CURBSIDE REVIEW 🚗: Fact of the matter is...there is NO curbside unless its groceries apparently. Ordered for curbside pickup. Received my email stating to check-in on the app and park in curbside area. When I arrived there was a sign on the pole with a number to call. I called the number to let them know what space I was in. The associate answered and told me they dont bring my type of orders out and that I would need to come in for my order.Excuse me? You have got to be kidding me! Curbside is a convenience offered especially for those who are handicap, autoimmune disorders, moms with small babies/ multiple children etc. I specifically placed an order on the app that specified curbside was the choice as the pick-up option. The confirmation email told me where to park and that an associate would bring my CURBSIDE order to MY CAR.We all know Target is right around the corner, literally and they know how to do curbside very well (aka Target Drive Up). Do yourself a favor and stick with Target 2 mins down the street for curbside for those who need it. If you order for curbside, thats what you will get at Target guaranteed. Walmart, good luck with that!#TiaTriedIt
Surprisingly a peaceful experience. Light traffic, no chaos, lines were not too long but like usual the staff are of little help when you need assistance especially the younger ones. They spend too much time forming groups in the aisles and having personal conversations. It has been a few months since my last visit. Walmart will always be Walmart.
This place is ghetto and unorganized. The shelves are almost never properly stocked. I witnessed a fight yesterday between employees. So much stuff locked up because of shoplifting. A hot mess of a place. Youre better off going to another location.
We did the grocery pick up and was able to get everything that we needed except for the miniature nestle crunch bars that come 10 per pack. 😒 Just drove up a coule of clicks on the cell. Told them where I was parked and the color of the car. Our groceries were put in the trunk by an associate and off i went.Thank you Walmart!
Its not the worst but it certainly is not the best location. sometimes the lines are hours of wait due to short staffing and sometimes all the checkouts are closed during normal store operating hours. this is the kind of walmart location that literally has onsite police presence almost constantly. bathrooms are clean usually though. not that theres always soap but hey, the water runs!
They close at 11pm. We got there at 10:40, shopped till the cart was full. Got to the checkout at 11pm and got turned away. They said they were closed and we couldnt buy the groceries we just spent 20 minutes shopping for. Dozens of customers turned away. Absolutely appalling. Unbelievable. Will never shop at any Walmart ever again because of this one incident, which just one of many horrible Walmart experiences.. Im still in disbelief. One guy started yelling and throwing stuff. I will be calling corporate about this. I wasted gas driving there. I want my 20 minutes back. I hope Meijers put Walmart out of business
Extremely poor service! My husband and I went to the South Euclid Walmart location today Monday, June 20, 2021 at 9am. We had a cart full of groceries, but when we went to the checkout area there were NO lanes open with a cashier to check us out. We were told by the manager, Miranda (with a poor attitude), to use the self checkout and one of her employees would help us. I only use self checkout when I have a small quantity to checkout, not a bunch of groceries. I’ve been living in the community and going to this Walmart for 15 years and never had such an experience. I assumed they would at least have their normal 1 to 2 lanes open early in the morning but 0?! It’s ridiculous! Believe I won’t be using this location for my grocery shopping needs anymore. I’d rather drive 30 minutes away to the next location than to go back to that Walmart and experience anything like that again. And by the way this Walmart location it’s a mediocre to begin with.
Thee most ghetto, unprofessional place in walmart history! I only went bcuz i had to. Never again. I was in line longer than I shopped. It was crowded & unorganized. Total mayhem today. I hope they do better other days
Dont understand why they never have my size in stock. XL must be the most bought size since I can never find it in the store. But store was clean and otherwise well stocked.
Good place to shop! People pick over a lot of stuff and dont put it back where it belongs or either they drop it on the floor and they dont have even employees to pick up after them which leaves the store kinda in a mess to shop without confusion!
It just seems like since the pandemic very cashier moves slow. The lines are ridiculous and self check helper always have a attitude.
The workers are not there to work or help just collect a check and go home. This place needs to be closed half stocked shelves registers arent open buuuuuut the workers are on their phones, talking to one another about other coworkers and how high theyre going to get when they get off this place is a joke and the workers are a disgrace with no work ethic or pride in their work👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
They have a lot of spots for curbside pick up with many employees to help so it was quick and smooth all the time.
This Walmart is poorly managed. It is a very busy store and they dont clean it properly. All shelves, including dairy case shelves are dirty. They are under staffed and the lines are always long.
One of the better walmart’s i’ve been to. This one has extra outdoor and fishing gear compared to others, if you’re into that sort of thing.
I have ordered groceries from them, to have it delivered to my home and this is day 2 where I didn’t get my groceries. I tried to calling them no one has not answered the phone and twice it’s been delayed because their behind on delivery even my driver called said they were trying to get a hold of the store and no one was answering their delivery service is terrible and I don’t mean the drivers
Only real good thing I can say is the standard employees working there deserve better than what they get. Nice employees for the most part. They always look dead inside though. I mean who can blame them its Walmart. Some of the managers are arrogant and only want to enjoy what little power they can have over the poor employees. This place is never stocked with anything outside of just food at times. I dont blame people for not wanting to work here. Its pretty disgusting honestly
Sometimes online order can be cumbersome as an item can be available during ordering and then not available for pickup (?!) - they do refund it though (dont charge the credit card). The store is always clean and well-maintained. Good sanitizers available at the entrance - wipes+alcohol foam. Paint mixing service and key cutting service not currently available due to COVID. But friendly and helpful staff. It is a very big and has everything you need in one place.
The other day I walked into your store on a mission. I was looking everywhere for the delicious masterpieces appropriately named Raisin Snails. One of your kind employees was able to guide me to the processed pastries aisle. I was very relieved because my coworker Paul loves them and I needed to pick some up so that I can place them on his keyboard. Thank you walmart for selling Raisin Snails and assisting me with finding them. Paul is now a very happy camper.
This was my first experience to a Walmart. I was amazed by the space this store occupied. Its huge! You can find anything if you have the time to look for it. Everything is neatly arranged and easily accessible. I didnt see their staff around in many sections which could be a problem if you are looking for something and you cant find it. Otherwise, this is a great place to find anything you would need.
Wonderful to shop there. Find most of all that I need. It is convenient to get there by foot and I enjoy mingling with human beings. Been shut in too long. Glad things are getting better.
Went there for a last minute COVID test... I had a little bit of a wait, but due to the fact it was last minute- no complaints. Checked in online at Quest. A little trouble finding the drive through. Friendly staff! Then went shopping and had more items than other stores for some reason.
I was buying material 2 and 4 yard packs of material of material they were clearly the prices were changed they was changed they were $6 marks down to $2 change and $6 marked down to $1 and change so I saw the prices were lower they had the red sticker next to the price so I stocked up. one bundle was $10 marked down to $6 when I got to the counter it rang up $20 And the other bundle rang up the regular price they were not on sale price I really wanted the material because I had joined the Walmart fabric hall on Facebook.and Wanted to start sewing again have not shown in over 25 years I was so upset I left all the material there it was just a waste of my time coming there I Would have bought at least a couple of pieces anyway. I left discussed it you need to fix your signs and have the add the materials show the correct prices
Inventory was stocked and staff were hard working , courteous and knowledgeable. Very warm atmosphere for the amount of traffic they received. Coach Bryant was exceptionally helpful.
They never answer the phone and again no one ever answer the phone no corporate this can really hurt this store when no one take care of customers who need answers
The employee in the bakery department on 3/18/22 at 10 am was nice and funny. They had the item wanted to purchase at a reasonable price.

Lines were across the store. No express registers. Self checkout was worse than the attended registers!! People with less than 10 items had to wait behind foljs with overflowing carts!! A disgrace!!!!
I dont dislike Walmart. I dislike THIS Walmart. The shelves are always a total mess and the checkout lines are sooooo long. This store is poorly managed and understaffed. Also, it feels like a dismal warehouse inside. As time goes on I learn that there is really no reason that I should ever, ever visit this Walmart. This is, sadly, the WORST Walmart.
Lines was so long.. very bad leadership.. staff look like they had no direction..there was no cash being accepted in the scan and go.. lottery machines were almost empty .. all that comes down too is NO ONE TO HANDLED THE MONEY.... I waited 40 min before I was able to check out..alot of young kids working with no experience. Smh

Staff is amazing came across a Ceasar salad a lovely large one that had a bug with wings. The associate immediately removed it and all others of its kind.

Hit or miss here. Sometimes its too crowded and they have one line plus self checkout. Others its walk in get your stuff and check right out. Same for inventory sometimes everything is stocked other times shelves are empty.
Dont usually shop at this particular location but needed to get items quickly and it wasnt that crowded. This location was going through some renovation because there was so much empty space in the front of the store.

I absolutely hate the South Euclid location. It is always crowded and slow. Even when you order items for pick-up they are slow to bring the order out - even when there is no line. The parking lot is always crowded too. I only come here if I absolutely have to.Update: 4/25/22I dont come here as often but my last trip was more pleasant. Well-stocked, No lines, and I was able to check out quickly.
Lines very long moving very slow some with bad attitudes like they dont want to do there work. Now they done made it extra annoying with these brown paper bags that tare up before you can even pack it in your car now all your groceries in the cart or ground plus they dont even got handles on them bad move bad decision Walmart.

The employees that we encountered were not very friendly. Main aisle hard to navigate due to merchandise needing to be shelved in the way.
One of the worst Walmart I have been to Im from Columbus Ohio is when there is two that are bad this one is the worst, at least the 2 in Columbus stay stocked. This one is always out of stock, I have been there different times thinking they would be better stocked no luck the same. Riff Raff getting arrested in the store its really by far the worst Walmart and its in South Euclid, Ohio.

I went to the tech dept to get a usb cable for my 💻and 🖨️ and the lady totally knew her stuff. She knew all the latest tech stuff and where everything was at and shoutout to spectrum ladies in there upgraded my internet to 200 times faster for free 👍. I ordered an item for pick up. I went when I git the message it was ready. I checked in and it took 20 minutes before anyone checked with me. Then I received a call saying they cant find my item and that Im welcome to come in and get it, check out with them since I already paid. I suggested they go and find another since I opted for pick up not to come in the store. I was told they dont do that, only the shoppers get items. I explained my health problems and coming in an doing that kind of walking is not recommended for me. He told me I could cancel the order get the refunded and resubmit the order but it would not be until tomorrow. I began to ask where I would go to check out with them and the person hung up in me. I just dont understand how you can offer pick up when after a certain time there is no one to go get items.
My daughter broke her glasses and I was traveling to an optical lens facility for them to replace and fix her glasses.I drove pass Wal-Mart (South Euclid) an stopped in to see how much did it cost?,the wait time?,and did I has to be a customer there?Well to my surprise the services was outstanding including the customer service. The manager on duty tonight was rude and condescending for no reason. Utterly unhelpful and deliberately rude. She provided a very poor customer service experience. Will not be back.
Pretty typical Walmart but stock is not consistent or staff in terms of service.
Despite the occasional dented can I have been very happy with Walmart drive up staff. You ask how can you say that when your interaction with them is minimal? To which I respond Isnt that exactly how its supposed to go down? The workers are sometimes out the door the same time we drive up.
I must say I have never went at 9pm and it was a totally different experience than being there in the am hours clean, friendly workers I was truly amazed!!!!!
I wanted to purchase razor blades and after shave location. The items were locked in a glass see through cabinet. I buzzed the help button several times no one came to assist. I returned to work unable to purchase. Lousy, unprofessional non- customer service. I highly recommend to shop elsewhere.

This store gets a lot of business. The best time to shop is when the doors first open, Youll be able to get in a check out line and get out. If you desire to shop after 10am on a weekday its fine . Its basically the weekend that the lines are extremely long.
All Walmarts suck. This one really sucks. Most of the associates do the bare minimum to help you or just straight up avoid you when you have a question. Photo is from a product I found today (1/19/21) on the shelf while trying to find a replacement for the product that I purchased yesterday and didnt realize had expired 12/20.

Table clearly says $1. Spoke with management the table was priced incorrect and price was not honored crazy how you are treated in urban walmart no workers all self check out compared to the other suburbs that have lines open and way better customer service smh highly disappointed

Ordered a pickup & delivery of my groceries and needed to pick it up. The individuals who brought out my items were very pleasant. They had everything I needed and I got out of there fast using the self check out lane.

There was a representative by the name he goes by of MO. He worked in the electronics department by way of the company called OTS. I was looking for a phone through the previous company that I had that was quite expensive. The prepaid service that I previously had was inconvenient and had an expensive service. He not only was able to help me try and find me a previous company phone, he was able to change my mind and provide me a real phone service through t-mobile, get me an actual better phone, and both the phone and service came out cheaper than what I had before! If youre in need of a phone and service, as well as a great starter phone, check this guy out either at this location or that other Walmart in Warren, ohio!

They dont have enough cashiers. Also, horrible parking on the weekend. They definitely have great prices and a convenient location. I found everything that I purchased today online at other stores for twice the price. Youll save lots of money at this Walmart and they even allow you to do self checkout. My only complaint is the person at the door who watches you pay for your items then still asks to go through your bags and see your receipt lol.

For the most part this Walmart is a good place to shop. Sometimes they have a bad habit of not keeping their shelves stocked properly. One thing that I am a little bit tired of is getting to the self checkout line and I am told that the 10 different cash registers are taking card transactions only!!!! Seriously, some people dont have a credit card or a debit card so they have to stand in one of the larger lines usually for people who have a lot of things that they are buying, just because they dont have a card to pay with?! To me that is a little bit biased.

Went to return a shirt within the 60 day period with receipt and tags attached. Associates verified the receipt was valid, matched the item with it but were unable to process the return because they couldn’t get the receipt to enter correctly in the system. They suggested I drive an hour and a half away to the original store I purchased from. Completely unacceptable as I had my receipt and the item and the issue was not on my end at all but apparently on the end the original Walmart. I will not be returning this location and Vic am much less likely to shop Walmart at all.

I usually have an acceptable time . I use a electric cart to get around and too often I leave because theres no available carts . My last experience I was shocked by how they are determined to use self checkouts only. They had one girl working the front end and a lot of people trying to checkout . Even with the self checkouts there was not enough. Eventually someone opened another register . Dont tell me businesses are looking for people to come to work because most businesses are to increase their bottom line by using less people and get more work done.
Lines are typically long but my main complaint is that things arent properly priced on shelves and there is NO price checker whatsoever. Also, if you need anything behind the glass, good luck finding an employee among the few Walmart bothers to hire. This is the only Walmart Ive been to where its a headache to shop every time namely for these reasons
They were re-doing the stores plan-o-gram! I had to do a lot of walking to get where I needed to go, but I found what I was looking for. A sales associate told me he couldnt help me with lawn chairs because he was on his break. When I worked retail at Dollar General we were supposed to be off the floor on break! I had no problem self checking out at the register, it went easily.
Shelves needed to be Stocked, Store out of a lot more Merchandise. Walmart Prices are to HIGH and Customers Services was ok.
I like this Wal-Mart. I had to get used to the layout as its a bit different from other stores, but have found items I needed. The store is very clean and the staff is helpful. I think that the wait time to checkout isnt bad either.
Many things are missing from the shelves including the price tags which are all over the floor. The employees walk past them no one puts them backup. It makes the place look messy. The floors have stains on them. I do understand that products are short due to the pandemic and everythings probably out in the ocean but the rest of this has nothing to do with it.

Severely understaffed. Expect an average 20-40min wait to check out. Staff are generally apathetic and occasionally rude (probably because theyre overworked). Constant renovations since I moved here a year ago, meaning items are constantly being moved around and you have to relocate something every time you come. About half of the toiletry/cosmetics items are under lock and key, so you have to find someone to retrieve them for you, but half the time theres no one to be found or youre waiting with several others. Overall annoying experience every time. If you must shop here, highly recommend coming before 10AM.
Rude staff. Asked for help with getting some baby formula behind a case, was told to ring the bell for customer service. Did that five times , same associate who told me to ring the bell looked at me and walked away. After that I came and asked her ( while on the phone with her mom) for help. Then after she let me wait for ten minutes she opened the case for me. She had the key the whole time and could have from the start but was TRYING to be adorable. Dont shop here.

This used to be a good place to shop for household items. Now the shelves are half full or almost empty in some sections. The parking lot also felt a bit strange. Not many cars for a Saturday evening.
Walmart★ is wall-to-wall stuff. You shop here for 2 things in mind and walk out with over $100 in merchandise. It seems like they sell 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 under the sun, from electronics to groceries, it’s usually a pretty busy center, and the checkout lines are usually hammered by hundreds Of people a day. The department’s are well organized, the aisles free of trash, the bathrooms decent, the staff quick to assist.

I went to Walmart to pick up a prescription. The service was, as usual, pleasant at the Pharmacy. However trying to buy just a few items and leave the store 5is impossible. Maybe 5-6 Cashiers are open. Each Cashier looks at long lines of overflowing shopping 🛒. At the very same time there plenty of empty lanes with no Cashiers. My impression is, Our time is valuable. Walmarts maximizing their profit, at the expense of the customers time, and saving profit is repulsive to me. Just sayin.

Store has changed, it use to be my favorite store to shop at. Dont like those long lines waiting to check out. No cashiers, what is going on. Everything is locked up. It is like a prison store. You have to get someone to open up the cases just to get some shaving cream, and underwear. This is rediculous. I only go there as a last resort. I just have to pay extra. My time is valuable. It use to be enjoyable shopping there, but now I cant stand it. Get more cashiers to help us to check out. You guys really screwed up a good thing.
This particular store is awful. We couldnt find anything we were looking for. They didnt carry it. Everything is scattered all over a huge store. We had to search from one corner of the building to the other to find stuff. There is barely any help. You have to search all over to find an associate. The underwear and socks are under lock and key. You have to find someone with a key to buy underwear! We wound up leaving with only half the stuff we came in there for. It was crowded. Very disappointing shopping experience.

The people were nice, but it was probably the most unkempt Walmart Ive ever seen. The parking lot was littered, the store was barely stocked, it was kind of gross and creepy. Luckily the friendly faces of workers helped the experience a bit.
Rude staff. I was waiting to have someone unlock a glass door so i can pick up socks.. i said excuse me to one of the ladies working there as she passed by and she flailed her arms in the air saying i don’t work here.. and when someone else came to help me she came back and started asking them about something. So not only is she not doing her job and not helping anyone, she doesn’t even know how to do her job and needs help. Overall, rude customer service.
Great fresh produce selection with wide selection, but the aisles arent always stocked. Also couldnt find a humidifier after asking 2 employees... was pointed to fans and air purifiers. Self checkout was also frustrating because employees took a long time to come by to scan their badges if the machine produced any kind of error

Said it opens at 6 am and I was there at 8:45 am. This lady outside smoking said it wasnt open. There were many other people displeased that they were not aloud to enter because online said one thing and people said the other. She was very rude about it to. Screaming we arent open. Im so disappointed with this Walmart. Watching for a few minutes as people were trying to gain entry..the staff was very rude about how they were told they couldnt enter . The other person telling costumers they couldnt enter looked to be a cleaning man for Walmart. Im so amazed how extremely rude these employees were. Im sad to say I will never go back to this Walmart and Ihope you get further training how on how to handle the situation better . I wouldnt go herethere are much better walmarts with better staff and better training.
Seems more like a warehouse of forgotten goods. Rarely has what is needed. Its obvious these people do not want employees. However, I refuse to work for this company. I am saving jobs no matter how slow the line goes or the attitude of the person in charge of self service where my purchase must be rung up by staff.
Cashier stands always congested and not enough open cash stands for speedier check-outs, thus causing longer lines and wait-times. You always have to look for a sales associate to assist you no matter which department.
No star rating it was HORRIBLE, only two cashiers registers open about sixty people waiting to ring out.WAITED 45 (forty five) minutes to be waited on, the self scan registers were just as bad. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. One of the employees in yellow vest I asked to open another register she there was no one else, but she stood around doing NOTHING, she should have pitched in. Thumps down!!!!
You know there is a problem when the store manager and employees walk around with their name tag turned backwards. This was my first and last time in this Wal-Mart! The lines to check out were ridiculously long. Thanks to the extremely nice employees in pharmacy who allowed us to check out our one item. We waited over 30 minutes for someone to respond to our request to pickup and online order. Spoke to 2 people and no one showed up. After 30 minutes I approached one of the store managers and asked for assistance she called out to someone on her radio and a employee finally responded. This was service in the early afternoon on a week day!😩

Recently they have locked up health and beauty products. Also locking up underwear and bedding. Couldnt find anyone to help, will be shopping here less frequently, Target is just down the street.
Ordered a product online it took 1/2 hour for it to be brought out .

Don’t try and get a curbside order from here, I ordered 5 items for same day pick up at 11:30am, one item wasn’t available so they emailed me to cancel that one item, which was fine. By 8pm I still had not received an email that my order was ready so I just figured I’d pick it up the next day. By 5pm the next day still nothing so I called customer service who said they sent the store a request to complete my order and it would be ready in 2 hours. After 2 hours they were still “prepping my order”. So I called again and explained to which their solution was wait until tomorrow (2 full days after I ordered same day pick up) or just cancel it. I ultimately ended up cancelling the order and taking my business elsewhere. In addition after talking with friends about this, the same thing had happened to them!
I like the fact that u can get all u need in one place. They have good prices even though everything has went up.

I will start off by saying....I do not frequent this location due to poor customer service, the area its in, and now the incident mentioned below. I only went this time because their the only WalMart that had what I needed in stock and for cheap.Issues: *The app has too many glitches. Wouldnt allow me to check in, kept saying something went wrong try again later.*There are no clear curbside marked spaces. I parked in the fire lane. Fortunately I have location on on my cellphone so WalMart knew I had arrived but it still did no good since I had to have my husband go in and pickup what was supposed to be brought to my vehicle. I will NEVER go to this location again. Ill stick to the location I normally go to.

The first time I went to this place trying to buy a snow shovel in winter, I asked 3 staffs, none of them know if its in stock or where it would be.The most recent visit I paid was for a curbside pickup. When I arrive, I called the number on the sign and was told I need to go inside the store for pickup. Going inside,register on the machine, and waited for more than 10 minutes no one showed up. Called 2 different numbers and finally get my items. Guess CURBSIDE pickup for Walmart just doesnt exist.
Im not sure what happened at this Walmart. The check out process is an absolute disaster. You are better off driving to Solon or Macadonia. They use to have the self checkout belt system available. I would hammer out my shopping ($300+) and bagging every week without issues. I would rave about how smooth it was to others. They took that away. Now self checkout is limited to 25 items or less, so most people have to use a cashier. Its a disaster. You will be lucky if 5 cashiers are working at any given moment.Im in line now writing this review. The line Im in wraps around and through the womens clothing area. This is so unacceptable.What happened here? Its been like this for at least a month or so. Drive to a different city if you are not doing a small shopping endeavor.
Everything in the store is locked in cabinets and you have to go and find someone to unlock the cabinet. They had only one cashier and the rest of the registers are self serve. If I want to check my self out I could have stayed home and ordered Amazon. Plus they are deleting jobs while making billions.

This location needs to be revamped completely starting with the managerial staff and moving downwards. Things are locked away you have to find someone with a key to make a purchase in various aisles ridiculous the people are not as attentive as they were at opening. Personally, unless there are major changes made I will never enter those doors again.
Had a really great time with my Love. He enjoyed the french onion soup and the calamari, I ordered the Baby Greens Salad and added grilled chicken it was very good. He ordered some crispy chicken arugula disha and the chicken was done perfectly but not seasoned the at all. Ultimately, the atmosphere and attentiveness of the staff made it worth it.
Ive only found these Unloaded lunchables at Walmart so far. Throw away the idea of the traditional lunchable! This included a 4 inch Turkey and cheese sub, a mini stack of pringles, a 10 oz of water with a kool-aid single annnnnddd Hershey kisses for about $3.48 and I was full without drinking the water lol
It was ok, I was going to Walmart to get interviewing clothes and all I got were a blue pair of cargo pants and a grey flannel color shirt, and a regular school type color shirt and a regular Dickie shirt that came up to 59$ no pants in my size (30-32) but seeing as to what little Walmart had at that time I could tell that they would have what I needed if they were stocked but not at the end of October...
Terrible store. I bought ten 32 gallon garbage cans and most were defective. I immediately dragged all 10 of them back to the store to return and was told I would have to bring them back again tomorrow because the purchase isn’t in the system. I told them I could not drag all that back into my car but they didn’t care. I was told to contact the 800 number and they said it’s up to the store manager. The representative was quite snarky too. Shopping at Walmart is not worth saving a few bucks. Go somewhere they actually care about you.
Store wise, there is a great selection of items to choose from. But trying to speak to an electronics person over the phone is horrible. This is probably my 4th or 5th time on different days I tried to speak to someone regarding an item, to see if its in stock, yet no one ever picked up. Whats even worse, is that the phone rings for about a whole minute. Really need improvement on taking calls.
Will never set foot in the store again.Everything is locked up. Had to call for someone to come unlock a cabinet to retrieve a $4 lanyard. After 10 minutes they still had not shown up in the area to unlock the case for me. If everything is locked up, and I have to wait several minutes to retrieve merchandise, I just dont have that kind of time to waste. I know thievery is a big problem in this particular Walmart so I understand why theyre locking everything up.I understand that the bottom line it is, that the thieves are ruining it for everybody. But then Walmart needs to consider consistently keeping visible staff members in those areas where merchandise is under lock and key.
This store is so bad. Yes they have a lot of options if they’re in stock. I’ve been using delivery options and it’s horrible. They use door dash to delivery and they don’t follow instructions. Also when you call the store no one answers the phone. I gave it three stars because it’s cheap. Also they lie about their products. I saw an outstanding price on what was described as 4 premium chocolate bars. I called customer service and asked if it really was for 4 bars because for 4 bars it would be an excellent price. They assured me that it was. It came and it was for 1 bar. I did get refunded but the point is, it was falsely advertised. Also when I talked to customer service they said they refunded me because when I called customer service before they assured it was 4 bars. What about the fact that it was falsely advertised? I gave up on this place at least for delivery. I’m not returning.
I just stopped in for a quick shopping trip. The store looked bare bones but I think they were reorganizing or something. There were a lot of workers stocking empty shelves. The workers were friendly and helpful.
Worst ever, they didnt have a single thing on our list!No help in electronics to sell me a new phone. Then every big screen tv we looked at they DONT stock anymore, like why have a wall of product examples that you dont stock! Only giving one star because I cant do zero stars!
No riding carts to shop with. Hell, no push carts either. The cart manager that they use to retrieve carts from the parking lot was not being used and shoppers.like me has to walk back outside to the parking lot to grab a cart to shop with. Several people left because the shopping conditions werent up to normal walmart standards. Sad day here at Wallyworld! 🙄
I went into walmart to get a TOOTHBRUSH and i cldnt get one - because THE $1 TOOTHBRUSH WAS LOCKED UP!!! - and no employees were around to unlock. why is that normal?!?!?!? finally i found a group of employees chilling together and they were all to lazy to come and help me unlock the TOOTHBRUSHES! and thats not all. the mess and the general environment is so uninviting. if not for the prices i wld never step foot.this store is ridiculous!!not impressed cuz it really should be a high quality store cuz Cleveland is high class!! Im just upset!! its a real teaser from out side the store cuz it looks clean from that point! but when you make your way is you can barf! not kidding at all!

Walmart was crowded as usual and was a great day until my family and I were going out the door and the woman ask for our receipts and searched and look through our bags until the African American woman told her ok thats enough and to just let them go ahead. My sister who is a Evangelist and My mother is Head Mother of the church and two Ministers and a Pastor, that took away the whole wonderful experience we were having about Cleveland, Ohio until this happened. Shame on you all.
This store is just about out of inventory. A waste of time to come here.

Horrible experience with pick up at the Mayfield location. I ordered a phone online and for some odd reason they said it was only available for pick up. So I went to the store and followed all of the prompts for pick up. They brought out my order. Then I noticed it was the wrong phone tried calling back to inform them of the mistake and if they could bring out the right one and they said no. It was very unprofessional they insisted since it exchanged hands I had to return it although it was there mistake. So I had to go in and wait to be assisted. Explained what happened to customer service and asked if they could check and see if they had the phone I ordered. She called and spoke to someone and asked them to check. They came back and said they dont have the phone I ordered that they would have to issue a refund. Of course I was heated a big waste of time, but I wasnt going to take that persons word. I went back to electronics and found this really nice man who I told what happened and he said no one called him or checked to see if the Walmart family mobile Samsung Galaxy A 10 was even in stock. The person was too lazy to call or go look. So, he looked in the case and made my day which dealing with them at Walmart was not going so good until I got to him. He found my phone and helped me find a case and I was out of there. I give him a five star rating any day. All the other departments who didnt help me gets a 1 star rating they were absolutely horrible and the customer service skills they get a thumbs down. I will never do pick up or go to that Walmart again. I will continue to place orders online and if they say the item is only available through pick up I wont get it. Dont waste your time because I definitely wasnt allowing them to waste mind. Im so happy I looked in the bag before I pulled of because that Walmart isnt close to me by any means and I would have been upset going back to return something I never ordered in the first place that was there mistake not mind.
There were NO cashiers!!! You had to self-check out, regardless to how loaded down your cart was!!! I ABOSOLUTELY HATE THIS STORE, but there is not another superstore on the southeast side of Cleveland, Ohio!!! The only saving grace for this store is the generally have everything you need!!

Second time Ive gone to this Walmart amd they didnt have what I went for...or many things for that matter. Most shelves were empty, no actual cashiers. I went for a pack of regular hangers and a glass bowl to put a banana pudding dish in. Thought that was simple enough to find it a Walmart Supercenter but nothing super about this one. Placed an online order for pickup, got my time, arrived on time, and was told that it would take an hour and a half longer. So I headed home and received notification in my driveway that my order was cancelled. Im done with this location. Im done with Walmarts online ordering.

Electronic merchandise was purchased on my credit card. Actually two purchased were charged making the crime a felony. I filed a police report with two police departments. The items were ordered on Walmart.com and charged to my card and picked up. Please dont order on Walmart.com your card information can be taken and merchandise charged. I personally will never go to any Walmarts or shop on Walmart.com. This was not only a crime but a violation of my privacy. Never will I have any dealings with Walmart period under no circumstances.

I got an awesome deal on a Verizon phone. With my Verizon account. I saved hundreds of dollars. I wish I would have know they had the deals like this sooner. But the timing was perfect. The salesman was awesome. Im saving much on my bill now. Thanks Walmart.
Clean and aesthetically pleasing, though some items that were shown as in-stock in the app were not in-stock in the store. Well-stocked for grocery and most other items, though. Probably the best anyone could hope for in post-covid America
This location is getting more and more difficult. My last visit they had all the self check out lanes open, which I would usually use but these lanes no longer accept cash. They only had one register with a person open so everyone who had cash or WIC had to wait in this line. It took me 45 minutes to get through the line. I dont understand why the machines cant accept cash.
Disorganized. Items that didnt scan right and some of the employees were just rude.
Worst Walmart ever. Feel like you get stabbed in the parking lot. Inside the store everything is out of stock and you feel like your in a prison commissary everything locked up behind shelves. Might as well not even have a store just put everything on paper tags.....
I use a cane temporarily for a back injury and was saddened that there were no carts in the store. I approached an employee and they told me to check the other entrance. I went to the other entrance and no carts there either. I had to go into the parking lot and get my own cart. Not pleased as I said having to use a cane for mobility this was not good customer service.
This is absolutely the worst Walmart in Ohio. Its always a mess from the parking lot and throughout the store. I only go there when Im desperate. Shelves are never stocked, coolers empty, return area is a HAM 🔥. And where did the carts go? Best time to go here is first thing in the morning, if you really need to go to this Walmart. Get in and the hell out!
This Walmart is always clean & the staff are helpful when you may have a question of where an item is located. If they dont know where the item is they will help you find someone who does know. On the grocery side of the store the staff do everything they can to keep the shelves stocked as full as possible but being that this location on the grocery side is very busy almost alwayskeep the grocery shelves stocked full is almost impossible
Absolutely EVERYTHING in this store is kept in locked cases, from purses to baby formula to vitamins. Absolutely shameful. And lord knows since it is a walmart if you wanted to buy something out of a case youd never find a worker to unlock it for you

My one stop place for all of my food and household needs, everyday markdowns a plus, Im a comparison shopper and certain items that are higher at other grocery supercenter have gone way up in their prices. Lines here are ridiculously long self check out no better. Parking here needs to be expanded unless u have a disability card to park closer, the walk can do us all good! Since the cov-19 lock down.

If there was such a thing as 0 stars that would be my rating. Pickup experience was worst ever. Ended up having to go inside after calling from outside over 20 minutes only to find other customers in same scenario. Worst part, none of the employees cared and one customer had been waiting to see manager for over 30 minutes. She was still waiting when I left. Avoid Walmart in South Euclid if possible.

Dirty and always ran through. Never enough lines opened. Picked up some ground beef that was warm and turning brown, probably had been sitting out somewhere and they just put it back. If you have an hour to wait in line come to this store as self checkout is now limited to 20 items and card only. Walmart is steadily going downhill

It is a shame this place has locked up many of their items as if all of their customers are criminals. Their inventory is always low or out of stock. Dont expect for anyone to help you even though they are paid to do so. As time goes on this place gets worse and worse. Definitely an upper management problem.
If I could give zero stars I would. The staff have no respect for the customers. Things are in locked cases and goodluck finding the right employee with the right key. The lines are at least a half hour wait including self checkout. 2 lines open during rush hours. Went to check out in electronics with 3 items, told we cant without an electronics purchase. But they let their employee who was getting off her shift check out there because shes an employee. To me that is not right. After 2.5 years of shopping here I will no longer be returning.
I go to brook Park and Parma...but I came to Warrensville south Euclid location 05/20/2021 ..about 12:15 in the afternoon ....I was in the neighborhood but I probably wouldnt make it my business to come back here ...they were out of a lot of things it smells bad near fruit and deli ..like death .. the girl at the door didnt speak didnt check my receipt the cashier in self checkout said Im off go to her over there for help the girl I went to after her ...she was even worst she was mad I asked for help ...also I ordered a fish tank for pick up it was like 5 of us waiting they left I waited the young women who came was forever ...finally typed in numbers gave us the tank and walked off no word no apology for the wait ...so if you like bad customer service come to this Walmart they will give you what your looking for!! ..its sad because I work at sams club and I hate to complain about our partners .
This Wal-Mart frequently has out of stock items. Although it is closest to me, I am starting to visit other Wal-Mart stores that seem to have better control on their stock.
Shelves are barely stocked needed items are missing for weeks and this was prior to the pandemic. Employees are not knowledgeable and arent around even if you do need help. When they are they act as if you are inconveniencing them. Try Giant Eagle on Mayfield or Daves in Severance.
My favorite location is in Bainbridge, they always have what I need there...

2022-06-07Not sure how this sign make sense but it’s all good. We still love Walmart. They usually have what you need. People here are pretty cool and the store has many items and a nice selection. My family and I enjoy shopping here. Be careful it could be a bit dangerous at times. But that’s Walmart for you. Nice selection of grocery items. Definitely worth a try.

2022-06-14Its a Walmart. Is it cheap? Yes. This store generally has trouble with restocking but a lot of that is since the pandemic. They have fresh quality produce, prepared food section, a Subway and Auntie Annes pretzels. Its generally clean, well maintained and has ample parking.Depending on the time of day, they may not have sufficient registers open, but they have tons of self checkout stations. Have small garden center and small kosher section.have a pharmacy too.One of my biggest complaints is a lot of the toiletries (hair, skincare, make up) section is locked up. You have to buzz an employee which sometimes takes forever and then check out separately at the toiletries station for those products only.If Im there for groceries its a hassle to check out twice and wait for someone when I inevitably have an hour or more of shopping to do. The products locked up are generally under $20 too so it just doesnt make sense to me. Some of the baby section (formula etc) is locked up too.

It is accessible and meets whatever your need(mostly).Yes, we waited in line longer than we shopped for what we were looking for the new home. One woman had to have a cart filled with nearly $1000 worth of food items in her cart.Then next, we had someone with gift cards that had not been activated and yet they insisted that they were good. It took 5 employees to try every conceivable swipe at the machine to finally say, No, these are not activated. Sad if her kids gave those to her as loaded gift cards for the holidays.Minor and typical Walmart shopping trip. LolI did see some lovely cooking dishes and other items that will go great with African decor.Check out the Pic.

2022-05-13Ive been shopping at this place for the last 25 years. My overall experience has been very pleasant and nice. The vegetables are nice, the hot food is nice, the bakery definitely is really nice, and there meat and fish are wonderful. Sometimes it can be very crowded in this place, but it is worth the wait. The workers are very helpful and nice to everyone.

2021-12-13Bought food for my cat, and this was on the can. Was on the phone for over 7 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. Just hung up the call on me. Don’t buy cat food from this Walmart unless you want to kill your pet. Horrible experience. Disgusting.

2022-05-24This is a very nice Walmart. Its huge! You really could buy just about anything there. Lots of workers were around, stocking and organizing shelves. They were pleasant and able to help me locate a couple of items. The store was clean, well labeled, and well organized. They could use some more cashiers as the checkout lines were extremely long.

2022-05-01My favorite Walmart to shop at. I can say 8x out of 10, I am able to get 100% of my shopping list.SN: A few (very few) of the employees can come off slightly rude. As if they dont want to be there or have customers ask them questions. Other than that, love shopping there.

2022-04-01Its just sad how the management will let their workers put things out where they dont belong. So you dont know the real price. Working hand tag underneath said$3.00 clearance. Actual price $ 10 and some change. 4 pk of razors marked 9.00 and some change. Actual price $15. And some change. So yeah. Thanks walmart. I expected nothing more from you!!!
