Please check your order before leaving the drive-thru. Had asked at ordering board for napkins and ketchup, never received. Our sandwiches were not fresh and tasted terrible. The meat had tasted like they sat for awhile. The french fries with bacon were very cold and had a terrible spoiled taste. Check everything before leaving. Persons at drive-thru were polite.

Thought it was unusual that I did not have to wait for food at drive thru. It was ready when I pulled up. Now I know why. It must of been under the lamp for awhile. Dry buns, meat, old fries. Done with this location. Not the first time.

Ever since the rona-19 I have come down through the drive through. The grilled chicken sandwich and Davies double have been our go to every time. Im looking forward to be able to dine in again. I feel like its a whole different experience. Overall the food is just as good if not better then I remember. Along with the drive through speed; last time they almost thrown the food in the car as soon as I drove up. And busted out laughing. Highly recommended by me never had a experience yet.
Ive never seen more young people in my life be so slow and improperly managed. I honestly like this location and have had a lot of good treatment. But Ive never seen so many have to walk out at time because they seem to only do one order at a time and its a 20 min wait. This should not be happening when theres only 3 or 4 cars in the drive thru and 2 customers I the lobby. That should not be happening and we need to step it up please. Thx
Dirty as you can imagine food prep area, went through the drive-thru order got filled incorrectly, so I went in to get it corrected and when I looked back through the kitchen area I was appalled and had second thoughts about even eating my food and giving it to my child. The fries on the floor near the friar actually looked better than what was in my bag. The kids juice box did not have a straw in it and you would have thought I asked them to call for an act of Congress for them to give me a straw. Sorry I bothered you to do your job! Highly not recommend Wendys in Aurora.
Normally good hot food and service but but went thru the drive thru tonight at 8pm not sure if they were in a hurry to go home or what but I specifically asked for fresh fries as Im handed my food was told the fries just came up pulled away and opened my sandwich everything was stone cold fries sandwiches everything cold!!! Took it back and the woman at the window days oh my gosh I literally just heard the beeper go off back there insinuating it had just come up but yet when making fresh food we sat waiting for 15+ minutes so that told me it was NOT fresh!! When I was finally done and we got our food it was better but it was still only lukewarm!!!
I give up on this place. I know I speak English but when you ask for a single with mayo and ketchup, it doesnt mean everything else!! I get cheese and extra cheese and whatever else they decide to put on it. SMH
Not Closed yet (40 mins till) They just sat in the dinning area. A line of people not getting their order. So we left.
They have probably the fastest drive through service I’ve experienced and the food is consistently decent, but the employees are rude (half the time they practically throw my order into my car) and tend to forget things. I’m willing to overlook something small like forgetting to put a ranch packet in the bag, but lately they almost ALWAYS forget the sauce and it gets frustrating when it happens all the time.

Frosty half melted, no spoon, forgot mayo on burger. (Ordered cheese ketchup and mayo). Very little ketchup. No napkins. Horrible. Simple order... got it all wrong.
Among other items ordered a hamburger and a cheeseburger, got 2 cheeseburgers. Second pass through the drive thru provided a hamburger without difficulty. Check your drive thru order carefully before driving away.
Have gone through the drive thru several times and have been consistently disappointed. I have always looked past receiving things on my burger I didn’t order, but this last visit was more than frustrating. The workers failed to give us two kids milks, straws, and a kids meal. The fries were clearly sitting around a while (and cold), the frostys were liquid, and we received no receipt. It’s safe to say we won’t be going back.
Horrible service I waited 15 minutes instead to get my order taken. Then waited another 15 minutes to get my food. No matter who they get as a manager this place just keeps falling through the cracks. By far one of the worst run and organized Wendys Ive ever been too. Will never come back to this place again
Last 2 times ordered a burger with EXTRA pickles and onions. Received just 2 rings the first time. Second time there wasnt even one full onion. Please teach employees what extra means

Went to breakfast on black Friday. I dont usually eat fast food. However!! The breakfast was very good.
Only go if you do the drive through, service inside takes an eternity and is spotty at best. They are staffed only for drive-thru service and rarely have a register attendant ready to take orders as theyre off doing other stuff for drive thru orders. You usually have to wait 5 mins just for them to show to the register. Even after you have your order taken youre gonna wait 20+ mins for it as drive-thru time speediness is their priority. Wendys still has good food, but DO NOT eat inside as youll sometimes wait as long as you do in a sit-down restaurant. When theyre busy too the drive thru is too short and bleeds in to the plaza main street sometimes.
Ordered Two grilled chicken sandwiches today with sauce on the side on both and some extras, was charged extra, come to find out none was on the bags. Not only that, the fries looked like it was from the day before, the sandwiches were cold and the meat was all hard and looked like it was from the previous day as well just like the fries. On top of that service was slow.
If I could give them a ZERO I would. This has got to be the absolute worst Wendy’s ever. They’re only open from 12pm-9 pm really. One minute their POS systemIs down, the next minute they’re understaffed and can’t serve ONE customer in line. That’s a bit counter productive. I HATE IT HERE!!!
Great place but extremely DIRTY. We lost our appetite. Tables all were disgusting with food left on then from the night before. Learn how to clean when you close,and clean when you open. Wipe down the pop machine multiple times a day. Pretty EASY JOB, thats why your getting paid.Ill give it 1 more try hope the damn manager can act like a manager.
I always go to the Aurora location and usually have no complaints. But today was a unusual experience, I got a Daves double I always get. Worst taste ever, Im surprised at this. So bad that I cant even finish it. Disappointed ☹️
My brother and I both got food poisoning from here. We know it was here because the rest of my family did not eat there and we were the only ones. Later that night into the morning was quite awful. Heard the place was gross from friends but never thought I’d get food poisoning here.
The older very short lady working at the front is the sweetest human ever! I saw her taking extra time to help the little girl pick out the perfect kids meal toy and could see the joy in the girls eyes & appreciation her mother had for going above and beyond. The next day I returned on lunch break and witnessed her being berated by another younger female coworker for being too slow. If you come here look for the super sweet older woman. She’s kicking butt and provided splendid service.
Worse experience Iv had at a Wendy’s restaurant I go through the line which takes at least 10 to 15 minutes to order food then when I get the food the fries are cold and they are missing a whole sandwich that we ordered
The line for the drive-thru was terribly long so I went inside. The cashier was friendly. But she got my whole order wrong. She did correct the side I wanted but I had to wait a couple minutes and by the time I sat down my sandwich was cold and also incorrect. The line inside was long now and I didnt want to deal with waiting longer so I ate it. First time here.
The staff at this Wendys is always friendly. They have Powerade flavors in their coke remix machine.
Asked for extra ranch on my Asiago chix, got normal amt., couldn’t get water out of the fountain machine because it was discolored by one of the millions of flavor syrups installed into the thing each time, floor was sticky. The ranch was fixed.
Service outside was a little slow but the lady at the window was so kind and courteous I forgot about the wait.
Good food, but the dining room ketchup dispenser is always empty.Update: Im updating my review and removing one-star because I have returned a year later and the ketchup dispensers are still empty. All they have are those squeeze ketchup packs that are always slimy for some reason. This is why I dont come here much anymore.
I was so surprised when i i stopped for a soda. I stopped going to this Wendys because it looked like hell. There was no food rush.I walked in it was different it was clean n pleasant so i stayed got food. It was amazing. It was the fish. The manager asked how was your food. I said great. I will be back again. It was the new manager Celeste. What an asset to your Wendys.
I would give 0 stars, it wont let me. If this is what drive thruf is now Im done with it. It was repulsive, I threw it out. First I looked online for specials and I found one. Placed an order for over $100 and there were no burgers!! All burgers were missing from the order. Had to let them know and when they gave the burgers they were all made incorrectly and ice cold!!! Never Again very poor service!!!!!! Id avoid this place if I were you.
I only wish I could give it half a star!The service was atrocious! (I rarely use that word).The food was cold.The place is dirty and sticky.You definitely shouldnt use their restroom... that was trifling.Lastly, with only 4 people ahead of me and my friends in line, it took us 17 minutes to order our food... because they took 7 minutes to brew some coffee instead of having 1 of the 6 employees continue to take orders.Insummation, go across the street to McDonalds or Heinens and get their food!
Went to grab lunch during my half hour lunch break. Not only did they give me a Southwest Salad instead of the Caesar I ordered, but the chicken in it was RAW. So raw that the workers couldnt even cut through it completely. Disgusting. Had no time to go back. Will not return.

Horrible every time ! For example I just left there tonight, brought dinner home for the whole family and didnt even get anything I ordered except for the fries and frosty. I ordered double stacks, got single Jr cheeseburger and missing half my order. Its a shame bc I love Wendys, but this location is by far the worst. Well the lady at the first window was very rude!! Also, there were only 8 nuggets in a 10 pc order, french fries were cold and nasty!! I only go here because my son loves Wendys ( I do too) but we always have an issue with our orders when we come, we usually dont say anything and go home but man its ridiculous how much this happens considering the fact that I spend an average of $15 per visit 😔😔
A couple years ago this place was really nice. Now its absolutely filthy. Everytime I have gone recently the food has been sloppy, the tables and floors are disgusting, and even the pop machine is gross to touch. I only feel safe getting fries there.
Food was ok but there almost no straws, lids, or ketchup. Most of the tables were wiped off, but the floor was disgustingly dirty. Nuggets under out table sticky mess on the tile. We over heard the manager telling an employee to throw away 50 bacon pans, she said she was tired of washing them, make sense why the store looks like it does. I would hate to see her house.

A chicken sandwich and plain grilled chicken breast for my dog, $5. Watching a young high school girl stand in the parking lot of in front of her daddys silver mini SUV and do a complete strip-down/ clothes change, PRICELESS!! I gave her the thumbs up when I left. I wonder if she knew she was being video taped by several people. I guess she will have to check Y-Tube. I dont think they will let me post her photo on this site. Sure made an interesting evening after shopping at Home Depot!!
This is hands down the most PAINFULLY slow drive thru. In the world. Every time I visit this location there is only 3 or 4 cars in line and it always takes 15-20 mins to get through the line. Weve been here multiple times and been the only car in line and still they somehow manage to take just as long. If youre gonna get fast food, save yourself the hassle and just go to the McDonalds across the street.
Incompetent to say the least. Took forever just to get our order entered. When we received it the order was completely off. After we drove away we realized both drinks were missing. Including the Frosty which they already gave us two spoons for. And then the frosty was not frozen enough it is like drinking a bad chocolate milk.
People were nice but seemed too stupid to work a fryer. Everything was burnt. they replaced the burnt fries and nuggets with more burnt fries and nuggets lol if the girl workin the register wasnt as nice as she was then I would have asked for a refund.
Ive lived in Aurora for more than a year now. I still dont know why I keep going here. Expect to be in the drive thru for at least 20 min. The service inside is even slower. The order is always wrong, or something missing. Most staff is always rude.
It was a mess. No clean tables. Garbage cans were full. A customer found the supplies and was actually restocking the lids and staws by the drink machine. Food was ok, but not good. Wont be back to this Wendys.

The General manager of this store has always been super disrespectful. I think her name is Brandy? and half the time I don’t know if customers know they are open due to the fact that the lights are always off. Luckily I’ve worked for Wendy’s before and I know they are open after 8pm. Management has always been a struggle with all Wendy’s maybe one day they will get it right.

Ordered the pub burger requested ni cheese, what I got was a flatten out bun with cold meat patty , two onion rings the size of a quarter, 3 pieces of limp bacon, not fit to feed the family dog, and to add insult to injury they forgot the frosty, husband had to go back while his burger got colder than it was,
In the 2 and a half visits ive been here the staff are always incredibly rude, one of those time i unknowingly arrived right at closing intead of telling me the listed hours were incorrect and they were closed they ignored me, when i got an employees attention to inform the listed time was incorrect they and who i am assuming was a manager couldnt even be bothered to be polite, idont expect to be qaited in hand and foot but the cpuldnt even be bothered to inform me that they were closed, i siggest going anywhere but here

Apple pecan salad with no pecans (they forgot the packet), only a few specks of blue cheese, most of the lettuce was so brown I couldn’t eat it & they didn’t put in any napkins or silverware which was an issue because I was taking it to eat at work!

Ridiculously slow service, every day of the week!! Ive been here 3x and they have one speed...SLOW!! My entire lunch hour is spent waiting in line to order. Either very short staffed or very poorly managed. Not sure which.
Food was alright, but this location is beyond dirty and ugly inside. There was a spill okn the ground that hadnt been cleaned. The tables were dirty, rude staff and all around dated vibe.

2022-05-07I like stopping at this Wendys when Im out this way for my doctors appointment. The food is good quality and flavorful. The employees have always been very courteous, pleasant and helpful when I have any questions regarding what Id like to order. I will definitely going back here.

2022-04-18The employees were friendly but got my oder wrong TWICE even after I spoke with the manager or assistant manager. Dont know what they charge me for my food cause I never got my receipt. And both times my food were cool as in not even warm very disappointed. I normally dont really complain or write reviews but I was really annoyed with them. This isnt the first time ive had issues at this Wendys. I usually let and and move on cause things happens. I will not be going to any Wendys in the future. Updated. Contacted the store manager via phone. Told her what had happened again and she didnt care but whatever. My meal consist of a large Chilli, 10 piece chicken nuggets, dave single, and large fries. What I got the second time is a large half filled room temperature Chilli, 4 pieces colld chicken nuggets, cold fries, and a cheeseburger not Dave single.. now Im considering contacting Wendys corporate office. Hope whoever owns that Wendys will do something about.

2022-07-10Tables were filthy. Feet were sticking to the floor. Bathroom was disgusting. Looked like someone vomited all over the handicapped stall. Sink clogged. I was afraid to touch anything. Food was ok, staff was not very talkative.

2022-02-10Terrible service for the past decade plus. Worked in the area and came here for breaks, always took 15+ mins of my 30 min break just waiting for food. Even waiting for someone to show up at the register took forever too. I stupidly kept going back occasionally to see if service improved, it did not. Went recently after a year or so absence and I got food poisoning from them...never going here again.

2022-04-29Over the past year, more often than not, the bun is hard on one half. My guess is the buns arent stored properly. Other than that, its ok.

2022-04-10I just ordered a chili from them and it’s literally soup!! I bean a few pieces of meat. There was blonde hair in my sons burger. Disgusting!!!!!

2021-09-12Sunday morning at 9:30am. We were the only people in the place. All food was barely warm including coffee. Dining room was filthy and had obviously not been cleaned from day before. Food on the floor, dirty napkins and straw wrappers. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. No toilet paper and it had obviously not been cleaned in a long time. Just gross.

2021-07-22Some of the employees here are really rude. Like the manager with the blue hair. Customer service is really important when you work in food. Some of the new employees are really nice. Krista the new manager is awesome has a good attitude. Linda is sooo sweet and takes her time with everyone. Rachel the GM is great but the poor thing seems over worked. The food has been a lot better here.
