not good for the customers to hear all that. 😑😑At least the food was good this time and I did get all I ordered. I will say that for them. Good job on that. I checked my bags before I left.
Well, its a fast anything, in this case fast food. The turnovers are high because the pay is low and the jobs can be hard.On this evening there must have been either new employees, employees that just dont care or a combination, but, I didnt get what I ordered when I got home and looked in my bag. I was missing french fries and they didnt do the special orders right...like nothing but ketchup. Had to go back.My next trip there might be wonderful 😕
Went rather late during CoronaCon. Noticed respectful observance of Dec 7th, obviously a matter to an honorable USN vet retiree. They even provided free potato fries, although edible were somewhat brown likely indicating overused fryer oil but still appreciated the courtesy.
For the most part this location does pretty well. We normally come in with a list and get food for a minimum of eight people. We generally check every sandwich when we get food, weve had issues in the past, wrong sandwich, things missing etcetera. This Wendys has gotten our order wrong the least of any local food places.Generally they are fast, friendly, and clean.
Every time I use the app to order my food is never started till I actually walk in and say I have a mobile order. They charge 20 cents for extra cheese and every single time I pay for it I never receive it. I dont know if its how it shows up on their screen, but a plain jr cheese extra cheese shouldnt be that hard. With the extra cheese I pay for I could have had extra cheeseburgers instead....
I was not happy with my order today! I ordered 2 chicken nugget kids meals, baconator meal, and a plain crispy chicken sandwich 4 for 4, a frosty, 2 juice boxes, a Sprite, and water.....when they handed me the drinks they gave me a water, coke, juice boxes, and frosty...did not give me a drink carrier...had to say something about the drink carrier and missing my Sprite. Then told them no sauces and they had sour sauces in my kids bags. No straws for any of the drinks..including juice boxes, no spoon for my frosty, and my chicken sandwich was not plain. The guy working the window just kept shutting the window when tried getting his attention. I didnt even receive my receipt
Just waited for 22 minutes in line with only 4 orders ahead of us. Turns out, theyre out of baked potatoes, which 2/3 of my kids wanted. (Good thing they still have fries.) Possibly slowest. Ever. *Sigh.* Friendly kid took our order. Nice music playing. Clean restaurant.
We ate inside. Food was average. We had fish sandwiches. Dining area was very dirty with fries and other food on the floor. The trashcans were over flowing. The air conditioning was on. We had to keep our winter coats on to eat. We left and went to the grocery and came back about an hour later to go through the drive through for a chicken sandwich to take to our son. The car ahead of us was just pulling away from ordering so we pulled up and ordered immediately. Then we proceeded to wait nearly ten minutes before the other three cars ahead of us finally got their food and we got our order. The management is slipping. We frequent this particular store about once a week or at least once every two weeks and this was one of the poorest experiences that we have had there.
Went thru the drive thru tonight fries were cold when she gave them to me, so I went in to exchange them. I waited already 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. then waited again inside. The new fries were hot, went home and my hamburger , their new s’awesome bacon cheeseburger didn’t live up to the hype. No lettuce to speak of and only two soggy pieces of bacon not three crisp pieces. Also no spoons for the frostys or a receipt. Big disappointment.
This location has a hard time with beingtimely. Also I have been there several times and have taken note as your standing waiting on your order there is a monitor you can view and the back that faces you has been grossly dirty for at least a couple months. It looks as though they reach up with grease on their hands or something its not a pleasant sight before you eat. I would advise go across the street to MC Donalds or Taco Bell.
It’s usually hit or miss here. Tonight has been a huge miss. Spent 20$ to have my chili and frostys be the only correct piece of my order. Had to come back twice to get the right food, and they won’t run it out to you. No. I’m stuck waiting behind 5 cars because “they can’t open a door past 10”.
This is as good as it gets with fast food. The drive through is fast and mistakes are rare. Inside service is also excellent.The crew members are happy and sometimes playful.Easy navigating into the drive through although long vehicles may have a problem with the very tight turn to the service window behind the building.Exiting onto 5th Ave eastbound can be slow. King Ave is one block north with less traffic.
They ALWAYS screw my order up! I go to Wendys often because its right next door to my work and I dont always have much time for lunch but every time I am so disappointed. If you check your order before you leave and see that something is wrong with your order, staff tools their eyes and become agitated that youre calling them out on it. They cant even get condiments correct! And it doesnt matter if you go in at noon or 3PM, if you go in for a full order or just a drink, be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes! HORRIBLE!
How hard is it to be polite? I get it. Covid. You dont want to be there. Neither did I after watching angsty, bitter teenager take my payment, use the touchscreen and fill drink cups with ice with no gloves on. Food not great either. Its too bad when the best thing you can say is It kept me from starving...
We have lived here for 6 years. Rarely do we get hot fries or the right order. Taco salads with no chili. Homestyle chicken cold or re fried in the fryer. Its exhausting. I quit calling in even. Only grab something there when too tired to drive into heath when needing something fast.
My spicy chicken was dry, and not the size it should have been, my fiancee asked for no katcup, it was on it, the cashier was doing the frys with no gloves after handling money, I saw her put her fingers inside the fry box with her dirty fingers. Then she forgot my frosty. The buckeye lake wendys is always slow and there is always at least one thing wrong with our order.
I use to work here about 2 months ago. I worked there for 2 years. And the place has went way downhill. Its so digusting too. I have found some bugs in the salads before. The employees dont use gloves when dropping chicken etc. I went through the drive thru about 2 weeks ago. There was 2 cars in front of me and it took 22 min from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. The managers work the employees to death. Employeees that go to school still get scheduled 40 hours and treated like crap. Ive even seen people drop a bun or something on the floor then pick it back up and use it. This place is horrible!
Better than Burger King and Rallys but not for the price. They have the same people working at at these places just in rotation. Youre still does not seem to be a concern for quality. what youre paying for a burglary to spend a little bit more or even less and go to places like downtown bristo, Cherry Street Pub, or the Best Value Place in Lancaster Briggs sandwiches.
Poor service. 30 minute drive thru wait and order was cold and missing items. The Heath Wendys is the worst. 21st street Newark and Buckeye Lake are superior in service and quality. I called corporate about Heath Wendys. Potholes in drive thru are so deep that you can damage your car. They have no decent management apparently. Corporate did fix the deepest pothole but service and quality of food is still unacceptable
Went thru the drive thru 3/04/2016 at 7;17 pm. I always check my bags to make sure I got everything, looked fine. Got home and took everything out and sure enough the apple pecan salad was missing the roasted pecans,and salad dressing. The young girl working the window was doing a lot of talking to the other employees while I was waiting on my order, that should have been my clue to not only look in the bags but hold the cars in back of me up till I made sure my whole order was there.
I have been sitting at the ordering menu in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for them to ask what we would like, people behind us are cursing us thinking we were taking our time when it was the ones working at Wendys..the employees were inside laughing an the old woman that took our order acted high an couldnt operate. Worst experience ever!!!!!!
On Wednesday February 20th I went to the Wendys at Buckeye Lake, Oh. I ordered a fish sandwich WITH CHESSE. When I got home there was NO CHESSE on it. I would have just age it and not called the store. However I took one bit and it was dry and burnt. So I called and spoke to the manager. I was told to bring it back. Took it back the next day. I was given a fresh one WITH CHESSE. I am sorry that fish was tasteless. Must have changed suppliers. As much as I loved Wendys fish sandwich in the past I will NOT be buying their fish sandwich again.
Worst service ever! Everytime we try to go there our order always gets screwed up. Today we figured we would try going there for lunch cause we hadnt been in awhile. We went through the drive thru and the girl that was working the drive thru window was busy hollering and carrying on with another employee so us and a few other customers left and went elsewhere. I honestly dont know how that place stays open!
Food was great everything seemed fine except the manager i do believe she was on drugs the rest of the staff seemed fine and the manager I am talking about i didnt catch her name but she was wearing a Harley Davidson head band .. That lady needs help she was confusing the workers and messing up orders
Love wendys the only place with a true $1 4 piece nugget. Foods all ways good. The store is kept clean even during rush hour. The staff is awasom othere places in the aera there staff acts all stuck up but at the wendys they make you feel as if while your there the store is yours. The good old the customer is all ways right. Theres even people there that if your truly in need hungry but broke theyll help you out.
Wife ordered a full apple pecan chicken salad with a modification of feta instead of blue cheese, and chicken and dressing on the side (I know mods). Several attempts later they still got it wrong but seemed sad and cruel to press on for the right order. Wasnt busy at the time, except everyone seemed stressed like when teacher announces pop quiz on Monday morning and no one is prepared. Funny/sad.

I was in the bathroom washing my hands as one of the employees came out of the other stall and walked out the door not even washing her hands and I watched her walk right to the register and start taking orders. Nasty wont be eating here!!! Theres no reason for that.
THE WENDYS IN BUCKEYE LAKE MALE EMPLOYEES WORKING ON JULY 15TH WERE VERY RUDE!!!! ON TOP OF RUDE SERVICE IT TOOK 35 MINS FOR 2 SPICY CHICKEN SANDWHICHS. THEY WERE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE DRIVE THRU THEN THE CUSTOMERS THEY HAD IN FRONT OF THEM. WE WERE TOLD OUR FOOD WOULD BE UP IN 10MINS BUT I SAT AND WATCHED THEM BAG MY FOOD FOR THE DRIVE THRU. WHICH IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES EVEN SAID OUT LOUD, I HOPE WE GET SOME BAD COMPLAINTS TONIGHT! AS THERE WERE 6 PEOPLE AND MYSELF WAITING FOR FOOD INSIDE. PEOPLE THAT ORDERED AFTER ME GOT THERE FOOD FIRST. I LIVE IN HEBRON AND THIS IS THE CLOSET WENDYS TO ME. EVERY TIME I GO HERE ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING! NOT GETTING ALL OF YOUR FOOD THAT YOU PAID FOR OR COLD FRIES THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING IN A BUCKET ABOVE THE FRYER. WHICH YOUR MOTTO OF they are not old til sold! IS BULLSHIT...... 2022-01-26The fries are always fresh hot and crispy! Meats is fresh and I always get what I pay for. Unlike other fast food chains I also always get napkins and other eating utensils. Its fast and their everywhere! Did I mention they do breakfast? And not a soggy sandwich wrapped poorly. I love Wendys.

2022-05-30I know it was late and all but the food was absolutely disgusting. My cheese burger was cold and soggy, the fries were cold and everyone can probably agree that cold fries are gross. My order was all messed up, they charged me for a drink I didnt even order. This has to be the worst experience Ive ever had.

2022-06-06This Wendys was decent we stopped here during a fishing trip for lunch, the bacon was pretty greasy when we got sandwiches but they did allow my girlfriends service dog to come in with her holding him so that was a kind gesture

2022-06-24I dont give any stars. We ordered chili and about half way through we found a pepper pack. We called Wendys and the girl that answered the phone didnt want to hear it and told us mgr. Was not there and also on vacation for two weeks so their wouldnt be one to speak with about it

2022-01-09It was a miss for me on the last visit. Card reader was down after waiting in drive thru, went in to pay and order got deleted. Order was restarted, then accidentally handed off to another family.. became a 10-15 minute wait overall because meat wasnt prepped after first 2 mistakes.
