I inherited a house and wanted to sell the house I was living in quickly. I talked to Steve first on November 8th. He had someone there to look at it in a couple hours and made an offer I accepted the same day. Even with a problem on the deed, my fault that I wasnt aware of, we closed on November 25th. 17 days! Communication was perfect. I will more than likely never be selling a house again but if I am in the position that I need to he will be my first and probably only phone call. Thanks Steve.
Wonderful working with Steve, had no problems communicating with him and was very quick, efficient and absolute charm to work with. I simple cannot recommend him enough over top of the other businesses in his line of work.

2020-11-03Needed to sell my mothers home when she went to the nursing home. Feel like the price was fair given the condition it was in and repairs needed. Seller worked with me as I struggled to get things sorted and removed that she wanted to keep. Super easy process, they handled most everything for a seamless transition.
