Walnut Crossing is a wonderful place! My mother-in-law is thriving there. She loves the daily activities and enjoys the food and the beautiful facility. The staff is very kind and caring and they are available to meet her needs. She feels at home at Walnut Crossing. How comfortable, cared-for and happy she feels there has really enhanced her quality of life. I would highly recommend Walnut Crossing to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.
The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are not only cared for physically, but they put a great effort to make sure that they are also cared for mentally and spiritually as well. During these trying times of the COVID-19 which saw care facilities being closed to loved ones, it became the responsibility of the care givers to fill the void that can come with being separated from our loved ones. This staff stepped up to that challenge.
Being with the family and residents are such a rewarding experience for me. Working with the staff at Walnut Crossing is far from the best job I’ve ever had. The staff are so caring to each and every resident that live in the Memory Care.
The staff here are wonderful, there’s one in particular that always manages to put a smile on my face- Savannah- she is always smiling and you can tell she enjoys her job! The building is always clean and well taken care of.
What a relief to have found a place like Walnut Crossing for our Mom who suffers from dementia. The facility is bright and sunny with good sight lines from the nurses station ti all areas of the memory care unit. The staff is attentive and caring. They are always willing to speak to family members about Mom’s issues. The approach they use of having residents help with chores like folding laundry, wiping down tables or sweeping floors gives Mom a sense of purpose and competency along with physical activity. We highly reccommend Walnut Crossing.
I wasnt even sure if I wanted to work here when I first was filling out the application. With in 2 days of getting hired I knew it was my most favorite job ive ever had. The residents are wonderful to be around and talk with, I plan to work here for a very long time.
The staff are wonderful and always goes out of their way to make everyone feel welcome here. They go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy especially during this pandemic. They truly become family.
Walnut Crossing is a very supporting and caring facility. Welcoming all of their guests and providing the assistance needed for all of the people staying there. Highly recommend this facility for anyone in the need with assisted living and anything in between!
What a wonderful place to work where the residents and employees are like family and the fun never ends. The building is stunning and our staff is beyond wonderful. Being their Dietary Manager has been one of the most rewarding careers in my life! Grateful to be a part of this wonderful team!
Our mom is a resident at Walnut Crossing in the memory unit. The decision to have her here was NOT an easy decision for my brother and I to make. We visited other places and decided this was the best fit her. We have NEVER regreatted it for a second. I sleep easy knowing my mom is happy, healthy, and safe. I have regular contact with Nancy (her main nurse) and Dayla (the memory care director) . This is such a horrible disease. I am thankful every day for them and the fact they treat our mom like family.
Savannah Spain truly brings joy to this wonderful environment! Her smile can brighten anyone’s day. The building is kept really clean and the residents enjoy the place.
My grandmother is a resident in the memory unit. Alzheimer’s, among other diseases, affects an entire family. It was a family decision to place my grandmother in a facility and not one taken lightly. My mother had more sleepless nights than I can count leading up to that decision and placement. Walnut Crossing gives my mother peace of mind knowing her mother (my grandmother) is cared for with exceptional hands, safe, and always within reach of love and compassion. My grandmother is happy and healthy and that is all due to Walnut Crossing.
Walnut crossing is a home to a family of residents and staff! They all treat each other as their own. The building continues to stay very sanitized which is amazing during these times!
Working here has been an amazing experience from the start!! The residents always lighten up my day and each employee brings something special to our family!! Such a positive environment!
Just came across this place and they are very impressive! It’s a beautiful, clean facility. and The director Aimee runs a tight ship and is very focused on hiring only the best, most caring staff.

Young lady named Audri was super helpful while I was visiting there. Answered all the questions I had and made a difficult experience a lot more easy. More places need someone like Audri.

2021-06-01I am a very happy employee at Walnut Crossing. I could not have asked for a better job. It is truly a blessing to me and my family. The community of residents as well as the staff are all amazing folks! From the cleanliness to the activities there is no improvements needed! The care that we provide at Walnut Crossing is unmatchable in comparison to other facilities I have worked for. #icouldnotbehappier

2020-08-04Walnut Crossing is a great place for your loved ones. The facilities are clean and bright. The residents are very active and the staff is very helpful and attentive. The front desk, Savannah Spain, is very friendly and outgoing. Her smile makes you feel welcome when you walk in. Its a hard decision when looking for a place for our loved ones, but once you walk in, you just know they will be safe and happy.

2020-02-18Our father is a resident at Walnut Crossing and we have all been very impressed with this facility and the staff. He has received excellent care and they go above and beyond all the time. His room is clean, they treat our father with respect, he is well cared for, and he loves the variety of activities. If we ever had a problem the staff immediately listens and fixes it. I would encourage anyone looking for assisted living to check this place out first!Robin, Staci, Gina, BA, and Donna have all made this a special place that dad calls “Home”. To the entire staff and the nurses at Walnut Crossing we thank you!

2020-08-20This place is wonderful! REALLY nice facility, very modern and clean. The staff is amazing, especially Savannah at the front desk–so welcoming! Everyone is super attentive and happy, not like many other assisted living places where people are miserable. I really feel comfortable leaving loved ones here, knowing they will be happy and well taken care of!

2020-08-05This place is wonderful! Who knew assisted living facilities could be this fantastic. It is beautiful, nice area to go outside. It has a Gazebo, love it. It’s beautiful in the fall spring summer & winter. The staff is so loving and supportive. They go the extra mile to help. I’m so happy that we found this diamond

2020-08-04Walnut Crossing is a great facility that works very hard to make sure that all their guests there are well taken care of and at home. The staff at Walnut Crossing is phenomenal, especially Savannah Spain who works at the front desk. Savannah is dedicated to her work no matter how big or small the problem may be. Savannah is always sure to be wearing the biggest smile that lights up the whole place and makes anyone visiting feel instantly at home.

2020-08-04It’s hard to chose the right place for our family when they are no longer able to care for themselves at home. Just thought Walnut Crossing was just another place that didn’t care, guess I was wrong. The facilities are clean and roomy, like a home away from home. Savannah, at front desk was welcoming. It’s not the typical “home” for our loved ones. It’s a place our family can call home.
