I don’t know what’s wrong with these people first the lady at customer service says that I can’t return something I bought online and picked up there like two minutes ago. She was rude and wouldn’t even call a manager. She had a customer service lead that’s not a manager. She was condescending and vulgar. Then a couple days before that, the tire center couldn’t help me because he said he lost the keys in the tire department. I’ll go to Austintown from now on and so should you these guys hate their jobs and it shows!
Absolutely disgusting! I am so sorry you cant not keep figure out when you actually need more help, l like the beginning of the month. Twice now there have been issues with the money order machine. Your broken money order is NOT my problem but the fact that you all took $645 out of my account while telling me no we refunded it is!! Bobby called because I reached out to Corporate, but news flash I work too! I tried calling back for 2 days and no answer! Let someone take this money out of your account!
Hand sinks in the mens room didnt work. None of them. Was like attempting a magic trick trying to get the hands free faucets to flow. Ive briefly squirted then stopped and could not get going again.Decent store. Currently undergoing a partial remodel or rest of some sort.
This Walmart is pretty decent..my only problem is the never have enough cashiers on duty for the amount of customers they have. Also some of the people at the deli can be very rude which is a downside because we go to the deli almost every time we come. The ppl in the electronics department is almost always super nice and friendly. This is also a smaller supercenter compared to what Im use to in California.
Im not happy with walmart at all u went 7 am in the morning trying to find a oculus quest I went to the one near my house no quest I try to call the next walmart but they never pick up so I drove 25 min away no quest I called another walmart no answer I drove 17 min and no quest I ended. Up calling target and lucky they pick up and I got one there so right now I am not to happy with walmart make it to where someone pick up the phone
I can honestly say this location doesnt deserve a rating at all. The store and parking lot are dirty.. You go in to shop and there are empty freezers with empty boxes in them. They never have a enough cashiers and when asked about it the one cashier that wears a yellow vest told me thats why we have self checkout use that. She said self checkout saves them. I will not use self check out I shop and help your store and you dont have time or staff to at least pack my groceries and say thank you. What a slap in the face. I would rather go to another store then to be treated in that manner.
Honestly youre toilets need some more salt then taste good enough and when I was destroying shelves there and crying well having monster diarrhea from drinking too many monsters while being a Karen and saying their prices were too low and too high at the same time and their employees were too nice they didnt scream and yell at me and tell me to get out of the store when I was screaming and yelling take me out of the store while knocking down shelves and destroying stuff causing millions of dollars of damage and when I put their diesel fuel in my gas car it broke my gas car on the way home one star
I dont think we will ever be back to this Walmart, even though we have been going there every week since it opened. Over the last couple years, every time we go there, we run into the smell of pot. If you stand around long enough, you could get high; thats how strong it gets at times. It could be in the parking lot or inside the store, as we go by an individual or sometimes just in the area we walk into, because someone was just there.Liberty Walmart,its not you,its your clientele.Were done.EDIT:Weve gone back a few times and are now going there regularly. Weve actually not been getting that smell very much at all. Last few times, not at all.
This can be a very busy location at times. Avoid it on Friday night and all day Saturday unless ABSOLUTELY necessary! Subday late morning/early afternoons should also be a no go. Staff at this location is very good, especially the electronics supervisor, Tyler, who will be more than happy to answer those technical questions that you may be embarrassed to ask. Store is usually very well supplied and stocked, but dont expect that to happen on those aforementioned avoidance times. There is only do much that can be done, so be patient! Only negatives are the bathrooms... just... Dont... 🤢
REALLY DESERVE 0 STARS!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMER SERVICE SITS AND WATCH THE PHONE RING INSTEAD OF ANSWERING THE PHONE, WHEN NO ONE IS EVEN IN LINE OR THE STORE IS NOT BUSY! I HAD TO CALL CORPORATE MANY TIMES AND ISSUE STILL UNRESOLVED!!! BUT THEY DONT HIRE PEOPLE WITH A PAST INSTEAD THEY HIRE LAZY PEOPLE WITH NO TYPE OF WORK ETHIC SMH... THEY NEED TO CLOSE AND CLOSE FOR GOOD.
Everytime that I am force to have to goto belmonts walmart for baby formula. I have to wait qndywjere between 15mins-45minutes to have someone come unlock the cabinet. Then wait in a line for another 15 cause there is only one register is open. Not allowed to shelf check even tho the person holds on to it for dear life!!
The only good thing about my visit was Willie the greeter. He was saying hi to each and every customer and pointing out something he liked if it was their outfit hair or anything. He was so great I went out of my way to go read his name tag just to leave this rating. I promise you he is not getting paid enough.
Its entirely too hot in there. Corporation controls the temperature. Therefore people spend less time in the store and spend less money.They can throw their Scan n go in the dumpster. I refuse to use them. I want to see a smiling, friendly cashier that can answer my questions or even a grouchy one. Walmart doesnt pay me to do their job nor give me an employee discount. Take the employees away and I will make Amazon richer. 😂😂
At least once a month grocery pick up wont be ready on time with no reason given why its hours late online despite placing the order 2+ days prior. Calling to find out is a waste of time as well because no one actually answers the phones no matter what department you call.Once in awhile they will even give you someone elses groceries entirely.
We have tried to utilize grocery pickup at this location multiple times unfortunately the team caring out these tasks is rather lazy and only shops for what they think you need. On two occasions now. Yesterday they did not give me steak, watermelon, or milk. App said they were out of these items. I picked up my groceries drove around front and went in the store to find these items with absolutely no trouble at all. If your gonna offer a service Assemble the right team so it doesnt turn into a very lazy half attempt that turns out to be useless due to u still have to shop due to employee neglecting customers wants and needs.
I am actively looking for other places to shop. Walmart corporate management seems to be going out of its way to prove we are nothing more than a number and they are big enough to get away with it. Self check out lines because they wont staff checkout clerks. Now Walmart is installing new short bed chech outs, limiting the number of items to 1/4.Walmarts product selection is poor and getting worse and now I am finding an entire other world of products I forgot even existed in other stores. Im 69 years old i remember what its like not to be a number. Im shopping for a new place to shop. Goodbye Walmart.
They never have wipes at the front to wipe down the carts. The hand sanitizer is always empty. I just find it funny because at the back of the store you have aisles full of them but not for the customers to use on their carts. We are still in the middle of a pandemic you would think they would keep that stocked. Also I tried about 20 times to call to speak to anybody I wanted to talk to a manager but nobody answers the phone there so good luck if you have any problems terrible terrible terrible.
As a truck driver, I go to a lot of different Walmarts. This is one of the most friendly Walmarts Ive been to. The cashier and even some of the stock workers actually looked at me and said hello. Thats pretty rare for a Walmart. Overall I was very happy and impressed plus the new layout of this store makes things very easy to find.
It doesnt have as large of a selection as the Austin town selection, it gets really busy a lot and there are barely any workers manning the registers. We need ppl not self serve but sometimes self serve is convenient especially for a few items, the longer self serves barely get opened, we need those open more Walmart especially if there arent many registers open at least have one long self serve...please and thank you! I have to say the employees there have always been great, no complaints there.
This place is very unprofessional and does not take and precautions regarding covid-19. My mother went grocery shopping. She forgot her card and asked then if she can hold her groceries, that she will be right back. She even offered to leave her ID jus so they knew she would return. They were rude about it and told her no they will not hold her stuff. They told her it will all go back. Now what if she had covid and didnt know. Now your exposing other customers to it. The store is a joke and I dont recommend anyone to shop hwre.
Packed all the time. Most the self checkout ia debit card. No cash. Need more employees in register. Little confused because youd think the self checkout would get you out faster but it dosent. And if you need help finding something,; depending where you are in the store you have to walk everywhere looking for an employee. They all hide. Or make them selves look busy an dont ask if you need help when you clearly look like you need help.
To all hot wheel collectors. This store has been bought. Witnessed a gentleman come in, escorted by security, and taken to the back where he aquired at least 2 cases that never had the opportunity to be on the floor for the general public. I assume this has been going on for awhile as there have been no main line cars on the shelves for over a month. Kudos to the management team for suplimenting their salary.
This place is awful. Been calling for 30 minutes just rings off the hook. Finally got ahold of pharmacy. Was informed that it happens all the time but there is no way to transfer me or page someone to help me. She offered to call them to let them know I was calling but made no difference!
I usually go to this walmart because its less crowded. Customer service is okay, not the greatest. Lines are slow, self check out is fast. I once had 2 checks from my work for Thanksgiving food, the check clearly stated I can buy any food with it, they denied me and told me I was only allowed to buy a turkey. Called for the manager and he was like yeah no and walked away without reading the check details. I had to put the rest of the balance on my debit which was money for bills. My husband flipped out but I told him to let it go and we left.
Had to wait for 12 mins to get any service over at the cosmetics for women, my husband wanted something from electronics and no one was even over in that area at all. Employees were rude as hell, I Know my experience with working in customer service if your not a people person or social thats not the field you should be working in. The customers are what keeps businesses open, and the customers expect to have friendly service and a helping hand when needed. And that wasnt given tonight at all. Very disappointed in the customer service we had encountered tonight and me and my husband will not be shopping or coming back to that stores location again. It ashame how rude the staff was including management. If you dont want to be around people dont work in this line of work.
The experiance was okay. There were only 3 registers open and employees were hard to find. The products in stock were not organized and it was hard to find the things we were looking for. I use the app so I know what idle the product Im looking for is and it was very confusing because many things were not where they said they would be.
Summertime, no one working in the garden department. Walked all the way up front, stood in line to buy mulch, clerk didnt know how to do it or what I was even talking about. Sent me to service desk where there was 1 person working, waited in that line behind 4 people, finally got mulch purchased. Never going back. Will go to Bazetta for our garden supplies from now on.
Other than being really crowded, it was Friday evening and employees were very helpful. Had a video game purchased in February that didnt work on my sons system that I wanted to exchange. At first they werent going to do it because it had been so long since we purchased it but the customer service manager made it happen. My son said she was so nice and thank her.
Comparable prices, large selection of different types of products from frozen foods, refrigerated foods and beverages, bakery, deli, household products, paper products, pet supplies, garden supplies, cosmetics, toys, clothing, jewelry, and much much more, they probably have just about anything you could want or need and for a kinda fair price at least for certain products.
Walmart grocery pick up needs much improvement!!! After all this time, it should be worked out. The app is horrible and seldom works!! It doesnt let you know when they are out of stock like other stores do. When they are out of items and are still shopping the order, they have no way to fix things like other stores (ie: like getting two small of an item instead of one large).Their solution is place another order which will take many days to reschedule and will be way too late. This is two for two bad orders and I wont use them again.
Went to this store 45 mins before closing to load 180 dollars on to my walmart money card to make a purchase for a ps5 that obviously wasnt going to last at the price it was listen for on ebay. The cashier obviously didnt know how to perform the transaction and when she got the manager, LISA. Lisa told her to tell me their system is down and I would have to come back. That is an obvious lie and Lisa didnt want to deal with it in the last hour before they close so she came up with a cookie cutter excuse. Money cards can be loaded at other locations in using dollar general so, it has nothing to do with anyones system being down. If this store is run by people like LAZY LISA, Than I can imagine how the store underperformed compared to others.
This Walmart is horrible, they’re constantly out of everything. The customer service is awful. God forbid they forget something on ur grocery pick up and you call, they hang up on you bad part is it was a SUPERVISOR that hung up on me TWICE. Let’s just say Walmart will no longer get my business.
I am a caregiver and I purchased a box of daytime adult pullups (the Walmart brand)I got the wrong size and took them back today to exchange for size and has told I couldnt even though I had the receipt. So now I have no daytime pants for my client and I am out $23 trying to do something nice. They werent opened and still I was told didnt make any difference that they didnt know if I would ever be able to return them.That will be my last shopping there and I will make sure I tell everyone I know what happened. Walmart has made more money since this virus started than they have ever made and this must be one of the ways they are doing it.Be very careful what you buy there.
Walmart is always crowded always busy and theyre self check registers should be taken out of the store because all they are doing is taking jobs from other people get rid of the self check go to a real cashier help them keep their jobs. Walmart is a money hungry store
I drove a hour and half and they told me in front of my face my order was put back in sales floor and they were sold. The pickup crew is rude. Not reliable place. This was on 6pm on 5/28. If you’d like they cancelled your order in front of your face, this is the place to go.
Always have clean bathrooms. The employees are nice and knowledgeable. and lets face it you cant beat Walmarts prices especially if you shop around and find a good deals. I hate the fact that Walmart shuts down most local grocery stores. But it sure is nice to get the best deals all in one spot.
If I could give less than one star, I would. The tire center neglected to put my husbands old tires in the trunk, and the manager had the nerve to say it was his fault for not checking -- even after the staff was told THREE TIMES to put the tires in the trunk. Six weeks and nine phone calls later, the store has still not addressed the problem.Dont use the tire service unless you like being ripped off.
Very few checkout lanes were opened. And it was one half hour before closing time. I waited 18 minutes in the express lane. I will never return. I have been a shopper at this Walmart since it opened. This is the final straw because of many ongoing problems with this store. They will have to show great improvement in many areas in order for me to return.
I was surprised and delighted, that at that time in the morning, there was foods and other things stocked and available. The store was clean and easy to get around even though store clerks was stocking shelves. The clerk stocking the deli was polite and helpful. I really appreciated shopping there on yesterday.
Its fine. As far as capitalist dens of sin go, its clean and well-stocked and the employees seem nice enough (probably way nicer than theyre getting paid to be). Ive been leaning hard on their curbside pickup service lately and so far Ive only had one hiccup with that (a missing bag) that got resolved without much fuss. But the bathrooms are grody and the parking lot is always chaotic and dangerous.Unfortunately, the worst part of any Walmart is the shoppers. Something about a place that sells beer and guns under the same roof sure does bring out the worst in people.
Other than the parking lot being an absolute disaster... Trash everywhere...some people are so rude to leave there trash all around. I mean I do understand that an employee will prob pick it up but really why cant we all just help out by not throwing the trash around. Whats this world coming to. Smh!
They never have cold chicken, they do not answer the phone for questions, it is always really crowded and you usually have some wait to check out. There is a money center, and a subway. It is well stocked and neat. Parking can be difficult to find at times, but they have a large lot. The auto center needs more Staff at the register.
If u go after 10pm like I did after work , be prepared to scan and bag your own groceries! The so called cashiers are like security guards. This technology supposedly making it easier and cheaper is ridiculous! Were taking jobs away! Theres nothing wrong with having both but no actual cashier is ridiculous!
Love Walmart and love its app. Can always get what you want or need. Some employees in store could use more classes in how to treat customers. Although, have seen few customers that could use a few classes on not screaming at the person that didnt make the rules!!! Some pretty rude ones out there!I know, have worked with the public, too!
Never has enough cashier at the check out, always wait forever at the check out line.Never see anyone work on the floor, because when I need some help with something, I can never find anybody.Walmart is a big company, making tons of money, should take customers opinion seriously and provide some decent service.I still go there shopping sometimes is because the selection is good.
All the years I have shopped at this location, today Shari on aisle three asked me when I informed her I had soda cartons under the buggy if they were turned so she could easily access them. When did this become a policy. Most are just happy you told them they are there.

Went to self check out and Samantha wàs the checkout girl. Well she was extremely rude, rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to remove the censor. Then we went to cOINSTAR then back to samantha Because all of the other lines were extremely long and she said “UGHHHHH i guéss gO to the desk and Ill be there when Im done. I had my daughter with me or it would have gone differently for Samantha. We went to the front quietly às she complained the whole time about having to give us moñey for the slip. I then asked for her name and it wàs then that she changed her tune. She néeds a different job because she evidently hates people. Ive never met someone so miserable iñ all my life. I hope thís reaches someone to teach this girl matters and proper etiquette. If shes working we go wait in long lines
I got a cake for my daughters 24th birthday and got a call in the morning the person who decorates called off and so they could not do roses. I was fine with that. Picked it up and it looks terrible! The writing is crooked and not covering the cake and it looks like a child decorated it! I am so disappointed!!
This is a good Walmart location. Its the only one I know of close to austintown without having to drive to Boardman. It was very easy to find what I was looking for, and checkout in the garden center was quick and effortless. The store itself was really clean and staff was very nice and pleasant. It was very busy as finding a parking spot close to the building is a pain, but I wont take any stars off for laziness 😂. This store has everything and they make it easy to find what youre looking for.
It was a horrible experience. I went to get an oil change. They charged me but never did it! When I called and drove all the way back, from Boardman, to Walmart in liberty, they basically told me that the work was done they just never times out my lights. This is the second time this has happened. I still dont believe my oil was changed. The customer service from the assistant store manager was horrible. I will never go back.
Im traveling from NY to IL and had to stop in to get something, this Walmart looks very unsanitary ! Customer Service was very rude, except for the greater. This Walmart needs to be upgraded, it isnt very nice. Also, very strange and confusing layout...Produce wasnt very fresh, I saw a rotten apple laying with all of the others. The fruit was sticky and smelly. There were bags of chips laying on the ground ! The entire building had a strange smell.
Slowest service ever in all departments with the deli being the worse. Limited grocery selection and impolite staff. It took 30 mins to slice 3.5lbs of cheese and 2.5lbs of meat in the deli. This does not include wait time. There were others working and when I asked if they could assist I was ignored or spoken to rudely. They would help other customers but refused to help me. Unfortunately I am there 2x a week at least and each time I loath it more.
Check out horrible one person in front of me her cart was already empty and ckd out waited ab out 10 min she just kept hav ing a conversatiin with checkout person and a other empliyee no regard for anyone waiting to chec k out by any of them need to take a lesson from the Hermitage Pa Walmart much more courteous and respectful of their patrons
Bought a Sony soundbar. Young man explained that it didnt have to match the name of my tv. Young lady was very nice and explained about the warranty. Warranty is automatic after purchasing it. Although I did call the 800 number like she had suggested. Satisfied with my purchase.
Went there to pick up an online order and upon entering the pick up from online section, I asked someone behind the counter, was I supposed to check in with the app, (it says to check in once Im there) and she rudly said, check in for what? I responded by saying, for a pick up..... She said, oh you have a pick up?.... I said why else would I be checking in, this isnt the holiday inn. I hate stupid people who ask stupid questions.....
I love this Walmart. My parents and I shop there ever since it opened. We know most of the employees and always receive fast, fair service. Yes, sometimes the aisles are messy and the lines are packed; however, one must take the time and date into consideration before shopping (i.e. dont go at noon on the first of the month when you know people receive their assistance during that time [not being hateful just being honest about when the payments go out]). Anyways, I always find what Im looking for and can receive help from most employees. Remember being respectful and kind to the employees goes a long way and will help you enjoy your experience more.
Holidays can be stressful. Retail is not always the best job. I get it. Today by far was the worst exsperence we have ever had. Not only with one employee but three. When asking for help from three diffrent departments each employee was short, rude and seemed they could not be bothered to help us out. Understanding how retail can be I was patient but super disappointed that the level of service was just not acceptable. Not only from one but two other employees. I would like to say I will never go back but its the only place to shop in our area. Wal-Mart needs to either pay their employees more or have more people on staff so that their current staff is not over worked resulting in rude and unhelpful staff members from three diffrent departments. Three star rating is a kind response to the experience we had today.
I wish I could give this no stars. First off I ordered 2 sets of cupcakes from the bakery January 1st and needed them by that weekend January 4th, after purchasing I gave the Baker manager my receipt as proof of purchase and I asked if it would be a problem coming to pick up since I did not have a copy she told me no it was not a problem at all the proof of purchase will be with my order when I came to pick up. Saturday is here and I call to have a girlfriend of mine pick up, mind you I called a few hours in advanced talked to a different Baker manager and was told it would not be a problem, well guess what it was a problem. First they gave my friend a hard time by saying they did not have my order, then it was not ready, then they never made it, then all of a sudden they found the cupcakes not the order apparently but the cupcakes. My friend brings me the cupcakes and I asked about the second set, well apparently the bakery did not have them or knew about me having 2 cupcake orders, I call back and they apologized over the phone and said I can come back or that my friends could come back, so she did well at least tried to go get them but again was having a problem. The bakery told her that now she needed a recept but never said anything to me about having one, she told them several times they had the receipt from when I placed the order so because they couldnt find it they refused to give her the other half of my purchase and proceeded to acuse us of trying to steal cupcakes!!!!! One, why would you give us half and then refuse to give us the other half because now you can not find the only copy of the receipt? I call back after getting a very aggravating text about there being another problem, the manager hangs up on me the first time, then the second time trys to act like everything is fine and that my friend is the one giving the hard time, at this point I am fuming. I hang up and call the store supervisor to help out but before hanging up the manager forgets to put me on mute and I hear several employees talking crap about how we are trying to steal cupcakes and they do not have a receipt. Hmmmm Youngstown is that what we do now we steal cupcakes I mean come on.... so it took me calling several times and a call back for the store supervisor to finally go over to bakery and find out why they are being highly professional, unorganized, rude and dare I say trashy, to finally find my receipt and get my order! Now my friend is late for work, I am late for my sons 2nd birthday party and all because this multi-billion dollar company can not have professionalism or any type of organization, I mean come on Walmart get it together. Bottom line myself as well as my family and my friends and her family will never and I do me ever revisit that bakery under any condition ever again and I am now since stopped shopping there as well and so have several other family and friends.
This is a good store overall except for their jewellery department. been here twice to get a couple links removed from my watch. The job just needs a fine screw driver to pull the hook off and the staff kept saying that their machine is out of order and has been sent for repair. I got home and figured it out myself and it just took 10mins to take the links off.
Self checkout workers need to let customer know what way to line up like the boardman store does... Was in line and a rude person cut in front of me and i said something and the customer had a attitude and was talking to the worker so Im done with this getto walmart left my buggy their full with grocery so have fun putting them back. I was lined up behind other customers and yet the worker agreed with the customer over someone that was in line guess white lifes dont matters
I avoid Walmart like the plague! Its convenient but I would rather go without before going there! The employees and their shoppers are rude and I feel completely hostile after leaving! I am an extremely patient person and I need a strong drink before going & after leaving just to calm down! (If I have no other choice but to go there)
Love this place except the first couple days of the month. Employees for the most part are friendly. Usually the store is clean.I dont go to any other Walmart.A lot of the bad reviews I see snot this location are older reviews from when it was first opened and it was very slow.I usually find what Im looking for here.If I cant and am not in a hurry to get something I order online and pick up at the store the next day.Love the idea they have for personal shopper. I will be doing this soon!
Semi Truck friendly walmart. I did not stay for a 10 hour break. I only did an hours worth of shopping. Friendly folks working at walmart!!Thank You walmart for not blocking us truckers. We have needs just like everyone else.. to my fellow drivers please keep this lot clean by not throwing out your trash on the grounds.
This Walmart is ran by Lindsay who has made bad call after bad call. She has caused many employees to quit and even managers. Please be wary before supporting this one. They do not treat employees nor customers with respect and they expect to have nothing bad said about them and still give underwhelming customer service. Go to target or any other store in the world before supporting this one.
Large grocery section. The rest of the store departments, other than electronics, are smaller than other stores I have been to. The service you get is unpredictable and varied. I have encountered employees who have been very helpful, and others who I have seen purposely avoid customer encounters. I tend to window shop online first to make sure the item I want is in stock and note the location so I can be self sufficient and not need assistance when I get to the store.
Liberty Walmart has the best employees out of every Walmart Ive been to Ive been to a lot. I get off work at 6am usually get to Walmart between 7-8am. Ive never encountered anyone that wasnt friendly or willing to help. Ive only had issues with one lady. She usually maybe always works at the money desk. Shes extremely rude and degrading. You treats people like they are stupid. I thought it was me when I encountered her but its not. Ive sat back and watched her over a small frame of time she treats everyone like garbage with the exception of a handful of people which I gather are her family or close friends because she has hugged and kissed them..
They have hit a new Time Low. I ordered one hour pictures and I went five hours after they said they were done. The pictures were not done there was some sort of problem. I was told that the lady that does pictures was busy and electronics with another customer and wouldnt be able to help me. It was 11, she could not help me until after 1 p.m. and they just say well come back again later like I live next door.
NEVER enough registers open!!! I am not going to use the self checkout for a cart full of items. Plus, I think it is terrible that Walmart has taking away jobs from people and expect their customers to work for free to check out their items. I dont work for free and I dont plan to start too. I would have given this location 5 stars had it not been for the long wait time in line all because only 2 registers were open out of 20 and the fact they have put in all the self checkout stations.
Without a doubt the worst managed Wal-Mart Ive ever been to. Mens department was a disaster, no medium tee shirts in any brand, in stock. Two customers with average purchases were in front of me at the check out. I stood in line for at least 30 minutes. No sense of urgency, customer service, or the least bit of concern toward the public. Cashier even stopped to talk to one of the personal shoppers. Place is a joke.....

2022-05-24They had one cashier open and the line in front of me was 5 deep and behind me !!Self check out shouldnt be mandatory.I called standing in line, the boy answering the phone in clothing was rude and hung up on me as I asked to speak to a manager. I called again, he said there was nothing he could do. I know that, thats why I asked for a manager.I never spoke to a manager and no other registers opened up.I bought pork chops I cooked tonight. There were Several sharp pieces of bone, easily choked on if you werent careful. Ill never buy my meats there.Theyre over priced and its the largest richest retail store and you cant get out of there in a timely manner unless you check yourself out.Im disabled and not able to do so all the time and cant stand in a line for an hour while in pain.I dont know any other store that treats the people that keep them in business like theyre doing is a favor!In NY Walmart they provide paper bags for 5 cents. They rip open before you reach your car. They ran out of bags they charge you for and said theyre arent any. I had a full cart with no bags. I had to carry my groceries in the cart to my truck one by one.Theyre an awful company. I worked for them years ago, and that was just as bad.They dont care about anything but the almighty dollar. If possible Ill not shop there.Update: it seems whenever Ive shopped here lately, theyve had at least 6 registers open. Im hoping this a trend that will stay!

2022-04-15Probably one of the worst Walmarts around. If you buy food here, don’t expect it to last longer than a few days to a week. I’ve gone one time and there was literally mold on the mini blueberry breakfast bagels right on the shelf! It’s dirty. Always crowded. The workers are rude. They’re almost never stocked. The auto department is just as bad as the in store. The subway and eye center are probably the best in the store as a whole. The entertainment department will have multiple people talking but yet you’ll stand at the counter for 5 minutes waiting before they help you or there will only be one person who doesn’t know much. The outdoors and camping department never has anyone readily available, they have to page someone to help you. Just overall not a good look for a Walmart. You see more of the back warehouse/shipping and receiving people on the floor than you do actual floor workers.

2022-04-29Shopping at Walmart has its pros and cons. It all depends what workers are lazy. I bought a bike for my little nephew that had a flat tire. I asked the staff about putting air in the tire. HE TOLD ME TO GO TO THE GAS STATION TO PUT AIR IN THE TIRE. I wasnt going to buy it but my nephew really wanted that particular bike. The reason I gave 3 stars is because there are other great workers who work at Walmart

2021-01-20Semi Truck parking, bathrooms were very clean, great customer service. Only thing I can complain about was the money center was down. Which I need the money that was sent to me immediately. We are from out of town and was a terrible inconvenience. Worker said that she wasnt sure if it was corporate or not. But was very helpful in finding the next nearest walmart. Called that walmart and they said the money center was down corporate side. Called corporate financial services and was on hold for 40+ minutes ended up hanging up automated system never said what # we were in line or how long our wait time was All workers and customers were wearing masks. There was a Jackson Hewitt there as well.

2021-04-02This is the worst walmart ever.. Avoid it if u can....The employees are rude and do not want to help. The store is always crowded and the checkout registers are ALWAYS half staffed. They try to get you to use the self checkout by not manning the registers. The store is unorganized and its just a miserable experience..

2021-12-31Employees are always courteous and very helpful! Ive found it better for myself when I do the online delivery , for the most part Ive never had any problem receiving all my products I ordered as to when I shop in store theres always problems with keeping up with stocking the shelves or keeping up w customer needs! Nothing to do with the employees being able to do there jobs properly its more due to keeping up w the customers wants and needs! The lack of being able to have the ample amount of hired hands Im sure plays a huge part in the shortages but otherwise Ive never had any issues or complaints!

2022-01-16It was very busy but I used the self checkout so it was a quick experience. I’ve been here other times but today even with them being so busy they had many registers open and got people through the lines quickly. I only gave 4 stars because I didn’t have interaction with a sales associate so can’t comment on customer service.

2022-06-28Its ur typical Walmart. But in my opinion they r better than all Walmarts in Youngstown area. I personally dont like Walmart but its one of the better ones🤷♀️
