Fixed the band and crown on my 27 year old Wittnauer watch. Very reasonable prices and quick, expert service. If you need a timepiece fixed on the west side of Columbus, go there.

Great and knowledgeable classic watchmaker. You will not find another one. He is from a time when watchmakers were common. Extremely accurate and delicate in his craft.
Great little shop. If you ever need a watch or clock repaired I highly recommend. Owner/operator is from Belarus so I think it is just in his nature to be a little short and blunt. Dont be upset or off put.

Website said he serviced all brands of watches. Took my Tag in thinking I would give a local, indy shop the business and maybe develop a relationship with a real watchmaker in the area. Took one look at my watch and handed it back. Said he doesnt work on these watches. Short, vague answers when I inquired about it. Drove all the way there for nothing.

Genna is a man who knows his time pieces!! Took in my watch band and ten minutes later hes done. Other jewelry places have to send it out for repair taking 4-6 weeks. Aint nobody git time for that. ..lol!!!

Took an antique mantle clock to be repaired. Six months and $375 later it still doesnt work. Very unfriendly service.
Had not been there in awhile as we moved farther away, brought back a lot of good memories. Love the people and you better come hungry as the food rocks!
I had a German made cuckoo clock repaired, it had a missing pendulum and didnt run. The nice people there fixed it for a reasonable price.

Dropped off a mechanical wall clock to have it oiled. Runs smoother and should help extend the life of the clock.

2021-11-10Excellent service from an experienced man who knows his trade. I brought in my Grandfathers old seiko watch from probably 30ish years ago and asked for a battery replacement and adjustment and a new screw for the band. He did it all in less than 15 minutes on the spot for a very reasonable price. I was also surprised he had the parts given how old the watch was. Clearly someone who has been doing this for a long time. Friendly guy. Ill definitely come back next time I need the battery changed.Plus the place looks like a fun workshop that you always think about from the movies.

2022-07-07I have been taking my watches here for new batteries for 20 years! Good prices, and he makes sure the water resistant seals are back in place. Real craftsman! I see other work he has done and he seems to know his business very well!

2019-06-16If you need your watch fixed or clean this guy is the best! I work in construction. My Seiko Coutura was very dirty, dead battery and the bracelet was broken in several places. He took my watch completely apart and cleaned every piece inside. Fixed my bracelet. When I got my watch back it look brand new just like the day when I first bought it! He did an awesome job! I am very happy and grateful! Hes the best!

2022-01-14Very fast battery replacement. I thought my watch was a lost cause but he got it up and running (and set the time and date) for a very fair price! (and he didnt pass judgement on my inexpensive watch)

2021-12-09This is the only place that would replace a battery in an old watch. The owner was very professional, replaced the battery while I waited. The price was very reasonable!

2018-12-27I have an old watch handed down from my late grandfather, that less than half the jewelers in two countries (US and Japan) can competently replace the batteries on, that I’ve visited. This shop is thankfully not one of them, as I found out today. Reasonable cost, expert service.
