Time was 10:30 am and breakfast was over already. They did have sausage gravey and biscuits which I ate and was good. Meanwhile my wife ordered a double hamburger with just mayo, ketchup and onions. Waiting 10min. They brought her out a Daves double cheese half cooked. Service was slow, very unorganized, and bad cooks.
Our family stopped here this evening (1/13/2021), unfortunately only 1 employee was wearing their face mask correctly. All others were wearing the masks below their nose or just on their chins not even covering their mouth. When I asked why, they said their filtration system was so good they were required to wear their masks properly when working behind the counter. Just a heads up.
A nice young man waited on us for our order. It was a large order for a family of five. Not only was he nice but made sure our order was correct. The crew in the kitchen was on point. The food was fresh, hot, and separated by order for each of us! I wanted to say thank you for starting our trip off on a good note. We shall return for future visits!
This Wendys is not good at all. Avoid this location. I have stopped 3 times now wanting to give it one more chance. 2 times my frys werent even fully cooked they were raw. They messed up the first order ordered a chicken sandwich and received a burger. Will no longer stop to eat at this location I advise others to avoid it.
Trying to order and shouting to girl taking my order through a mask the lady was behind the counter vacuuming it continued for the whole visit. We were trying to eat and all we could hear was the ladies gossiping and talking badly about Madison another employee. So unprofessional! We wont be going back.
Stopped to grab a few dinners on the way home and the french fries were cold. We always eat the fries on the drive and the sandwiches at home. Yuk...what a waste. Once I noticed the fries were cold I checked the frosty. It was melted and more like thick chocolate milk. There are several other fast food restaurants around this Wendys, I would avoid this location.
Visited there today at 2:05 pm. Observed 2 employees unmasked. One was the manager who claimed she was the general manager and told me she was working the grill and therefore exempt from wearing one. I advised her she was incorrect. When asked for her name and card she walked away. Reported to both corporate and Ashland County health dept. One might be gambling on contaminated food if you patronize this location.
Ignored by staff for over 5 minutes. When I asked if anybody worked there, I got ignored again. Avoid this place like the plague. I ended up just going to McDonalds across the street. I should add, they had 7 people standing at the drive thru window talking about their plans for the night. Customers are not important to this store. I only hope the staff are happy making minimum wage, because that is all these people deserve.
The woman that handed me my food was rude. Here you go. No verification. I didnt get to the sandwich until this evening. I DESPISE ketchup. Its got ketchup all over it. I double checked my receipt. I ordered correctly. When I called to see what could be done I was told to bring it back. Its 10 at night and theres a pandemic. The woman on the phone was rude and I didnt get so much as an apology. Im giving 2 stars because the nuggets were good.Thanks Wendys!
We ended up in the middle of this Wendys dinner rush, and they were short staffed with only 4 people working. They were fast, and super pleasant! The staff was so sweet, especially the shift leader, I didnt get his name but we went at 8/05/17 @ 7:30pm. That whole staff needs to get credit for their hard work.
Whenever I stop at a restaurant I always look around to inspect their attention to detail and how clean they keep things. If it hadnt been for the friendly service I received at the register I would rate my experience as a ONE. It was the gal at the register who made my frosty, I was able to watch the entire process as she made my cookie sundae frosty or else I think I would have gladly tossed it into the trash and called it a day.Please clean the kitchen, thoroughly!
We were very dissatisfied with the service. The service was very slow. The help stood around as if they didnt know what to do. The kitchen floor was filthy with dropped food. Both ketchup dispensers were empty. Even though we told them, no one bothered to fill them. There was no toilet paper in the ladies restroom. No, we wont go back.
Stopped to grab lunch still not allowed to go in the building which makes it hard for a construction worker to take a bathroom break and wash up then after exiting the drive up window and heading down 250 I discovered that the so called underpaid window worker forgot to include a straw for my large drink thanks thats a tough thing to get a drink from in traffic and driving
Once again, Wendys has failed to impress. The 2nd day in a row I have ordered an unsweet tea and have received a sweet tea. I cannot ingest sugar because it causes dietary issues and this is the 2nd day their workers are trying to poison me. Not only that, but when I called about it, the person who answered the phone answered with, hello and did not identify themself in any way. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came to the phone and answered with, hello. She did not identify herself as manager, or by name. I had to ask for her name, which was Connie. She said that I could come back and get the right drink. Wow. Ok, but I cant leave work. So, I decided to go ahead and eat my lunch and what did I find in my 1st bite? A blonde hair. I have red hair. Cherry red.Yesterday when we ordered through DoorDash, they forgot an entire hamburger. This is not the 1st nor even the 2nd or 3rd time weve had trouble with this location. They need good management there and they need it yesterday.
Sign said they had spicy nuggets and all advertising with Wendys expressed spicy nuggets were back that day. The server told me they werent able to serve them yet, seemed really fishy. No one was really friendly at this location and I was over charged for a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger.
I went into the drive thru and wasnt greeted very friendly, so I ordered two large meals and it didnt look like what I ordered and what was on the screen, when I got to the 1st window I asked if both orders were large and he said yes and I would get a receipt at the 2nd window. When I got to the 2nd window they told me I have to wait six minutes on my order which I understood. I sat in the parking lot for 13 minutes and my order wasnt correct and I didnt get a receipt. I didnt get any apologies for the wait or anything so I will not be returning to this restaurant again. Please contact me.
I worked at this wendy’s for a few months when i was 17. i made it clear to management that i was in school and could not work shifts longer than 5-6 hours and afternoon shifts. i was not given afternoon shifts a majority of the time AND was scheduled 10 hour shifts 3 days in a row multiple times. i tried communicating multiple times to the management and they did not work with me. i was thrown on stations without help or a trainer and expected to know everything. i would NEVER recommend this wendy’s to anyone looking for a job.
Stopped in to get a quick bite to eat before we started the 2nd half of our move from Knoxville, TN to Buffalo, NY. We got good food served fast, order was correct and the entire order was Hot and Fresh. The Crew were smiling, polite and helpful, since we dont eat out very often we are not familiar with the menu and specials. They helped us get the best deal for the money. It was a good experience & a really good start on a long journey.
Went here on a whim after a morning of shopping and will not be goin back. The person who took out order at the drive thru was nice but that is where the hospitality ended. The rest of the employees were rude, one didnt even talk or give a polite hi. The food was cold and the burgers seemed like that had been sitting for a while because the cheese had changed color and started to harden. Over all a waste of time and money because we threw the food out.
Food was okay for what its worth for the service was okay that cashier started busting out laughing when I hit my drink on top of my door and Spilled my drink all over my lap some other gentleman came up and handed me a thousand and 1/2 napkins saying sorry about what happened. If I was the cashier I would be laughing too was just saying my story of my experience at Wendys
I am very disappointed in this store. I am a long-time resident of Ashland area and have always loved going to Wendys but the last two visits have been awful. It is dirty, trash cans overflowing, very few (if any) clean tables and the carpet is filthy. The condiments counter is in disrepair and dirty. The pop/ice machine is always broken. I dont know what has happened to the management of the store but something needs done to improve it. I will not be back for some time.
Stopped into Wendy’s on 250 to have dinner with my family. I have lived in Ashland my entire life and have never seen the interior look so unclean and unsanitary. Bathrooms included. There was a rotten stench so bad that as soon as we walked in, our 4 year old son asked us what the “disgusting smell was.” While we were getting our drinks, I mentioned that I was going to ask for take out bags instead because I couldn’t bear the smell to eat inside the restaurant. Can only imagine what the conditions are behind the counter where the food is made. Sad to see the place has went downhill. This wasn’t an “overnight, super busy day kind of dirty.” This was a not been taken care of for awhile type of unclean. Will not be visiting this Wendy’s anytime in the near future.
Big Wendys fan and was a fan of this establishment. Lately it has gone drastically downhill. Tor at, the fancy new drink machines were out of several options. One had no ice. Our order got skipped completely and several orders behind us got their food first before it was corrected. I cringed as the same lady that messed the order and several others harassed a seated customer when put on cleaning duty. To cap it off, the restrooms had no soap. I dont think Dave would approve of this restaurant.
We go to different Wendys all the time on our long road trips because everyone can find something they pretty much like. I will give this Wendys kudks just for their service. They were so incredibly fast and organized. And, the only Wendys on our cross country trip which prepared our whole order correct! 👍
This place always manages to mess something up. Sometimes it’s not a big deal, and sometimes it’s substantial. I had plastic shredded up in the lettuce of my salad, I’ve been given different meals entirely, and they almost never remember something minor (straws, sauce, fries). I’ve also had fantastic service, with horrible food. Tonight it was horrible service AND horrible food. They had us pull forward for fresh fries (burnt to a crisp) and then the guy who brought us our food just said “here’s that” and walked away after we watched him screw around with his friend outside while our food bag was in his hand??? I know fast food workers are under appreciated and have a high stress job but damn, I can’t even eat here anymore because it’s gotten so gross in the last year. Seems to be a lack of management or something.
The staff here is a mess. There was graffiti all over the kitchen (could very plainly see from the counter) about some woman named Jen and how they didnt want her fired. I watched the girl making my sandwich put ketchup and mayo on the bun and then realize it what was not what was ordered. She took the bun off, adding a bit of bacon and put a fresh bun on top. Food was otherwise fine but this staff is a disaster.
Got my food to go because the smell of urine was coming out of the restrooms and hovering in the dining area, almost enough to gag you. Should have gone across the street to McDonalds. I see the same review from a month ago so obviously nothing being done about it either.
I just went through the drive-thru to this location and got two 4 for 4’s. First of all, the fries were WAY over salted. Second, they gave us busted honey mustard & was all over the bottom of the bag. Third, I got the Crispy Chicken BLT & there was NO tomato and NO bacon. How does that even qualify as a chicken BLT? Seriously?
Stopped today. Long lines, people in line even waiting to get a refund because they waited too long for food . At least 10 people waiting for there order. One even told us they should go somewhere else they were so slow. Very Bad.Dinning room was cold had to leave coat on. Got a broken chair. Not like they use to be.
I love Wendys this is by far the worst one I have been to we went there last Sunday on our way home from my dads funeral looking for comfort food two chicken sandwich both were scorched chilli was Luke warm and very greasy gave my sister a Jr bacon with no bacon when she complained the lady who also seemed witch/gremlin like gave her a single piece of bacon for the sandwich. Poor customer service. Thank you to the other lady that tried to resolve Jr bacon issue
Went through the drive through November 5th after work and used the business card. They never gave it back. After talking with them on the phone today they said come get it. I drove an hour to get it and they wouldn’t let me have it cause the business card doesn’t have my name on it. It would’ve been nice to know that before making the drive. The manager was a real b!tch about it.
Food was okay. Service was horrible. Lady at the counter was eating chili on her free time and spilled it on herself and didnt bother to do anything about it. Worst of all, there was food on the floor in the kitchen everywhere. Usually Wendys is good, but this on wasnt.
I was very disappointed in management.She was yelling at employee right near drive thru window bout the floor as we were standing at front counter.We could hear everything.I felt bad for the counter girl waiting on us she tried to apologize for what was happening but manager kept going .One other employee told her there was customers but she kept going My opinion manager should be fired.
The women at the counter snarkly asked me what size I wanted my 4 for 4. Who upgrades a value meal? When we received our food she mistakenly forgot to give me a cup for my drink. After asking her, she proceeded to roll the cup across the counter. Yes. Thats sideways... I usually like Wendys but was frankly disappointed with the service and quality of food. The supplemental chicken tenders were not desirable as well. Ill stick to the ones I usually go to.
The night crew needs to learn how to read the tickets sent back. Not only did half of our order not have what was asked for, but the other half received the first halves request while missing its own alterations! Horrible food preparation from a consistently under trained staff.
Dont go on Sunday, not enough staff. People lined up out the door and the management would not open a second register. The poor guy was so overwhelmed and the number of people walking out was outrageous. The line for the drive thru was just as bad . Just dont go on Sunday at 12:30 to 5:00.
This location has been very dirty the last few times we have been there...tables are filthy, food all over the floor in dining area. Trash is full. The restrooms were also in much need of attention. It used to be a very clean and nice branch to eat at. Needless to say we will not be eating at this location again.
This is the worst establishment I’ve ever been to. I came in and the smell of urine was in the dining room. Saw a lot of employees that looked stressed, even heard a customer say he found a screw in his food! And the manager Connie seemed to be really rude to her staff. I will not be coming back.
Not happy.... The table my husband had our tray on and was getting ready to set down at. Was taken by the lady doing an interview. Mind u our food was on this table. Then the buns were burnt for our sandwiches. Just disappointed because never had service like this here before.
Out of bbq sauce. Not a big deal until no napkins out for customers and guy is playing behind counter rather than stocking. Sweet tea is colored water and then I was told were out of tea. Fries were cold.Then I hear at the drive up they were out of coke. What kind of place is this on Rt 250 in Ashland? If employees dont want to work there are other people that will. I was looking forward to some nice good ol greasy wendys but was disappointed by being presented with chicken nuggets with hair in it and there was lipstick stains on my fries container? someone must love their fries enough to kiss it and give it to me no thanks, and my burger only had one onion i like my onions but only one sad lonely onion and there was loads of mustard the only thing good about my order was the drink. this made me want to vomit dis-gus-tang . i just wanted some good food, so thanks for the wendys
Do you like Wendys Wendys oh nevermind well the restaurant itself is great the food I love it I absolutely love the chicken sandwich the crispy of course Dove grilled is good but the burgers are awesome always the fries are always hot does the people are always wonderful its just a great place to go to eat when youre hungry try it out sometime
We were traveling thru Ashland and stopped at US-250. We went thru the drive thru and the person took our card for payment and we did Not noticing that they did not give it back to us. We live 2 hours from this location. Keith, the manager, stated he had my card and I needed to come there with an ID to pick up my credit card. I told Keith that I live 2 hours away. He said my only option was to pick it up. He said I dont know what else you want me to do. I said thanks for nothing and hung up. I called back and Keith answered the phone. I asked for district managers number and corporate number. He gave me those numbers. I said I am calling because he never even apologized. The STAFF forgot to give us our card. I understand that we forgot too. He stated he was going too apologize but I hung up. I said I am not going to sit here and school you on customer service and he said YOU DONT NEED TO SCHOOL ME. I said you are rude and he said Lady you are rude good bye and hung up on me.
Nothing crazy. Typical Wendys. This is an older building from the mid 90s that will be forced for full remodel soon. Franchisee owner that owns both wendys in ashland ohio andni believe a few others in Ohio. The owner is horrible person and people wouldnt do business with him normally , including myself, but since its food people are idiots and dont care, especially when its a nationally known fast food restaurant... People would still eat at a franchise Wendys if the murderer Ted Bundy owned it and was still alive..
Who made the ignorant decision to not allow someone to walk through the drive thru after the dining room is closed? Next time Ill park my motor coach in front of your drive thru and wait till you serve me while blocking anyone else who comes. If someones vehicle doesnt fit through your drive thru, accept walkups!
To the idiot who says smile more.. You realize everyone who works here is also not in a good position in life? Bad homes, bad lives, bad family, broken down cars, abusive parents, suicidal friends, cops making your life miserable when youve done practically nothing.. 2022-05-31I never seem to get decent enough food at this location or the one on Claremont. The food is almost always cold & unappetizing. The quality has definitely gone down hill in the past few years.

2021-12-04This location is very close to the freeway so it is easy in an easy out, there is a larger parking lot nearby so if you have a trailer you should be able to get in here and park somewhat successfully unless it is peak rush-hour and everything is full of cars. The overall location is pretty clean, staff is friendly and service was quick. For a fast food place it is up to par with all the others and I find it more than adequate.

2021-09-20Food was okay but one thing almost all Wendys seem to struggle with is restrooms and this one was no exception. Water = weak, soap in either soap dispenser = nope, paper towel in the dispenser = nah. Also it seems no Wendys is allowed to have a bathroom door that pushes open from the inside. All must require that you grab the door handle and pull in order to egress and share germs better with the persons that came before you. This isnt hard stuff, folks. Just get the basics right. If your local truck stop can do it, so can you...

2021-09-05Everytime I order here, they always get the order wrong. I ask for light sauce and they always put more or average amount of sauce on my sandwich. They forget to give us straws and forks to our meals half of the time we come in. Compared to all other restaurants, Wendys is the number 1 for messing something up.Hello again, its been 2 weeks since my original post above and Wendys obviously doesnt care because they havent said anything back. Thanks for still proving me right Wendys. You are terrible at making orders, and dont care about customers critic.

2021-08-15During this past summer I’ve taken my girls to this Wendy’s every Monday and Wednesday. Each and every time we are there our orders are consistently wrong the chocolate Frosty’s are never frozen and are always softer than a milkshake almost like drinking milk. I have attempted to talk to store management on numerous occasions with no response. I’ve called their corporate office which is franchised out of Ashland Ohio and spoke to their district manager Who then explain to me that our experiences were unacceptable and the changes would be made. I decided today Sunday to take my kids back to the same location to see if anything has changed over the last week and a half. Needless to say this will be the last time I ever show my face and the store again. Upon entering the location the trash cans were full and overflowing the floor in the dining room had food under every table and booth the majority the tables were dirty and there were no condiments in the condiment station. I ordered our food which included two chocolate Frosty’s to see if the problem has been rectified. As soon as the young girl put them on the tray I took the lid off and noticed yet again they weren’t frozen and they were almost like milk I explain to her that I didn’t want those and I would like a refund because they weren’t frozen. The young girl then asked the manager in charge which was a female wearing regular clothes not even a uniform to come up and refund me. I asked her how long before the Frosty machine gets fixed it’s been like this all summer. She proceeded to tell me that the frosty machine is fine and this is the way the processes are supposed to be. When I explain to her that I’ve already spoken to her District Manager and the frost machine wasn’t did not fine and the Frosty’s should be frozen like every other Wendy’s locations are she rolled her eyes and walked away
