Very very hard to get ahold of. If you have any general questions youll be directed to press 0 when calling and then youll get a lot of rings, and then disconnected. Ive called multiple times on different days and this has been my experience. Dont expect to get help on the phone ahead of time. On the plus side, they have a lot of things in stock.
Customer service is a thing of the past. Calling here is impossible to get a hold of someone from the correct department. It seems like the ONLY department that answers the phone is the workers in Deli. But as many times as I go in there...theres plenty of employee pow-wows in the aisles and upfront.*Check this out...I even called Customer Service as I was inside watching 3 employees behind that counter and NOBODY PICKED UP THE CALL...**Management needs to get refreshed at this location since...theyre just as worthless as the employees
To start off, this wall Mart has an amazing look from the outside. It just looks so amazing and nice. And for people who have electric cars, you have a charging station outside of wall Mart. The inside is pretty much like ur regular wall Mart. However, they do have a bank and a massage place, yes you read that right a mini massage place, and after ur done shopping theirs a subway and auntie Annies in the wall Mart. Just saying auntie Annies prestles are the best after ur done shopping. The staff are very nice to people! Over all amazing wall mart 5 stars!
I worked here, especially the meat department, would be told to put meat back onto the sleeve that was sitting out in the front for hours. Worked here with Ashley B, Todd whittle , Daniel, James, David was the team lead they all knew what was going on but nothing ever changed
For a multi-million dollar company, you have horrible customer service, i called to ask a basic question, no answer. I call again, no answer. I call one more time and they answer, but only the phone, not my question. They answered, said can i help you, then hung up. On top of that the store is usually unstocked and unkept, workers act high n mighty and usually dont even do their job. If you have any self respect, go to giant eagle.
Prices on the signs and shelves are not what is rung on the register. A continuing issue for years. Cost is always more than signed. The company waste my time and theirs by having to do price checks at point of purchase. I do not work for Walmart ,PLEASE have customer service [cashiers] available for checkout.
By far one of the worst Walmart locations ever, especially early in the day. Even if they have something in stock, good luck finding it or someone to help you get it, answers range from not my department I dont have access just becouse we show 11 in stock, it dont mean they are here among many others excuses. All aimed at doing minimum effort and making sure you do not get what you need.I would definitely stay away from this location, and if you can help it, Wallmart in general.Planty of other stores out there that would like your business.
I had come to Walmart of two books, when I had arrived we began walking towards the back of the store as we were doing so we saw that there was a bit of construction going on, so we began our way to the side to try and find a way around it. The person who was working stopped us from going and we weren’t able to go any further, We asked “How do we get to were the books are?” and he gave us a very disrespectful and insulting response. He said and I quote “Yes the store is open, You’re walking in it.” The tone this response was said in was extremely snarky and insulting. I’m upset that I was treated like this for asking a simple question. Thank you.
I go to exchange an item I purchased that was missing pieces to only be told that they dont do exchanges, even though the board begind the customer service says so. I had to speak to a team leader and manager before they finally exchanged my item. I couldnt believe how rude the customer service people were. The manager told me they do do exchanges so I guess bad training and practices are to blame.
I like your store, but I dont like the limited availability of electric carts. I went there today and found out of order cards on 2 carts and a third one totally dead. I checked the other entrance and found no better. I had to turn around and leave.Having a cart when youre handicapped makes all the difference! Please work on doing better!
This is how Wal-mart makes money by letting customers do what ever they wanna do. They dont care who lives or who dies. They let every one enter the store no matter whether they have the masks on or not. These photos were taken on Nov. 28 and I was in store for less than half hour. I left the store after I saw the 2nd person without mask.
They should really teach their employees some general kindness. My 8 month old daughter and I were in there today buying formula and a few other things. I used two separate payment methods. I hear the new, training employee who was ringing me out, say to the other employee “how many cards is this lady going to use” …thinking I can’t hear her under her mask. It took everything in me to not confront her on how incredibly rude her comment was and how I am paying is none of her business. I truly hope their managers pay attention to how they’re treating customers.
Ordered a pair of pants for pick up. After waiting 45 min at the pick up spot and calling on top of letting them know I was there initially, I had to go in to customer service to get them to go back and bring them up. The whole store felt chaotic. I honestly hate shopping at Walmart, pay your employees better so you actually staff to your demand.
Well, its a Walmart so you do see some strange people but not on a regular basis. Mostly buy dog food here, price is about .10 a container cheaper than the grocery store. I pick up books and toys for my granddaughter at the same or close to the same price as Amazon. Really only interact with the cashiers and they are always friendly. Store is neat and clean. Definitely recommend! Oh, also bought a swingset online and we love it, price was very reasonable.
Worst stocked Walmart in Northeast Ohio. Both the North Olmsted and Medina Walmart stores put this one to shame. The North Olmsted and Medina stores are STEALLAR compared to the Strongsville Walmart. There is no supply chain shortage at the North Olmsted and Medina stores....only a mis-managed Strongsville store. Not just this year...for the past 2 or 3 years it has been like that.
Every time I shop at Walmart, I have to bag my own groceries because theres one or two lines open and 100 people to check out, then after ringing my own groceries up and bagging my own groceries, I have to stop and have a lady check out that I actually paid for everything in my bag. Target maybe a few cents more on items, but the experience is worth the money. Im just going to find other places to shop.
Every time I come here theres either one register open or zero. Its extremely annoying to be ready to leave and theyd rather put 3 people in the self checkout instead of actually working.After 20 minutes of waiting for a register to open I have decided to abandon cart and not shop here anymore. Trash location. Lazy employees. Other stores open at 7 and actually manage their staff
I do not like the renovations that had been done on the store. Everything has to be bought in larger quantities and it does cost more to do it that way. I almost cant afford to shop here anymore. I understand that it is not Walmarts decision to raise price on groceries and everything else. Its been done everywhere but I dont like the idea of having to buy a lot of the items in larger qualities or in bulk. Not to mention their selection with cleaning supplies in a lot of other things has gotten smaller. The employees that work there are always polite. Trying to call the Avon Ohio location to speak to somebody at Courtesy is impossible because nobody ever answers.
The store is just too big. Associates dont know where things are. The app will say in stock, but its in the back room and will be out next week so you cant buy it. The app *needs* to tell you what aisle to go to for things. I left without buying anything last time - I dont have the patience to learn yet another stores layoutThe workers are friendly, its not their fault that they dont know. It just doesnt seem important as part of the job
Usually has it if you need it, but this particular location is something to be desired. You cant find help when you need it and when you do find it they always complain about having to stop what they were doing to help you. The cashiers are slow and rude so I usually just do self checkout. But when it comes to a $200 grocery order I dont work there I shouldnt have to check myself out bc their cashiers dont know bread goes on top or in its own bag, and meat doesnt go with produce, and cleaning products dont go with food.
Great experience! It was the FIFTH Walmart my hubby and had tried to find the microwave we wanted (an Oster) no one had one , they had ONE and it was damaged , but they took a little off . So we hope its fine. Because Im tired of looking! But ALL the employee from the young who walked us to the correct row , then a Carmen went found a manager to help us with our questions. Our check was smooth too. We had 3gift cards do we could not order it online. #customerservice !
One of the better stocked Wal-Mart stores in the area. I can always find a lot of things at this location compared to other Wal-Mart locations that should have much more in stock- but as we know with the pandemic- it comes with the territory. I would recommend that customers come to this one in the area because many of the other locations dont really have good customer service or if they do- it is really lacking.
This Walmart is awful. Multiple times I have ordered online to pickup in the store only to have my orders canceled because its apparently not in stock as it claimed. Also, orders that are actually in stock are always messed up.This store is so unorganized and messy and the workers are rude. I drive all the way out to Medina to shop at their location even though I live much closer.
If there is a zero rating would definitely rate this location as a zero. Management needs to change as this is not the case in other walmart locations. You feel like you are doing the employee a favor by spending your money hereThe self check out takes only cards no cash. And only one cash register is open to check out customers. The shopping shelfs are always empty. The other day I tried to buy men perfume no one came to open the box and ended up giving up after waiting for almost 30 minutes. This is an honest review I feel that they could better with a new management team
Just getting into the place is crazy. No one lets you in people walk in front of you. And inside same way. Plus all stuff scattered all over the place. And if you want anything with electronics forget it. You can Google it and understand more than they do in 10 min. Only hand full of people want to help you. Its not all bad they have lots of stuff but your on your own.
Why can’t you get cash back the self check out and more?! You don’t want anyone else touching your groceries nowadays and that is the point of self check to not have to be bothered with long lines be the cashier it ringer up a full cart of groceries!It’s plain stupid to not give the customers ability to give cash back in self check out!I’m starting to shop more and more at Target due to this locations closing customer services 2-3 hours before the store closes and now not being able to use self checkout and get cash back.And organic and grass feed produce are poor quality and or they are out of the good ones.This Walmart is going about to take a turn to the worst.And the Outdoor Living doors don’t work and they don’t have notice displayed that it’s broken.Do better!!!!!
Just yourrun of the mill Walmart. Lots of empty shelves and robotic employees indicating completely incompetent management. Only 3 open check-outs which I believe is intentional. Walmart expects customers to do their own check-out so they need less employees.No idea why I continue to shop here, guess I need to change my shopping habits.*** Update ***Good Friday, extremely busy and still only 3 check-outs open. Oh well, its Walmart, its expected. To hell with customer service.
Placed a cake order on a Wednesday for Sunday. I show up at 11am to pick up yhe cake and i was told they didnt have it. I asked for the manager..he explained the cake decorator called off. Im so glad that i gave them my phone number. No a single person thought to call me and inform me they could not complete my order tody so i could atleast try to find someyhing else. Needless to say i had 40 ppl waiting for a cake and i ended up with cupcakes that didnt match the color sceme. How embarrassing. I will never get a cake from here ever again. Rude and inconciderate
I am a regular at Walmart. By frequenting there often many of the employees know me. Mostly always a good experience. But, one lady sticks out most to me so I felt she should get recognition. Karen (the Customer Service lady from Strongsville location) has taken care of me multiple times- both in Customer Service and a cashier on the main floor. She is very knowledgeable with her job; carries herself very professional; helpful and took her time making sure I’m satisfied with Walmart as a whole. That s an awesome employee!
Walmart is okay I like their items but the problem I have with Walmart is that they dont have enough working riding carts which makes it hard for me to shop for the things that I need because I cannot walk the store like I used to. It would be very nice if they could come up with enough working riding carts.
Not the best customer service. I waited at the counter for 30 mins in the store for an online pick up before the right employee came to the desk. 5 times other employees told me someone was on the way When I arrived home, I realized I was shorted one item in the bag! Tried to call the store to complain when I got home and no one picked up the customer service line! When I finally was able to speak to a manager after calling the electronics dept, though he apologized, he kept repeating were doing the best we can. I was told the person doing the in store pick up orders was also doing their curbside grocery pick up in another area of the store. That does not even make sense. If I go there and need no assistance from their staff, it is a great store. This experience was beyond ridiculous. Since that time, I did an in store pick up at the Great Northern location which has theirs in the front of the store by customer service. I was out within 5 minutes! I know where to go now.
I mean... Its Walmart. Its lots of kids running around. Lines are crazy. No one is ever in line to ring anyone out. The self checkout lines are so long they wrap around isles. Never really stocked when I go in there. ALL the workers seem like they hate their job and life.. This one just sucks. The one in Strongsville is WAAAYYYY better.
Highly disappointed in this Walmart. Went there for a wading pool for our new pup. Walmart.com said this location had 6 left. I could not find them. I asked in toys, lawn and garden and the customer service desk. I cannot believe how rude the associates were. One young man Shaun, was nice he looked it up and said it shows there are some left, but wouldnt give him a location he told me to see if the CustSer assoc could get more info. I waited for the associate to finish a return, she saw me, turned her back to me. Several minutes later she acknowledged me with a YA. When I showed her my phone showing the pool was in stock and asked for a location, she said we dont have them. She was not nice at all. In fact she was so belligerent I asked for a manager. The manager showed up after I asked to speak to one again, there were no pools in the store. I did tell the manager right in front of the CS associate, how rude and dismissive the associates were. She seemed to care less, even when the associate said Im about to walk out of here. I guess they just want warm bodies these days! Ridiculous!
I do not like shopping in Walmart its makes me very uncomfortable. I only went in there to pick up something for someone else I wasnt able to find what I needed.. I also dont like the lack of sales people to help you you cant find anybody.. and theres one register open really
I usually dont like saying this about a grocery store but this facility truly suckss!!I live in North Royalton and travel to this Walmart because its the closest to my home, everything is always empty on the grocery shelves and their arent enough cashiers to check customers out. Which makes me feel not wanted for my business.Im going to shop where I can get what Im shopping for and get checked out in a timely manner.
If u interrupt the groups of female employees congregating and ignoring customers up front to ask a question theyre gonna give u attitude like its what theyre paid to do. Just cos youre making a whole 11 an hour doesnt mean you can talk to customers however you want. Smh
I have to wait more than 15 minutes for customer service person. There are 3 people but they cannot help said they only do return. The supervisor Bree arrived said she have no access and even the store manager have no access to Money gram. Someone will come at 11am and Im here at 7:45am.. Its pathetic that no one knows how to access Moneygram
Here is my take on wally world and the rest of our Economic situation. I stood in line for ten plus minutes on a Wednesday morning 10am. All the while having conversations with people in line, on our situation of only one line being open. Every thing from the employee shortages, to the poor mismanagement of resources.And how every one one of us we willing to stand in line and not use the self check out.(simply because we do not work there. Nor do we get paid if we check ourselves out.) Nope and I reassured the clerk the the discussions werent in any way their fault.The employment shortage is based upon the government showing what they think every one should get compensated. Big Corps and Small alike arent ready to swallow the Bill!
I did the click load go for groceries. It was great! The stock boy was polite that loaded up. The selection they made for produce was also good. Overall I will be being it again, it was a lot better than going in and fighting crowd of people.They also have delivery available but I wanted to save on the fees. Although if I was a walmart plus member there would be no charge. The delivery fee is a flat $10.00 but the service wants you to tip the driver automatically.
Used to be a good store. Now there are only one or two cashiers open. Self checkout is for the birds and not for people who are buying a lot of groceries. One of the old women at customer service looks and acts like a witch. I should have gotten her name. Next time its on evil lady.
This Walmart in Strongsville seems to be out of stock on everything I need. This is not a one time occurrence either; its been multiple times Ive gone grocery shopping only to find they are out of stock on items I commonly purchase and Im not talking one or two things...more like dozens of things. GO ELSEWHERE if you actually want to find what you need.
Overall good experiences here. Today the cashier was asking me and the girl in front of me to do misc. stuff to help and was extremely slow. I didn’t mind helping stock the bags, and moving stuff to another register for a Walmart worker but I feel most customers would see this as inappropriate for an employee to do when we’re not the ones working for the company.
All I have to say is triple check the bags on the turn table rack before you leave and your receipt. Ive been to two Walmarts and both times they didnt give me all of my items even after I asked if that was everything. I called this particular location 3 days in a row and all the phone did was ring and ring in customer service. I finally got a chance to go up there to re-pick my items and get my money back. They told me that theres not enough employees to take phone calls. Unfortunately, he still didnt give me my full refund because he thought it was only one item missing.
My husband and I stopped to used the fast charger for our car not really needing anything we meandered into the Walmart. The Associate that ended up assisting me was amazing! She was marking down products and guided me to a huge clearance sale for the items I was looking at. Vito was her name and she was awesome. Wish the staff at my local Walmart were as helpful and kind as she was. Thank you very much
Don’t try to return ANYTHING to this store. They can’t spot the shoplifter, so instead, they impose a $25 return without a receipt, so everyone has to get a manager to approve any return otherwise. They don’t even follow Walmart’s return policy unless the customer is willing to put up a fight with the employees to get a proper hassle for a return. I totally would never go to this place for how they profile every person for being a thief because they don’t know what debit/credit card they used nor where their receipt disappeared to. I spent 30 minutes trying to return a too-small dog crate, only to be blamed for trying to steal the item and return it.
Nice, clean, well organized, clothing department was understocked for a weekday for both mens and womens. All isles looked neat and well stocked. Seemed like alot of employees were working to stock the shelves and seemed happy to be there (important when your trusting you will find what you are looking for to be in stock and in good condition). Checkout was easy and fast even with only 2 lanes being open (didnt use the self checkout). Outside grounds and parking lot were clean and inviting. Overall experience was pleasant.
Lady had a nasty attitude when I asked her about their inventory I just waste a trip coming up here looking for a item that they said they had online and then when I get here they don’t have it and the lady snapped at me when I asked about it. Walmart you guys have to do better your BILLION dollar company update your system it’s a inconvenience of your customers. YOU CAN AFFORD IT!!!
Granted it was the day before Easter. The store was packed like it was Christmas Eve. Everywhere you turned there were people. No one was social distancing. You would have thought the pandemic was over everyone was shopping with their entire families and extended families. It was an utter madhouse. I miss the times of after hours shopping in the middle of the night when therr were a handful of folks in the store.
Fairly typical suburban Wal-Mart. Well stocked on everything you normally look for, from food to home goods and generally clean. I usually opt for the grocery pickup and theyre usually decent. There was a time where youd have to wait 1+ hours, but that seems to have been a personnel issue and looks to have been resolved.
Trying to call to get information on mulch and if it is in stock and then placing an in-store pick-up order (COVID). Called in to customer service (dial zero on the main store phone line and press 0). Nobody picks up the phone...IN CUSTOMER SERVICE...phone has been ringing now for 20 minutes straight!!! (7/6/21)
Only 2 lines open all other lines closed. Automated lines all broken except 2 that a poor cashier has to jump between. Worthless management nowhere to be found. Other employees pass by customers with issues and say nothing. Trash on the floors very few employees working, and those that are, are the ones doing everything. Upper management needs to fire all the local managers and promote the employees who work.
Please get workers that know anything, something about the store. For the love of god, it is sad when Im trying to ask where something is and the employee doesnt speak English, uumm ok then. The guy thats with her says I do how can help you, I ask him where the heartburn medicine is. He busted out laughing I guess I shouldnt have offered to help you cause I have no idea. And walked away. WOW. Its worse and worse every time anymore. You should never tell a customer idk. Tell them one moment let me find out. Customer service 101.
Store is for the most part well kept. Staff is normally very friendly. Normally have all of their self checkout lanes open and a descent amount of lanes open. The curb side pick up is always handled professionally and almost always ready on time. 5 stars dew to being the best walmart Ive been to in ohio
Wow! This WalMart had so much more than some. This WalMart stays well stocked from what I can see over the years. This WalMart has an Auntie Annes pretzel store in it for great snacks. Excited for my next visit. Awesome selection of ice cream and ice cream treats in this Walmarts grocery section. For a well travelled store, the upkeep seems great.
Never been to this Walmart. It was busy. But the selections in things were amazing! I found things I had been looking for i havent been able to find at other stores in a long time. Also I found things I never knew I needed!! Ha! I definitely will be driving from Lakewood to here more often. Went in to find gingerbread houses came out with cart full of bunch stuff and bunch groceries and $200 later. But it was clean staff is a little slow moving. Alot out of stock but still plenty of choices ( given its holiday season its understandable ) definitely worth a trip if youre used to regular Walmart or bookmarks or even avoid. Definitely up from even giant eagle too where I normally do my grocery shopping too bad didnt get them perks but was worth the goodies I found.
Im done with walmart.It just took me an hour to get through checkout because they only put The elderly and disabled people at the register. Im disabled myself which is why Im angry. I cant stand long like that. The people are slow and talkative. And complain about their job and how walmart dont care.Never getting my money again.
This store has been open throughout the pandemic. Proper precautions have been in place without causing undue inconvenience to customers. I havent noticed significant price increases for most product lines.Employees began wearing masks even before the state required it.Only current inconvenience is that store is now closing at 8:30.This store is a one stop merchant where you can buy just about anything you need, combined grocery and department store.Staff has remained helpful and friendly throughout. An associate is stationed at entrance to ensure that current state guidelines are complied with.It has remained well stocked and clean and organized throughout most of the pandemic.
Walmart review #2. If you’re reading this, good on ya! It’s a Walmart, but it’s a big one. The groceries looked good and and they were stocked well.The Walmart was clean and fairly well stocked (given that it was the first weekend in the month) the staff was very friendly and the variety was great!
You will save money on groceries, but be prepared to wait 40 minutes for the pick up option. A friend suggested Walmart and I tried it twice thinking the first time wait time was a fluke. Not a fluke! Second time I literally waited 40 minutes for them to bring my groceries out. Never again!
The worst customer serviceI had to wait more than half an hour standing by the fabric section and seeing the workers going here and there no one stopped to ask me if I need help till I called one of them . He said he’ll go to call someone , and I waited for another 5 minutes. Then I looked up the store number and talked to the customer service , the girl said she’s sending someone and another 10 -15 minutes , seriously?!!! I walked to one of the cashiers to understand what can be done if I’m still interested in buying fabric I want , she said it has to have a label but she doesn’t know who would do that :( !!!!!!!!! . I left the store without buying what I went there for and bought nothing.I don’t think I’m going to step in that place any time soonThis is my first review but unfortunately not the first bad experience with them):That’s why I don’t do shopping there often
It was the usual terrible shopping experience. I and two other people had to wait 15 minutes to get the cabinet for spray paint unlocked. Out of the dozen manned check outs only two were open. Do the cashiers there make $200,000 a year, they cant afford to put more on?
Only two open check out lanes with 8-10 customers waiting in each when I got in line. After 15-20 minutes waiting in line, a Walmart cashier takes the last person who just arrived in line and opens a new lane as 4 more people followed them. Always issues at Walmart. I need to stop shopping here.
Returned items I bought in Medina Walmart that were marked on the sign as clearance priced. When I checked my receipt, I paid original price, no clearance price, therefore I returned 3 items I feel I over paid. Bought another top at this Walmart, it was the exact same shirt but 50 cents more, plus higher tax.
Not so clean or stocked. Im disabled and I dont like having to use self checkout at night. Thats just not cool. I use the shopping pick up but theyre not so good at getting food that is not spoiled or picking same date expired dairy. Its too e for me to bring all the food home then back to my car then back to the store. I end up bringing it to my dumpster.
Walmart is a miserable place in every way. I went against my better judgment for convenience sake and ordered something I needed quickly. I was told I could pick it up on Thursday. That turned into Thursday after 6pm, and when I went to get it, I was told they receive shipments in the morning and my order wouldnt be there until the next day at the earliest. The store has no signage telling customers where to pick up orders, so after waiting in line for ten minutes at customer service (you would think..) I found out that pick up is in the back of the store. I was in a hurry, so this was not a nice surprise. Once there, I was greeted by a young lady that needs to learn English. She tried to help, but couldnt remember what I was asking her to do. In the end, we found the product elsewhere and I am now going through hoops to have my order cancelled and my payment refunded. Never again.Youre better off spending more elsewhere and avoiding the poor service you get at this place. Rather than saving money, I wasted money AND time by thinking Walmart could possibly get anything right.
Went there for first time to do a pick up on Sunday 9/20 bout 2:30pm and sat in my car for at least 45 min and this store was so busy I never even got acknowledged or was able to pick up what I ordered.. called the store and wasn’t able to get through phone just rang and rang then finally clicked me off. On top of that had my grandchild in car who was napping. NEVER AGAIN will I do a pick up from this store. RICDICULOUS wait time and should of been informed there was a wait and short staffed. Unbelievable$@&! Yep canceled my order this store did not deserve my money. Goodbye 👋🏽
Store was clean, stocked up on most things, & safe, but workers were not helpful & attitudes were very negative, I could understand not wanting to stand near someone but when Im standing 8ft away from the employee asking where I can find a certain item theres no reason to just point in a general area & say somewhere over there... then just stare at me like they could care less. Check out girl was ok but same mood as the other employee. Also something weird going on with the doors to the store being fenced off which could technically could be an issue if there were an emergency like a fire.
Horrible grocery pickup service! I’ve tried several times but this was the worst experience yet. Waited over an hour after being notified my order was ready and left with no groceries. I had to go inside and demand that someone come out and talk to Me and the dozen other customers waiting (some for 2+ hours!!) to explain what was happening. They finally sent someone out to cancel orders for people. The manager refused to address the situation at all and no one answered the phone or made any communication with customers at all. Don’t offer a service like this if you can’t manage it!!
Walmart is always awesome but lately they been out of nose spray their brand which is more realistic in price then other brands. It has been weeks since you have been out that just doesnt seem right? I get its cold season but to be totally out of stock for three weeks that I noticed is ridiculous. They are truly the best the day after I posted this they had a full stock of nose spray. Nice to know they listen 👍
I dont shop at Walmart, but I am now! I only went there to pick up an item that was less expensive than another store. To my surprise the store is neat and well organized! I not only purchased what I came for, I bought a whole shopping cart of items! The customer service was phenomenal! The check out clerk was super nice! A real sweetheart! I definitely will go again! A fun experience...plus the prices...WOW!

2022-02-23Return is so much hassle. It is so heartbreaking how I was treated during return.Pickup order- sometimes they pack items with damaged bar codes which is not possible to return at all.Items are available. Quality is good. Arranged properly. Best place for seasonal gifts and all range gifts and items.

2022-04-16They have everything you need, and then some. Huge parking lot with plenty of parking, and several handicapped parking spaces available right up front. It is a wheelchair accessible store and they even have motorized shopping carts for anyone thats disabled to use. The isles are always stocked, very rarely can I not find what Im looking for. I always use the self check out because theres hardly ever a long wait, it makes getting in and out a beeeze. I have even shopped ahead of time online for curbside pick up, which is very convenient when I have a busy schedule.

2022-05-15It wasnt horrible.The parking lot was packed, but the store was not the worst experience.Though the person who is soliciting right there next to the stop ✋️ sign is a little too much 👍 👌 🙆♂️.

2022-05-26Its okay if you dont mind ringing up your owe stuff. Not one person register open just you scan yourself. They should give you a discount if you have to ring your owe stuff up. Hopefully they correct this problem or wont be shopping there much anymore

2022-06-24Im second guessing ever going to WalMart now. Went there today and the check out lines are a total disaster. Getting rid of all cashiers and making everything self check out. Very had idea and is going to cause chaos. Lines were insane today. Id rather have a cashier than to work with a computer. Those that monitored the lines before werent doing their jobs adequately before and now its going to get worse. I was there last week. 3 times my register alerted I needed assistance and the girl stood there on her cell phone texting before she came over to me. They dont care about customer service. I know its hard right now in society but come on.

2022-03-24Theyll fight you on returns. You have to have receipt for pharmacy items. Food items can only be exchanged for other food items. Theres a whole list of other items, theyll fight you on. Try using their website. For a $5 item, theyll show you the most expensive case of the item for $239. They always show you the most expensive 3rd party seller price first. Oh, and theres a whole matrix of rules for 3rd party sellers refunds, good luck with that! Their name brand Equate items are suspect.. The Walmart sisters profit trumps customer satisfaction at every level. They could care less, just look at the lack of replies to all of these reviews! Try Target Stores, less of a hassle and they treat you better..

2022-05-04This Strongsville location was fully stocked with items neatly organized in their spots. Thats something thats unusual for Walmart stores. Seems to have much nicer stuff than the ones Ive visited on the Eastside. The only CON was I went there to print some photos. Online said the photo department opens at 9:00 a.m but in the store said 10:00 a.m. I had to leave then go back.

2022-03-22Workers were Bice mostly. The store kinda sucks though. Busy, chaotic. Check out your own groceries which normally I dont mind but I had a lot of stuff this time. I prefer almost anywhere else but the prices arent terrible.

2022-07-04Please train your younger employees on what an ID looks like. I bought alcohol from the self checkout and an employee has to come check your ID, not an issue. But this 16 year old kid accused me of having a fake ID because the bottom right hand corner is blurry, that’s just how they’re made now. He called over 2 managers and made a big deal about it. I’m of legal age and it was kind of humiliating honestly, I was just waiting for him to call the cops.

2022-03-03I went looking for an inexpensive gift and found everything, wrapping paper, bows and a nice gift bag at a reasonable price!The staff was so helpful and very nice. Great job to this Wal-Mart!!
