I give this review a 3 star because when me and my parents were at this Walmart to get food the cashier accused us of stealing when we didn’t. We just came to check out LIKE EVERYONE. She called the security on us. Although this happened the store is the only Walmart in our pickerington area and good items it gets 3 stars. Also the traffic is terrible. But i am glad the security looks after us in this busy location. 😊
Every time I have ordered things online for pickup they end up canceling or not being able to fulfill half my order because the things they say are in stock arent actually in the store. You try to log into the site to view it and it sends you in circles back to the log in page. You try to call the store and no one picks up in any department. This place is the worst.
Went in this morning to the service center for tires. Met a guy name Mike. Absolutely the worse. Hes lacking major customer service skills. The way he communicate with customers is, I guess hes trying to seem cool, but he was just a turn off. He responds to questions with that low, disdainful tone. Instead of handing me the papers when I had my hand out, he dropped it on the counter and just walks away leaving us to figure out that hes done. His entire demeanor was just horrible.Then the second guy comes to help and he is just as terrible. As we are walking out he called me by motioning with his two fingers while yelling maam. I get to the counter and he asked to see the papers wed just received from Mike but using his fingers again to motion that the papers to be handed to him. We got tired of their bad behavior and left. We go next door to Sams Club and without saying anything about the incident, the guy at Sams Club helped us out and says you guys can shop around but dont go to this Walmart because the guys there are rude. Then I told him about our experience and he was not shocked.
ANSWER YOUR PHONESInside store, shelves are very disorganized, always messy. Food shelves, never fully stocked.Did a pick up order today, got home and they didnt put the freezer items in the trunk. Called 9 times, no one answered, and phone would disconnect. Called customer service 800#, all they could offer was a refund. I wanted the items. Drove back, and young man, who was polite, couldnt figure out what to do, because items showed like we got them. He asked a lady, possibly a manager, she came over and said they would refund. I said, did you even check your freezer, because it is all the frozen items missing. They went back again to check, young man came back out with my items, manager walked right by me, no apology, nothing. I had to drive 20 minutes both ways, twice. I could have just stopped instead.I did get an unexpected refund for items, but would of been nice to have gotten an apology.
Affordable prices and wide range of necessities, but the stock and organization in the store is terrible. I went to the pet isle to get a coat for my kitty because it’s cold and they weren’t hung up, but instead thrown into a pile on the shelf, half of them falling off. boxes and carts and god knows what blocking every single isle. Absolutely no regular bread, those shelves are completely barren. I get it with the winter storm and what not, but there should be bread in the back of the store…. Just very empty and sad shelves. A lot of items were in the wrong area and the price didn’t match the item whatsoever.
June 29, 2021 @ 11:30am on my 2017 Ram 1500. I got an oil change from this store and new tires put on that were supposed to be installed 6/24/21! That’s another story! When I got home I noticed smoke coming from engine, I open the hood and oil is everywhere as you can see in the pictures. After attempting to call them 10 times, I got a manager Conner to come take pictures and file claim. Tried calling the claim department but no answer after hours of waiting I left a message. I don’t have a car and my engine might be dead now. I only have 58k miles on the truck 😡They said that they would get a hold of me in a couple days? I recorder all the conversation and didn’t let anyone touch anything. Anyone deal with anything like this what’s the waiting time for them to get my truck to the dealer to determine the damage and for Walmart to fix it?!
I just moved to this area and have been needing to get a few household items. I work very long hours and with Walmart closing at 11pm , I have to shop close to closing time. Tonight I went in for a few specific items for my new place including an over the door mirror which was awkward in my cart so it was the first thing I scanned when I went through the self check out.I sat it in the floor against a pole so I could scan the rest of my item and “Debra” comes over to carry it away, I was like woah I just scanned that, I am buying that…She goes “Ohh, I thought you were putting it back because that usually what people do when they can’t afford something “….I make twice sometimes thrice the cost of that mirror per hour that I work. Then more employees gathered and as I am scanning the rest of items I notice 2 items ring up more than the sticker price on the shelf so I let Debra know since she was concerned about me being able to “afford” it and her response was I keep telling them that. Not one off the 5 employees standing there watching me scan my items offered to look or adjust the price. Of course on my way out they want to check my receipt so I told them about my items I was overcharged and next thing I know security is walking over . He had no reason to be over there unless I stole something or made a scene. I literally just wanted then to do their jobs and adjust the price. If they were so concerned about all my items being scanned, they should open an actual check out line with a live cashier but not Debra! That lady was aggressive for no reason.
Its sad you go in see 5 or 6 associates standing around, but no one working in the bakery so if youre seeing this msg do not order a cake online from the Reynoldsburg walmart it will not get made. Went to pick up today because online said it would be ready and i was already charged 29.98. No one has been working in the bakery since yesterday. Short staffed ? Or just laziness ??
I fell in this store on the 31st of March and want to customer service and took a report with someone named Uma and was told that someone would be contacting me in 24-48 hours and no one did. Called the so called 1800 number and they lied too saying someone will be contacting you in 24-48 hours, I spent too much money in Walmart to be disrespected. Hell we all do.
I just had the worst experience in a store ever I bought and paid for my groceries at a cashier 402$ and on my way out I was racially profiled by this older white women and she started to take my cart apart and separating my groceries and just kept saying did u pay for this did they get this about halfway through my cart I just requested a refund and left with out any groceries horrible experience thanks Walmart
Well i useta think highly of walmart until 2day, sum little tick tells me that I cant bobtail park on walmart property to go grocery shopping. And pick up meds from pharmacy. He wouldnt give me his name but stated that walmart was unhappy cause their customers couldnt park. He said he would have a manager come talk to me. OH PLEASE DO. As u CAN CLEARLY see, I am no where close to others. I told him as soon as Pharmacy called me I would leave. But I wont be back, kroger is $12cheaper on meds and have better produce. Top it all off 8 of the pickups and cars have ppl sleepin durin their lunch break.
Friendly staff for the most part. Not sure why they start blocking the isles with tons of loaded down pallets so early. If they are not 24hr anymore, Wait until the customers are out before you start blocking them from getting what they may want. At least 3 items that I went there for were either entirely blocked or had to climb to get it.
Electronics department is terrible. Why sell mobile phones if you guys cant honor warranties and supposedly you guys dont have access to the mobile carriers systems? Literally bought a Galaxy A52 for my at&t line and then today (a mere 6 days later) the phone starts messing up on its own bleeding out the pixels and the image is discolored and blotchy!! Took it back to walmart because thats where I purchased it from and these guys are telling me they cant do anything about it even though my phone is insured, has a warranty and well within the return time period. Now Im stuck with a broken smartphone!!
They messed up on cyber monday and wasted an hour of our time giving us the run around only to tell us the three TVs we ordered (Roughly a $1,200 purchase) was sold out and we couldnt get them.Money was refunded but impacted our experience, expectations and credit score deeply.Still shop in store for good food prices though.The store has a NRG stand and theyre a little troublesome from my experience (VERY aggressive and dominant male who would not back off) but if you can avoid them its okay I guess.
Its Walmart so its usually busy. With that being said, it is usually neat and clean and the employees are generally friendly and helpful.Update: Everything is still pretty much the same from my review perspective. I do want to add that its nice to see the shelves full of merchandise again!
Absolutely disgusting. Such a mess and very unorganized and inexperienced staff. Every isle you turn the absolute nastiness gets worse. For example I walk down the Isle with toys shopping for my kids and I see a jar of open mayonnaise with a plastic spoon sitting on top of a display of toys. I saw multiple employees walk past it like it wasnt even there. The floors looked like they were from a 60 year old bowling alley. Not even moped for a second. Fix your stuff Walmart. I really wonder how much you paid your health inspector.
Respect that they let truck drivers park overnight And shelves seemed to be stocked accordingly but the rude lady at Subway needs to be fired very disrespectful forgot her name but I guessed she opened and didn’t know if they made Egg sandwiches aka breakfast sandwich😂 etc…
You can find your items in 15 minutes max and spend a half hour or more trying to check out because they have very little lines open and the cashiers are slow. Not to mention whenever you leave the store with your “purchases”, you have some one trying to gang tackle you to see if you stole anything. Way to go. As a customer I feel warm and fuzzy from the unwanted interaction.
My walmart.com account was hacked. Someone at this location was planning to pickup over $600 worth of Apple products. I called to explain these were fraudulent and not to give the items to anyone who came to pick up.The worker on the phone rudely told me to call the main number repeatedly. I tried to explain further and she would interrupt and tell me to call the main number. I asked why she was being so rude and she proceeded to hang up on me.I already cancelled my cc and reported the charges. This was a courtesy call to make sure Walmart didnt lose products to a thief. Ive never been hung up on in a professional call in my life--much less when Im just calling to help the store out! Unbelievably rude. I will never shop there.I hope the call was recorded so that you can hear the way your employees talk to customers.
We just moved here and Im on a cane. Each time I went the motorized buggy malfunctioned. When youre in a Walmart as busy as this one you cant afford for your buggy to keep stopping on a dime. Also, the pickens are slim there. Like they dont have enough of alot of things.Well, once again Walmart dropped the ball when it comes Good customer service. I was there last night between 630pm and 730pm. I walk with a cane so I always need an electric biggie. True to form, I got the last electric buggie which kept stopping every foot or so. So, I asked the DOOR GREETER (JOSEPH) if he would check to see if there was another buggie that worked CORRECTLY. AND I WAS TOLD BY JOSEPH NO I CANT, BUT YOU CAN SEND HER DOWN TO THE OTHER END OF THE STORE TO CHECK AND SEE IF THERE IS ANOTHER ONE!! the (her) he was referring to is my granddaughter. So the person that actually helped me was the Security guard standing in the front of the store with JOSEPH THE DOOR GREETER. the guard said, maam Ill go check for you. And he brought back a working motorized buggy. KUDOS to the security guard, at least HE CARED ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Made appointment with the auto center to have tires put on my car. Ordered the tires online, was able to find the brand I wanted that they didnt carry at any of the other tire stores I checked at. They were also cheaper than what I had expected to pay. They got me in at my appointment time and had my car finished in 45mins. The auto care staff was friendly. Would definitely go back.
Went to Walmart to purchase a new TV for my business it was pouring raining and I was having difficulty lifting the TV a kid in the parking lot was working pushing carts name Chase I believe stopped what he was doing to come over and ask if I need help he put the tv in my car while telling me to get out the rain. I really appreciate his assistance you don’t get that anymore and I was happy there is still good people in the world. Thank you Chase.
Shelfs were all a mess, people just ransacked everything and no organization you couldnt find what you wanted, no help around then had to go ask supervisor about an item price took too long then cash checkout froze no help we got frustrated and left without some item we esp came there to get. I wont go back to a place with chaos everyone was coughing no masks and checkout area was filthy nobody wiped it down we left with 1/2 of what we came for. Went there 2 years ago, left, came back still same place. Sorry, but please clean up areas where people checkout at least.
Use to be one of the best stores around but lately it’s been downhill. Customer service sucks , no one wants to help you and the CSM are just as bad! Went to cash a check and was told the system was down , then turned to see two yellow vest employees play fighting. I’m unsure what changed but I hope it gets better soon.
I was able to pick up several needed items and so did my Wife. I bought some loose cans of Friskies wet cat food and several.store brands cans of cat food to try. I also picked up a couple of 2 liter bottles of Sprite Zero. My Wife found two pairs of Jeans she wanted to try. Sadly the Jeans did not fit, gladly Walmart has a good return policy so she is returning the Jeans to a different Walmart that hopefully has a better selection.
I was left to scan and bag this entire cart load because this Walmart thinks its acceptable to not staff cashiers after midnight. And if that werent enough, the alleged customer service manager, Tika, stated that it wasnt his fault and that I should not come to this Walmart after midnight if I want the customer service of a cashier. Tika then became smug and rude as he told me he didnt care about a corporate complaint regarding this incident. What a customer service manager! Right??
If I could give this Walmart zero stars I would. The manager DEA is the worst nastiest rudest person I’ve encountered. We bought a tea jar yesterday.. went home to make some tea and discovered the spigot was broken. We took it back to get a new one and discovered they had none in stock and they wouldn’t give us our money back due to THEIR faulty product. She and I quote stated “it’s only 12$ what do you expect.”It’s not about the tea jar at this point. It was the complete unprofessional way she approached us and spoke to us. Almost as if she was disgusted with dealing with us. Crazy. This has been my daily Walmart for 15 years now.. time to make the full switch to canal.Walmart.. I hope you decide to pick better managers.
The place was a wreck, with product in disarray all over the store shelves, and the wait to cash out in the *self-checkout* was 27 minutes. I saw plenty of associates standing around talking, but I only saw one manned register open. This Walmart has been really nice to shop in years past. I dont know what has happened since then, but the experience has come way down.Oh, and the weird plain-clothes security guy who kept following me around was pretty obvious about it. He should probably try to be more discreet. (And if that security guy is reading this: I was going up and down different aisles to find a particular item I needed to pick up in the toy department. If your store has any semblance of order to it, then I could have gotten the product and been in the checkout line a lot sooner.)
I can just tell you, I know why I have avoided WM like the plague for the last 20 years, unless I had no other choice.They sell garbage. Id say at least 95% of their stuff is from China, and it all seems to fail or have defects in short order.Even a SIMPLE thing like seat cushions, did not last more than 2 months before 5 of the 6 had the ties break from the cushion.Yep WM is and sells garbage ... and these were not cheap for the basic function they provide.I really do not understand why people go to this location or any WM for that matter, other than they cant afford other options. This store and most, if not all, are dirty and disgusting as well. Regardless, look at the prices of other retailers and Amazon and youll usually see the prices are similar or cheaper if you do your research.
I have visited this Walmart several times and at several different times of the day and nothing changes here which is sad because this is the closer Walmart to me. They never have anything or their shelves, the people that work there as always rude and never pay attention to you when you ask for their assistance and dont even get me started on the staff that is supposed to help you with their u scans. Those individuals are too busy conversing with their other co workers and wont help you out if you start to have a problem at your u scan. So I would definitely not recommend yall to come here, I always run up to Canal Winchesters Walmart and shop there. So enter at your own risk peeps, thankyou for reading this. Walmart Is one of the worst places for getting customer help in any department no one is ever in their area when you need help in finding anything or have a question. you have to always go looking for and associate. And they have All those cash registers and theyre never open Walmart does not want to hire anybody they expect your background to be clean for you to be hired on to work for them and they dont pay enough.
I be honest I am more a fan of Target than ever being a fan of Walmart. I gave them three stars mainly because lately the shelves are aways empty. I couldnt find what I thought should of been a sure bet and in stock item. I will say that the employees were great and always nice to talk too. That is my only positive. Eevry time I go I leave empty handed. And am I hard to please no I mean seems like every time I think they would have what I need they never have. And whats disappointing is why have a physical store if you never seem to carry is only available on line. Point is if your so big you think you could have both options. Never was one to wait when I could get it fast locally. Maybe that will change. I can only hope.
Do not use their printing services! My sister wanted to print a photo she drew, and every part of the process was terrible. The machine took awhile, and didn’t line up correctly... and employees did not seem like they wanted to help at all. 6 hours later we went to pick it up and it was dented on the side, and had thumb prints all over it that won’t wipe off. I’m not one to complain normally, but need to let others know.
I ordered an item online for pick up at this location. I wasn’t aware pick up closes at 8pm. The email doesn’t specify that. It just says the item is available. I went after work at 10:30pm because the store was still open. After learning I couldn’t pick up, I wanted to just buy my electronic since I was already there. An employee told me I should cancel my pick up order if I wanted to do that. I foolishly trusted him to know better. Once I got to the electronics department though, there was no employees there at all. I even called the store a few times to get an associate to come retrieve the item since it’s locked up or in the back somewhere. When I got tired of waiting, I went to the registers and was told by employees that electronics closes early. That isn’t stated anywhere as far as I’ve seen. They could have helped me since they were standing around just talking. I wouldn’t have canceled my pickup order if it wasn’t for that employee telling me I could still buy it in electronics. This was a really frustrating experience.
DO NOT GO TO THE GARDEN CENTER! Horrible experience. Went to garden center to pickup some big bags of garden soil. After looking at all the bags outside I went to the inside garden checkout only to find no staff whatsoever. So after waiting 20 minutes and others were looking for staff help, I walked back up front to have them page someone to come help us. They paged and I waited another 15 minutes only to be told that no one is working the garden checkout and I should take my plants in the main store and checkout and that they would have a scan sheet for my mulch. So I hauled my stuff up front but of course they didnt have a sheet for the product I wanted so I was told to go back outside and take a picture of the barcode and bring it back inside. I left my plants and went to another store to buy my stuff.
Bought a 64in roku tv on Thursday, for black Friday. Waited THREE HOURS to make sure I got it. Open it today to set it up now that our old one is gone and the corner is all busted! Went back to walmart hoping for a solution and got zip. This is seriously insane. Drug this massive tv through 2 walmarts tonight, and no one is helping us! So here I sit at home with a busted tv after several hours of run around and bs.
Thank for making the changes that help us in this time of pandemic. The store is clean and the line to go in store is different for the line to come out of the store. Everything seems to be sanitized. And even the customer service is pitching in and helping out more. I really do like shopping here.Most things/Everything is stocked; however, it may not be overly stocked but you do get to choose from the stocked items. 5-star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for being their for us. Used to be a pretty good Walmart but has really gone downhill. Ive bought spoiled marrow bones here too many times to count, they are often out of things that I need, there are never enough cashiers, and the home/pharmacy entrance often has no carts available. Its worth it to drive a little farther to the Canal Winchester Walmart.
Walk in there to get a computer monitor they said they have in stock (still in stock right now) but none were on the floor. Multiple other Walmart locations say “out of stock” inventory, Reynoldsburg doesn’t. Yet, guy working in electronic stated “it’s probably on the truck”Worst ghetto superstore ever
Had everything that I needed in stock but as I was checking out I noticed I was being watched wayyy more than the white woman that had checked out two minutes prior to me. Made me feel a little uncomfortable and confused as to why I was being watched so closely. This is why I’m glad we have a black grocery store in Columbus now. I never experience this while shopping or checking out there. Do better Walmart.
Absolutely a pain in this store. No grocery carts (either side)..probably cause they were scattered all around the parking lot (where I went to retrieve mine). Items on shelves look like they were tossed there. Lines, well... and to try and purchase items that you couldnt (because of wrong bar codes on the packages)??.. new one to me. 2 stars is generous.
Just another walmart. Great prices on items. Theyre insurance plans on electronics is affordable and has a good amount of coverage. You can pretty much pick up whatever u need here. Staff could be more friendly but who knows what type of people they have to deal with daily.
1st time using online ordering & pickup. It was actually great. Though the guy said my last name wrong & couldnt tell which pickup spot I was in...it was painless! However 🤔 there was a SUV 2 cars over from where I parked it was do loud, I thought my car was making & vibrating so badly. I got out of my car to listen to it. Thats when I found out it wasnt me. Yikes... when my old car did that, I parked far away from the doors, but not to far I had to hike.
I have been shopping at this store since 2006. This store in the last 4-5 years has gone completely down hill. Most times the shelves are empty. I know that some people take entirely too much and dont leave any for the next person but this was even before Coronavirus can along. But then I go to Kroger or Meijer to get the items I couldnt get at Walmart and the shelves are full. And forget about trying to find someone who works there to help and you will hear crickets no associates. Or you find someone who says i dont know thats not my department or I dont work here. This store has gone to the dogs. If you try to call 800 Walmart you get people in another country who thinks its funny and when asked for a supervisor they hang up on you. There are no words for this kind of stupid. Think Ill be shopping elsewhere.
Dont bother requesting price matches for items. The companies website explicitly mentions price matching for amazon.com and the last time I tried to get a price match they tell me it has to be sold AND shipped by amazon in order for the price to be matched. Okay understood. Fast forward to today... Now I present an amazon listing that IS sold AND shipped by amazon and apparently they dont price match amazon now? I literally show 3 employees their own price match policy and they STILL say they dont honor the price. Oh well. Another sale to Amazon. I can wait one day after all. Let all of this be further evidence that walmart is an awful company with no regard for customer satisfaction.
I requested home delivery and the person stacked the entire order tight against my outside door so that I couldnt even open the door without damaging everything and practically springing the hinges on the door. I attempted to cal the store and speak with a manager but no one picked up after speaking with the operator. I had good success in Chicago but this was a very bad experience. Ill stay with Aldi and Kroger. A disgruntled customer.
Every time I have come to this Walmart it takes longer to check out than it does to get my groceries. I see enough people out stocking things. Do you really not have enough people to open a register. This is ridiculous. There are literally two lines open and about 5 people just standing around
In general this location is our go to location. But its not always perfect. Its better than a lot of locations, but some or the employees are not always friendly. Most of them ignore you or dont have answers for you. I do like the gals that do the grocery pick up who bring the groceries to your car when you order. They are always wonderful and so polite. But the ones working inside never seem to have answers to questions about product. Not all of them, but most times if I have a question, I just forget about asking for help, bc the chances of getting someone who actually knows is slim to none
I had a return. I bought a pair of shoes in March and each time I tried to return them they told me that because of covered they werent doing returns but they would honor it at any time. I tried again yesterday and was treated very rudely and told that there was nothing I could do about it. I explained to the woman that I didnt want money back then store credit would have been fine and she just smirked. She was incredibly rude and I probably wont shop there again
Went looking for a 10 inch funko zombie character. Was told by the associate of which I had to physically ask because 6 of them were standing behind the counter chatting it up and not paying attention to customers if they had any since the app said they had 4. She promptly says no they dont. My wife and myself walk to the right of where they are supposed to be and see an entire end cap of them. If youre going to work in a department at least know what specialty items you carry. Thanks.
I try to not go here much only for certain items. The wait in line is unbearable because the U-scans only take cards and no cash. So u can have 1 item, which mine was ice cream and it was pretty melted by the time i paid for it and got home because they dont have paper . if you get frozen items i recommend taking freezer bags because it will better your situation
My experience was not good. I went to pick up my paid for items and they could not find them even though I received a text saying it was ready. So I wasted gas and now I have to call to see where my paid for items are located. Not impressed at all. I am going to go back to using Amazon.
Almost everything is good with WalMart. The prices are good. The covid-19 stuff is good. The reason why I rate a 4 out of 5 is because it was a tad-bit messy, When I arrived the corn was tipped over and I sad a Starbucks cup pop up here and there other than that everything was great :D
Shelves were empty I guess due to stimulus check shopper,What was surprisingly I was able to purchase colrox wipes jumbo 3 pack,no limit to bring back with me to bklyn ny,which there is a limit in ny or never in stock price was reasonable also,I also purchase some great thick wash cloths for Great price
We found the items today at this Wal-Mart Supercenter, Reynoldsburg Ohio location that were not available yesterday at another location.We also got our 1st Covid shots from the visiting Pharmacist Steve. Although I barely felt the shot, there was absolutely no pain. He was a kind gentleman. I was a little light-headed from the shot. We were, out of the attire in 25 minutes.
This Walmart has some of the rudest night employees Ive ever... Even their so-called management is rude and disrespectful as hell and if you report it to their corporate office of course they say were going to do something about it but they dont because they dont care theyre just acting like theyre going to just to get you to shut up
Do you like Walmart? I like Walmart. I like Walmart because they have a very nice register and also it is a very clean store. They also do not have that high prices and they have a lot of parking for your car. They also have very good products that we can buy and they also have very good deli.
I felt cashier wished she was some where else. Spoke broken English and did not smile one time. I am disabled and have great difficulty going thru store with regular cart. If I can ever find a go-cart (motorized), it dies before I get shopping 🛒 even started. Do not mean to bash as I do appreciate the prices (on a fixed income). Seriously wish store had baggers that would assist people like me with items getting to car and also putting them inside car. Quite doubtful company would spare the money or manpower for that...but, thank you for this opportunity to send my opinion.
This store has gone down hill big time. The parking lot is being used like a trash can so watch where you step! They dont keep their shelves stocked. There is a lot of people stealing merchandise so you will find a lot of packages that are open with half of the product missing. Some customers will open food and take a few bites and toss it aside. The bathrooms are usually very dirty and the floors threw out the store are gross! In the produce area there is rotten fruit and grapes, strawberries and cherries are dumped out of their original bags and are all over the shelves and floor. This store used to be nice but not now.
When I went to Walmart I was looking for specific items finding those items would have been quite easy if I could have gotten someone to help out. There were quite a few associates standing around and chit-chatting with each other not doing anything and when asked where to find the item they told me that they were not from that area to go find a person that works in that area. Not too friendly and it kind of upset me. Thus a poor rating of three if I could it would have been lower like two and a half.
Shelves were bare, but the stuff that was there was DESTROYED! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a store in such turmoil, so I picked up a few things and went somewhere else for the stuff that I really needed. Highly doubtful that I’ll ever return to that particular Walmart again, but I may return to another.
Went there for a Vision appt., As well as pick up a few items.... love this WalMart,,, The people are very professional,,, and will take the time to Help if you are looking for certain items that you cant find in store,,, THE STORE IS KEPT FAIR CLEAN & NEAT,,, YOU GOTTA ❤️ THAT!!! Here to return something I ordered online. When I got there, the line was a bit ling, about 8 people ahead of me. Not unusual for this time of year. Only two people working the returns but they did a good job of it, the line moved rather quickly. I expected to be there much longer than I was. Great service, thanks Walmart!
I went there for a specific reason. They had what I wanted but not all of it in my size. They did have some specials on items I had planned to buy elsewhere, so I purchased the items there instead. The only true negative experience is Walmarts increasing use of self checkout and lack of cashiers.
This location used to be nicer. It gas slowly went down. I visited the there for some items and the place was mostly empty of items needed. But the worst part was it looked like someone just went through the store and ransacked it. Things were all over the floor. I ended up having to leave and drive to a different store location Walmart for what I needed.
I usually have nothing but nice things to say about this store. However, tonight was a VERY different ball game. The guy at customer service was very nice BUT I was left standing 10 minutes waiting on help with a 70lb item then had to ask someone else. The guy that actually helped was nice & carried it to the front for me so I could finish shopping. When I went to self checkout I asked if he brought it there as asked. She said she didnt see it so I asked her to find out where it was. Well..... Instead of calling anyone or telling me that she couldnt walk away, I had to go track it down. When I tried to nicely complain to the frontline worker she was pretty nasty about it Well she CANT leave her area. I needed help 2 other times & they acted like they could care less. I guess its time to find a different Walmart to go to again. Best part of my trip was being there at closing & found some disinfectant wipes in a stack of items to be put away (woot woot!)
Store always looks like a mini tornado went through. Shelves are always almost empty even though the app shows a lot of inventory. Just not sticking their shelves. Today they had no carts. We did our shopping after finding an abandoned cart inside, upon leaving still no carts. This store obviously doesnt care about much of anything.
I want to like it, but they are always out of just regular stuff. Very messy, and I understand its a high volume store, but most sizes are intermingled, making it hard to get what you need and get out. However the staff is wonderful. Helpful and happy to take you where you need to go. Always a good experience with the staff, and I appreciate that.
Need to get a pair of work boots thought I would go up to Reynoldsburg thinking at that store would be better and it wasnt I found two pair of shoes in my size in the whole store and one was boots and womens tennis shoes and the boots were bad they were 1999 and cheaply made and I needed a good hundred dollar pair of boots I was going to spend $100 in walked out of there with nothing
I despise going in this particular location. I dont think its organized well or kept up. Of course as with all Walmarts, not many lanes are ever open as needed. I will say the grocery pick up is amazing and the staff do a wonderful job personal shopping and bringing it to your vehicle.
Im editing my review due to the lack of both knowledge and being a terrible institution for money services. They need to have an actual banking institution instead of the Money Services Kiosks. Lori and Uma are both need extensive re train.Let me give you all a breakdown. If you have a federal check(refund from our taxes) and both you and your spouse have to be present in order to cash the check. Now Ive cashed checks with two names on it b4 and no problem. And asked both Lori and Uma and they said those checks are different.Which blows my mind because I literally went over to US Bank and got my check cashed. Cash your check anywhere but here. I wanted to talk to the general manager and dude at Customer Service doing absolutely nothing couldnt even understand what I was saying.
Love the grocery pickup option!!! I shop from the app from the privacy of my own home/bed then go the next day to pickup my items. Everyone is ALWAYS kind to me at this location. Being able to park and have someone else load my groceries in my car is LIFE!!! Especially with children! Thank you Walmart for this service!!!

2022-06-06Not a bad store. Kind of crowded, but they did seem to have most everything pretty well stocked. Lines were long but also seemed to move quickly. Not really close to where I live, but would definitely like to go back when I have more time to look through the entire store.

At all no one in Sporting Goods no adult bikes to shop for no one in clothing department or hardware department to help me I called on my phone customer service never answer the phone no Department answered the phone this went on for about an hour I left

2022-06-25Stopped by this morning after work, the shelves in the general merchandise area were a disaster.Meat section was empty, produce department was ok, but as usual the fruits were over ripe not much to choose from. I did come across a young man who seems to have a head on his shoulders, I picked up a outdoor table cloth, it was priced at $2.89 and the next isle over the same one was priced $3.89. I asked why he scanned the one I had and it was the cheaper. If I was a general manager and walked in that store, I would be embarrassed and someone would have to answer.

2022-04-22The employees are kind and helpful. The other shoppers are extremely rude and hateful, nothing is stocked properly, the parking lot is a madhouse. I almost get hit by someone everytime I go. I would recommend going to a different Walmart if possible.

2022-06-30Love it I hate the fact that there are so much off the shelf and your stalkers and stuff arent that fast it was better when they worked at night the stock and you came into a clean store. And and I want the 24 hours back I was able to and with my insomnia go up to the store and just hang out and buy things whatever.

2022-04-03Absolutely horrible Walmart. There were no carts in grocery side, I went back outside to look for one, didnt see any nearby went back inside and informed a staff member what I just went through. She then suggested I check outside. 🙄 After telling her I did she suggested I look on the other side of the store. I walked to the other side encountering an employee coming from that direction, I asked if there were any carts, she said she didnt know and kept walking. I asked her to check please she continued walking shaking her head. when I finally reach the other side theres only four carts two of them stuck together the other two broken wheels So I ask the greeter standing there if there was a manager I could speak to, to which he just laughed and said good luck. This was a dumb reason to lose money Walmart
