For years Ive done my own landscaping and I thought it looked good, until I hired Ward + Thornton. I gave Andy my budget and his design turned out amazing thanks to a professional crew who delivered it in just two days. Truly every week since, people tell me how nice my yard looks.

We are looking for a full yard makeover. Grading, expanding and redoing plant beds, a patio with firepit, a new walkway, and expanding the area around our shed with gardens and paving.We tried to contact Thornton through their website, but after filling out the form on their Contact Us page I realized there was no send button. So we went in to speak with someone. No one was available, and they said someone would call us that day.The next afternoon, I received the call. Rick informed me that I only wanted a patio. Then he said We charge a $250 fee to give a quote, our minimum job is $2,500. Youre better off getting quotes from other companies. Call us if they cant help you.That was his opener. I never even got to tell him all we wanted. I guess he made assumptions and decided we werent worth his time.Thanks for the advice, Rick. I will go with someone else.

I live in a condominium we pay for the landscaping which also includes snow removal once it hits 3 or above. They do not show up on time in the summer to do the grass and miss a lot of spots when it is done. We also have had a ton of trouble getting them to come out and treat the parking lot with salt and Plow it All we get is excuses even though they have been paid I would not ever recommend this company for any service

No respect for employees reguardless of time invested I had 10 years with them and gave 1 month notice and they approved me 40 hours Paid time off I earned from the previous year knowing they werent going to pay me had I known this I wouldve worked I relied on this money to pay bills then when payday came nobody in the company will reply they ignore me and tell me contact corporate thats all Ive made this company millions of dollars in 10 years of employment there and I cant pay my mortgage on time because I relied on them dont support this company they will not care about you or their employeesif I knew they would treat me poorly for getting a better job opportunity I wouldve never gave them a good review when I worked there

Her attention to details and constant commitment to her communities and individuals that she serves is remarkable.
