Very knowledgeable on my grandmothers old watch. Very quick very friendly.
I would give minus rating rather than 1 star if I could. They messed up with my 2 watches (fossil and casio) which were water resistant before I changed the battery in this place. They started leaking water very badly and minute hand and hour hand of my fossil watch ended up being severely calcified within 2 weeks and stopped working. They got broken when I tried to set the clock again after it stopped. Apparently they do not have any tools to check if water resistant watches still water resistant after batter changes . When we asked them about this, they said how can we know you did not swim with the watch on you which was insanely mean. What happened to the other watch? I am not using it anymore because there is always steam under the glass after I wash my hands.In summary, if you have water resistant watch, dont ever visit them. I am still very upset that they did not take any responsibility at all although everything happened just after battery changes.
I had a watch that I was going to throw away , and I went here to see if the watch had any hope , the staff fixed it perfectly!!! And in less than 10minutes! totally recommend this place very friendly and kind.

Had three watches to get batteries, only had batteries for the two watches, had to order the other battery. Called this morning battery was in, went up lady was not customer service friendly, questioned on website if you have three watches receive discount. Need all three watches at one time, even though they did not have the battery for third watch. In future will take business where their is customer service, disappointed to think no business integrity.
Needed a special battery for a cheapie Christmas necklace my mom gave me. WBE had it and even put in the batteries, along with doing some minor repairs on it. I am so grateful!

2022-08-19The girl that waited on me was great it didnt take long to get a watch band and a bracelet fixed at all I was in and out really fast under 10 minutes will go back for more jewelry to be fixed

2020-06-18This conveniently located little watch battery shop has been here for as long as I can remember, since before cell phones took the place of watches. Ive owned alot of watches over the years and it seems like everyone of those watches needed their batteries replaced at least once and Watch Battery Express has always been where I went to buy them at, they have always had the right battery I needed and they sold for very reasonable prices. Not only is the shop conveniently located across from the Boardman Plaza they also have a drive through window so they make it real easy for us to get our watch batteries, pull up and hand them your watch and youll be pulling out of the parking lot with a new battery installed in less then 10 mins. flat. How can we go wrong.
